Experienced a not at fault accident that involved replacement of the front fender and headlight, and also included repair of the bumper. Chose this shop because it was nearby and had better reviews than everywhere else. Overall, King Collision was professional, and courteous. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work seems to be of appropriate standards. However, attention to detail is lacking. Upon first pickup attempt, there was a scrape on the repaired bumper. King immediately took the car back and repaired the damage. After picking up a second time, there was overspray in the engine bay, missing headlight clip, and the old headlight assembly left in my trunk. Work was good, but overall customer experience was not 5 star quality.

The service here was awesome. Not only the work but knowledge with the processes dealing with the insurance company. They had my car fir about a month but the insurance company held them up for about 2 weeks.. got car back and everything matched up and fitted well.

Maurice does excellent work! This is the second time I have had some work done here! I just had my grill painted Black along with the R/T badge, had my taillights tinted, marker lights tinted, the Dodge emblem in the back painted black, and replaced the hemi badges on the side with Black badges. The shop did great work, I have no complaints! Also the price was very reasonable, and they work quickly.

What a great experience with King Collision Auto Repair. I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon after work. I received a quote for the repairs right away. I was told it would take about three days once they ordered the parts. I went home and thought about it briefly and brought it right back. I was paying out of pocket for the damages. They really worked with me on the price. I had received an estimate the day before from another body shop down the street which quoted me $600 more. One of the things that caught my attention about Mr. Maurice at King Collision Auto Repair was…when he called for the price of the parts…he had the phone on speaker in his office. I could very easily hear the cost. This is the breakdown of events: 1. Wednesday around 4:30 pm; the parts were ordered 2. Thursday around 4:15 pm; I drop off the car after work 3. Friday around 5 pm; I receive a call from Keisha @ King Collision Auto Repair that the car was ready for pick up….WOW! FAST TURN AROUND!!! I went to King Collision right at 5pm to get pricing on installing a spoiler on my RDX. I spoke to the owner who provided a very reasonable quote and told me to bring it back in the AM. They had an honest upfront estimate on the rear end damage to my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan ready to submit to my insurance in less than an hour. They were also able to negotiate with my insurance to make sure the repairs weren't done with used parts and at no additional cost out of my pocket. This young lady suggested I have a diagnostic check instead. So I did. When she called me she told me it was just a clog. I basically paid for labor. I’m super excited. I can’t leave out Maurice. King Collision changed my perspective on auto body shops! Let me start off by saying Maurice Manley is the man. Him and his staff are like no other. They are professional, funny, nice and the way they communicate with each other seems like they're a family. Everybody there works great together. Nobody looks grumpy and they all dont have a problem talking to you and helping you out. You can go up to anyone and they will show love. I got my first car fixed there and my second car needed a tune up so I brought it there as well. I Honestly can say that if you need anything done to your car, they're the place to go. If I had more cars I would take it to them to hook it up. Definitely, definitely knows how to treat their customers ...if your scared of mechanics, give King collision a chance. I DID!

Kings Auto was AMAZING!!! From the initial estimate to working with the insurance. It was phenomenal. Maurice walked me through what should be done, explained; what the insurance process would be like, why things would differ and how he would go about making sure I got the needed repairs and not just the bare minimum. He even finagled me in to an earlier completion day once he found out it was my work vehicle and didnt have an option for a rental car (obviously you cant put heavy equipment in a rental). I took my car in to have the brake calipers painted and a cold air intake installed... Maurice was very friendly and kept me up-to-date with texts and pictures of my calipers as they were being painted. I asked Maurice the day before if they could install the cold air intake and they made time! The installation took a little bit longer than I had anticipated but I'm sure it was because of my last minute request. Overall, I had a great experience with King Collision!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The first time I had to come here was due to engine troubles. They ordered an Uber to take me back to my house, and towed my car for free to Mazda to reprogram the engine. They delivered my car back to my house when they were done. There was a place on my back bumper where the plastic was popped out. This was fixed with no bill or mention of it. I was there for engine work not body work. They really do treat you amazingly. The second time was due to an accident. They worked with my insurance to make sure I got everything fixed. Again, my car was vacuumed, wiped out, and looked way better than before the accident. They even offered to Uber me to work, about 25 miles away, when my rental car was late showing up. They didn't want me to be late for work. Such service. I am glad they were the closest shop when I had trouble the first time, because I would not want to go anywhere else. Take your car here! You won't regret it, but you might if you take it somewhere else. I have never had such great service from anyone, regardless of industry.

This place is the real deal. Recently I had a friend / customer who was passing through Ohio, and needed a place to repair his vehicle after some highway debris damaged his hood, windshield, & roof (deeming the vehicle unsafe to drive). Being that Im in the business back in their hometown of Howell NJ (County Line Auto Body), they asked if I had any friends in Ohio, so I reached out to King Collision Auto Repair, and they were extremely accommodating given the circumstances and the amount of work that was already in process. They took the keys started the work right away and within 4 days had all the parts replaced, bodywork repaired, and necessary panels refinished so that they could get back on the road. All in all the process was extremely smooth, we were kept well informed, and the customer said the repair looked fantastic. Customer Service scores are already quite high around here, but here's one more notch to prove that they are one of the best that Ohio has to offer! and I thank them whole-heartedly for the hospitality, and attention to detail when having dealt with my customer! I was beyond happy to find a car repair shop that did such an excellent job on repairing my 2017 Honda Civic. The lady who made me hit her car (she pulled out in front of me) took my information and took off before I could get hers. With it being so close to the holidays and having a lot of financial issues and being a single mother I couldn’t afford to come up with my deductible right away. This company works with you for your deductible and is taking payments so I can pay my deductible off each month instead of one huge payment. They also sent me updates regarding the repair process of my car. I also appreciated them cleaning out my car after the work was completed. When the wack insurance sent us tho a place to get an estimate a rep from another collision repair shop came to grab the work and was full of b.s until she spoke with maurice from king collision ,he was upfront honest and most of all concerned! He fought the wack insurance of what thought they were going to pay to get a patch work done, manager was like no! This is damaged in and out and showed us and kept us informed constantly abt what they were doing and where the car was in detail, even when tnr wack insurance would not provide a rental, when the manager found out what we were paying out for rental he provided my daughter with a car to get back and forth to school and work! Car was finished in a timely manor and when she picked it up it was fully detailed carpet shampooed, vacuumed, she lost a hub hap on the way home from repair shop he ordered one and had it the next day!
