Farm Love

This was my first time ever buying a used part. The staff made it so easy to find what I need the manager stopped what he was working on with tires to help me look up other vehicles that I could get an alternator from and even explained why there was 3 different alternators for my vehicle. He walked me out to the GM area to show me where I needed to go. I saved money and received better customer service than going to auto parts store. Travis and staff are a blessing and my car will be running shortly for a fraction of the cost of what I was originally expecting. Thank you Pull Part for helping the community keep our cars on the road in this economy.

I have had previous negative encounters with a woman in the sales staff. Upon my visit today she wasn’t there. The sales staff was very friendly and was laughing and joking with several of the other customers. It was nice being able to check out with my parts and not being yelled at from across the store to come to the last register. Tisha was amazingly friendly and the manager was quick to help her get my wheels rang up correctly! This is how customer service is supposed to be! Hoping the female manager has transferred to another store as this staff was perfect.

Just wanted to share my experience. I've been looking for a part foe my car for awhile now and I've had no luck. I was told about Pull A Part and let me just share that Tisha the receptionist was sooo sweet and amazing! She was very helpfully! Friendly service and cheap prices. I accidentally left a $300 special socket set on the printer counter came back the next day and the staff was quick to help check the cameras and find my tools. A employee spotted them and put them in the office. Thanks for saving me on that one Pull-A-Part.

I bought my 06 Tundra from a friend a year ago, that had front quarter and passenger side slight damage (got a deal) I was on the pull a part "notify me" list for this model. First time round, come to find out they had 2 series and this one didn't fit. I got my second notification that an 06 had turned up to Columbia. I reached out and spoke with Brandon the Manager. He was able to send me pictures of the parts I needed. Travis was my point of contact when I got there (over an hour away) and he was able to assist me with directions to the particular vehicle. Truly a great experience from the team at Pull a Part in Columbia, SC.

I feel like I visit this Pull a Part on a weekly basis, and that’s not a bad thing. I’m only Leaving this review because my cashier gave me three bolts for free to do so. But I should have left this review a lot sooner. I can’t think of a time this Pull a Part didn’t have the part I needed. For only a dollar to get in (with my free Pull a Part card), and fair prices on everything, this place is hard to beat. Everyone’s always friendly, and as weird as this sounds, I always have a fun time looking through the junk.

Appreciate the golf carts for rent. Wish they had more to rent since they are scarce. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.The yard is kept clear, clean and well organized. Inventory is pretty much up to date. PS: Wish customers would be more considerate and not trash a vehicle just to get one part out

This was my first time coming here. I was in need of a new wheel and even the dealership couldn’t get one for me. I know nothing about wheels. As I arrived the manager assisted me in looking for my car even looking up what else would match up. After looking at the couple sets on the cars I decided to go with some chrome rims they had in the store. 350 for chrome rims and tires can’t be beat. I will be returning next week to get a headlight and driver door since they will pull the parts for me.

Sheared a tensioner adjuster bolt on my 98 Altima. Hunted everywhere and could not find one less then $60 with shipping of whole pulley. They had a 99 Altima I swung in got the bolt and pulley in 20 minutes for $14.

I checked the online inventory for a vehicle matching mine, first. Onsite, I paid the $1 VIP entrance fee and walked right up to the 1998 Chevrolet Suburban, as described online, and plucked the Instrument Cluster; which is now in my 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. Didn't fix my problem, but the experience was as smooth as a new clear coat. Highly recommended. Today's visit was no exception. I had to dig through five trucks to find what I needed, but I was successful. Great customer service! Great prices! 👍🏽

I’d been looking for a front differential everywhere. Online and locally I’d find one but the price would be outrageous. Pulled into pull-a-part with only 1 car matching mine but they had the part. I was able to connect with a local mechanic in the yard to get this part pulled and the price was approx 75% below the going rate elsewhere. Upon checkout, I was able to save addition money because of the holiday weekend thanks to Jessica with the lovely green highlights in her braids. Yes I would recommend and yes I will return. Great place for parts, loved the 50% off doors sale! Having the golf cart rentals is awesome, makes grabbing larger parts of finding the best parts from multiple vehicles a breeze. And helps to have that little bit of shade/breeze while driving it on a hot day in the gravel lot much better!! Some parts are a little expensive, but others are priced great so overall 👍👍

Go find it and if it doesn’t have what you need there may be other locations or different vehicle that works. Have wheel barrels to use for free and a parts cart for $5 /hr hoist are available come snatch a deal!

