Wish we could give them 6 stars for their fast and friendly service on the evening of Easter Sunday. We live in Kentucky and had traveled to Pensacola to pick up a boat we had just bought. One of the trailer tires blew out on the interstate and we limped the tandem trailer 23 miles down the berm of the interstate when we saw their billboard. Expecting that no one would be there on the evening of Easter Sunday, we thought we’d have to leave the boat and trailer parked there, travel back to Kentucky, and call them in the morning. To our surprise two friendly men were there working to help another stranded motorist! I expected they would only want to take the time to replace the blown out tire, but not trusting the other three older tires I asked that if they had the right trailer tires, could they change all 4? The man responded “We’re TirePro’s, we’ll have them and I’ll get you a price right now. They could have stuck it to us, but they provided good pricing and extremely quick service. Terrific guys too! We can thank them for us getting home safely in the early morning hours. They were heaven sent for us on Easter! Thank you Interstate TirePro’s!!

We got a flat tire on the interstate 30 mins before they closed and they brought the tire and fixed on the side of the interstate it did cost 403.00 but our tire is fixed on our truck. Great customer service as well. He was to us and done and hour after we called.

Blew out a driver side rear tire headed north on I65 around Evergreen over 300 miles from home. Called Interstate Tire Pros. The lady answering my call was very nice and courteous. She could tell I needed help. Todd their tow truck driver showed up literally within 15 minutes and took good care of my vehicle. Courteous the whole way to their shop. I went ahead and got both rear tires replaced just to be safe. They were very busy but took good care of me and I was back on the road within the hour. Made it home safe and sound. I highly recommend this establishment. Very happy with the service I received here.

THANK YOU!! My daughter was stranded near this town on a Saturday night with 3 little puppies and car trouble! These wonderful people had her towed to their place and came in on a Sunday to repair the car so she could get on the road to Florida! As a mother, I always worry when my kids are on the road. We were headed back home to Atlanta from Destin and had an unrepairable flat tire in an area with very few businesses to even assist us. It was hot and just about everything that could go wrong did with changing to the spare! I was on the verge of tears! We needed a tire size many business never keep in stock, but interstate was recommended to us that if anyone had a tire, this place would and sure enough, they had my tire size! We had no other options but to drive on a spare 25 miles in the opposite direction but it was worth it! They are the nicest group of people and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes and back on the road to Atlanta! They’re now saved in my contacts if I ever need their assistance again! I was passing through the area with a rental car and had a back tire blow out. The rental car company informed me they had a corporate account with this tire company. I drove to this location on the spare tire, and they were able to get me in right away for a new tire. That part was great and 5 star worthy. However, I was going to use the restroom, they had no soap and the lights were very dim. And what bothered me most, the rental car place did have an account with them, but I was told I needed to pay for the tire & installation upfront then take the receipt back to the rental place for reimbursement. Disappointing while traveling .. having to spend my funds on rental car.

Good job when they get to it. Poor communication skills. I'm satisfied with the work, but feel everything could have went a lot smoother. Second experience: Good job when they get the tires they supposedly had in stock. Had to spend most the day killing time in Evergreen waiting on tire shipment. But they did have me out about 30 minutes after tires got there. So once again, no complaints with the shop. the people in office, their customer service still lacks a little. but if I had to guess, I would say majority in office are family to the judge and feel entitled to their jobs and not grateful, which would cause the indifferent attitudes.. So overall, a good tire store 👍 Counter sales could use something to make it more enjoyable for the customer 🙂 Waiting Area, Please clean that up and pick all material up before some child gets hurt ⚠️

We were on our way to the Gulf Coast on vacation. We began hearing a flapping noise—it was our undercarriage cover, it has come loose. We pulled into Interstate Tire Pros and even though they were busy they pulled us right in and got us right back out and on the road again. We were stuck on I-65 for 6 hours with flats on our camper. It was Labor Day! This was the only company to respond to us. It did cost a pretty penny, but it was worth it. Our vehicle and phone roadside service could not, or should I say would not help us. The tire price was resonable and the employees were all very nice, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Exceptional service. We were 4 hours into an 8 hour road trip and our tire was having to be pumped up every 10 minutes. Luckily we had a mobile pump, but we needed to figure this out. Matt and the other two guys were so kind and really worked hard to find the issue. They worked for 30 minutes to find the leak, and in the end found the problem that Walmart had missed the day before. Saved the day! Our heros!

My family and I were on the road headed for vacation when our car started having problems. Not being from the area, we just started calling any tow service we could find online. No one would come since our destination was 100 miles away. We finally found this company at around 2am and Todd showed up for the rescue! All around great guy and was happy to help! blew a tire on the camper on I-65 North and this was the first place google showed to have trailer tires. they answered the phone straight away which is a relief when you are on the side of the road. we put the spare on - which seemed questionable at the time with the traffic and the condition of the spare was the same as the other tires. The owner was there when we pulled up and they were expecting us. they had a few tires to choose from - we went with the Hercules because that is the tire the owner uses on his own boat trailer and work trailers. as i write, we have 931 miles on the new tires, couldn't be happier with the tires. The service was very fast so we could get back on the road. We chose the 90 day same as cash option so we could spread it out over three months instead of just paying all at once - just don't miss the payment so they don't charge the interest. super happy with all of our choices.

