I shopped around for replacement of 4 rotors and pads for my Mercedes and found Partner's price to be much lower than all of the other quotes I received. I looked into the parts they use and found they were of good quality with high ratings. I waited for my car because they allowed for a 10 am appointment time and was out in under 90 mins. This included an inspection and a bulb change. There's nearby shopping and they have a comfortable waiting area with a TV. The brakes are smooth and work great. The staff were nice so overall it was a great choice.

I got a flat tire on a Saturday morning with lots to do. I called the shop and they said to bring it right over. They had the tire fixed and changed my oil in about 30 mins. So quick and easy and they were great to work with. I was able to be in and out and go about the rest of my day. I really appreciated them taking on my Jeep last minute! Thank you!

We were staying nearby at Destiny Morgan Farm. We'd planned a day trip to the Champlain Islands. The rental car showed low tire pressure. I went in and the gentleman at counter couldn't have been kinder and told me to pull up to a door and they'd take care of it. Under Nate's management, this company has really turned around. I stopped using Partner Tire for many years, because every time I went there, they always "found something" that needed to be fixed. They always nickeled and dimed customers. These days, you actually feel like a valued customer. They don't try to sell, or find issues. The prices are fair, and they treat you very well. They have always been open and upfront about costs and always made sure to check with me before performing additional services. Had an appointment this morning for an alignment and a balance. Got home and saw that lugs from the driver’s rear and passenger’s front wheels were noticeably shorter. Started fuming and cussing up a storm because I figured the lugs were cut to fit shorter lug nuts, which the longer lugs are needed to run wheel spacers. Called the shop and Nate (GM) sorted the mess out. Hats off to him and Crystel for helping me out. Other than the lug nut stuff, the rig runs better than when I first got it.

Top notch quality service! After my usual service shop dropped the ball and let me down, I figured I'd give Partner Tire a shot. I had a pretty extensive and detailed list of custom instructions (just for a tire installation 😂), and they followed those directions precisely and without question. When a minor error was done on their end (wrong tire size ordered), they resolved it ASAP and had me back on the road quickly rather than rescheduling me. The balancing job is perfect and smooth as silk on the highway. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I cannot say enough nice things about this business!! Dale was so helpful and was able to squeeze my in for an appointment after I told him about the major brake problems I was having and my fear of continuing to drive. He explained to me every single thing he did and even showed me the parts that he took out of my car and fixed. He also gave me an educators discount which I thought was so kind. After picking up my car, I received a text the next day checking in to see if my car was running okay. Truly the best service I have ever had!

So, who doesn’t need an honest mechanic with fair prices? Well, Partner’s is the dilly. Recently had a flat, new to the area, they are close by. Couldn’t repair the tire, but didn’t try to sell me two new ones either. Tire and service were fairly priced, great communication and prompt service.

This review is long overdue. I've been using Partner Tire for service needs for five or six vehicles over the years. The team, now lead by Nate and Jason, are second to none. My most recent experience was an intermittent issue that was resolved without any hassle. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me. These guys are the best around! I've had nothing but great service from them for years now, but my interaction today takes the cake. There was a mix-up with my appointment and I had dropped my car off the night before with, essentially, no appointment on the books. I called to check on the car and Jason told me I didn't have an appointment, but that they were simply planning on squeezing me in anyway. In the busiest season of the year, snow tire season. Who does that? Not the big dealerships, that's for sure! As long as these guys are around, they've got my business!

I went into my appt thinking that I had to get an inspection before I could register my vehicle. I found out that I had it backwards and I needed to be registered before my inspection. Instead of telling me I needed to cancel and reschedule my appt, they actually took the time to help me navigate to the right sections of the dmv website from my phone and renew my registration online and then email it to them. I'm sure my appt ran over time because of this. They were incredibly patient and kind the whole time and didnt make me feel like I was stupid for not having known this. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would and I will definitely be coming again.

