The service technician was friendly, helpful and attentive. I had one vehicle in for an alignment (which was done well and for a reasonable price) and has some questions regarding a new vehicle I purchased. He answered all my questions and also cared if I was out in a reasonable time. Over all A+ experience for me. Appreciate everyone involved at this location.

Appointment was supposed to be approximately two hours, but took over 2 1/2 hours. They were very busy, so this was understandable. The only fault I had was that I was not kept informed it would’ve been nice to have someone come out around the two hour mark And just let me know that it was taking a little longer than expected. I had to go out to the service desk at 2 1/2 hours and ask for a status update. They were very helpful and got right on it and found the answer the car was almost ready .

Went there for an ECU flash and update as part of a Toyota Service Bulletin. They also replaced a headlight assembly. Very courteous and attentive to my concerns. Great advice, and I was in and out faster than I had anticipated. So far ECU flash has certainly helped with my shifting issues. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys and gals! Our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid is still relatively new, so we wouldn’t expect to need anything beyond regular servicing. Having said that, on the occasions we’ve brought it to Heritage for service, they have been great on every level: scheduling service is simple; they’re efficient in getting your car in; they keep you informed by text as to progress. So far, so good.

Cannot express in words the immense help we got from Heritage Toyota Service. Ours was not a typical maintenance/service request.
We were visiting from California to enjoy the Fall Foliage in VT, NH in October. Because of freak mistake, we locked ourselves out, with keys in trunk. Despite multiple attempts from multiple lockout services, we could not open the trunk. Even Rental Car Agency gave up and offered to ship our luggage if and when they get access to trunk.
Since duplicate key from rental car agency could take days to arrive (which we didn’t have), our only option was Toyota Service.
Thankfully, they offered to help us despite their busy schedule. Within an hour, they were able to make a duplicate key and get access to trunk. All the trouble we went through for more than 40 hours with tons of calls and conversations with Rental car agencies, lockout services, insurance representatives was resolved by them and we could continue with what’s left in our vacation.

Later in the afternoon I got an alert from my calendar reminding me of my 1:45 appointment. I was more than 3 hours early but they didn’t say anything. I won’t go to the dealership in Saco, ME… but try to time my repairs or car needs when I visit for my birthday or on Thanksgiving. I was surprised that the repairs took all day on Monday, (following assessment on Friday) but the “squeak” was taken care of and I feel prepared for the winter months.

I brought my car in for repair and they had limited staff because of the holiday weekend and they went out of the way to get my car fixed. Also finished it 2 days ahead of the time they said it would be done. I had to rent a car well it was in the shop and they dropped the rental off so I didn’t have to pay for a cab back to the shop. The best service in town!!!

The vehicle had an intermittent issue with the fuel pump modulator. after a few attempts to address the issue Heritage finally correctly diagnosed the issue. There was more than one tow involved and several visits to the dealership but they made their best effort to fix the issue and make it right for me.

Went in for wheel alignment, state inspection, tire rotation and door lock repairs. Was told no need to tire rotation (thank you) the door lock repair was $610 this was not done but estimate provided (thank you) alignment and state inspection was completed with the replacement of brake light(s) (thank you). An oil change was done didn’t ask for it and didn’t need it. Didn’t realize it was done until I reviewed the invoice at home. Still great customer service.

We can’t believe you charged us for asking how the rear heat works. You miss stated what we said on the invoice. I said I looked in the Manuel and couldn’t figure out how to get the heat working in the rear seat area. When we checked out, we got the verbal answer that there is no button on the front dash area and just open the vent. That’s all we needed to know. We never said the heat didn’t work — we just said we couldn’t figure out how to get it on. The car is only one year old so of course we figured it worked. You charged us $26!!!
Then you charged us another $26 for another miss statement: middle seat alarm goes off when no one is sitting in it. We never said that. We said the middle seat alarm goes off when some is sitting in the end seat. Don’t know if Toyota put someone in the end seat with belt on or not. But they charged us $26!
And there was a charge of $4.56 for “customer pay non-itemized for repair order” — what does that mean???

