Bryce at VIP Tires and Service is great! Hit a curb so I called and they said to bring my car over for a free alignment inspection. They had me in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes and provided excellent customer service! Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I needed a hitch installed on my Prius for a bike rack and VIP was one of the places that was recommended. I chose them because of the Google reviews and they have weekend hours. They installed my hitch no problem on a Saturday morning. That afternoon, when I realized I didn't have the right tools to swap parts on my bike rack to fit a fat bike I called them and asked if they'd be willing to help. They told me to come back in the morning. Bryce and Tyler then spent 40 minutes swapping the parts, they were careful and made sure everything was working. When I asked if I could pay them for their time, they just asked that I leave a review. Gladly! They saved me time and frustration and were friendly and helpful to boot. I'll have no hesitation recommending them myself, thanks guys!

I had a hard time looking for a good mechanic in the area and was recommended by several people to go to VIP Services. I was in much need of a tire change and booked an appointment. Unfortunately the last people on Shelburne Road ripped my tire, making it unusable for this winter. Thankfully VIP Services had me covered, they helped walk me through my options making sure I was safe on the road this winter season . I highly recommend using there services to anyone in town they are a friendly bunch who is only looking out for you and your safety.

One of the best experiences I've with an autoshop! I had an issue with the back struts on my 2006 Honda Element so went in for a free quote and they were able to fix it on the spot! It's been a couple months and the car is still running smoothly without issue. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I plan on making this my new spot!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Came to Burlington for a college visit and got a flat tire. Too far to drive home on the spare so needed a quick fix. They could have taken advantage of me but did not. Gave me a good price and had me back on the road quickly. Staff was friendly too!

Bought my tire for repair. Week later, the same tire flat again. Bring in, told them the tire flat again. The mechanic told me tire was never patched before in tire life cycle. I thought to myself if they even repair the first time. Anyway, paid $28 again. Plus they scratch long line on the rim. After few day, the manager called me and explained the problems with my tire. I have to rewrite my review with VIP. I wish they given me clear explanation in the first time. This is small jobs, but I trust this place to going forward for future big repair and maintenance.

Update 2/8/22 Had an oil change and my tires rotated plus they replaced a tire sensor for me as well at no charge. Bryce was extremely professional and handled all the details. Jason was quick to the rotation and Shawn installed the sensor. I was in and out under an hour and they were extremely busy. Thanks again guys for all your hard work and dedication. Highly recommend this place!! Setting the appointment was easy and convenient the place was extremely clean and the employees we’re very friendly. I originally went there just for the oil change but while I was there I ordered two new tires guaranteed for the cheapest price and I actually just got the phone call this morning and I will be having them put on this afternoon. I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming and the staff were incredible. I needed an alignment and they got me right away. They were very friendly and quick to answer my questions. From now on when it comes to my vehicle they have my business and I will recommend them to others looking for a shop. Update: I brought my vehicle back to have a light looked at and a wiper blade put on the back. Again AWESOME 5 star service and I again felt welcomed into a friendly atmosphere. Had to bring in my car for inspection. They took the time to bring me out to the car on the lift and show me how loose the lower control arm was. Replacing it took much longer than I was told, but they were transparent and apologetic through that process. Things happen and what may seem a straightforward fix can be unexpectedly complicated sometimes, so I understand and am thankful that they kept me up to date as things progressed. Overall a good place to go!

I needed my back brakes replaced and the few places I tried couldn’t book me within a few days and I needed to go on a large road trip in two days. VIP squeezed me in the next day. I was their last customer and I was running late. I felt bad so I called to cancel because they had earlier told me that the break change would take 45 minutes and they closed within the half hour. They told me to come anyway and not to worry. They were waiting for me outside when I got there, immediately took my keys and got straight to work. Not only did they do a great job and offer a competitive price, but they had two guys work on it to get the car in and out in under 15 minutes. A 15 minute brake change?! Unbelievable! They were also great dudes who gave me advice on another issue I was having with my car (leaky sunroof). If it weren’t for insurance fixing it and asking me to get it fixed at the dealership I would certainly return to VIP to get it fixed. I highly recommend their services and their team.