I'm a travel nurse, from out of state approximately 22 hours away. I have never needed snow tires let alone studded ones. Where I come from all season tires work just fine. I called around for pricing and for a garage to get these put on and found partners. Jason was extremely helpful over the phone in setting up an appointment and when plans changed and I couldn't make that because of work. I called in and another employee already knew about me and my situation. They were fast and friendly! They had me in and out in less than an hour. Plus I had a clean and cozy waiting area to sit. They even put my other tires in bags so my car wouldn't get dirty. (I will have to change them when my assignment is over with) I will most definitely go back to them no questions asked when it is time to get them switched.

I had a slow leak in one tire and called around to different tire shops but only Partner Tire was able to check it out right away. They determined the leak was in a sidewall so couldn’t be repaired. They found 4 good replacement tires (they needed to be replaced in a few thousand miles anyway) and quickly installed them the following Monday. The only issue was I noticed that the rear tires hadn’t been inflated to the required pressure so turned around and they pumped them up. I will use them again.

I had a nail poke through my rear passenger side tire...and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I took it to partner tire and Dale was super awesome! Unfortunately my tire could not be plugged/fixed, Dale was able to get me 4 new all seasons for an amazing price! Even order them for me because they didn’t have them in stock, they got the tires in next day and I had my vehicle all fixed up and ready to go in 2 days! I came in for a Vermont State Inspection and the staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up requiring new tires to pass inspection. With such a large array of options for tires on the market, it can be overwhelming to make a decision about what tires you need, but that is not a problem with the trustworthy and professional staff at Partner Tire and Service. I cannot say enough great things about the experience and they have certainly earner a long term customer in the process.

This shop is so great! I went there to get my inspection done. I wasn't going to pass because my winter tires were too worn. They got me a good deal, and actually upgraded me with better tires, but honored the original price when the ones I was going to get ended up not being available. They threw the inspection in for free as well! A week or so later, I ran over a piece of metal that popped one of them. Instead of charging me for fixing it, they patched it up for free. I would definitely recommend them for being so accommodating and helpful, on top of friendly and great service from the staff!

I was traveling in this area from my home in Arizona when I discovered that my van needed emergency repairs in order to be safe. Partner tire was recommended to me by my son who lives in the area. They were able to take care of everything and managed to do it the next day. Pricing seemed reasonable and I’m very confident that they only did what was necessary. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a comfortable waiting area, WiFi, and a Kurig machine with free coffee we’re nice benefits. If I lived in this area this would be my go to shop.

Driving from KY thru Vermont when a low tire light and maintenance required light came on. Very stressful especially on a Saturday. Called and spoke with Jason to schedule a tire inspection and oil change. Very professional and accommodating. Arrived in the rain. Asked if there was a restaurant near by that we could go while we wait. Jason loaned us a vehicle and directed us to the Spanked Puppy for brunch. I had a okay experience here. I scheduled a state inspection as they were the only shop you could squeeze me in on 12 hours notice. I ended up driving my car back and forth 3 times to this shop fixing/replacing what the mechanics were saying needed to be dealt with. During one of my failed attempts to pass the state inspection, I ended up using their tire mounting service which was upcharged as i had not purchased the new tires at their store. They did not charge me for the failed inspections which was great! I ended up just driving my car to the dealership for the inspection and got a clean bill of health. Staff was very friendly.

I had to have my winter tires changed to summer for the end of my lease. I called Partner Tire and they got me in for an appointment as soon as they could. When I arrived they were very courteous and took care of me right away. My tires were changed out in less than an hour. Within an hour I was back in my car and on the road. Would I recommend Partner Tire? You bet I would, pleasant to deal with and speedy to boot!

Was planning on leaving for 6 hour trip back to Rochester NY. Discovered the flat at 8am. Limped into the shop shortly after opening. Immediate service! Ordered the tire, pulled the spare and put it on. Said we'll call you when the tire is here. Left, oops, now the spare is flat (probably the original spare from 2007). Limped in again. No problem, there are a couple of spares sitting on that rack over there, if one fits it's yours! Yep, I now have a good spare. On my way again. Called when the tire was there and within 15 minutes of arrival back on the road. Now if that is not service, nothing is! Jason, and the veteran tech who serviced me, the BEST!

