Ordered a cowl hood and experienced problems getting the hood to the store. Jegs made it right by giving me a more expensive hood they had in stock, at no extra charge to me. Called Jegs Performance parts to purchase a brake booster backup vacuum can for my muscle car due to my car not having enough vacuum to run my power brakes at low speed, so I got this can and installed it and it work and gives me a little extra vacuum to stop my car at low speed, great item if you don’t have enough vacuum for you’re power brake booster .

By the time you figure out online what the number is for their actual brick and mortar store because it gives you the number for their corporate offices and nobody I talk to at jegs or at the corporate office seems to care other than that the place is wonderful the staff is knowledgeable you think they don't know they can go into Google and edit that their cells or do they just not have the time it's called managing your Google account give it a try

You buy at the store , Then sent to the Distribution center to pick up the wheels. Can only find 1. So choose a different wheel . Yes fine we can do a gift certificate for the difference. 1/2 hour later ( already been there an hour) I'm told I have to go back to the retail store. Counter guy gives me 💩💩 Screw it give me a full refund I will order from Summit !! A usual 2hr journey took 4-1/2 hrs.

Always helpful and if this store does not have it in stock you can just drive to the home offices and pick it up. This is what I did and everyone was nice at both places. When picking up the Exhaust x pipe that I ordered, the parts guys doubled check to make sure I got what I needed. JEGS has always been helpful, from back in the 80's when I would order from their catalog and have it shipped to Illinois. Now living within 30 minutes of the store and Corporate offices are great.

These guys consistently have what I need to upgrade or keep my vehicle in top shape! I recently had an issue with a part that I thought would work out but it didn't perform as desired. I had already discarded the packaging since I had no reason to believe there would be an issue. Within two days it was obvious that this part was not going to function as desired. I contacted Jegs, they sent me a return slip, and refunded my money completely even though I didn't have the original packaging. I've never had to do a return with them before, they performed better than I expected! I want to say thank you for being there and serving all of our needs for these many years!

Great place for speed parts right here in Columbus. Compared to Summit Racing, this is definitely a better place to shop. Most folks who work at Jegs have been for years, and they are all car guy/gals that have used various parts and or know what you might need that they sell. Cannot say the same for Summit, I think they purposely hire folks who do not know anything about car parts.

We bought a pair of running boards at the E 11th Ave location in Columbus, Ohio. They was the wrong one's and had a mark on them. We took them back and the staff was AMAZING! No other way to put it. I just wanted the correct bars. I didn't expect any of my money back (even tho I did waste a whole Saturday and drove about 6 hours total driving to Jegs and then to their warehouse 2 times to pickup each set) but they did. They gave me back $50 bucks of my money. We are buying tires and rims this week, we will be buying them from Jegs! Thanks to the staff at the E 11th Avenue location for turning a bad experience around. You got a returning customer for life!