I had driven by VIP Tires & Service a few days ago, so when I walked out of my house this morning to a completely flat tire on my truck they were the first place I thought of going. We showed up at 2:30 on a Sunday, without calling ahead. Bryce carried the tire into the store from my friends car, and immediately brought it in back to find the leak. Thankfully it was an easy fix, and Bryce said they would have it done in 20 minutes. We walked out of their with a fully repaired tire in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient! It was one of the quickest, most friendly shops I have ever been and I will definitely be returning for any future mechanic needs!

I had 2 nails in 2 different tires in one week! The first was plugged. Fast, courteous, and a great price! A week later the tire was not repairable but I changed out for winter tires ahead of the rush. I hate waiting and the guys worked very efficiently. Again reasonable prices. I will be back in the spring for new tires if not before for an oil change. I would recommend the Riverside ave shop.

The team at VIP on Riverside Ave was incredibly helpful through a fairly complicated winter tire change over. We purchased a Tesla Model Y in the fall, which was supposed to come with a winter tire package. We received the vehicle in a timely manner, but due to supply chain issues, the tires never came - they are an unusual size, so it took us forever to find a set of tires and wheels we could use. We brought the aftermarket set to VIP to be mounted and balanced, at this time we discovered there was an issue with how Tesla's proprietary bluetooth TPMS fit into our setup. It being winter in Vermont, we couldn't drive our vehicle until we got the winters onto it. Greg and Bryce up front were really helpful in trying to come up with a solution to get our vehicle on the road. They did research, offered several suggestions and solutions, and continued to fit me into their busy schedule to try each new possible fix. Sean in the back was diligent and super careful with our wheels with each mount we had to try. While the whole situation was frustrating and I had to go back to the shop several times, I always felt welcome there, like we were all taking part in some ridiculous shared bad joke. VIP was definitely a huge part of the solution to my problem. Top notch customer service!

I have had nothing but smooth, easy, and satisfactory experiences with VIP Tire. I went to their Williston location before they opened the Riverside Ave shop. Great service at both spots. 20 minutes into my tire change-over the mechanic came out and asked, “are you sure you have the right size tires? Your car takes a 16”, but the tires in the back are 17.”” My dad had put the wrong tires in my car. They couldn’t fit me in that same day, but booked me for the first available the next day. I showed up about 10 minutes early to my appointment and the mechanic got right to work. Tires changed over in less than 30 minutes. Of course, as I pulled out of the lot my oil change light came on, but VIP was able to fit me in on Monday for that service as well. Highly recommend these guys.

I noticed my tires, pads, and rear brake rotors were completely worn down. I emailed a couple different shops and locations for a quote and VIP was the best and the most professional. Even though I had contacted my hometown VIP in Maine they were able to set me up with an appointment at a more convenient location in Burlington the very next day. They fixed my car within hours, making sure I was aware of the costs and any problems that arose before they went ahead with anything. 10/10.

Had to get my tires rotated and balanced since tire warehouse in Rutland did a poor job. VIP price was reasonable and they were very competent. They pointed out things that needed attention that the dealer and oil and go didn't bother to check. For example, my cabin air filter was really dirty. Toyota didn't change it like they were supposed to at the last service interval. I literally had an oil change at oil and go that same day and they said the filter was fine. VIP blew out the filter and showed me where it goes so I can change it myself and save a few bucks. My oil change at oil and go cost $95. VIP oil changes are significantly cheaper. I'll be going to VIP from now on.

What a great new place! I received a mailer with an oil change advertisement and made an appointment. The place is nice and new and easy to find. When I entered, an employee at the desk told me he was new and would get someone to help, which he did quickly. The next guy came out immediately and was friendly and informative. While changing oil, they rotate the tires -very helpful! They also told me some service I need to do soon- also helpful. I'm sending my partner over for his oil change. I was given a booklet about a rewards program (I need to get service anyway, why not get rewards for it?!) and an online service history tracker. I'm looking forward to seeing how this business can meet our future car care needs.

