Amazing service. Showed up for an oil change and let them know I had to be out in about 40 min for another appointment. Long story short they needed a part and it was taking a long time. Assisant manager gave me the keys to his truck so I could make my other appointment. All 3 of the guys there were super. Very professional and just focus on customer service above and beyond. Excellent experience.

My experience with SpeeDee is amazing 🤩 last year I accidentally broke my hood release the shop I usly go and get an oil change could never get my hood open but when I found SpeeDee on broad river that was able to help me get my hood open to change my oil. They’re really cool people who charge a fair price for any maintenance and I appreciated everything they do. So I recommend anyone who need any maintenance work or tune up done to their vehicle come to SpeeDee on broad river. It’s a man named Calvin which is a cool nice guy and his crew staff as well too……

I had an oil change gone wrong at an affiliate in another state. I was stranded on the road when a seal gave way and all of the oil drained out of my engine. Even though the work was done by another business, they partnered and fixed everything within an hour, and got me back on the road. They were incredibly nice. I would even trust them with my dog. If I lived here I would always have work done here.

They’re pretty welcoming. Fair prices. I got their 16 point oil change or whatever. I don’t think they did half the stuff that they were supposed to, with the service. I.e. vacuum floorboards ? Check tire pressure/fill where appropriate It also seemed like a super quick oil change. Idk if the other places I go just take their own sweet time or what lol. All in all very friendly! No issues. Very accepting of my poor banged up car and didn’t try to push unnecessary services on me! Also walked me through how to get like $15 back. Or something. Lol. I’m sure I’ll go back. They’re cool.

I had the most seamless experience at SpeeDee! I was on a road trip and realized that I needed an oil change right away. I looked up mechanics just off the highway as I passed through Columbia, found SpeeDee, and gave them a quick call to scope out my options. Calvin answered and was so helpful and inviting that I rerouted my GPS then and there. Once I got to the shop, it really was super speedy! The entire team communicated effectively and were incredibly friendly, AND they had me back on the road with fresh oil in less than 15 minutes. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when servicing my vehicle, and I will definitely be stopping by if I’m ever back in town. Great job guys!

I needed an oil change, when I arrived the service crew were really polite and greeted me, the service was fast and they knew what they were doing. Kevin was very honest with me and was a huge help and informed that the last mechanic that changed my oil didn’t change the filter. I’ll definitely come back and get service here and will recommend this place to family and friends. Make sure to ask for Kevin!!!!

Quick, friendly service. No wait. Shop was clean and organized. Guys were friendly. They explained the different oil options and pricing was clear. I was able to remain in the car throughout the whole service. Which was convenient. They also allow you to supply own oil for $30. So you can potentially save a bit on a full-synthetic oil change. My transmission fluid was low and brown (instead of pink). Which surprised me. They allowed me to get out of the car and check/confirm it myself. And it was indeed low and burnt looking. Almost like thinned motor oil. They explained the transmission flush process and pricing, but didn’t pressure me to perform the service. Which was nice.

The quickest oil change I have ever had. The price was higher than I thought. I would have rated a little higher, but my next oil change due was not reset. Overall I am satisfied with the results. If you are in a pinch and need to have a quick oil change this is a great alternative if you are okay with the cost.

Stopped in immediately after my A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. They took me in worked on it the minute I pulled in, took them less than 15 minutes to remove, vacuum, clean out, fix and replace the air filter and I was on my way for $44. I let him know what I needed and he asked if I’d been there before and he assured me they would take care of me. He walked me around to the front and also opened the door! Excellent customer service. I’ve been going here for years when they were grease monkey. He explained they had complimentary coffee and water while I waited. He and a couple of other guys vacuumed out my car and also washed my windshield and back window while I waited. I was in and out in 20 minutes. He went over recommendations for my car. It was a great first visit for me since the name change. He also recommended another SpeeDee location for my headlights. Thank you!

I called to find out the price of the oil change I needed. They also top of certain liquids to a point under yoir hoof. I didnt go since I had already topped of my liquids. We took our Chrysler 200 to speedee after the car dealership told us they would charge us $300+ just to change our headlights, speedee only charged us $50 bucks and did some extra free of charge.
