Jeremy and Mark were great! I brought my "Mid Life Crisis" SLX280 hardtop convertible in because the AC quit working...it went from cold air to hot air instantly. It was a few days before they could fit me in and then it worked just fine! They spent time throughout the day trying to replicate the problem I described but continued to work just fine. Although they spent quite a bit of time checking it out, they only charged me half of the normal fee to just bring a car in. Thanks, guys!

I would recommend this place to anyone! I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S. It had a anti-freeze leak. I took it to. Couple different places but no one could find the leak. I called the dealership in Utah (since it's the closest one) and they told me about EuroSport. When the dealership recommends a place then you know they have to be good. They are amazing! They took my car in immediately for diagnostic. When they found the leak, they were back up a month fir the repair. I told them I would bring it back in the month because there was no way I could be without it that long. He offered someone overtime to get it done that same week just so I wouldn't be driving it and making it worse than it already was. This is the best place to bring a european vehicle! Not to mention they were in constant contact with me and sent me pictures of my car and their findings. They also asked permission to make the repairs (once found) before they made them.

Outstanding service. When Mercedes Benz said it would be at least a week Eurosport squeezed us in next day. Due to urgent need the woman there ran up to get the part from MB. We had our car in 3 or 4 times for the issue and MB kept saying it was just a malfunction and kept resetting the computer. Eurosport found the problem!!!!!

Let me first say, this is a glowing review! I had an absolute nightmare with another shop trying to fix my BMW over the course of a month plus and thousands of dollars. I had the car towed to Eurosport and they got to my car about a week earlier than expected, diagnosed and fixed in the same day and found out what the other shop thought was wrong, wasn't the issue at all and the repairs with Eurosport were about a 3rd less than the other shop wanted to charge me. Their communication through the whole process was outstanding, very friendly and informative and they took great care in detail taking pictures of everything they were doing and giving me the bad parts so I could go to the other shop with both the pictures and bad parts to discuss with them the previous work. Highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

So Happy!!! Just moved here and having a mini cooper sport, I was a bit concerned in finding a trustworthy, on time, reasonable, and friendly auto shop. Well, it’s Eurosport, hands down. They went above and beyond as my brake sensor failed so I was nervous about driving. Jeremy checked out my brakes told me I was ok for awhile which was huge relief. Then, a couple weeks later, I heard them grinding. I texted, he said to come in asap. I excepted to have to rent a car as I was dropping off my car but nope! Eurosport had a loaner to give me!!! Amazing service. Great family run business, fun car peeps which I am too so I’m grateful to have met them and relieved that I have a great auto shop. Stop reading and text him. oh and he did a rotation and alignment to get the most of my tires, since mini coopers go through tires like crazy!!

A simple oil change but when I picked up my new 2022 Cooper, Jeremy spent a good 30 minutes with me helping me set up the Apple car play goodies connected to my iPhone for telephone/music etc. So greatly appreciated since I am the least tech savvy person on the planet. Okay, I truly believe that you owe it to yourself to establish a relationship with a honest mechanic and these guys have earned your consideration. In Boise there is another non-dealer shop that services BMWs and they too, are good guys...Eurosport is more than just an alternative to them...or the dealer. They are trustworthy, reasonable in their rates (in fact, their shop rates are a bargain, considering the quality work they do!), and they offer non-partisan advice on OEM vs. aftermarket parts. I can't imagine any work on my M5 or my X5, that I wouldn't ask them to do. In the most recent case, Eurosport did a time chain repair on my M5. It was an extensive repair and I felt confident that the job would be done correctly. I was rewarded in my confidence, as the car performs better than before and on the occasions when I will bring the car up to 5-6000 RPM, I am rewarded. After the work on the engine, Eurosport replaced some major suspension components. Again, complete satisfaction. I know this is a long review, but since I have had a LOT of MAJOR work done on my E39 M5, I wanted you to know that I trust Eurosport, and am satisfied in all the work they've done.

These folks went above and beyond to help me as an out of state car buyer. Initially they performed a PPI for me on a 1985 Mercedes 300D. I was confident in their assessment of the car due their expert technicians thorough documentation and photos of the vehicle while being inspected. I had access to everything they saw due to their amazing online interfacing with/ for clients. We had Eurosport perform a few maintenance upgrades after deciding to buy the car. My 2010 Mini Cooper S recently suffered a catastrophic clutch failure and was completely un-drivable. After calling the shop, I dropped the car off mid-morning on a Monday. Eurosport informed me that this repair could take a while and scheduled it for about three weeks out. Surprise #1: Two days later I received a text from them confirming the clutch failure. I did not expect them to even look at it that soon. I okayed the repair, and prepared for the wait. Surprise #2: I get a phone call Thursday afternoon informing me that the car was done! Needless to say, I am well pleased to have my car back much sooner than expected and that it runs like a champ - better than ever! Eurosport is awesome! They communicate very well with the customer and are very clear on the information they provide - no nasty surprises and upfront honest assessments. They have proven to me to be a top-notch repair shop. I gladly recommend them for any repairs on foreign cars!

These guys are great to work with, good communication, the things they said needed addressed that I chose to do myself were in fact additional issues that I hadn't seen yet. The technicians at Eurosport diagnosed a burnt valve issue for me in a 2004 Porsche Cayenne S. The 4.5 L V8 engine on this Porsche that I had recently acquired was not fully functional and not running smoothly. The technicians diagnosed the fault code (check engine light) cylinder #4 misfiring, bore scoped cylinder #4, took a picture of the burnt exhaust valve, and discussed the diagnosis and the issue with me. I am in continuing discussions with them as to the procedures, protocol, and means to correct the issue. As this Porsche is a very fine piece of equipment and Porsche Cayenne history, I hope to resolve this issue and enjoy this Cayenne S for many years and miles!