Interstate tire pros is amazing! A few weeks ago I was traveling to a graduation by myself and I got a flat tire as I was passing through Evergreen. I pulled into a gas station to wait for them to come and help me. As I was waiting, I realized there was already a tow truck from Interstate Tire Pros at the same gas station helping another customer. He inspected my car while he was there and said I would need a new tire and I would need to come into their shop. I told him I had already called his company and he said he didn’t want me waiting at the gas station by myself because there were several men standing around staring. I was so grateful and so appreciative of him caring about my safety. Once I got to their shop all of their workers were SO kind. I was so helpless and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I felt so safe and so taken care of I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! They had me back on the road after 45 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about them!

On a long road trip fully packed car w dogs and family and needed tires. We called them and they stayed open late on a Saturday, so we could drive there on a spare and get new tires. They did fast and great service and the best part was that they charged a good price even though you figure someone coming off the interstate for tires is probably vulnerable. Our tire went flat while driving to the beach. We called them and they sent a tow truck to pick us up within 15 minutes. By time we pulled in the parking lot it was 5 minutes until they closed. The guys had our tire fixed in about 20 minutes. The were very nice to stay a few minutes late to get us back on the road asap. Then the guy checked all the other tires before we left to make sure we were safe and told us if we had any other problems to come back and he would help us. Also, the price of the tire was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Interstate Tire Pros to everyone.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! We were traveling on a Sunday evening when one of the tires on our van started to separate. Hunter was so friendly and fixed it in no time. We were able to get back on the road within the hour. Had we not found him we were have been stranded on a Sunday night with four small children. We had an emergency stop here about two hours in to a ten hour trip when we discovered that we had an oil leak. Everyone was very friendly and pulled our car in immediately, even though they were already very busy. They updated us several times on the issue and the status of the repair. They had us on the road again in less than two hours. Their prices were very fair, and their service was exceptional!

This place and their people are amazing. I am not anywhere near close to home, traveling alone. My alternator gave out on me on the interstate. They picked me up within thirty minutes by the nicest tow truck guy(!!) and automatically started a diagnosis and the repair process. They took me to get food and drinks while I waited, as I had no one else. Continuously checked on me and kept me informed. I actually did not mind this at all...great, warm hearted place! Techs are all friendly, the owner and administration staff are all very good down home people with an expert shop. Hard to find and many more needed!

He was super friendly and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. Todd had me back on the road and able to continue my trip in a little over an hour. The staff seems a little rude and stuck up every time I go here. They do pretty good as far as the work goes, but the attitudes from the employees just makes it a place I try to never go. I have only been here 6 times but it is like that every single one of them visits. The employees in the shop and in the office could all learn to be a little more courteous to their paying customers who could very easily just go to another place to get their work done. As far as the cleanliness it is pretty clean but it's very cluttered or at least in the office, that's mainly where I stay when I go there, but when 3 or more people are in the office with all the cluttered stuff it wrecks my nerves because I have bad social anxiety. So for the staff to act the way that they do it makes it a lot worse on me to have nothing to really help feel any comfort, peace, serenity, friendliness, or peace of mind. All in all, not a place I would recommend unless you absolutely had to go there. There location is actually a pretty good place. Can easily be reached from town or if you have just gotten of the interstate just a couple miles up the road. I think they may also do road calls if you have a flat or something on the interstate or in town but I was just told that, meaning I don't know that to be fact.

On July 13th, on the way to Louisiana, I hit an object that was in the middle of the road. Luckily someone saw the incident and referred Interstate to us which was a few miles away from where I had the accident. Steve, the guy that picked us up (I think his name was Todd), and the mechanics were super nice to us! I had to go through my insurance company because the repairs were extensive. Every time I called everyone was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They put my mind at ease because I live in Atlanta and my vehicle was in Alabama. I picked up my truck yesterday and she is running fine! Thanks Steve and the rest of your staff! You guys have been great!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile(s), literally, to help us out with mechanical repairs, when we broke down while on a vacation trip. We left our car with them & rented a car to continue our trip, leaving our car with them. On our return trip, it was ready to go, as promised. They even worked with our service warranty provider to get most of the repairs covered. They even returned my new & expensive cell phone, when I accidentally left it there, going back to our hotel.

We were on the interstate and a plastic piece under our car detached and was hitting the road beneath us. We pulled over, went to this shop, and they found out what was wrong immediately. They removed the piece for us in 5 minutes, and charged us only $20. Great experience! So glad we stopped here.

I was recently traveling from Nashville to Fairhope, AL for a wedding, in which I was to be a bridesmaid. Somewhere around Greenville, my tire pressure light came on, and long story short, I had a staple in my tire, that was unrepairable. I drove to every tire repair shop I could find on google, with no luck. Finally the last place recommended I try to make it to Interstate Tire Pros in Evergreen. Although I did need a whole new tire, they offered fair pricing and had exactly what I needed in stock. Every single person that I encountered, or spoke with on the phone, went above and beyond to accommodate me. Once they knew that I was trying to make it to a rehearsal dinner later that day, they got me in and out quickly, despite being pretty busy already. Today, while traveling to Santa Rosa, Florida, pulling our new to us Fifth wheel, we had a blowout. It was the second blowout in 24 hours. AAA sent their rep for the area and it was someone from Interstate Pro. We opted right then and there to replace all the tires for fear that it could happen again. As a local person, there is not a better place to buy tires, I have bought several sets of tires of various sizes for personal and agricultural use, he has beat everyone's price within 100 miles of Evergreen. So whether you need your vehicle worked on, need tires, oil change, or need to get the aggravating check engine light off, they have you covered and they will be up front with you the whole way on what things cost, not surprise you when you come back to get your vehicle.
