Wow! I was truly blown away at how stellar this place is. I love them for several reasons. Before I even interacted with anyone, I could tell that this business was geared towards their customers. Their waiting room is clean, has free snacks and drinks with many selections for their guests, and even specially designed charging blocks on the end tables next to the chairs. It was very nice and very tasteful. They (shoutout to Joey and the woman at the counter next to him with long curly brown hair specifically) were very patient and understanding with me and of my needs, performing my right wheel bearing replacement the same day I brought my Pontiac in. They even had a free shuttle to take me back to my house to wait while the car was being fixed - which was very unexpected. The reasonable pricing and great service led to an easy day for me. Thank you Buckeye Auto! You made a new customer out of me.

Buckeye staff members demonstrate high quality professionalism, even on the busiest days. Starting with Hannah Williams, our Service Advisor.I love the fact that this was a women in this field. Hannah was wonderful. She was very detailed and thorough, and clearly has experience in this field. Also, she was a pleasure to work with. Trevor worked on our car. He has years of experience, and it showed. He even noticed something wrong with one of our tires, which was a safety issue. This had nothing to do with why our car was brought in. That shows how thorough he was. There where no surprises with our bill. Everything was as quoted before the work began. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with Hannah and Trevor and their services that I had to share my experience.

I came in with what I thought was a blown head gasket. But Trevor checked it out and found no issues, turns out I just didn’t completely understand how to refill the coolant (I just kept filling the reservoir when it got low, rather than the radiator tank). Still not sure how it got so low, but that’s an issue for another day. They didn’t charge me a cent. Very friendly, professional staff, and quick work. I recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in 5 weeks ago to get a standard oil change service and inspection among other things. Unfortunately they missed a damaged transmission line in the inspection. My wife called and spoke to Nicholas who worked with us and comped some of the cost for the repairs since they missed it in the inspection. We love seeing a business doing the right thing and working with the customer to reach a middle ground. A huge thank you to Hannah too for helping us initially and explaining the repairs that needed to be done. We understand that it's easy to miss things on inspection, so thank you you so much Buckeye for taking the time to listen and make things right. We will continue to be loyal customers!

Had an oil change and alignment done. It was very reasonably priced. They were very honest and gave me an assessment of what needs done now, and what can wait. Car came back running smooth. They were absolutely extraordinary when dealing with my car. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work they did and it was definitely reasonably priced for what I had done. I needed all four new tires and a clutch and flywheel replacement on my Camaro which is my baby and I’ve had such a hard time trying to find a place that actually “knows” what they are doing. I'd recommend Buckeye Complete Auto Care to everybody! I was visiting the area from Virginia; on a Thursday afternoon, I noticed an issue with my brakes that would make it impossible to get home. The best auto mechanic experience I've ever had. We just moved to Ohio and of course the car breaks down. Cody and Nicholas were extremely nice and communicative. They didn't try to push anything extra on us because they knew our money was tight, they just politely informed us of a couple things that will need to be fixed down the road. To pay for everything (which was very affordable but money was tight having just moved across country) they recommended a financier they work with. They helped me set it up and it was very quick and easy. Picked my car up the next day and they even paid for an Uber for us to get to the shop. Excellent customer service from Nicholas, and superb mechanics behind the scenes. I was looking for a new mechanic. As the work I had done at Firestone ended costing me more money. I found Buckeye Complete Auto Care from a Google search. I scheduled an appointment and was seen the following day. I was uncertain how long the maintenance would take, but once I checked in. I was expecting at least a few hours. I was in-and-out in less than an hour and a half. I noticed immediately driving off the lot my 15 year 200k mile car felt as good as ever. The speed of the maintenance, their professionalism, the service provided, and the thoroughness to diagnose the issue. Buckeye Complete Auto Care has exceeded my expectations, and when there's an issue with my car. You'd better believe you folks are the first I'm going to call. My car was needing a lot of diagnosis, and had/has multiple problems. I knew that coming in. Nicholas was very friendly. However, the diagnosis of the issues couldn’t be determined with everything that was wrong with the car. I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because special tools were needed (which I was told by another shop, this was false). Finally, looking over the receipt, they noted that 5W-30 was used. My car takes 5W-40. I called the shop later to find out this was incorrectly written on my receipt and was meant to be changed, it just wasn’t done. Basically, I don’t fault them too much, because my car came in pretty rough, but I lost a little trust with them due to some mistakes. Very friendly and hardworking people though. I wish them the best.

