We were referred to Lennox Auto Body by a trusted local dent repair shop, WyoDent. Our experience was excellent from the first call to picking up our 2022 three days earlier than estimated. Each person we dealt with was friendly and polite. Our truck body work repair is exceptional. We cannot discern any color difference or body difference than when brand new just six months ago. We keep our truck in immaculate condition, so to find a local professional team that provides superior work is clutch!

I took my car there for an estimate to get a dent and scratch on the passenger side door, that I believe was caused from someone keying my car. It wasn’t anything major, but I definitely did not want to have to stare at it all the time. Everything went smoothly with my insurance and rental car. I got text updates daily of the progress on my car. I would’ve liked to of had it back sooner, I had to wait over the weekend til Monday, but that was okay, because once I saw the final product I was very pleased! They did a great job. Looks like it never even happened! Not to mention my car needed vacuumed out and the seats wiped down before I took it in, and I go to sit inside it and they had cleaned the inside! Nothing too fancy, but it was a lot better than before! And they gave me a 20% off coupon for auto detailing at their detailing location off of Pershing. Very pleased! Thanks Lennox!

Lennox auto body is professional and incredibly easy to work with. They provide frequent text updates to know exactly what’s happening with your vehicle as far as repairs and with the process of insurance. They went out of their way to make sure that all of my hail damage was repaired even when my insurance was not in agreement. They worked directly with adjusters making sure all repairs were made that they identified. I will definitely use a Lennox Auto Body again in the future if I need service and will recommend highly to friends and family

So this review is a bit late, sorry. My 2019 Chevy Cruze had its front right panel crushed by another car. I dropped it off and let them know I would be on a trip for the next 11 days. They didn’t promise that it would be done when I got home but they said they would try. By god, it was done and it was excellent work. They also re did the other corner panel for me for a decent price. Honestly I couldn’t be happier.

I have used Lennox once before, and finding a good auto body shop can be a hit or miss. This is a business that USAA recommended, but you are free to chose your own. The end of July is especially busy for those of us that live in Cheyenne Wyoming, due to our rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days. I took my vehicle in just prior to the start of said event. The car rental place was booked out, and I had my choice of the last two cars. Once in the shop, the Lennox team does very well with texting (if you want) to let you know what stage of the process your vehicle is in. Now, although I like USAA, they sometimes don't jump on the ball when they need to, so there were some time delays. I was then reminded of a wedding my wife and children were going to in Kansas the first week of August, so I relayed that to the Lennox team, and they said they would try and do the best they could. Now keep in mind, with the car rental extension, the event, the USAA delays, the pressure to get the car back sooner, the Lennox team called me at 3:50 p.m. the last Friday of our event (CFD), and I was already out and about and went to pick up my vehicle with delight. I paid, the vehicle looked new again, but now to return the rental. They were short staffed, and suggested I call someone in my family or a friend to help return. I had neither. The Lennox team was also short staffed, and ready to close. What a pickle I was in! Although the rental is supposed to get me as part of their service, they couldn't. Sean from Lennox then said to me to take the rental back, and when it was quitting time, he'd come pick me up and take me back to my finished, beautiful vehicle! Service above and beyond! Although I tried to pay him for going out of his way, he didn't accept it. He just said "It's just the right thing to do!" Well done Lennox team! You not only made my car new again, you over came any and all obstacles and deadlines! My heartfelt thanks to you all!!

My wife and I could not be more happy with the service provided by Lennox Auto Body shop. We went to them to have some damage repaired that had been done to the front bumper on a 2018 RAV4. They were straight forward and honest with the possibilities of repair and pricing right off the bat. They gave us a general quote upon first inspection and made very clear to us that this was not a for sure price. They explained thoroughly that once they take the bumper off and get a better look they will have a more accurate estimation of the cost. They gave us regular updates throughout the process and made sure to check with us before venturing further with repair and costs. Additionally, they followed up with us a week after our business had been concluded to make sure we were happy with the job. What impressed us the most was the fast turn around time. We dropped the car off two days before thanksgiving and were planning on being without the vehicle for the holiday weekend. Fortunately, they took care of all the repairs and had the vehicle back to us before they went on holiday break. We will definitely return to them in the future should we have any need to. EDIT for second experience. Once again I’m absolutely blown away at level of quality and professionalism this business exhibits. I was involved in a minor accident and the insurance agency I dealt with wouldn’t give me more than 1/3 the price of the estimate I had received. The people at Lennox navigated these murky water smoothly and professionally and secured the entire amount I was due for the repair of my vehicle. Not only did they repair every bit of damage from the accident but they vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car as well. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected of them and delivered an exemplary product. I will refer this business to anyone who asks me time and time again.

After being rear ended I brought my vehicle here on the recommendation of a few different people. The staff were friendly and I did not have any issues there but unfortunately when it came to the quality of the work, there were deficiencies. Upon picking up my vehicle for the first time, the new rear fender had been creased and the trunk showed paint runs on the edge. I asked them to correct these issues which they did after keeping my vehicle a few more days. The second time picking up my vehicle I discovered they had resprayed the rear quarter but had left dirt nibs in the clear which again they offered to correct if I was to come back in a week after giving the paint time to cure. Finally, after picking up l my vehicle up for the third time I discovered they had sprayed clear coat on my taillight, though this was likely something I missed the previous time I inspected the vehicle, leaving a hardened mess. At this point I simply accepted that this would be something I would have to live with, lest I repeat this cycle for the rest of eternity. In summary, what they did right they did well, with a well sprayed and color matched paint job but their attention to detail could use some work without constant prompting to fix their mistakes. Edit: I was reached out to following this review and was asked for an opportunity to make things right. I have amended the rating I had originally given in respect to their willingness to work with me and correct the remaining blemishes. Their follow up work was quick and courteous and I can say I am now quite satisfied with the final result.

I needed a full bumper replacement and it was done in two days. At first I was really nervous to take my car into Lennox for a hail damage estimate after the younger receptionist my mom spoke with on the phone was really rude and unprofessional. My mom called for me due to the fact that i was at work extremely busy- but needed to get my car in soon. When she called the receptionist answered, and my mom said- “hi ma’am. I have a few questions and was wondering if you had a moment to answer them.” And the younger receptionists answer was, “no actually i don’t.” Her excuse was she thought my mom was calling from an insurance company.... either way i don’t think as a receptionist you should answer the phone like that no matter who it is.....But when I got there Tina and Jeremy were sooo nice and helpful. Totally changed my view and mind on the people at Lennox! I’m very thankful I got to speak and deal with Tina and Jeremy for my appointment. I felt like they had time for me, and they didn’t make me feel like a bother- so thank you to Tina and Jeremy for changing my first impression.

Working with Lennox was a fantastic experience! They were incredibly friendly, were quick to look at my car's damage and write up an estimate, and even broke down the cost of repair to be a transparent as possible. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and Lennox even called ahead with a reminder a few days ahead of time. Once the car was in the shop, they constantly sent updates as repairs were being made which set my mind at ease, and when the repairs were done it was perfect! Not a sign that the car was ever damaged. I can't recommend Lennox enough!
