First and foremost I’ll never bring my car anyplace else. Danny is a solid guy I drive a Corvette on short notice after it was damaged he said bring it in tomorrow I dropped my car off the next day and boom. Entire car as if it just left the lot a honest sincere gentleman who takes care of his customers like family. I’ve dealt with Danny on three occasions this year all have been great experiences. When my Lexus was damaged he made my car brand spanking new I completely fell back in love with it. If you want a shop that knows how to deal with high end or and class of car you will never need to look any further. His crew of guys are perfectionist at their work if somethings not right they are not just going to give it back they will go out their way put in the extra work to satisfy the customer. I'm a loyal customer of South Bay Auto Body! This Auto Body Repair location is about 35 minutes away from where I live, and let me tell you is worth the drive to drop my car for repairs here. I had the best experience with Danny and his team. I live in the South Boston area and my car was side swiped while parked with no note left from the responsible party. As soon as I called Danny , he was incredibly compassionate towards the situation. He took his time to explain to me what exactly needed to be done and how insurance is handled (given that I had no prior experience with car accidents). His prices are unbeatable and beyond reasonable. My car was at South Bay for a little over a week, and Danny was very easy to get in contact with and kept me in the loop the entire time on the status of my car in terms of insurance coverage and timing. When I picked up my car, they had not only washed the exterior but interior as well (SO nice)! They had even buffed out some scratches on other parts of my car that weren't a result of the accident. Everyone was so friendly and awesome - I really could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be sending every person I know to South Bay when it comes to car repairs. Thanks again, Danny!!!

My car was side swiped and Danny and his team repaired not just the part of my car that was covered by my insurance, but also buffed out huge scrapes from when I foolishly used a solo cup instead of a snow scrapper on the hood of my car months prior. It did take longer than I thought it would to repair - mostly due to my insurance company and backordered parts, though the end product made it well worth the wait. He also helped me greatly with the rental car. I am new to the area and am grateful I came to South Bay Auto Body.

Danny and all the mechanics working there were all so welcoming and so nice. I had a flat tire and he was able to accommodate me with no problem and no hesitation. He understood it was my only way of getting home and was able to get me in an out less than 20 mins. Everyone I've interacted with at South Bay Auto Body has been very friendly and helpful. Customers are treated almost like family here, which is unheard of in the Auto industry. The techs do great work and are proud of what they do. Danny has a great understanding of what repairs will cost and works with you to get your car back on the road without paying an arm & a leg. The only issue I have is you need to stay on top of your repairs and check in at times; this shop is high volume and very busy. I still give them 5 stars because when you do touch base, they quickly get repairs back on track and actually treat you like a customer instead of an annoyance, like most body shops. South Bay Auto Body is awesome!!! Danny and his sister are super helpful, very nice, and accommodating. Basically I dropped off my car, placed one phone call to my insurance agent, and they literally took care of everything else! Got me in a rental car, worked with my insurance, and kept me updated through the whole process. On top of that incredible experience, Danny was able to work his magic and save me $400 on my deductible. Incredible!!! The actual body work is superb -- my car looks brand new!

For the Past 8 Years I have been getting my car serviced at South Bay Auto. From a cracked Bumper to painting my entire car I have had nothing but the BEST EXPERIENCE. Over the years they have serviced at least 3 of my vehicles in one way or another and each time my car is returned to me looking and running better than the day I bought it! No transportation? They will pick you up, or even drop off your car too you. Their customer service is AMAZING and I can attest to every experience I have had as a customer being a GREAT EXPERIENCE. All of the employees there are phenomenal, but I have to take my hat off to Danny. HE IS THE BEST! Danny is patient and will walk you through the process from the damage done to the repairs that need to be made to your car. He always keeps you in loop and is ready and willing to explain anything that you may not understand. For me, services like that go along way. It is truly a blessing working with them and I send everyone I know to South Bay Auto. They will have a FOREVER CUSTOMER with me.

I never write reviews for anything, but this shop went above and beyond for me. Needed a rusted panel removed from underneath my car. Not only did they squeeze me in on my lunch break while they were super busy, but they also wouldn't charge me for the service - even though it was more difficult than I expected and offered to pay. Truly genuine location and great quality of service. Rare find at auto shops these days! Highly recommended. Whole staff was great.

I got my wheels stolen in August and since this was the shop that my dealership used, I ended up here and I'm SO HAPPY I did. South Bay Auto Body did an AWESOME JOB repairing the damage that resulted from the theft despite a recent hail storm that had them very backed up. A couple weeks ago I was rear-ended and the first person I called was Danny at South Bay. He is incredibly nice and accommodating and I'm so happy "I know a guy" in this industry that I can truly trust! Danny and his staff do an excellent job and your car comes out looking like new. I would like to first say that I rarely write reviews, but the customer service provided over at South Bay Auto was beyond phenomenal! A month ago my car was victimized of a sideswipe hit and run while I was at work. Luckily a very kind lady left me note claiming to see the whole incident. After insurance procedures, I originally went with Boston Body works because of their also positive reviews. However the experience felt very generic, and scripted. South Bay Auto truly was an unique experience. I was greeted by an awesome gentleman named Danny. He first shook my hand, gave laser focus on my situation, and provided me a very descriptive explanation (that was easy on the ears) on the repair procedure. When South Bay Auto was finished with the repairs, my car literally came out looking better than before my incident! Danny and his team went above and beyond what I expected for my repairs. The whole experience got me writing a novel on this review. Without thinking twice, this is definitely the first place I will go for any future repairs!

Danny and his guys are absolutely amazing!!! I managed to put a good dent into my trunk/bumper and didn't go through insurance (nothing was wrong with the other vehicle and I have too many points on my insurance). Thought it would be the end of my Goldie, but Danny worked it out so well I was happy to spend the money to get her fixed. Took slightly longer than expected, but no complaints here-I was kept in the loop the entire time and quite honestly, it was probably better for the world that I was off the road for a bit. I swear the car looks better now than it did before the accident. Would absolutely recommend this place 110% and they've got a customer in me now for life!

Very happy with the service I received at South Bay Auto Body. My '97 Honda Civic got rear-ended and the trunk would not close. After receiving several estimates in the upper thousands, and not receiving coverage from my insurance company (the responsible party left the scene of the accident), I was almost ready to part with the car and had considered donating it. I had seen the South Bay shop on my way to work before, so one day I figured I would stop by and get one last estimate. To my delight, Danny said he'd help me out, gave me some options and fixed it for a reasonable price! As a result, my reliable Civic continues to grace the roads of Boston, without a bungee cord to hold the trunk down. The work took a bit longer than initially estimated due to the 4th of July holiday, and the shop appears wicked busy all the time, but Danny gave me timely updates and was easy to reach on the phone. I recommend his shop.

The other day my tire was completely flat and this was the closest place I could find. Although they don’t fix flat tires, they were more than helpful and gracious. I had first heard about them from a friend who did a complete makeover of his Merc there and it was impressive. So when my Merc's front bumper got damaged, I requested a quote. The price was reasonable and Danny promised to get the work done in much less time than the other shops. Did a great job with my front bumper. Also touched up on minor work even without my suggesting so. I was initially skeptical of doing any work besides the Merc dealership I go to.