Had a busted bearing, hit up Buckeye and set an appointment. Went in dropped my car off and was gonna Uber and they insisted that I allow them to give me a ride to my job and offered to pick me up. Great customer service!!! I took my car in for an oil change and brake inspection - turns out i needed new brakes. They were able to do all of it that day, they drove me home and picked me up when it was done. I had a doctor's appointment that day (scheduled well before I knew I'd need my brakes changed) and they even helped me out with an Uber so I didn't have to miss it or reschedule. Plus everyone was super friendly! The prices are a little higher than you'd pay elsewhere but I think they make up for it with great service.

These guys are amazing. I went to get a bumper to bumper inspection to find out whats going on with my car. They found a few problems. They walked me around my car and pointed out everything that was wrong. Very informative. They gave me an estimate of what everything that needed to be done in order from what should be prioritized. It took a whole day to get it fixed but there was quite a few things wrong with it. What was really cool was I was at work when the car was finished and they offered to drop my car off at My house. Buckeye Complete Auto Care was fabulous to deal with from the scheduling to the actual repair. A/C stopped working thinking the compressor failed. They were quick to diagnose the system was overcharged and just need simple maintenance. So what could have been a large repair bill was simple and affordable. They even provided shuttle service. I brought my no-start car here on a recommendation, and it was a great call. They were on point the entire time. They asked me to e-authorize a basic inspection that was very affordable, and when they found the problem (timing belt, totalled the old girl), didn't charge me anything more. My starter went out last week when I was on my way out the door for work. I had my car towed to Buckeye, as they came highly recommended to me. From the very beginning I was impressed. As soon as the tow truck driver dropped off my car, the owner called me to touch base, and explain the process. I really like how everything is all internet based. They sent me a text with diagnostic estimate, I approved, they sent me another text 20 minutes later with the diagnostic results, and I was able to confirm or deny service. I confirmed. A few hours later I got a text that my car was done and it had a copy of the invoice, with an option to pay right from my phone, which I did. I went after work to pick up my car, met the owner who introduced himself to me, met the mechanic who did the actual work, Jeff, who did a great job. The shop was clean and professional, I can’t say enough positive stuff about my experience. It’s a good feeling when you find a mechanic you can trust. Thank you Buckeye!

Great experience! I thought I was going to need a whole new exhaust system and went in for an estimate. Turned out it it was just a hole in the pipe coming out of the catalytic converter. That minor repair saved me hundreds of dollars. I was also shown what repairs were needed and which repair was urgent or could wait. Most garages only tell you what needs done. These guys actually show you. That level of honesty is rare these days.

Was told it'll take a day to get my tires. The nice guy at the desk probably thinks I'm crazy because I said Wait all of the things I'm getting done plus you ordering tires and my car will still be done Friday (dropped my car of Thursday morning) and with a great smile he said YUP I'll call you with any new updates. I had my rear shocks worked on. It was not busy or crowded when coming in. The inside looked very professional, nice, and clean. The front desk personnel Cody had great customer service. He was kind, generous, and attended to me as soon as I walked in. It was fast and thorough. He always got back to me with all info or updates, whether it be through text or calls. Also another plus was the courtesy uber(s) home & back. Ubers came always within 3 minutes. I didnt have to sit and wait there. I was going to take the info and attempt a fix myself, but they were very good at keeping me informed. I decided to let the have at it, and they did perfect! Love this shop! As a female I was always afraid of getting ripped off when I needed my car repaired. Buckeye was recommended to me. I was sold after my first visit. I had gotten an estimate for $3000 for an exhaust repair from a muffler shop. Buckeye was able to repair it for a whopping $80. That honest transaction made me a customer for life. And they should clone Andre! He knows his stuff and always has a smile on his face. He kept me updated on the status of the repair. They were able to complete it earlier than promised. I’m always skeptical when it comes to car shops, and to be honest dealerships really aren’t that much better in many cases. One of our fleet trucks had a check engine light come on yesterday but more so than that had a shrilling beeping coming from under the driver seat which made it impossible to drive and left us in a bind. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with the service from Buckeye Complete Auto Care. For starters, I was driving to Columbus to visit friends for Memorial Day weekend from Atlanta, GA. Prior to leaving, I knew I needed brakes, and I had received multiple quotes for my Audi A4 that ranged anywhere from $600-$800. When I called to inquire about costs and availability I was quoted around $375 for both front brakes and rotors. In addition to that, I was treated in a manner that made me feel like I was not being taken advantage of because I was a woman. Unfortunately, that has happened to me in every other exchange that I have had with auto shops. I know cars, understand how they work and what is needed to be done and am always treated like I know nothing, however, I was not once made to feel that way. Because their price was so great, they were able to get me in the next morning and had my brakes done within the hour! They noticed I needed a new sensor for my brakes, called me prior to installing and had my car back to me within the hour. Not only did they provide great customer and auto service, but their warranty was 3x as long as my Audi dealership with nationwide coverage. I also got two free roadside assistance (nationwide) that covers anything from a flat tire to a being locked out of my car. It just goes to show, that when you provide such great service AND offer warranties like they do there's no reason to go anywhere else And I feel pretty confident I won't even need to use the warrenty. I will SERIOUSLY, and not even kidding, consider driving back to Columbus for any other repairs I need, because I have never had such a positive experience with an auto care company. My family and I have been going to Buckeye Complete Auto Care for the last 20 years. They have consistently treated us with respect and integrity throughout that time. This recent trip was no exception. We went in thinking we needed some sort of brake work and to our delight, after checking them out, there was no need to do that work. As in the past, the folks there simply told us that no work was needed. Now, as so many of us, I had already gotten my stimulus check and it occurred to me that this would be a good time to get a tune up and when I asked them to check they also found a belt that was cracked. So I had that done. The place was immaculate and the courtesy car ride was clean and every member of the staff was wonderful and friendly. It was a great way to spread that stimulus as well as get things done that I had been putting off. I would recommend that if you have a need that Buckeye Complete Auto Care can meet that you use part of your stimulus check the same way.

