Store Manager Ashleigh was amazing. I came in just to buy a new high beam light bulb and she not only helped me find the right one, but offered to replace it for me. This was a huge help, because it has been tough in the past to change them since my hands are big. Plus, I was on the way to work and had a full suit on. To change it meant a lot of knuckle busting and probably sweating since it was a warm 75 degrees out. She was so kind and helpful and I wanted to take time to thank her. I rarely ever walk away this impressed with customer service and its even more rare for me to leave any type of review, either good or bad. Great job, Ashleigh!

The staff at this AutoZone parts store were pretty helpful, and they are pretty knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of items for purchase including a butane soldering iron which is what I came in here for the last time I visited, they have all kinds of stuff I use for my electrical projects, for both my vehicles and camper. If you can't get something you need in store they can usually order it and have it to you within a couple of days, from personal experience. I would certainly come here for any diy automotive needs. Oh and they sell this rainx windshield spray I would 100% recommend every one try

It's a large store so they almost always have my part and the late hours have been a lifesaver more than once. The staff is SLOW I think a part of that is the computer system and staff not knowing anything about cars. I recommend knowing what you want and not depending on them too much. But I like this place and recommend it to you.

Went in expecting the staff to be too busy to truly help me. That seems to be the case in most auto parts stores. I ended up being helped by an associate named Gerald who was awesome. He had the patience to help find a small/inexpensive part (bushing for gear shift cable) that helped me save a bunch of money. I thought I had the right part number but he was able to catch that the part I was requesting was incompatible with my vehicle. He could've just sold me what I was asking for and gone on to the next customer but thankfully me for me he looked into it and got me on the right track. Friendly, helpful and patient...you can't really ask for more. Plus, the store itself was about the cleanest I've been in.

This is a pretty great AutoZone. To be honest it's not my favorite one but I can't think of anything bad to say about it. It's exactly what you would expect a big box auto parts store to be. If they don't have what I'm looking for they'll let me know what store nearby does have it and (I haven't run into this situation yet but) if they don't have an item near by I'm sure they'll be more than happy to order it for me. They do have a military discount in case anyone is wondering. That's always a plus for vets like me. Most auto parts stores do now (I think) but I know AutoZone does because I tend to go there more often since it's near my house.

I went to 3 different stores this day. 1st store was only one person behind the desk while the other person was out side helping a customer. The line was to the door almost. I left. 2nd store they had half of what I needed. As I was asking questions about my current issue with my truck the two guys behind the counter didn't seem to really care to help me think of what my issue could be. 1 guy younger than the first 2 was more than happy to help me. This store didn't have the part. He sent me to the 3rd store. 3rd store walked in I was next in line the associate never said hello nothing. The customer in front of me was trying to get a battery for their car. the associate kept back and forth back and forth on all the tools he was trying to up sale the customer. I heard someone in the office I asked if he would help me. I asked questions about the part I was purchasing and he really had not answers. At the end if it all the part I was told to purchase did not fix my whole problem. No headlights.

Good prices - but you have to fight for them. The computer charges different prices than what's advertised. Absolutely zero assistance from the staff, and they take their sweet time checking you out, too. I don't think the man who checked me out said more than 5 words to me the entire 10 minute transaction.

Long story short the employee with the Mustang needs a huge raise! Talk about above and beyond, dude gave us a ride back to our car boosted us and then when we got over there helped us fix the issue. He is definitely an excellent guy and I will take my business to him anytime.

Found the 2/3 jaw slide hammer puller that I needed to complete a job on my boat. Purchased it as a loaner tool finished the job and got it back to them in about 1.5 hours.. Having the right tool really simplified the job.. Thanks AutoZone your loan-a-tool program can be a huge money and time saver!!!

Great help when I really needed it! I had unexpected problems with my 98 Astro Van. That's not exactly a brand new car but they had what I needed to get it fixed. When I got into the job, I needed additional parts and they had that as well. I had some trouble with one order and it created a real problem for me. They were able to work through it and get me what I needed. It let me see what they did when things didn't go perfectly - (everybody promised to be helpful when things are going well!) Special thanks to the guys at the Bush River Road store! They were the ones that REALLY made it happen for me. Thanks AutoZone!

In a time where I have struggled and found little to be happy about, AutoZone was able to give me a glimmer of hope. As hot as it is, the employee Coby could have easily made an excuse as to why he couldn't get the battery out, but he didn't. Instead of quitting, Coby, the assistant manager,and another guy sweated it out to make sure I drove away with a new battery!

Best place to find tough to find parts. I have an 87 jeep cherokee and i called all around my town and chapin and couldnt find a steering drag link and pitman arm tie rod end for my jeep since it was causing a death wobble on interstate speeds. I was so mad and yet they had the exact parts and multiple in stock. Their steering parts seem pretty damn good and the price is right. Seen Advanced auto tie rod ends and those suck these are much better quailty and weigh a bit more