I was told my car would be done in about one hour and one hour later I was driving out of the parking lot. It was a great experience. Everyone who was working there at the time, even though it was very early in the morning, were in their seats or at their stations ready to go and looked happy to be there. This is different from what I have been seeing at other businesses lately -so thank you Heritage Toyota.

I walked into the service department with my 2022 highlander having 12000 miles,2000 over the the first required service….I had an appointment which was in another week… but I drive for a living.. and the miles are adding up quickly. They took me right in …. I had a customer pick up in 2 hrs…. They did the service in under an hour… rotating tires and oil change… I watched….I can’t say enough about how impressed I am! 3 things I had looked at
- rear wiper blade motor broke (.5 hours per Franklin)
- driver seat belt won't latch (.2 hours per Franklin)
- front washer fluid not working, ice was basically stuck in there and just needed to be thawed out. (.7 hours)
Rear wiper blade was not fixed (need to replace window as well) Driver seat belt not fixed need to order a new one. Ice unblocked from front washer fluid area was the only thing fixed. 1.4 hours of work for 202.00$ complete rip off.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from a different dealership that had it as a trade-in. When my buddy and I were getting ready to swap out my winter tires for my summer tires we realized there were locking lug nuts on the wheels. We looked everywhere for the key which was supposed to come with the car to no avail. So I went over to Heritage Toyota and luckily they had the key in the pattern I needed so I purchased it. Unfortunately when we used the key on the locking lug nut it snapped because the other dealership had way over tightened them. I went back to Heritage but this time went to the service department and talked to one of the service managers named Ray. I gave him the quick story and even though I hadn’t purchased the car from them immediately began trying to problem solve for me and see if one of their mechanics could get the lug nuts off. Although they didn’t have anyone available at the moment I was surprised that they would try to fit me in without an appointment and were so eager to help only a customer of a $25 part. Ray instructed me to come back and that I wouldn’t need an appointment and that he would make sure that it got figured out. Well yesterday that’s exactly what happened. In addition to only charging me for the four new Lugnuts to replace the locking ones we had to destroy to get them off, they under charged me for the labor. Ray and all of the service folks went out of their way to help me, treated me like I had been a long-term customer and really represented that neighborly Vermont culture we all love so much. Although I wasn’t a customer yet, I will tell you Heritage will have my business in the future and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I have used Heritage for all scheduled maintenance and have been happy but my most recent visit was a disappointment when I was promised a call when the car was ready and did not receive a call. When I called I was told my advisor was with someone and I would get a call back ASAP. That never happened. I was planning to put on a bike ride and once I figured out there were Saturday hours we decided to go out. I had my phone with me but never received a call. I was able to get the car the next morning but was very disappointed.

Service was great. Men’s bathroom not monitored & kept maintained—urinal was stopped up & it overflowed onto the floor of the stall. I reported it, but after 30 minutes, it was not cleaned up. It was not considered an emergency evidently. I reported it again when paying my bill. Not responsive in a timely manner. Customer restroom was not very pleasant.

What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to oversell! In fact, when we talked through the issues I was having (noisy heater fan, rattle in the back, recall for battery and general maintenance) Franklin explained the cost and what went into the process of finding a rattle for example. I ultimately felt it wasn’t important enough to me to warrant the cost and took it off my list.

Tire changeover so it was pretty simple. Easy to drop off. Picking up I had to look for my car twice out front to only have to have someone else go look for it as it was not out front. Not the end of the world but at the end of the day I just wanted to go home.

