I looked up Jiffy Lube because I am going on a road trip and have liked them in the past. I had to drive an hour due to my location. I am so glad I did. The service and kindness was impeccable on Shelburne Road in Burlington. These days it is rare and such a redeeming and important quality to do business again with someone. The Manager Ryan explained to me what he would do, he shared with me how happy he was that the tires were spinning so easily, and that he felt confident that they would be a different feel than the ones VW sold with my Tiguan. I bought all wheel tire N5000 Next Tire and an oil change.

I had never been here before but needed an oil change. I called the day before and was very impressed with the phone manners. I only had to wait a few minutes when I drove in and found Ryan and his team to be incredibly polite, respectful, and helpful. They explained everything, offered options, and were incredibly gracious the whole time. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. Props to the team at Jiffy Lube South Burlington! After an unpleasant and unhelpful visit to the local Honda dealer in South Burlington, Wes, Caleb, and the team at Jiffy Lube were able to change out the alternator on my Honda Odyssey in record time and at a very competitive price. Immediately after completing the repair, I needed to get on the road for a same day, 400 mile drive. Given my need for quick service, I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. I never knew Jiffy Lube did anything other than oil changes and minor maintenance, but I was extremely pleased with their service. Thanks, guys!

I got out of work early at around 4:30 and decided to see if it might not be too late to get my A136 scheduled maintenance on my Honda Pilot. These guys got my car right in, mind you they close at 6 so I didn't have high hopes, and got all of the work done in just over an hour. I've never received such fast professional service. Getting an oil change on my Honda HR-V was very simple. I waited about 10 minutes because there was a customer getting helped in front of me, then the service member simply confirmed the type of oil that I wanted and performed the oil and filter change very quickly. Sometimes I worry about upselling at places like this, but I was never pressured once to pay for something that was not 100% needed. Quick service and bryce did not try to sugarcoat anything. Told them I will change my headlights and air filter myself and their response was "good, save a little money that way". Nice to see they are treating the customer and not worried about production. Hard to find this in corporate chains, but these guys did a good job. Seemed like an average price on the oil change rated to 7k miles.

My experience from beginning to end was great which is not something I usually say when I go to get my oil change. Both employees that I interacted with were so nice and eager to help. Quick and efficient service - oil change done in 45 minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me. As part of their service, they checked my air filters and some debris got into my fan. I returned and the debris was removed free of charge. I'd like to make special mention of Adam, who not only removed the debris but explained what he was doing as he was doing it and gave me advice on how to prevent this happening in the future (obviously including replacing the filters). I will definitely return for future service thanks to him.

So, I went here about a week or two ago to get a new battery for my car. My mechanic told me that my battery was in awful condition and needed to be replaced ASAP. The honest employees and amazing manager at Jiffy Lube saved me a solid chunk of money when they told me that my battery was perfectly fine. They really made my morning and I really wanted to purchase something after they topped off my fluids. We had an oil change at another location a few days ago and the wrong size filter was used. We made it to this Jiffy Lube just in time and they rushed us in for an emergency service. We could not be more impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that we received here. They did everything in our power to help us and saved us from a real emergency, they even refused to charge us, even thought the other Jiffy Lube was in Portsmouth NH.

I have been to Jiffy Lube in South Burlington, VT twice now. The latest visit was made when I discovered that my inspection was overdue, and I just stopped in after work. jiffy lube is jiffy lube. it's quick and pretty cheap. what set this one apart for me was the people working there. i have been to this location about 4 times now and have been impressed by their professionalism, politeness and friendliness. i asked to watch once out of curiosity and some skepticism (my dad went to a jiffy lube back in MA and upon checking after he realized that they hadn't actually changed his oil filter), and they had no problem with this and showed me exactly what they were doing. the people made the difference.

