My personal review as an owner operator, truck driver when I came to Floyd’s truck center in Cheyenne Wyoming I came in for a fuel related problem and other diagnoses that I need it on my truck Frank took care of me very well. Cody took care of me very well as well, and Seth took care of me as well. These guys are awesome. The technician that worked on my truck. Thank you for everything the parts department Cary . Broke down with a brand new cascadia had less than 3000 miles on and had towed in apparently had bad valve stems and a faulty wheel speed sensor in out in 3 days. Not bad for a dealer however the cruise control went out a short time after service. They kept in great communication hope I don’t have to be back but if I do they had good service and the hotel was reasonably priced with shuttle they referred us to.

Best place to bring your truck in! Frank has a great attitude and talks to you like family from the get go and they’re tech Dave had me in and out in no time. They’re knowledge of what they do saved my company literally thousands of dollars and they had me rolling, making my money in a fraction of the times I was given at other shops. They’re lounge was clean and had good options of munchies while I waited. Will definitely stop here if I ever have another truck issue while going by here, and I highly recommend anyone else do the same.

This shop is a real life saver! I came to here twice in a span of a month: once I needed a new radiator, second time - new DEF pump. Got towed to the shop on Saturday before closing and was out Monday morning with new radiator. Got new DEF pump same day on Sunday! Staff here is amazing: Cary gave me discounts on my parts, Dave worked on my truck twice and did an excellent job. I worked with Frank and he went above and beyond for me! They also have huge driver lounge with snacks, drinks, free coffee, laundry and very cozy couches. I appreciate everything these people done for me and would definitely come to this shop in the future!

48 hours to get the inlet nox sensor replaced on the weekend. I had to bobtail there because they didn’t have room for my trl. Nice people. Large drivers lounge. You can sleep in your truck when they are closed.

We broke down in our Prevost over Mother's Day weekend. It was close to closing time on a Saturday when we called Floyd’s Truck Repair in Cheyenne, WY. From the moment we spoke with Frank, we knew that we’d called the right place. He tried talking us through a possible repair alongside of the road, but eventually determined that we needed a tow to the shop. We were fortunate that they allowed us to boondock in their lot until the crew arrived in the morning. We were beyond relieved that the shop would be open, because it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day. Frank reassured us that they’d do everything they could to get us back on the road again. They replaced the connections on wiring sensor that went bad. And true to his word, Frank and the crew got our bus 🚍 quickly back on the road. We were very impressed and would highly recommend!

I have been a truck driver for 33 years this has got to be the best dealership that I've ever been to they've got an amazing driver Lounge it's at separate building across the street with laundry facility is big screen TV numerous vending machines all the coffee you want the staff is amazing the service was great they got me in a timely fashion to diagnose the problem advise me of the situation got the parts ordered got the truck in the shop got all repairs done the communication was great and the work is top-notch everyone there was helpful but Frank is the best can you shoot straight with you he doesn't lie to you he let you know hey it's going to be three days or whatever the situation is he doesn't tell you that will get right on it when he knows that it's going to be a day or two they don't do what other shops do they tell you exactly what you're looking at and you can count on what they tell you I recommend Floyd's truck center to anyone that needs repair work done

Well, I looked at the reviews and decided to try anyway. I was not disappointed. They were able to fix my truck when the last 3 shops couldn't. I was there about 5 1/2 hours total. March 2nd 2018 had an air leak thought it was the compressor but it was just a line off of it. I also had a bad def hose. Floyd's got me fixed up and running again all in a few hours! Awesome service! They have the best service writer Chad. Everyone was real nice! Great service I will return!!

At first, I saw him as a serious person who spoke and had a difficult mood. But it turned out to be quite the opposite After I explained to him my whole story, Frank has a good heart and listened to my whole story and helped me a lot and solved my problem. I learned that he is a person with a talent for repair, helps the customer and makes him happy in the performance of his duty. My advice to you is this person is very generous, his name is Frank. I am an over the road hotshot driver. I needed someone to replace a belt so I could get home to get my truck fixed because I had a oil leak and it was starting to rot away at the belt. I called Floyd’s truck Center to see if they had any way of getting my truck in. I spoke to a gentleman named Frank that went above and beyond his job to help me out when I was in need. Although he could not get me into his shop he gave me a few numbers to call and the second number he gave me was sapp Bros and they got me in that day. I had actually even called back to get that number. After I dropped my truck off I got a phone call from Frank seeing if I had found anyone to take me in. He even went as far as calling his son who’s in Colorado to see if he could get up here this evening in case I could not get my truck taken care of. I have never seen such wonderful customer service in my life. most people just hang up and basically say good luck. I will definitely let all my other drivers know about this location to do further business. I greatly appreciate their help otherwise I could’ve been stuck here till Tuesday. Thanks again Floyd’s!