I brought my car in to get new tires put on and get my car inspected. I dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning and at 9:30 I still didn’t have a car I questioned the rep that I was dealing with and he checked on it and said the car should be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Then it rolled into the shop and the new tires were never put on I was pretty upset about it the rep called in one of the techs and he was able to make the change within a half an hour and they knocked 10% off my bill. But I was still upset that shouldn’t of happened they should’ve paid attention to the work order and knew what they were doing. But I still like Toyota because all of the other times it’s been great the only complaint I ever have is having to wait too long for my car when I choose to wait for it instead of drop it off. I think they need to get better at that. People stay with their car because they want it to be done in a timely fashion versus picking it up at the end of the day and then having to find a ride to work. So that’s my only complaint is the time.

I called Heritage at 1:00, told them there was oil dripping from my car. My vehicle was already scheduled for an oil change next week. Heritage told me to bring my car in right away and when I got there, said they could do my oil change as well!
The car was returned to me at 3:00 with the oil leak located and fixed and the oil change done too!

Was a bit upset that air filter came back on inspection as being red n bad , yet the 1st time I wasn't notified to replace something.
Will go back when all my fluids are changed as it was recommended n have it changed then.
But when I left my yellow light was still on saying I needed maintenence, a small thing. It happen before and a young woman came out n pressed 2 things, started the car n it was reset.
This time it took 4 men! 3 young guys and then a service manager , to reset it! Educate them all NOT to step on the brake when they're starting g the car to clear it!

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for new brakes and an inspection. When I arrived back at the dealership at 4:45 pm. I still had to wait 20 minutes until the work was completed.
Nothing was mentioned to me about the new VT state inspection sticker. It was placed 4 inches from the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side, and very crooked. It interferes with my vision while driving. I'm 6 ft tall, this would effect shorter drivers even greater. They never removed the glue from the old inspection sticker. So I'll have to get a window scraper and remove it myself. I had a #2 inspection sticker. The new one is a 1/2023. So I lost a whole month of inspection. I'm a bit upset with the placement. Heritage could have done a much better job. It seems they don't care what things look like.

Excellent from start to finish, which was way sooner than I anticipated. Came in with dead car and a sign that said don’t turn this off so I guess they wanted to get done before it ran outta gas! But somehow the projected 2 weeks morphed into two days. . They kindly agreed to do the ornery VT inspection and did not inflate the price. Frank is a people-pleaser, they let me pay with a link and pick my car up later, and I even got a ‘welcome to Vermont’ greeting. Perfect.

The service itself was fine. I made an appointment for a quick oil change and tire rotation, but was told by the service tech I had to get a full factory service which included a multi point check. I didn’t need the check as I had that done in the fall while undercoating was done. Instead of taking the 45min I was told for the service, I waited 1-1/2hrs and had to do 2 meetings outside. The multi point check was free, but my time wasn’t worth it. Nothing was found in the checks.

Also changed spark plugs. A little pricey (internet search said for my make and model cost should be no more than $150 - $60 for spark plugs and $90 for labor) but got charged $210. Original estimate was $500 but that was an error.

This time was no exception. I brought my 2019 Rav in for an oil change. As always, they did a multi point inspection. The inspection revealed my brakes were dangerously worn, especially front. I was relieved that they discovered this problem before I experienced brake failure--it was that close!

I brought in a flat tire on a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on it. I asked him to save the tire that they took off. When I pick the car up on Monday morning they installed it. I asked where the tire was that they were supposed to but it had been thrown out. It is my belief that the tire went flat because it was a faulty tire. Had a 3 inch jagged crack in it that was not created by a road hazard. I asked to speak to the service managerAnd everything was taken care of at that time. Heritage spent a lot of man-hours diagnosing an electrical problem when nearly all the lights came on on the monitor signifying multiple problems. They thought at first that mice may have eaten some wiring and then found a bad switch. Still showed major problems. It ended up being a bad ABS actuator, a very expensive part. They were always available to keep me updated as to the progress of the repair and very courteous. It took two weeks of running diagnostics, chasing wiring, and waiting for parts, but they gave me a free rental to drive while waiting for parts. Thankfully it was all covered under warrantee. Mice had gotten into the cabin filter which had lend them to believe they might have eaten other wiring also and they were meticulous to check all the wiring. To compensate me for the long time involved, they even replaced the cabin filter at no charge. They certainly didn't have to do that, but it was a nice touch which I appreciate. I have bought many vehicles from them in the past, and with the service they provided me I will certainly keep my business there. Couldn't ask for better service.

