He kept me well informed throughout the repairs and, although it took a few weeks longer than anticipated, I felt reassured that my car was in great hands. I went to Crash Champions in South Loop for repairs after a recent vehicle theft and they were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. My estimator, Carlos, was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. The repair was delayed by several weeks due to a parts shortage but they were very accommodating and kept me updated every step of the way. They even detailed my car for me! My car feels as new as it was the day i drove it off the lot. Highly recommend!

Not only was the customer service and repairs great, but the way they cleaned out my car was a bonus! I literally took it in for a taillight repair and buff when it was hit and it is pretty much detailed on the inside. Wonderful to get it back like that!

Euro Collision repaired dents and scratches on doors and the rear bumper of my Camry. It now looks as good as new. The paint colors perfectly match the six year old paint colors on the rest of the car. All panels line up and the gaps between panels are even throughout. Great job guys.

I am leaving 2 stars, as I have yet to get my car back…. I was told that my car would be ready on 8/5, I called on 8/4 to confirm how early I would be able to pick up my car on 8/5. I was told there there was an issue with the door that was delivered and it had to be sent back, however, the new door would arrive on 8/5. After the door is put on, my car would be “first” in line to paint and would be ready on Tuesday 8/9. I called this morning to confirm the time to pick up my vehicle, and was told that the adjuster would give me a call back, however, the date in the system read that my car would not be ready until 8/11. The adjuster has yet to return my call. I have to call Geico to provide some sort of update, which was the same story told on 8/4. Do not promise a pick up date if you cannot meet it, or have the decency to call the customer in advance! They have had my car for 4 weeks! UPDATE My car was finally ready for pick up on 8/16. Euro Collision did an excellent job on repairing my car, you cannot tell that I was t-boned at all. However, they truly need to work on better communication with clients. My Geico representative explained the issue that many people/places are having with getting parts in. If that was initially explained, I would have been way more understanding.

UPDATED 2/28/2020 So here is my update after the repair! BEAUTIFUL WORK!! I had a lot of damage done to my car after the accident but now it looks brand new again! I am beyond please with their work and their keen attention to detail. They were so nice to fix a ding that was on my car before the accident and I didn’t even have to ask!! Of course I will post before and after pictures as soon as I get a chance!! The pictures will solidify my review of what a great work looks like. Thank you again Mario for keeping me posted throughout the whole process! He is the guy to go to if you have any concern/questions. He really went above and beyond his work to make sure that everything was set in place for a smooth transaction. Even the car rental drop off was nice and easy. I am 100% satisfy with Euro Collision’s work! I hope this review will help those looking for a great body shop. I am passionate/appreciative for great customer service and that great work should always be acknowledged and complimented for everyone to know about. I’ve been going back and forth about where I should bring my car in to get fix after my car accident and ended up going with my gut in which brought me here. For me the first impression is the most important. So from the first time I called to set up the appointment to when I went in, the ladies at the front were all so nice and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with insurance companies. They recommended that I put a claim on my car seat that was in the car during the accident in which no one from the past had ever offer that information. Mario explained everything to me about the whole process and reassured that he will do everything to make this transaction as smoothly as possible. I am so happy that I chose this location. There’s nothing worst then feeling uneasy about a choice you made. I can’t wait to get my car back! I will update the result when everything is fixed and back to normal but as of right now, I’m happy with my choice.

BMW auto repair We were completely satisfied with our repair from Euro Collision Chicago (ECC). This was complicated since the car was involved in two (2) separate incidents, with damage on both sides of the vehicle. The pics are heartbreaking. We called around, but only a few places would guarantee BMW authorized parts and labor. ECC pushed our insurance for the needed replacements where needed with BMW parts so we wouldn't lose any value in our car. When the car was delivered, it was immaculate, inside, and out and we were able to leave our rental car at ECC versus riding back to the rental company (Enterprise). That was a big help to say goodbye to our rental and drive away. Awesome job ECC – special thanks to the mechanics, body shop team, and of course, Ruben for pulling it all together.

I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in after I was in an accident. I originally thought my car was not repairable but after bringing it in I was told they can make it look as good as it was when I originally bought it. And after 3 days in the shop I was impressed in how quick they were able to repair it and how well it looked afterwards. The girls at the front desk (blonde hair and a brunette) were exceptional. I was extremely worried the car would not be able to be repaired and I would have to buy a new car but they assured me that they take pride in their work and they will make sure that I will be happy with my service. The girls at the front desk, along with the work crew, went above and beyond to make me happy. These girls make you feel appreciated. I can not even tell that my car was in an accident and the car came out looking like it was brand new again. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

I damaged my left bumper and tail light in a fender bender. It looked pretty bad to me. Read some reviews of Euro Collision and other body repair companies and Euro had the best reviews. After a week, I was able to pick up my car (I thought it would take 2 weeks)! The repair was excellent! In fact, it looked like it I just drove it off the car dealership lot! I’m very satisfied!

