After an unfortunate ordeal of a flat tire and needing to get towed during the middle of my move, I was recommended this place from AAA, which happens to be near my new place. I'm so happy to have found a new reliable shop. They made the process easy with letting me drop off the keys after hours and we were able to communicate all over the phone. They also pointed out various other things that needed to be done to the car to have a safe vehicle for the winter and I was really pleased with the interface that clearly explained each step that was needed and included photos. They then called me to talk it over and share what should be done now and what I could wait on. I was worried as a women who doesn't know a lot about cars that I would get scammed but the thoughtful explanations and itemized bill (and the ability to google the average prices) at the end made me comfortable in my decision. My car now runs like a brand new car and I'm so happy I have a safe car for the snow. Though it cost more than I wanted during the middle of my move, I'm happy to be driving safe and have all of my issues handled swiftly. Hopefully I'll be set and will not need work done for awhile, but if I do I'm sure they will take care of me. Thanks again!

Recently had some major work done on my car here. They took GREAT care of us. Lisa explained everything in detail and even discussed with us the pros/cons on having the work done vs purchasing a new vehicle altogether. After deciding to go forward they offered me a loaner car to use while work was being done. Even with having to order parts they still had it done in 3 days! They also do a military discount which helped a TON! Absolutely will return and highly recommend!

I feel like this is one of those businesses that you grew up knowing as a kid, like a small business owner that remembers its customers and provides quality work, but I wouldn't exactly call their business small. They are extremely friendly and will do some of the best work around. They also stand by their work and their products. They help you feel good and confident that your vehicle has been serviced and safe, also if you have any issues They go above and beyond to help you. They also have loaner cars that they allow you to use so you can go about your day while they finish your car. Their prices are not the highest or the lowest, but the couple extra dollars you might spend is worth it for the quality of their staff and the assurances they offer. I will continue to go to this business and hold them in high regard.

This company charged me 7,000 USD for tire replacement. They also replaced other parts of the car but did not ask for my approval. After their "service", the ABS and Air conditioning systems no longer worked. Obviously their "repairs" created more problems than what they solved, strongly suggesting that these people aim to squeeze more money out of their customers. When I mentioned the defects that were created after their repairs, the female representative of that company was very harsh and impolite. She insisted that addressing these problems will cost more but she did not want to give any estimate as to the cost of an inspection. She apparently expects a blank check to make further (outrageous) charges. My strong suggestion to you all out there: Avoid dealing with these people. They will take full advantage of you. Follow-up: The owner reached out to me shortly after our experience described above. This is a nice touch and shows that the owner is concerned about his customers' experience. He also fixed the problems that had occurred with the ESP, ABS, and power steering systems of our E350 Mercedes. Thank you.

Where to begin with why this shop is excellent. Friendly service, skilled mechanics, honest about work that needs to be done, got me in same-day to fix a window (right before the last Nor'easter). But also, the free loaner car that saved me from having to use Uber to pick up my kids from daycare. Having access to a loaner meant I could salvage my day.

I took my car to have the shocks/struts replaced. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed it was making some noise. I called and they had me bring the car back right away and replaced some defective parts. The car is very quiet now and they did a really thorough job. I looked them up using Google and I'm glad I did. The service there is good they gave me a free estimate of what needed to be done and gave me a loaner car while I got the estimate and going back in to get my car fixed. Darren told me to bring my civic in so they could look it over so I wouldn't get overcharged for work I didn't need on it. That was cool. Gave me reassurance. Lisa provided me with what they found needed work and the prices for it as well and gave me the option to have my oil changed the same day they did the work. That place, in my opinion, is a reliable company. I definitely notice a difference in the performance with the upper control arm. I'll be using their services again.

I cannot recommend Express Tire any higher. I called because I needed tires yesterday. Spoke with Darren who couldn’t have been more helpful. After helping me figure my tire size, he made recommendations for my vehicle that didn’t break the bank, and scheduled me for 2 days out. When I went to the location Lisa couldn’t have been any sweeter. She gave me an approximate time for pick up. She text me my inspection with no pressure sales. I did add 2 additional services and my vehicle was still ready at the estimated time. Thanks so much for helping me navigate something so out of my wheelhouse with ease and comfort. I will be back.

I have been to many auto body’s and tire places in the past with different vehicles and with this one! My Jeep is my little baby. I have had her for 11 years now and I am very particular where I bring her. I read the reviews on this place and gave them a try!!! BOY AM I BEYOND HAPPY I DID! I called Express Tire because something felt like it was about to fall off on my car while I was driving. Darren answered said I could bring it right over. Come to find out it was my tire that was about to fall off. The last place I went didn't tighten the wheel. Darren and Express Tire were great. Very professional, very welcoming. Express Tire was great! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. I had a screw in my tire and assumed the tire couldn't be patched, but I was wrong. They easily could have convinced me to purchase two new tires on the spot but they patched the hole and I paid less than $50. They also let me know that I'll need to replace the two front tires soon without being pushy. I assured them I'd be back since they were so honest and reliable. Their prices are great and they work quickly. I highly recommend Express Tire and I'll definitely be returning to them in the future!