My car's battery was drained and wouldn't take a jump. Had to have my car towed from Cambridge to Heritage. Toyota Roadside Service and the tow company used were awesome! Very friendly, knowledge, and easy to work with. After a few hours, I call to get an update on my car. I called at 12:30 p.m. and they said the car was being looked at then. Over 2 hours later, service called back saying my battery was dead, they had charged it, but couldn't tell me why it was drained. In the meantime I had learned from a couple of friends and some comments online that my car my need an update. When I got to the service department, I asked what is going to keep my battery from draining again. They couldn't tell me, so I asked if an update had been done. They couldn't tell me that either and had to track down a technician to find out. They ended up taking my car back into service and hooked it up to a computer. Sure enough, it needed an update. The service department had told me that this had happened before, so I couldn't understand WHY it wasn't looked at to begin with. I ended up being at Heritage another 45 minutes.

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Heritage Toyota two weeks ago. After having the vehicle for two days it had been having some starting issues. Derek Blood, who sold the vehicle to me was very quick and responsive to my concern. My car was scheduled for diagnostics at the Toyota service department within hours of me contacting Derek. After going through diagnostics, it was determined that my car would need a program upgrade, which only a Subaru dealership could perform. So, Ray from the Toyota service department was quick in scheduling me a date to get my car into Burlington Subaru. Ray said that Toyota will pay for the upgrade. While I was waiting to take my car to Burlington Subaru, my windshield cracked all along the bottom from a chip that was filled when the car was traded in. I contacted Derek about this concern and after talking with management, they agreed to install a new windshield for me at no cost. I was VERY impressed with every staff member at Heritage Toyota with their quick responses, professionalism, and stress free service during my car buying process.

I brought my Lexus vehicle in to this Toyota dealership for it's first Certified Pre-Owned maintenance appt since there are no Lexus dealerships in Vermont. I mentioned that the driver side mirror sometimes folds in when there are strong winds on the highway. The service representative said they'd look into it. They were not able to reproduce the issue, but charged me one hour of diagnostic time. This was a surprise to me that there would be a charge for diagnostic time for a CPO vehicle and that they failed to mention it when I arrived to check-in. They agreed to split the cost with me, which was better than nothing, but honestly felt like they should have comp'd the charge completely. I wasn't about to waste more time arguing about $32 though, so I decided to not fight them.

I had the check-engine light come on when I started my vehicle and then the engine started shuddering so I shut it off. I had it towed to the dealership where they accepted it and took it in right away to diagnose it. When they ran the diagnostic, they showed a random misfire code and no other codes. They explained that since my vehicle was in the middle of the 60,000-80,000 mile range, that the spark plugs might have needed changing. I asked some detailed questions about coils and cylinders, which they answered to my satisfaction, and I agreed it was safest to replace the spark plugs, that way if the misfire happened again, we would know it wasn’t because of those. In less than 24 hours my vehicle was repaired and returned to me all with care taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Had my first oil change with my used vehicle I had bought thru heritage. They had found little oil sludge in engine bay, I told them I was concerned with longevity of motor if that was in there. They schedule me in very next day and dropped my oil pan and removed my valve covers and took there time with flushing grummy oil out of bay. Not only did they fix my issue in a timely manner. Satisfied with the nice TRD performance exhaust I bought from parts and service installed for me👍 I did however buy a aftermarket receiver hitch from a truck parts dealer out in California that the service tech attempted but was not able to install because it was not compatible with TRD Tacoma models. Definitely disappointed with the $230 labor charge for that when it didn't even work out but at least I got a free rental for the weekend my truck was in the shop. All in all heritage treats customers pretty good and I learned my lesson not to order aftermarket parts for my TRD Sport Tacoma.