I needed some exhaust work and initially took my care to Monro Muffler. They had my car all day (just for inspection) and ended up recommending replacing everything and even at a discounted price would be over $1000 out the door. I then took my car to Buckeye and they only recommended replacing a few pieces which ran me $240. I showed up at the time of my appointment and they were waiting on me with the parts. They had it done in 20 minutes, I couldn't believe how fast they were! Highly recommended shop, I will be back in the future I'm sure.

I came here with my old car and now I’m here with my new car. Something was burning hot on my car and I couldn’t pinpoint it. Turns out it was a plastic bag melting to my exhaust pipe! Andre said he wasn’t going to charge me the inspection fee to find the problem! So awesome and he didn’t have to do that! They did a courtesy inspection on my vehicle while they had it. The best place to take your vehicle! I've been taking my car here since I moved to Columbus about a year and half ago. They are always super nice and explain everything they are doing to your vehicle well. They are always have my car done super quick. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I needed my exhaust system looked at. I did an overnight drop and before my scheduled appointment time Nicholas was calling me to tell me what my problem was, how much it would cost to repair, and that the parts would be there within a few hours. Nicholas called my back in less then two hours to tell me my car was ready, he even offered to come pick me up at my house. It was one of the more delightful experiences I have had with an auto shop. Wow what GREAT service I just experienced with them today, I took my 2006 Audi A6 to another shop last week and they told me my exhaust would cost $1,100 not including labor, Buckeye muffler looked at my car and only charged me $116.00 out the door and even gave me a military discount, I would be using this shop from now on and recommending it to everyone. Great service, excellent pricing and very fast, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. (by the way my exhaust was good, only the sleeve was bad and they replaced both of them.)

These guys are great. Honest, trustworthy, professional, kind. I brought my car in and they noticed I was leaking brake fluid out of a bleeder valve from an incompetent mechanic of my past. Not sure how they noticed - but it was a definite safety issue that they resolved on the spot quickly and cheaply. Recommended by a friend and I was shocked at how efficient and courteous they were. I guess I am used to just average service. But not here! Stephanie was awesome! From my first phone call I thought I was talking to a professional phone answering service. She was so clear and helpful I was convinced that she couldn't be onsite. Then I arrived and was greeted by her and treated in that same way. She was friendly and looked me direct in the eyes as she explained exactly what would happen next. Then I was told my repair would only take 30 minutes and cost less than $100! I thought they made a mistake. I left thinking I wouldn't actually get a call that it was ready for at least twice the estimate, but no, once again I was surprised. It was ready in 30 minutes and I got the call that I was ready to go. I didn't talk to anyone else there, but I didn't need too Stephanie took care of everything! Great job Buckeye!

I recently was replacing an oxygen sensor on my car and was unable to install the new sensor due to damaged threads. I called several repair shops, and they all wanted to replace the entire exhaust pipe ($500+), which is completely unnecessary. I took it to Todd at Buckeye Muffler and explained the situation. He understood that this was probably a simple fix, and instead of trying to up-sell me more work, he offered to try and save the existing threads. He pulled my car right in. And in less than a half hour, and $35 later, the problem was fixed. I offered to pay him more, but he refused. This spoke very highly of his character and his professionalism. Expensive repairs are not always the only option, and Todd understands this. I would strongly recommend Buckeye Muffler & Brake Shop to anyone needing repair work. They are a very honest and fair group of guys. I will definitely bring my work to them! Thanks guys!