My experience with Partner Tire was excellent. I went into the shop after having done considerable online "research" to find the best snow tires. When I spoke to Jason, he took the time to ask many questions about my driving habits, travel plans, and more. His goal was to determine which was the best snow tire for ME. Did really good work on my BMW. I bought a set plus a spare of Nokian tires that were recommended to me by a staff member. Haven't used the tires long enough to rate the tires themselves but the balancing feels great. The price on the tires was higher than some online retailers but they had them in stock and they scheduled me quickly. I also had an alignment done and I am very happy with the results. I'm rather particular when it comes to these things and to me the steering wheel is straight and there is no wandering at all. Would absolutely recommend no question

My husband and I were in the area for the weekend from out of town, and we were bummin' when the starter on my Subaru went at 10 PM on Friday night in a public parking lot. I had it towed to the Subaru dealer, who told me the next morning they wouldn't be able to tell me until 2 PM whether they'd be able to even look at it that day. We weren't optimistic in finding someone who could make time for us on a Saturday morning, and many folks turned us down, but Jason and his crew saved the day and offered to squeeze us in. I bought the part from Subaru, and had it and the car sent to Partners, where they had it up on the lift, and then road-ready, within an hour. I had a 2011 RAV4 inspected at Partner Tire back in October. Everything went well except for an axle leak which costed around $250 total. I was then told that my tires were getting worn out. Nothing earth-shattering, but I was visually shown the tread and how worn out it was. I decided to book another appointment a few weeks later to have my tires done as the price fit my budget and didn't charge me for unnecessary items. I spoke with Jason and he was more than helpful to get me in the following Saturday. I told him that I would be dropping it off for the day, but unfortunately I was unable to do that on Saturday due to some scheduling conflicts so I had to wait for the tires to get put on the day of. I apologized to Jason and he was more than helpful in getting me in as soon as possible. It took about an hour and a half, but I didn’t mind as the break room is ultra clean and they had coffee and donuts. Partner Tire gets busy in November and you can tell by the amount of times the phone rang - good for business! I also noticed how Jason was very helpful to ALL customers which is a plus for Partner Tire. My Tires were put on in a professional way and I enjoyed driving my RAV during the last snowfall as I couldn’t have timed it out any better. This is just one example of the various amounts of excellent customer service that my Family and I receive. Partner would never charge you for unnecessary work and they are also great at showing you the problem on your vehicle. Thank you Partner Tire – I am a Raving Fan!

Edit 7/30/2018: After Partner Tire responded to my review, I decided to call and talk to Chris. After all, I needed tires and I was about to buy them from a chain. Chris apologized for my previous experience and made things right. I'm happy to say that I can now recommend Partner Tire again. Original Review (1 star): Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Partner Tire. I've taken my vehicles here for 5+ years - primarily for winter tire changeovers. I've purchased at least 3 sets of tires here. My most recent experience in May when I did my winter->summer tire changeover. My vehicle has wheel locks which require a special adapter to remove - this has always been kept in my glovebox. After my Partner Tire appointment, I had the car at another shop for front shock replacement. After dropping the car off there, I received a phone call because they couldn't find the wheel lock adapter. I called Partner tire to inquire about this adapter and their response was "We always put the adapter back where we found it. The other garage must have lost it. But give us a call back if they can't find it." This isn't exactly the best customer service response. I had the other garage double check and they couldn't find it, so I called Partner Tire again and they had a guy go look for it. They couldn't find it and suggested I call back to see if turned up later. A week goes by - still no sign of the adapter so I call up Partner Tire and surprise - they found an unidentified adapter and have it at the desk so I can stop by and get it. (Maybe they should deliver it for the hassle they've caused?) A few days later, my TPMS light came on so I checked the tire pressure all around and the tire pressure (cold) varied by as much as 10 psi! All 4 should have been 32 psi per my door panel. On top of that, 2 of the valve stem caps were missing. Unfortunately, I will no longer be taking my vehicles to Partner Tire for service and I will certainly not be recommending them to family or friends. Use them at your own risk.

About 3 Weeks ago we took our Car to Partner tires. We needed new Ball joins. We were told it be a few days. It was on a Friday, and we where looking at Monday or Tuesday. They were very busy. We told them it was our only way of transportation, plus we are elderly, so you never know. Saturday morning we got a call to say the Car was all done.
