I needed my tire fixed urgently on a way home from a road trip. I called right away in the morning and they got me in quickly and fixed my issue promptly. Truly they saved the day and i can’t thank them enough. The shop was clean, the guys were friendly and helpful and would recommend this place! Would go back if I lived in the area. Thanks!

I have been going to Marty's for more than 15 years and they have always treated fair and respectful. I have never had a repeat on repairs and when the mechanic have time they will tell me what they had to do and sometimes the problems were in my mechanic skills that caused the problem, but I don't tell them it was me that worked on it first.

I trust Martys Tire to do work on my vehicle. They have been honest to what my vehicle needs to be safe and do not take advantage of people. I will only use Martys Tire for my inspections and mechanical work. They do a great job and get it done in a timely manner.

Staff was friendly on the phone. Scheduled the service quickly. Service was performed quickly. All was good. The service was for a commercial vehicle so getting this done efficiently was very much appreciated.

I blew a tire on the interstate didn't see anything in the road so I'm pretty sure the puncture was from rebar sticking up out of the concrete. I was stuck with no spare and I called Marty's and the tow truck took my car there. Marty's had a tire in stock where no one else did, they had my tire changed and back on the road to home in no time! I have used Marty's in the past and I will continue to use them from now on in the future. You can't find a better or kinder bunch of employees than the ones at Marty's tires! If you need tires at a great price and a company that stands behind their products and service, then I suggest you look no further and go to Marty's. We had a flat on the way through Charleston on our way to Kansas. We went to another tire shop, which was going to take an hour, and it turned out they didn't have the right tire. We drove down the road to Marty's and they got us taken care of in 30 minutes flat. They were friendly and very helpful. We were very thankful.

We got a flat while driving through Charlestown. Billy and his crew at Marty’s Tire totally saved us! They got us in quickly and they repaired our rim and tire so we could continue on our trip. Billy personally came and talked to us and he couldn’t be a nicer guy and so willing to help us out. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My tire was losing pressure. As instructed the car was brought in early Saturday morning. The tire had a nail in it and was replaced in time for us to travel to a family memorial service.

While traveling from Ohio to take my son to Bible College we ran over something with both cars Every where we tried was busy or couldn't get us in until we reached Matt he said bring it right over and we'll get you in. Great service and I have peace of mind my baby is safe driving at college. If you are ever in need and in the area I highly recommend Marty's Tires. Fast and helpful! Had a screw in one of my tires on a road trip from Michigan to North Carolina, when all the other shops were closed Marty’s Tire was open and available! Took maybe 20 minutes for the tire to be repaired!

Absolutely AWESOME!!! I was in a group of 24 people with a mini bus going back to Texas. Tire blew out. Marty's worked us in and replaced the tire at a reasonable price. They were INCREDIBLY friendly. They checked ALL tires and inflated any that were low.

I got 4 brand new tires. The service was reasonable in terms of waiting for the tech to do the job. I was helped with what I needed within 1 minute of entering. And I waited about 30-45 minutes for for them to finish and get my attention. The tire prices for my vehicle were supposed to be 70 but due to the person I talked to on the phone previously telling me 60 they marked all 4 down by 10 and the disposal per tire was only 4 dollars besting my previous tire place by 1and it was a used tire shop.

My van broke down on vacation and the gentleman were extremely accommodating and had the decency to allow my family to wait in the lobby while waiting for a rental vehicle. Aside from this the repairs were finished quite quickly and at a very affordable price.

I came in to Marty's Tire to have a yearly inspection done on my vehicle. I went around back since it appeared to have a large grand entrance. Turns out the building used to be something else and was converted, but the mechanic was nice enough to show me to the front. The whole thing took less then 40 mins. They recommended a coolant flush and informed me i needed to clean my terminals. Due to the miles and it being the original battery I agree with both of those statements. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of add-ons and was very straight forward. I will definitely bring my cars here from now on and would recommend them to anyone i know. Thank you for your great service!

I have been going to Marty's for tires, brakes, oil changes, and state inspections since I started working at the capitol complex in 2002. Work is always done quickly, correctly, and at a fair price. Locally owned and operated. Edit: Dropping a star because incorrect items were diagnosed to fixed a steering issue.

They said it would take an hour and a half to two to get to me to plug my tire but it took less than 45 minutes they was pleasant reasonable. Then told me about if I buy tires that they would rotate them for free anything to do with my tires as long as I still have them I thought that was good information for when I get ready to purchase new tires.

My brake line was leaking took it to them and they where able to fix it an get done fast and it was a great price. If anything else happens to my car they will be the first place I go. An I highly recommend everyone else going. Great people and great customer service!!!

They do tires. Not tires and transmissions or tires and tanning beds. Just tires. And they do it right. Like it supposed to be. They tell you what it will cost and how long it will take. And if you need air or rotation they refuse to take money and give you an all star job just for being a customer. This IS the place to go in charleston for tires. It maybe not be the cheapest, but it will be close. And the Service before and AFTER sale is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else. Huge fan!

Can't find a trustworthy mechanic? Marty's Tire in Spring Hill (west edge of Charleston) has done a great job for us several times. Husband Chuck knows what he is seeing, because he can fix just about anything mechanical, and he is happy with their work. That's a pretty good endorsement! We sure do miss our car docs in Fayetteville, and have suffered through several lackluster mechanics here in Charleston when pulling up roots from the 'Ville. The last one here in Bigtown had no idea how to fix our problems with any kind of creativity that would save money. Marty's is pretty good! Maybe wonderful. They are getting ready to do $1,000 worth of work on our car, so I guess we'll find out....

Always great to do business here. It's first come, first served, so you'll usually have to wait or walk to town on errands but it's a good excuse to walk to The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences to see the art or a film.
