These folks replaced my battery which in my car is mounted under the computer system. They also change the oil. They were fantastic. Professional, highly skilled, informative, and wonderful to deal with. We scheduled the appointment and they were ready for me. Had a wonderful experience here on 2 separate occasions, the first was simply getting my rims straightened. Only took a couple hours and 50 bucks. The other time I had to get my rotors, calipers and pads replaced on all 4 tires, and it was done within a day. Absolutely wonderful service as well, it was a pleasure to speak with them each time.

Best auto service I've ever had. You will not meet nicer people. They have taken great care of my car every time I drop it off. They do a thorough inspection, call and approve any work before completing it (even if you drop it off for that purpose) and try to get you the best deal possible. This family business is around the corner from me, but I before today I haven’t had any one car long enough to end up looking into it and taking it here. I’ve seen it recommended many times recently, though. We got oil changes for our two cars, and went ahead and had one of them checked out as the mileage was getting up there. I figured it would need little to nothing because it was handed down to us from a relative who maintained it super well and as expected, nothing needed. They also did a courtesy check on a rattling noise on the older SUV and let me know the culprit. While I waited to pick up the first car, I did notice them seeming to be really helpful to a customer who had some significant issues and not just routine service needs, and that left a good impression too. Basically everything I’d heard about this shop was true—they’re very reasonably priced, honest, and friendly. And I can walk home from there in a few minutes. We’ll definitely use this shop again!

My clutch went out in my car so I gave Weber Road Auto a call. I dropped my car off Wednesday night at closing. By Thursday, 1st thing in the morning, I had received a call advising me of my estimate and when my services would be completed (which was scheduled for Tuesday). I was ecstatic when I received a call the next day saying the parts came in quicker than anticipated and my car was finished. The technicians did an excellent job on my car. Everything was working great and in a fraction of the time! The front office was very professional and updated me appropriately with all details. They never tried to upsell me to get unnecessary services and as a woman I REALLY appreciated that. I would recommend Weber Road Auto to anyone. They get it done fast and right!

I love Weber Auto Service & their friendly employees. They are a family-based business & will support at all times. This last time I visited, which was Saturday June 28, brakes & oil change were performed. Every time I have gone to them, they have done everything to make sure the service is right & done correctly. I have never had a problem with Weber Road Auto Service except for this last time. The next day, Sunday June 29, I found a puddle of new oil. I had to take it to WalMart Auto Care to have the plug screwed/tightened up.

I had my truck towed in $102. They looked at my truck $112, just for them to say they don’t recommend working on the truck. So I’m out $214 and still no truck. They’re not a bad business, I appreciate the honesty I suppose. I just don’t feel like I should have had to pay all that money for nothing to get done. I won’t give them bad stars it’s not their fault I’m an idiot for buying the truck in the first place.

★★★★★ experience for ★★ cost, it doesn't get much better than that. They don't waste time upselling a bunch of stuff to car idiots. They make their money providing good work and don't have to pad it out with extra fluff. There's 2 other good businesses in the area in addition to this one. Firestone Complete Auto Care close to Morse & High, and Clintonville Automotive Repair Service. Clintonville Automotive Repair Service is like the middle ground. FCAC you pay out the nose, but if you get their finance card you get 6 months to pay. With WRAS, your car repair will be tailored to your car the same way it would be if it was you, your buddy, or your backyard repair guy was doing it. The benefit though is this is a licensed business and not just some dude on craigslist. They will work hard on fixing your car and giving you solutions that you can afford. They don't care if you bring in a junkyard part, they'll quote you for just the work. My most favorite memory is one time I was in for just an oil change and some dude came in, was like, "How much would you charge for you using your XYZ tools for this not-car thing?" And the tech says, "Well, good question, let me ask the guy that would be doing it." Tech comes back and says "$20 bucks" and customer accepted. A+ experience for that customer. This repair shop is professional service with that backyard guy price. They can provide you budget friendly short term repairs if that's all you can do right now. And if you can afford long term repairs then the cost is less or same as other businesses nearby.

Weber Road Auto is so awesome, I keep coming back despite the fact that I moved clear across town. They are super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had to wait too long and they are very communicative. They don't try to sell me stuff I don't need or over overcharge me for parts. Just last week, I brought it in thinking I needed new brakes due to squeaking and they let me know everything was fine and my pads still had plenty of life. The squeaking was just dust. All I had to pay for was the very fair diagnostic checkup fee. They even offer SNAP financing (to qualifed customers) which allows me to pay off my most costly repairs, interest free for 90 days. I highly recommend this place for any and all car/truck repair.

