I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable attendant who also educated me on several features of my car that I was not aware of. Erik Due was an extremely nice and patient service attendant. He explained the service performed and answered all of my questions and concerns. Ron Best was my original salesman who after having my car for 4 years still helps me with anything that I need. I am very pleased with the customer service at Jim Hudson!! 👍🏾

I was comfortable in nice waiting room with snacks. They kept me posted. I got a great courtesy car to drive home for one night. Tanner Carnes is always professional and very personable. He works with you to make sure your car has everything it needs, but not overselling you just to get additional services out of you. He keeps you aware of everything throughout the process and explains everything in great detail. In my most recent visit when I had to get my brakes replaced sooner than planned, without asking he offered me a courtesy car so I could run errands and not be stuck up there for an additional two to three hours. One time they drove me to the walmart across the street and when my car was done they came and picked me up. The next time I did have a longer wait than the first time, but the staff was so apologetic and accommodating that I had no issue waiting. They are great!

We love JH! Last year we purchased a new 450h. Our sales person, Mark W. was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
We purchased a maintenance program and we’ve been quite satisfied with service. Based on our last maintenance visit (20k), I was a bit disappointed it took so long. I was scheduled for 7:30, but did not leave JH till 9:50. What can be done to speed things up? I’m not sure, but it should be discussed, and wait time needs to be reduced.

Jim Hudson went above and beyond on a recent experience. My Lexus was broken down on side of a road 30 miles away from the Lexus service center in the early evening. Even though the tow would not be at the service center at their 6:30 PM close Lexus made accommodations to leave a loaner car when I arrived at the dealership at 7:45 PM (their sales center was open until 8 PM). I was in a bind and working night shift. The car was repaired within 2 days. The facility is beautiful and all the staff was friendly. Tanner, in particular, was fantastic.

They took me in with no appointment very near the end of the day. I wanted a new key fob programmed. I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours for everything. I actually got the car back in just under 90 minutes. The key worked perfectly and they even washed and vacuumed the car for me. Overall great experience and Erik Due is a top notch service writer. First off, I want to take this all the way back from when I bought my wife the 2021 RX 350 that I have had exceptional service. It felt presidential. I'm ahead when it comes to getting my wife's SUV serviced. I did the 20k mile routine service and was given the opportunity to get a courtesy vehicle until the work was done. I must say that when God blesses me financially, all my kids will be in New Lexus. That's how satisfied I am with Jim Hudson. Never received that service from any other dealership. I called to make an appointment and spoke to a customer care representative name Shannon. She was very polite and professional handling my call and my concerns.
However, when I asked if there would be any charges she said no! When my husband arrived with the vehicle for service he was told upfront there would be a charge for rebalancing and that it was not included in my package.
I had to call her manager and report that she did not inform me that rebalancing was not included in the package on my vehicle. I was very upset because I asked these questions in advance to be prepared if there were any charges.
Having to call and chase down a manager and not get any follow up unless I called and left voicemails was very inconveniencing for me. I never received an apology for the misinformation and inconvenience.
Excellent customer service is when you prepare the customer for all expectations. I did not receive excellence in anyway concerning this matter even though they did remove the charges it came with additional legwork from me and no follow up informing me of anything! Not pleased at all!!!

Scheduled a routine service (oil change only) & to address the issue of tire sensor light not turning off after replacing all of the sensors two days prior at Costco. The dealership immediately informed us the after market product were malfunction, suggested replacing to ensure the light is off, and any other issues. The tech mentioned a cv boot leakage that needed replacement after thoroughly assessing prior work on the boot we discovered it was the left boot not the right that was completed a few years back. We agreed to the work; the dealership provided us with a loaner while they completed the work. They kept the lines of communication open from beginning to end of the process, and return the old sensors as promised. All in all this experience was superb, no complaints at this time. I recommend using them base off our recent experience.

I had a Lexus battery and went to Hudson hoping it would be under warranty. No techs were at work.