Great customer service, from the 1st phone call, to the owner giving me a ride home while my car was being serviced , to the followup call to make sure I had no concerns. You guys know how to do it. Honesty. Buckeye told me NO that I didn't need a brake job the 'other' shop told me I needed...I just needed them cleaned up. Buckeye said YES I did need a serpentine belt (which I remembered from a year back) that the 'other' shop did not notice. I took my vehicle in and I was CERTAIN that I was going to need new brake pads....maybe rotors. First, Nicholas was very quick to reply to my voice message that I had left over the weekend....Monday morning about 9am. I had no transportation back home...Buckeye Complete Auto has a shuttle and/ or will coordinate transportation for you. About 1 hr later I received a text that I needed no work on my brakes....they were safe and maybe at 1/2 life of wear on the pads. He talked me thru the sounds I was hearing and it turns out it was sediment from sitting overnight that comes off after the 1st few pressings on the brakes as I use them. It is the middle of Winter and a lot of slush ...snow...salt and muck from the lovely Ohio roads is out there for the accumulating. Nicholas and a tech returned my car to me a few hours later. (He offered to do that as I live nearby and it was a very frigid day). So...needless to say I will be back for future vehicle needs! I felt respected, valued, and relaxed as a woman in a world I hate to tacle on my own. Nice job! Mindi

From my first interaction, calling to see if they fixed air conditioners, Todd was informative, helpful, and accurate. I asked to make an appointment, and he set me up for the next morning. The service and charges were very fair and everything was "above-the-table", with no mystery charges. In particular Todd went above and beyond, underpromised and overdelivered. (he said they'd be done in 2 hours, and I got a call in 1.5 hours). They even deduct the diagnostic fee from the final bill. By far the best auto repair experience I've had in the last 5 years. Kudos Buckeye.

I'm the original owner of a 2013 Ford F-150 STX 4x4. I love my truck; we go all over the place together. We especially like to go fishing. We've been to all the Great Lake states from Minnesota to Pennsylvania and all the states in-between. We've even been to Canada, eh. On Sunday Sept 15th, the water pump failed and I was in a serious bind. I have never taken it for service anywhere other than the Ford dealership where I bought it. I tried calling them bright and early this morning (Monday) to see if they could squeeze me in for a diagnosis and repair. Much to my dismay, they told me they were scheduling 8 days out for service and the person with whom I spoke seemed to have more apathy for my dilemma than empathy. I'm the father of two boys and a husband with a full-time job - if you think my truck doesn't get driven every single day, then you must work at a dealership. I started looking for a local mechanic who maybe had a little time to help me out. Buckeye Complete Auto Care not only helped me out, but they did it in under 6 hours. I dropped my car off at their location shortly after 9am and was driving it home before 2:30pm. The price i was quoted was the price I paid. Nicholas was awesome - he answered all my questions with confidence and was a genuine pleasure to work with. I didn't get to meet Trevor the technician who performed the work, but if he's as much of a stand up guy as his repair skills, I'm quite sure I would like him too. I briefly met Todd the owner, and the I knew the moment i shook his hand that everything was going to be OK because his hands weren't perfectly clean. That told me he's the kinda guy who puts in the time where it matters - with the customers. He doesn't just sit back cashing checks. I'd rather work with that kind of a business (and businessman) every time. Thanks a million BCAC! I really appreciate you!! You saved me and our family. PS. I'm gonna need an oil change in about 500 miles so ... see me later. I won't go back to that dealership now ;-)

The work was done perfectly. It is hard to find family owned auto centers that actually care about there customers, and this one does. The price was very reasonable and the service was 5 STAR! Dropped my car off with an electrical problem and, of course, it was working fine when the tech fired it up. Isn't that always the way? Andre called to confirm that I dropped the right car off (hahaha!) and that I wasn't trying to punk them, and then reassured me they would figure it out and get me back on the road. While I questioned my own sanity or if my car might be possessed, Andre and the team figured it all out, completed the fix and charged me a very reasonable price -- all within a few short hours! We had a good laugh about the circumstances and set up a plan to address some minor maintenance that's needed in the future. When I need something looked at on one of my vehicles, I bring it to Buckeye Muffler. For example, my 10 year old Honda accord needed some work done and I took it to a local Honda dealership. The gave me an estimate and I won't tell you exact numbers but it was more than the car was worth. So I checked with Todd at Buckeye Muffler if he could look over this estimate and give me a ball park estimate how much it would cost to get done at his shop and if I could just get the stuff that "needed" to be done and wait on the "optional" stuff down the road. So get this, after Todd looked it over, he emailed me his estimate and personally contacted me and went over what had to be done, how much it would cost, and why I needed it done or not. Now, let me blow your mind, it was 1/3 the cost including parts and labor! So after that, I always take my cars to Buckeye Muffler.