I received a promotional mailer advertising a $10 oil change. When I called to make an appointment they were extremely friendly on the phone. The same was true when I arrived to drop off my car. All associates I encountered were very polite. Oil change and tire rotation were performed at an amazing price due to the promotion. Bryce went through everything with me afterwards. I'm very impressed with VIP Tires and Service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. It was also refreshing to get the services I was seeking without being harrassed to get additional unnecessary services like many other places do! The waiting area is clean and offered free refreshments and wifi. My oil change/tire rotation took very little time. I was also happy VIP cares enough to have you come back after 25 miles or so to double check everything is properly tightened and up to speed. Thank you for a great experience!

I went in thinking I only needed to switch my winter tires to my summer tires, but they told me my brakes needed to be done and it would be unsafe to drive home to New York without new brakes. So instead I was able to get new brakes on the spot and new summer tires, a huge relief.

We needed to get a tire patch. They got us in to take a look within 30 minutes. When I came to pick up my car they explained several safety issues found and did what they could to assist me. They did not charge me to diagnose the issues. We chose not to remedy the problems in lieu of getting a new car. The service was great. I appreciate their help and professionalism. We own a 2000 Porsche Convertible which is our pride and joy. We never leave our car on the street BUT the one night we did there was a rash of tire stabbings... Oh the horror!!!!! I recommended VIP Tire based on my past experience with of all things an "emergency oil change and Spark Plug Replacement" on my Elantra, the day before a big trip. THEY WERE AMAZING BOTH TIMES!!! With the Elantra they worked to get the parts quickly and managed expectations appropriatly.... They checked the parts when they arrived and before the parts guy left and cought that the parts guy grabbed a box that was short 1 sparkplug. The minute all the plugs arrived they had me on my way in 15 minutes. With the Poeshe, we had our car towed there with no appointment and they patched us up and got us back on our way quickly. They were responsible and let us know that it was a Temporary Fix and we needed to address the tire but would "Do for now". The place is clean, the prices resonable, the staff friendly and extreamly knowledgeable. I HIGHTLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

I went in for an oil change. Upon their thorough inspection they had noticed my upper motor mount was broken and that would need to be fixed first. They ordered the part. It came within a few days. While they were putting the new motor mount in they also noticed a couple of the bolts were broken and have to be drilled out. Long story short an hour and a half later the engine was secured back in place . They did it all in a timely manner and at a fair price. These guys are totally Awesome and i highly recommend VIP Tires And Service.

I was on a trip, passing through Burlington, when my car started seriously bucking. I called this location right when they opened and they were friendly and understanding and were able to schedule me in right away. They had to send for a part but fixed the issue earlier than expected and found a bundle set that cut the cost a little too. In all of that, the new part had a defect and they quickly got in a replacement and had to redo the work, which was not planned in their day, I'm sure. They went above and beyond to fix my car well enough to be extra safe for the ride home, and to get me back onto the road that day, despite those challenges, at a cost less than I initially expected. 100 miles from home, I was having an awful problem with my headlights. I couldn't see anything, and was terrified of the long night drive home. I called around town and everybody told me they were booked up and couldn't look at my car for days. VIP was as busy as anyone, but they took pity on me. My girlfriend was told as a promotional they would switch my tires for cheap because they were already on rims. When I went to pay the fellow at the register suggested there must have been a communication error, and I agreed that it seemed wild they would work for so cheap, but without batting an eyelash he said he'd line me up as promised over the phone. My girlfriend had dropped me off and asked for washer fluid for her car which they didn't generally sell; but he explained he'd filled my reservoir with the service and offered to fill up her reservoir with what they had. She had already left, so he instead handed me the full bottle which I happily offered to pay full price for but was refused, instead asking me for return service. Please, these folks are amazing, give them a chance to win you over with their excellent service and premium location!
