Very impressed with Cope Collision. Wasn't a fast process, but it's more likely due to the back and forth that happens with insurance companies and shipping in parts. TLDR: These guys know what they are doing, and it is no wonder they are such a popular and well-known shop. They went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and I would not hesitate to use their shop again in the future. If you have any doubts, I highly encourage you to check them out for yourself. My car was rear-ended at a stoplight back in March. The opposing party took full responsibility, and their insurance company allowed me to choose a repair shop. Having no knowledge of any of the body shops in the area, I naturally chose the best-rated shop, Cope Collision. My experience with Cope was the only silver-lining throughout an extremely grueling and frustrating process, to say the least. They were friendly and efficient from the very start. They sent me an estimate the same day I brought my car in, and kept me updated the entire time my car was with them. They were patient throughout a long course of ridiculous back-and-forths with the insurance company and did everything they could to expedite the process. When the opposing insurance company took away the rental car they provided with NO forewarning, (they stopped paying for the rental car after 9 days, and no one notified me until a MONTH later when there was a supposed balance due of $700+) Cope provided me with a loaner car to use until the repair was finished. The staff and owner are very understanding and attentive to their customers. They regularly kept me in the loop regarding the repairs at every step and promptly reached out to me when any problems arose. Work was great and turnaround time was fast. Four days after picking up my car, they text me to make sure everything was satisfactory. Wow. Although bringing your car in for repairs isn’t the best of situations, these guys made it as easy and convenient for me as possible. I will be coming back for any future repairs. Thank you to Cope Collision for a great experience, and I wish you all well!

While my insurance company (Safeco-Liberty Mutual) nickled and dimed this shop and couldn't care less about customer service, Cope worked with me every step of the way and saved me serious money that I otherwise would have to pay. This place is amazing. Super clean, very friendly, quality work and above all, the communication is on point! I got a text almost every day letting me know the status of my truck and what they were waiting for which was super helpful. When my truck was ready to go I went to pick it up and there were zero issues with it. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be, back to new. We had a tire blowout on the right rear of our 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI 2500HD DURAMAX causing significant damage to the outer and inner bed panels as well as bending and damaging the rear bumper. Cope Collison did a fantastic job replacing and painting everything. It looks great, just like nothing ever happened! When we dropped off for repair we were told it would take approximately 3 weeks. I explained to Cope Collison that we live and travel fulltime in our 5th wheel RV, so our truck is a crucial component for us to move around, and anything they could do to help us not be "stuck" for 3 weeks would be great. Our truck was completed in 2 weeks!! We really appreciate the job Cope Collison did for us and the timely manner in which they completed the repairs. Absolutely fabulous job on my 2015 cadillac. Looking at the vehicle from any side/angle just wonderful. Paint is a perfect match. Truly almost brought me to tears. I was afraid that it just wouldn't be the same I was so wrong. All my accessories were reset and working as though nothing had happened. I do have a suggestion for future clients. Do not rush them. After they started repairs they found more damage than originally thought, they contacted our insurance company, received authorization for added work and order the materials and completed the repair soon after. I went to Cope for a minor front end collision for my blue pearl Subaru Impreza... I needed a new front bumper, paint matched to the rest of the car, and a bent side fender repaired/repainted. Initial pictures were taken at Cope which only took a few minutes, then the repair quote was sent to the insurance company that evening. I took the car in a few days after that, and about two weeks later it was ready. The quality of the paintwork done is really amazing. The paint color and sheen matches the rest of the car perfectly. It was advised that the fender didn’t need to be replaced, just repaired. I didn’t think that would be possible, being creased and dented on a rounded curvy area, but they fixed it to look brand new. I was really impressed. On top of the quality work, they sent text updates daily, letting me know where they were exactly throughout the whole process. That was really cool. This was a great experience overall. I will definitely be going back.

Taking my vehicle in for bumper repair was literally the easiest process ever thanks to Cope. I felt like it was too good to be true. Great like new work! Things to note: make sure that they take a good look at the car and include everything in the quote, in my experience there was a large scratch on the bottom side of the handle that wasn’t included in the quote for whatever reason, while they had it off to fix the door they didn’t bother to paint the obviously scratched door handle. When I picked up the car and pointed this out I was met with an unfriendly at best comment. A few days later I notice the door panel wasn’t put back together well and now rattles. I’d like to see better customer service and better reconstruction.

I just wanted to let others know about my experience with Cope Collision Center in Meridian. We have taken our company vehicles to Cope's in the past and I wasn't very much involved those repairs. The work was good and we went on. But when I took my car in I was more involved in the experience. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The friendly people in the office made choices available, They made professional suggestions but there was no pressure, The price seemed reasonable considering what they were going to do to fix the car. The quality of workmanship at Cope Collision was phenomenal! My car is a later model Audi that was hit in the rear by a distracted driver. It needed a new bumper, repainting, etcetera. Cope Collision ordered factory new OEM parts rather than aftermarket replacements, which I was very happy about. I am a ‘perfectionist’ (a personal flaw, but true). They were friendly, easy to set up an appt with. They took photos with first visit, I had a quote in my email the same afternoon of the appt. I was told it could be three weeks once I drop the car off to have repairs done....shockingly it was 6 days- so fast and all along I was given text updates of the progress being made on my vehicle from car being taken apart, parts ordered, parts being installed, etc then work is complete. Good customer service before repair, not so much after. I am satisfied with the repair. However, it was implied during the estimate that they would go above and beyond saying that anything they found near the location of the repair would be smoothed out, that did not happen. Don't say it if you aren't going to do it. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle near closing time I was not offered a walk around inspection of the work completed, the battery was dead, all employees had left and I had to leave my vehicle again overnight. When I went in to pick it up in the morning I felt customer service was terrible and was basically told that they used to go above and beyond but don't anymore because too many customers complain....hmmm....really!? WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