This was my first visit to Express Tire for an oil change. Because I was waiting they took my car right away and were finished within one hour. A special shoutout to Lisa who is so professional, kind and organized and kept everything running like clockwork. One bonus is they have loaner cars (look to be newer and clean) if you need one, although I didn’t opt for one. I had a great experience and will definitely go back!

I am sorry to say that I am not happy with the service I got. I went there to address a vibration indicating unbalanced tires. The guy balanced them but couldn't tell me how much he had to do or by how much they were off. He just assured me it was all done--not in the most eloquent way. There was no effect; if anything, it got worse. I went to the dealer next, and after aligning they said all rims were bent and could not be balanced well, and that some small rings were missing on two of the wheels and gave me the other two. So I lost my trust in this place.

I brought my car in to have my tire changed. Lisa took very good care of me. We discovered that all four of my tires were balding and the two front tires were the wrong size. Lisa refused to let me drive home with balding tires. MY RIGHT BACK TIRE WAS AS BALD AS MICHAEL JORDAN'S HEAD!! 😮😮😵😵It was as if she was my sister. I was driving home from work when I had to pull over cause my car was driving funny. I pulled into a dunkin donuts and saw I had a flat tire. Just so happens i look across the street and see express tire. I'm new to the area and wasn't familiar but decided to check it out. They took me right in. Gave me a new tire and I decided to get all new tires cause they were getting worn. The experience was great! They were very freindly and professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I've been using Express Tire to service my two Prius's for several years. They provide great service at a fair price. A couple of months ago I pinched a tire I had bought at Express tire going around a curve and it was losing air. I brought it in to have it fixed. They found it had been damaged and was under warranty from the manufacturer so put on a new tire at no cost. As I said, great service.

Had a flat, took vehicle to Epress as they state that if tires purchased there then free flat repair. Outstanding service, no charge and they use a patch and not a less desirable plug. Cannot tell they worked on tire except for a lefover eraseable chock mark - very clean work, very happy with service. Already decided future tire purchases will be there as I purchased present 4 there a few years ago and they gave me a reasonable price.

Excellent experience from start to finish at Express Tire and Auto. My truck tires were bordering on Steve Harvey bald and Mother Nature was planning on dropping more than a foot of snow the following day. Darren and his team were able to locate my hard to find tire size, get them mounted and balanced, and had me back on the road in no time. Express tire and auto even offers loaner vehicles so I wasn’t stuck in the waiting room while the truck was being serviced. In the words of my favorite former governor “I’ll be back!”

I had my car inspected last year and it failed! Tires bald because of miss alignment. I immediately went to Express Tire and Auto in Watertown, MA. I was able to get new tires and a four wheel alignment. With new tires I received free rotation to keep them in good shape. Yesterday I took my car down for free tire rotation. They did a great job and checked the car over for possible other issues. I will be returning to get my car checked in the future.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon when they were going to close in less than an hour and they were able to get me in and take a nail out of my tire so I could go on a road trip. I had very prompt and efficient service, from the initial appointment with Lisa to the 1 hour waitt time to install 4 new tires, balance them and alignment.I will go back for custom wheels for my Challenger at some point. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

I have used this company 3 times already and can confirm with a confidence that here you will find fair prices, high- quality service and people who really care about you and your car! Even my last visit wasn’t perfectly smooth like the other ones and I needed to come over next day to finish things up I was provided with a car for a whole day and was discounted for the labor due to misunderstandings. Now my car is up and running like never before. I was impressed and highly satisfied with an outcome which made me write this review, even I do this once a year. Still a little hesitant about all auto mechanics places. They seem ok. Brought car in for muffler. Told me catalytic converted, 750.00 or so. Told them that was expensive. Then told me that they could fix just the connection flange, would save me 500.00 or so. Should have just told me that to begin with. Next thing I know, replaced rear brakes, aligned tires. Kept finding things. Loaner car was nice. Still came to 700.00 or so. Don’t know - convenience is key, I will go back. But still apprehensive about auto mechanics in general. Hard to find a good one. Overall, will try one more time!

My first time here for an oil change. I never knew this place was here. I found it because of groupon and the great deal they are having for a fully synthetic or conventional oil change. The place is very well kept and from what i see on thier business cards, and from what Darren, the front desk service gentelmen says, they have been servicing thier local customers for 20 years. Darren, the man that greeted me when I came in was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very quick at getting my information and getting my car into get serviced Besides just doing tires and oil change, they are fully equipped to do full-servicing to all makes and models. The entire service bay and garage is open so that you can see all work being done by the team to all vehicles. The waiting room is very up-to-date, clean and has very comfortable chairs for while you wait for your car. It is also across from a Dunkin Donuts, so if you want to grab some breakfast while you wait that's also an option. The only drawback that I see is that it is a very small place, so when I came initially, it was very hard to find parking. I ended up having to pull my car right up to the entrance of the garage entrance, which felt kind of uncomfortable, because there's a sign that says no parking.