As an ex automotive service manager turned truck driver I'm very critical of repair shops, that said in my opinion Floyd's did a fabulous job for me toad in with a transmission problem diagnosed as an electrical harness problem ordered the parts and installed it very complicated job kept me informed the whole way everybody that I spoke to was courteous knowledgeable and professional facilities were clean and one of the best driver lounges I've ever seen these guys get five stars I just wish they weren't 1800 miles from home or I'd use them more often

So after a week of our truck being in a different shop, Floyd's had us going in 2 days. Repairs required draining fuel tanks, changing filters, etc. However...after driving only a few miles, warning light cane on generating same code as before fix. Went back to Floyd's and Frank to great care of us. Determined that the fix wasn't completed properly and basically needed to be re-done. Repair couldn't be completed b4 closing, so Frank hooked us up at the Red Lion, covering the cost. Mistakes can be made, it happens. And when it does, Floyd's owns up and makes it right. Straight shooters, honest and very personable. Highly recommend.

When we got to Cheyenne, we had called a few Freightliners, we told them it was a NO x sensor, each one told us sure we can replace it but it will be 2 weeks. My husband called Cheyenne Coyte told us to bring it in. We got there a 1130 1200 ( a couple of trucks be us in) so we called urber and went to eat, when we got back about 200-240 pm they had our truck in. It was fixed by 430pm. What can I say about this freightliner they all work great together here. Everyone is so nice, their drivers room is comfortable we will be back to them. Had to have truck towed to the shop on Friday the 13th. Figured we were done until sometime next week. They were able to diagnose it the same day and get the exhaust parts ordered. Out of the shop and back on the road within 24 hours. Frank especially is an awesome dude, he really cares and tries to get you done as quickly as he possibly can. We were driving our Class A motorhome with toad through Cheyenne WY. We were about 2 1/2 miles from an exit 362 when a tire blew on our tow dolly. We limped along to the exit where we saw that Floyd's Truck Center was open. Now this is a Sunday!!! We pulled in and asked if they could help with changing a tire. We had a spare on the dolly. Frank was on the service desk was very helpful. He came right out and removed the damaged tire what was left of it on the rim and installed the spare tire for us. Did I mention that this is on a Sunday??? We were out of there and back on the road in about a 1/2 an hour. We are so thankful Floyd's Truck Center Inc was open and want to thank Frank for his help and very fast service to get us back on the road. We would highly recommend Floyd's Truck Center Inc.

What can I say other then wow! I came in last minute barely any warning with a DEF issue in my truck and Frank got me checked in slid into a spot and ready to be look at in no time. I came in Saturday evening close to close and I'm out Sunday just before close, I have to give a big thanks to both Cary (I belive that's how its spelled) their parts guy he did a killer job finding everything my truck needed within the 24 hr window, and another huge thank you to Joey the tech that actually did the work on my truck, bstqwwn the 2 of them I was practically in and out in almost no time at all, honestly the quickest time I've ever been in and out of a shop for any repair. All in all if I could give Floyd's more then five stars I absolutely would, and I reccomend them to anyone who hauls OTR or even locally for all you're repairs. Great staff and excellent service. Great driver's lounge with laundry room, large comfy couches and list of hotels and restaurants that deliver. They were faster at repairs than even they projected which threw me off since I had gotten a hotel for 2 days but they let me wait to pick up until the next morning. They were vwry nice and constantly apologized for having to wait for parts to come in for my new 2021 Freightliner Cascadia. I had to assure them I wasn't upset since these were events out of both of our control.