I am new to Boise and was delighted to find an independent shop with certified technicians for work and maintenance on it. Electrical problems are particularly frustrating. They fixed the issue I was having, and considering what they had to do, at a reasonable price. They also took time to thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I had quite a few. My 996 Porsche needed an IMS Solution installed and the job was performed without a hitch, they even had the kit in stock which impressed me quite a bit. I was very apprehensive when I left my car with Eurosport because my car is older and it needed diagnosed and then repaired and I was not in a financial position to spend alot or not have transportation. These guys not only charged the same hourly shop rate that the regular shops quoted me but they also quickly diagnosed and repaired and kept me informed of the process so id have no surprises with the final bill. They even gave me use of a loaner car while mine was in the shop. It was a pleasure working with the Eurosport team. Our 1999 BMW had intermittently displayed a Check Engine Light for the past year. Two other repair shops were unable to resolve the issue, but looks like Eurosport got it right on the first try. They had to order parts, but kept us well-informed at every step. An electrical issue that was covered by my Warrenty had a catch. It had to be repaired at a Mini Cooper dealership. Ok, but Idaho doesn't have a dealership and the nearest dealership was in Utah, 5-6 hours away. My car was not drivable and I would have to tow it to Utah to have it repaired. Eurosport is a Mini repair shop in Boise and coordinated with the Utah dealership to get the replacement part under Warrenty. It was a common sense solution. The effort to go above and beyond was much appreciated. My Mini is back on the road !!

I have taken 3 different Mercedes to Eurosport and recommend them. Jeremy runs the operation very efficiently and they have experienced Mercedes mechanics in the shop. On my most recent repair, I went back because my check engine light came back on. They diagnosed it and fixed it at no charge and the mechanic noticed my rear brakes lights were out and fixed them. I waited for the car and it was back to me within less than 30 minutes. I used to use the Mercedes dealer for service, but they are way too expensive and take way to long. Eurosport saves me money and time. I know they also specialize in BMW and Mini Coopers.

Before coming to Eurosport I had a hard time finding auto repair shops that could even fix what was wrong with my Mini Cooper convertible the top wouldn't go down and my car wouldn't start. I have been a Mercedes & BMW enthusiast and home mechanic for over 25 years, but now I'm getting to where I prefer a shop to do most things for me. Being somewhat knowledgeable, I know when a shop is blowing smoke and when they are being straight-up. Eurosport has always been straight-up honest and will not do unnecessary work or otherwise try to take advantage of their customers. Eurosport repair of 2009 Mini Coupe S engine oil leak: I hate having engine oil leak worked on because you can pay a lot for it, and still not get the leak fixed. I turned my 2009 Mini Coupe S over to Nate and Eurosport for diagnosis, estimate, and possible repair depending on their evaluation. Nate is a great contact -- listens, and communicates well, and is friendly as well. There were cost overruns in the work done because of existing damage, and the work wasn't cheap. But they were all explained to me by Nate before any additional parts or labor were added. I was amazed that the work done appeared to fix the problem (turbo lines leakage). Over the next couple weeks, I viewed the leak area putting the car on ramps. Turns out the auxiliary water pump (to cool the turbo) kept having some oil coating on it. Brought it in for a free after-fix period of about a month. Nate and guys showed me that it was probably residual oil in the corrugated sheath around the neighboring electrical lines. They took the time to clean it out thoroughly, and turned it back over to me, no charge. That did it! Problem taken care of. Very happy with their work and their communication and 'bedside manner.' Eurosport is a quality shop in my opinion. I like the skill level and positive helpful attitude -- I want both of those in a repair shop. Recommended

I have taken my 2009 MINI Cooper to Eurosport for all of my maintenance. When I first got my "new to me" MINI it only had 18k miles. Within my first year of ownership I received a recall notice. They were happy to accommodate me and assist me with dealing with the MINI dealer in Utah for reimbursement. They did the repair here and I was completly satisfied. Recently I was in for an oil change, they let me know of a couple of issues that could be addressed, like front brakes and timing tensioner. When I took the car in to get the timing tensioner repaired, they found that my battery was not functioning at full capacity and my gasket cover was wearing out. Again, all maintenance that comes along with a 6 year old car. They never pressured me, told me what repairs could wait, how to get along with holding off on repairs for awhile if I chose to. They have always been honest and answered all of my questions. I feel like they are honest and their prices are reasonable. While knowing that I own a car that is not cheap to maintain for anything, I feel like Eurosport does a great job, have honest people and mechanics that know what they're doing.

Brought my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S to have the air suspension fixed. Original quote from Porsche dealer in Boise was over $4000 and took a full week just to get the quote. I called Christian at eurosports and told him what I knew, and he thought he could do it for a lot less and quicker. He picked up the car the next day and in less than a week later the car was ready for less than half the price including replacing my brakes and rotors too. These guys are the best. They're honest and smart and quick. What more can you want in a repair shop. Now they are taking care of my 1974 BMW 3.0. I drive 150 miles each way just to see these guys. They are that good. If you need a auto repair shop in the state of Idaho for any European cars, look no further.