Started using them for my parts needs to fix friends and family vehicles. Remember all cars run on used parts. Always helpful and good prices and a big selection of parts and they even sell cars there for great prices. Treat you like family when I go. Give retired military and active members free entry and membership. Never had a issues with parts or exchanges. Just visited them yesterday. Bought cross rails for my little sister car the dealership wanted 340 dollars. Paid 22.38 at this place. What a discount.

I had to get a pulley for my truck the auto parts wanted 25 dollars plus shipping and handling which I was going to have to wait a week for . But this place had it there for 8 dollars and basically brand-new no waiting no shipping and handling right then and there. But just a friendly reminder the auto parts are better for some parts.

Man, was I ever surprised to find such a well run business here in Columbia, SC. Everything about the experience was done well from check in to check out. I love this place......there's nothing like finding the part you need [SCORE!!], and at a great price. It's the thrill of the hunt for me. I find the website excellent for checking vehicle inventory before making a visit; of course, you'll will need to make the trip to see if a specific part is still on a vehicle. The yard is very neat and organizedand there's even signposts throughout in case you forget which area the vehicle was in. I like that they are continuously updating inventory so you don't have to deal with stripped-out hulls with nothing left to offer. When it comes to the staff, I've always found them to be courteous, and more importantly, helpful. Yesterday the woman at the checkout was even nice enough to allow me to walk out to my vehicle with a part to verify it was the correct replacement (it was) that I needed before the billing process. While probably not protocol, I appreciated that, because it didn't tie up mine & P-A-P's time running then crediting my credit card. Can't wait to get back out on the yard and find some more parts I need (and some I probably don't :-)

Pull-a-part pretty much has every type of car around for you to rummage through for parts. If you buy a membership card you get in for $1, and non members pay $3 to get in. When entering p-a-p there are 3 computers that list all of the cars and parts on site, and tells the location of the vehicles to help you find what you're looking for. Prices are pretty good, usually about ⅓ the cost of places like NAPA or AutoZone, but I've noticed that the price I find online don't match the cost I'm charged at the register. Staff are friendly and helpful from my experiences. If you're into fixing your own car, pull-a-part is a great place to get parts at a great price.

Overall I like Pull Aparts in general. I have been to several locations and all have little differences. I buy many parts from them and each time they go up I have to be more particular in what I buy there. Sometimes I can find the parts cheaper elsewhere and no labor involved. I wish their parts were cheaper, I'd buy much more.

I have tried to call and the automated system will not work properly I have tried to put in the model and it doesnt under stand and I was trying to talk to a real person but I guess no body works there. There should be sm way to talk to some one so I guess I will take my business some where else. Quality....I dont know because can't find out what I need. Good selection of parts and vehicles to search for what you need! Parts counter staff knowledgeable and helpful. Girls working check in seemed a little less interested. Would love to see a crew go thru and clean up the yard… so many random parts and pieces makes it a little tough to get thru the isles!

Came in looking for a battery for my car sadly they didn’t have one but the cashier up front told me she may have one in the back she went out found a battery I could use and told me to come back in a few hours and I could get it if it tested good went grabbed some lunch and by the time I got back my battery was good to go Tisha was such a life saver she even held my battery for me so no one would buy it before I got back she even offered me an extended warranty for only 4$ more which I gladly accepted this is the type of customer service you don’t see these days where employees go out their way to help their customers keep up the good work pull a part