We had a great experience here. I thought I had a leak, but they took the time to show me and educate me on how a/c condensation is normal. They were prompt, professional and kind. There was another odd issue with my car but they couldn’t replicate it; however, during my oil change they found a sensor had unplugged. When they fixed that it fixed my odd issue at no extra cost. When I went to pay, my daughter tried to pay with her Minnie Mouse dollars. They played along and made her day. These guys are honest and kind. We are big fans. My husband just replaced his brakes here as well. It’s nice to have a family owned and run business who you can trust.

They were as always been, very professional. The shop is clean and neat and wiped down throughout the day, I waited for my van. Was amazed at the "high dollar" vehicles there to be repaired.The staff was clean and neat.Before the pandemic they would treat customers to coffee and donuts.We been dealing with with this family run business for over 12 years. They even replaced an engine in our jeep, with no problems afterwards.They have very competitive prices also. I was very pleased with the service at Weber Road Auto. I believe the lead mechanic is the owner. He explained everything in detail. They were quick, reasonably priced and very friendly. I was able to continue working on my laptop in their waiting room and they have outdoor seating, if you prefer. I had to return a few days later, because my check engine light was on. They accommodated me without an appointment. After checking the sensors, it turns out I did not screw my gas cap on securely. Easy fix for what I thought was a major problem. Weber Road Auto has also installed a new battery in my car on another visit. Weber Road Auto has earned my business!

I read reviews and every single review was positive and 5 stars! They quickly got me an appointment. Not only did they provide me with outstanding service, they include teacher discounts as well!!! When I came to pick my car up after getting worked on, the hood was open and I was instantly worried thinking, anytime I’ve ever picked my car up from a repair shop they’ve never had anything good to share if the hood was open. They are honest and fair. They have helped me to prioritize the repairs to keep my car safe. They go above and beyond in their service to make sure your car is safe and they help you catch problems before they become major problems. Their service is excellent. My only complaint is that it has occasionally taken longer than I would have liked to get the repair done. This is a testament to how many people trust and use them NOT that they are slow and incompetent. I reccomend them to everyone I know, and they are the only people I trust to work on my cars.

I hardly do reviews but these guys deserved to be recommended. Their prices are more than reasonable, the staff is very polite and patient, and the mechanics are very quick and knowledgeable in getting your car repairs done! They take the time to listen to what problems your car is giving you and they make sure they cover all their bases to make sure you get what you paid for. I can't say enough about Weber Road Auto. I was told by Acura when my AC compressor went out that it was going to cost over $4k to fix. A friend of a friend recommended that I call Weber Road Auto and so I did. They got me in right away and when they called they quoted me $1,228! I went and picked the car up two days later (they had to order parts or it would have only taken one day - they're fast!). I get home and look at the receipt and their work comes with a 2yr warranty. Parts and labor! Honestly if you need work done call these guys first. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

Back in 2019 I had replaced a wheel hub myself and one of the big national chains said I needed a wheel alignment after changing the hub, so I asked the national chain to do the alignment but they couldn’t because things where rusted and seized up and they wanted almost $1k to replace the rusted parts and do the alignment. So I went to Weber Road Auto Service and explained the situation to the mechanic. He said I don’t need a wheel alignment after replacing a wheel hub and saved me almost $1k. I was hearing some funny noise in my car and looking for a place to take it and have some work done relatively quickly, and Weber was able to get me an appointment for a day and a half after I called. They weren't able to locate the issue so called me later that day and told me I could come in and drive one of the technicians around to try to recreate the problem. I did the next morning and after getting back the technician immediately looked at my car and located the issue, showed me what was wrong, explained what it did to the car, and then got me a quote for the repair that fell in the range of what I would expect for that specific issue. I approved it, and they had it done a few hours later. Excellent and fast service, reasonable costs, nice people, and overall a great experience for a first-time customer.

I have had some very bad experiences with mechanics in the past. For many years I have been terrified to take my car to a mechanic shop for fear of being lied to and cheated. I only took my car to Weber Auto the first time because I live near their shop. Weber Auto has helped me trust mechanics again. They will not do repairs on your vehicle unless they are actually needed. I took my car to them with a laundry list of repairs that I thought that I needed. They proceeded to tell me that I didn't need all that and saved me a ton of money in not making unneeded repairs. They have always been nice to me. Even though I like to give them a few days to a week to allow them enough time to do the job right, they always seem to get me car back to me faster than I expected. Their price is comparable to other shop and sometimes even less expensive. I have never felt over charged for a job well done.

Sal-Took my 2000 Pathfinder it wasn't driving on D or R got my truck back with just a diagnostic but he got it back running. I don't how he did it but that shows you. Taking my cars back here.