Good place, good people, quick turnaround after work started. -1 star for communication Made plans for rental after scheduling drop off date; received text reminder the morning of scheduled drop off day; arrived with car that morning only to be told that door would not arrive for a few weeks :-( called back a weeks later and door was there..... My car was towed in to Euro Collision and by the time I arrived 30 minutes later, they were already assessing the damage of my car. In the end, it was considered a total loss. When I returned to get my belonging out of my car, they had someone help me with taking off the sticker and adding the plates to my new car. They were professional and I didn't have to wait long. The actual location of Euro Collision is being updated/rehabbed. The temporary location is nice and very clean. The office staff was nice personable and very professional. I became a customer through my car insurance company because I was involved in a traffic accident. I am very satisfied with the completion of car. They returned it all fixed and restored back to new and it has a shine so bright I'm getting compliments from everywhere. I would definitely use them again.

The guy took off leaving me with little to no information, didn’t even check to see if I was ok. I cannot express how AMAZING this place is. The feature that sticks out the most is the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. After a short wait time (<20 mins even when it’s busy) going outside to inspect your car. They are knowledgeable and keep in constant contact with you, leaving you voicemails and texts with updates. I have gone here for a mirror replacement and a small collision that affected the back bumper. They worked with the insurance companies (both yours and the other persons- if it’s a two person accident) and there was little that I had to do. There is even a Geico office and rep inside to assist customers who use their service. There is also an Enterprise onsite that will drive you to their facility (<5 minutes away) to pick a car. Once your own car is ready, you go straight to Euro Collision and they’ll put you right in your car and take care of returning the rental. Overall, this is an excellent facility that during a very stressful time make you feel at ease with their quick friendly service that is also exemplified in their work in fixing your vehicle. Definitely go here!!!

My experience wasn’t bad and wasn’t good as I expected, After getting my car repaired for minor dents, I discovered my air conditioning wasn’t working because of a condenser or something that was damaged by them. Very accommodating. Gieko, is not my insurance company, but Euro Collision was servicing me on behalf of one their Gieko clients. From the initial claim call to the inspection everything was top flight. I rescheduled my inspection appointment date a Couple of times, no problem, no hassle. From the day my car was moved to the shop to the day I picked it up, I was updated at every major step and I could track the details of the repair online if I wanted. Very professional and excellent work. There was a defective weather strip on the door that was replaced and I discovered it only two months later. Joel kindly agreed to look into it immediately and it was all inspected and replaced within a week. Only gripe I had was the car wasn't cleaned properly upon the original delivery but they cleaned it upon pointing it out. Of course, it is very minor. It happens once on a while in their busy schedule.

The repair process was taking a little longer than I expected. However, They made sure my vehicle was repair properly and they backup the repair work with a warranty. I was told to ask for Mario once I made my estimate appointment. Mario made sure I was informed every step of the way. He was always two steps ahead of my insurance, who had not made things easy for me, I can go on and on about how difficult my insurance was, but Mario made it happen. He explained everything in detail leaving me with very little questions. I brought my 2011 BMW M3 Convertible to Euro Collision after i was involved in a pretty substantial accident. at first i was very hesitant because i keep my car in excellent condition and expect every aspect of the repair to be restored to its pre-accident condition. I have very high expectations and typically would take my car to the dealership only. After meeting the staff at Euro Collision, they assured me that the car would look perfect once they are finished with the repairs. When it was time to pick up my car only two weeks later, i was extremely impressed. Every aspect of the rear was done perfectly and they even washed and waxed the car and removed an extra door ding for me at no extra charge. I recently had an accident in my Tesla Model X. There are not many places yet that are certified to work on Teslas in the city. I went on the website and called 2 approved shops and they both told me it could be a year before they even started to work on my car. I then connected with Euro Collision and they were eager to help me and said they would start on it right away. In the meantime, my car was being held hostage by a nefarious tow truck company. After almost a week of my insurance company trying to get it back, someone from Euro Collision went to the tow company and helped me get my car at 9pm on a Friday night. He then sent me pics so I knew it was with him. Getting parts for Teslas can also be a challenge. Albion at Euro Collision consistently kept me up to date on the status of my car and the parts. When it was returned it looked brand new. Everything works perfectly. I really can't thank them enough and would recommend their work and customer service to anyone.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the procedure, very straightforward - Geico person right away looked at everything, explained what has to be done, how long it will take, etc. Left car with them and got picked up by Enterprise rent-a-car. In an hour or two I got estimate. I came in on Tuesday morning and was given ETA for next Monday. Car was finished on Friday! Car was as good as new to my eye. All in all very painless and straightforward procedure.

The guy was totally upfront and recommended that we don't risk our rates going up by filing such a minor claim with our insurance.