Will not be going back. What I paid for they did and I wasn't disrespected thats why I'm giving 3 stars. Why I will not be back: Checked my air filter to offer a replacement they didn't have in stock and broke the clips without saying a thing. I realized when I decided to replace myself after they showed me the filter. It did need replacement. Went in for a state inspection and they refused to do it because I didn't have hard plates. Vermont DMV insisted they should have with my temp registration and plate. DMV resent a memo to all state inspectors before they began issuing and after I contacted with my issue.

While I appreciated not being charged for a State inspection. I did not appreciate that the inspector at Jiffy lube would not pass my vehicle on account of there being "too much play in the steering". Took my car to a garage with better reviews and they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my steering as I suspected. I find Jiffy Lubes inspectors to be hit or miss when it comes to correctly identifying issues.

The manager Adam and his daughter are amazing. Not only knowledgeable, but good, nice and people. I could not recommend them and his staff enough. I've always received great service when going there and they have my repeat business. Around a week ago I went to this location to get a oil change, complete service etc, everything was fine. Fast forward to Saturday morning I notice after driving that my engine is smoking. I call jiffy lube because I dont have a regular mechanic and wasnt sure what to do. I was located at the Ice Rink at Leddy Park and Adam DROVE OVER with his daughter to come and help me!!! After spending time with the car, and underneath it (with no jack) he saw that a hose was lose and said he would be able to fix it back at the shop. Later i came to the shop and he fixed it and recommended a good mechanic for me to see about other possible issue with my car. I really cannot thank Adam enough and I am very grateful for his, and his daughters help, and willingness to drive all the way to come and help me!!!! What a stand up guy!!

Partner took her car here for an inspection. It needed a part, and they didn't charge her when she came back later having gotten it fixed. Wait time was a bit long, but not unreasonable considering no appointment. While waiting I observed how sales are done. I understand that's the business model, and it's better to do these things rather than neglect them, and sales were not pushy at all so this isn't exactly a criticism. Maybe I'm not accustomed to how much mechanics charge for these sorts of things, but ~$110 for a synthetic oil change using $15 oil and a $4 filter seems a bit steep. $70 for a cabin and engine air filter also seemed steep, considering these are $10 (x2) parts and about as hard to change as a lightbulb. The tech offering these to customers did not offer advice on the value of these one way or another, and left it to the (often uneducated) customer to know whether synthetic oil or a new filter were good ideas.

Oil change in under an hour. No appointment necessary. First come first serve. Staff was friendly. Coupon I printed out from website didn't work, but the cashier let me use the Seniors discount. Typically I go to Heritage, but couldn't get an appointment for a week, and was totally out of oil. Saved me by getting in done on a Sunday!

Showed up on Tuesday for an oil change, was told there was an hour wait because there was only TWO employees working. Showed up again today, same thing only TWO employees working. I applaud the two men working today as they seemed to be frantically trying to get everything done, despite being yelled at by an irate lady who had been there “too long”’ and juggling phone call after phone call. The guy at the counter Connor has a tremendous amount of patience, so kudos to him. I’d give the two guys working today 5 stars but maybe 2 stars to Jiffy Lube. Either hire more people or don’t be open. Totally unfair to those two.

I have been taking my car to this location for the last ten years and have never had any problems. The waiting area is always well maintained and the service is courteous. They like all other oil change companies will always try to upsell, but that's part of the business. I don't take offense to it and simply say "no thank you, just the oil change". Rob Remillard's (manages the Oil N' Go down the road) negative post on Jiffy Lube shows just one facet of his negative attitude. He was a bully as a child and I couldn't imagine working for him. So please keep in mind his real intent in regards to his review.

Actually kind of rude, not the friendliest bunch I’ve come across. I felt like I was being interrogated by a cop while being checked in. I live an hour away and was in town for the day, thought I’d take care of a couple things while here. I’ve been to numerous other places that treated people much better. The place needs a facelift and a revamp. A bunch of random chairs with ripped fabric and broken seats occupied the waiting room.