We broke down in Cheyenne in our RV full of kids, headed to Yellowstone for a trip planned over a year in advance. Best experience at a shop I’ve ever had. All of the staff were top of the class with professionalism and knowledge. The complaints that were on the work order received full attention and resolution. All work performed before and after was explained in detail. These people are truly amazing in every aspect of the word. The drivers lounge across the street is huge, and spotless. Big couches, big screen tv, vending machines.... I felt like royalty interacting with everyone. Floyds without question sets the bar higher than anywhere else in the industry. I have to travel 70 miles one way to have them work on my truck and have zero qualms in doing so. I can rest easy knowing the work will be done right and complete. I had a noise coming from my engine and everyone kept saying it's my turbo it needs to be replaced, I told Mike (mechanic) about the noise and he asked a few questions and told me it was an Air leak, said if it was the turbo I'd hear grinding. Sure enough it was an Air leak, got the parts from Floyd's to fix it and I'm rolling again. Difference in price $78 compared to $3700. He could have ripped me off but didn't, "Inpressive".

I am taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely afraid after reading all other reviews to leave my truck there. But I had no choice... no other shop in the area would touch a Mercedes Engine but the dealer. It turned out that we had to wait 1 day for the part to arrive, their diagnostic was accurate (truck was losing power and I expected the worst... they were honest and repair only what it was necessary) as soon as it arrived, they got to work and replace the parts. As described over the phone my truck was ready by the end of the day (actually 6 hrs earlier). I was given an estimate of $1600.00 ($650.00 in parts) which it would be the usual for a Freightliner dealer... and when they called for us to pay to my surprise (and I've been to many many Freightliner dealers over the road....) what they charge me was actually around $1400.00. I wish more Freightliner dealers were this efficient and charge (for a dealer) what it needs to be charged. Chad in service did a good job and also provided an honest price for being a dealer. Surprised and glad we stop here, specially after reading all those horrible reviews. We recommend based on our experience this shop and their personnel.

This is the third freightliner unable to resolve my starter blocked fault and the transmission fault. Freightliner is subject to FMCSA rules, remember. Intermittent errors are a difficult repair but my radar should have been test driven. It left there missing my left lane alert. I have no way of testing the proximity sensor because of my low governed speed. While I was there my right fuel tank became low which may be my fueling issue? Dont know but my APU quit working and after I fixed that by fueling I had no Freon. Happy coincidence? Now I have to visit a terminal instead of seeing everyone I love at home. I need even more repair to make sure it gets done and right. I'm sad. I try so hard to do right and its a constant struggle. I'm tired of hearing my family say, its ok if you dont come home. Just make sure it gets fixed right. Is it ok if freightliner fixes it right? Why do i need to be a certified mechanic to protect myself? Why cant I see my family?

They worked with me to diagnose my problem and get me out quickly. Came in on a Friday afternoon. Was out before noon on Monday. There lounge area has a large screen TV and washer and dryer. Eating and lounging and TV areas. There is a wonderful mom and pop restaurant within a short walk. Many hotels in the area have trucker rates and shuttle service. If I breakdown again, it would be the place to be.

what timely, however, my truck is fixed. Everyone here is very nice and they try to be as helpful as possible. The drivers lounge has a nice tv with cable, vending machines for food and soda. Nice plush couches and chairs. Some even recline. 2 eating tables. Laundry was well worth the dollar wash and dry. The only thing missing was showers. Great place if you need fixed. Also, all buildings are animal friendly. I'd also like to add that even though they do not have an ice removal service they came out and removed about 50 pounds of ice off a trailer they didn't even work on.

When a truck comes in they primarily handle appointments. A truck thats down in an emergency setting is stuck waiting. They would be better charging an emergency rate and keeping one bay available for emergencies. Just my two cents, the people are friendly though. I had to have an emergency repair done here. I was rather impressed with the service department. They worked to get me in a couple hours after arrival. Then they under promised and over delivered. The service tech notes were well written and he found the problem. Repair was done quickly. The freightliner dealer in Casper WY had just the same day misdiagnosed the problem Floyds found and repaired. I was billed almost 1k earlier in day at the Casper dealer for no repair. Good customer service with a large driver's lounge, but the wait time is horrible. I have been here twice. The first time I spent 4 days, and the second time was 8 days. I could have been working those days and making money. They do look at your truck within a few hours, and then tell you when they will work on your truck. As others have said, the estimate time is off, and in my case, it was off by days. If you have the option, go to another Freightliner. Out of the 5 or so Freightliners I have been to, this is the slowest.

Blew the sleeper A/C heater hose heading east just outside Laramie. Came to Floyds on the advice of the road repair guy after he replaced the heater hose because we discovered that there was another hose that was disconnected and couldn't figure out where it went. It the end they tried to charge me an extra $2900 for a new bunk heater. When all the time that other hose was just a drain line. And it broke at where it drained to the ground.
