Ex-wife hit a raccoon and somehow it put a big dent in the radiator. Coolant leaked out immediately. Set up a next day appointment with L.P. I showed up 45 minutes early ( tow truck came early, Anderson Towing...any relation?🤣) and they gladly took it in. 4 hours later my car was fixed. They also fixed a part that they found damaged instead of ordering another one. Saved time and money. Great group of guys in there. Friendly and very knowledgeable.

I miss this business so much! But I moved far from them .They were the best Tire and mechanic shop who went the distance . When they pulled a tire they checked brakes and told the client of any mechanical concerns. The owner may of saved my life because another tire shop had put to small of tires on my , then Explorer.

Jared and L.P Anderson tire point deserves 10 stars. We were on a road trip from Idaho to Alabama and noticed our brakes grinding 10 miles out of town. Out of all the tire shops we called LP Anderson was the only place that said they could help us figure it what to do. I was panicked cause we are on a tight schedule and I wasn’t sure if they could help. Literally as we were turning in our tire locked and you can see the skid mark. Jared and crew ran out to help and did just that. Within minutes he had 5 guys helping us and figured the issue. We had just had our brakes done by Les Schwab and they screwed up , but point S went the extra mile and helped us regain our freeway freedom. They weren’t even going to charge us much. I am shocked and awed by the pure exceptional service we have received at this facility. I will recommend this place to every single person I meet and every cousin auntie and uncle I have in Montana! Thank you point S for being rockstars and a true group of mechanical angels shining from the heavens!

We can't recommend the work at LP Anderson or their service enough. We were passing through Billings on a tight schedule when we had some sudden issues with our car. They squeezed us in immediately and saved us from crossing through the mountains with an issue that could have proved very dangerous. We were treated like old friends, the car was fixed, the charge was extremely reasonable, and we were on time! We have been blessed with wonderful mechanics over the years but these guys take the cake!

These guys are absolute lifesavers! I have had another place in town tell me twice my tire was beyond repair, and I would need to buy a full new set for my AWD vehicle. BOTH times I come to L.P. Anderson, and they have me taken care of for 15 bucks in under an hour. They are always friendly and you can't beat the value there. They simply are better at what they do then everyone else.

Most the time when I come to L.P Anderson the experience is wonderful they are fast and friendly and do quality work. There have been a few times where this was not the case. They are always friendly and do quality work but not always fast. That's alright though. Still reccomend.

I’ve never had a better experience purchasing tires. I was given a quote over the phone and had new tires on my Rogue in less than an hour. They didn’t try to upsell on performance tires or the extras (even though the warranty plan is totally worth it! If you can afford to pay a little bit extra, I suggest you do it). Easy peasy.

Had some issues with my back driver side tire with wheel studs and lug nuts while driving through town. Gave LP a call after hours thinking I was just going to leave a message but talked to a really nice gentleman. Came in the following morning and was greeted again with such nice people! I even had my dog with me and they welcomed her inside as well. The man that came out to grab my truck even unhooked/hooked my trailer up for me. Driving across country by myself, this business made me feel so comfortable and you could tell they're honest by the way they treat, listen and talk to you. They had me in and out & back on the road ready to continue my long trip. Thanks for helping a traveler out in a pinch and being so friendly. If I lived in Billings, I'd come back for sure. One rim on my new used car must have been cracked, my new tire kept going low. I found a used rim & have stopped at 3 other tire stores in the last month (2 were the same company) & was told it'd be a 2-3 hour wait. L.P. Anderson was just as or even more busy as the others but welcomed me in & had the job done in a 1/2 hour plus reprogrammed the tpms on every tire. Much appreciated & highly recommend

I've bought tires here for the past ten years. Once got a flat tire on a Friday night but was able to drive it to their parking lot. Left it over night and figured I would call them first thing in the morning. I couldn't call them because they beat me to it! Called me moments after they opened to tell me they fixed the tire and I could pick it up any time. They didn't even need my keys! That is customer service!

Their recommendations are absolutely on point for the type of driving done and for the weather conditions. Now with the new location on Grand it's even more convenient to get in and out with a new set of tires. I'll be a customer for a long time coming and recommend them to anyone.

Had a hard time finding some small trailer tires from shops across Wyoming and Montana. I called L.P. and talked to a guy in the service department, told him I really need help getting them because I was headed to Montana the next day to pull a pontoon back to southern Wyoming and needed them as spares. All the other shops didn’t have what I was looking for. He found them and got me hooked up within 10 minutes! It was a relief! I will recommend this business for sure!

I went into see these guys this morning to buy a set of 4 brand new tires because my rear tires were constantly going flat (very slowly) they are on a low mileage vehicle and there is some cracking on the sidewall which is what I thought was causing the leak just from age, not wear. They offered to do a dunk test on them and found two very small nail holes In the tires! I had one of the tires into another shop just last week and they failed to find this leak! Instead of paying $800 for a new set of tires. I paid $33 and will enjoy at least another 30k miles on these tires. When I do need new tires, I will definitely come back and spend my money here! Thanks!

We were pulling our 40ft 5th Wheel from Alaska back to Virginia. In Billings we became aware of a tire and springs problem. Despite the fact that it was an incredibly hot and busy Saturday afternoon, Brad Cone (Mgr) and Adam Andregg worked knowledgeably and tirelessly (no pun intended!) to get us safely back on the road in less than 2 hours! Thankful to them and we would definitely recommend them!

They are competitive but even if they were high I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere to save a few pennies. Because of how I have been taken care of over the years, I tell everybody about LP.

I stopped in on my way to work and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I want to give a HUGE positive shout-out to L.P. Anderson Tires on Montana and Miles Ave in Billings -- both chivalry and customer service are alive and well in Billings! I awoke this morning in these frigid temps to very low tire pressures ( I should have filled them a long time ago but now they're just stupid low) and the three service stations I usually fill my tires have "out of order" signs on the pay-compressors because of the cold. I pulled in L.P. Anderson Tires with my tail between my legs feeling pretty silly for not having done this earlier, and asked if I could pay them to put some air in my tires. The gentleman helping me said, "No, you can't pay me. Yet I'm happy to put air in your tires. May I have your key?" -- In this climate and day and age, I about burst into tears. I thanked him profusely. They left my car running and warm as I got into it. What great folks. THANK YOU!!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but after today's experience I feel like I must. To make a long story short, we have spent the last 24 hours in Billings having some unexpected work done on our 39 ft fifth-wheel. The last bit of it, a wheel alignment, was scheduled for 4:00 this afternoon, which meant just killing another day on our trip home. Imagine our surprise when we got a call at 8:45 this morning. It was Jeff at LP Anderson saying they had had a cancellation and could get us in this morning. From my perspective, Jeff could have just enjoyed a slow morning with a coffee break. He didn't have our cell phone number and could have easily not worried about the out-of-towners who clearly aren't going to add to his local business. Instead he called the repair shop where he knew we had been the day before, got our number, and had us on the road by 10:30. Great business with employees who go above and beyond!

Traveling through Montana my front tire became loose and lost a lug nut leaving me stranded on the side of the interstate. Called L.P Anderson and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to find the right lug nut for my after market wheels and special lug nut key! Drove out to assist me. Then after it was fixed they made sure to have me test it out and then rechecked everything! They made my unfortunate situation a lot less nerve racking! If you live in Billings or just traveling through and need assistance I highly recommend calling them!

My husband passed away recently and he used to do all our car maintenance. My tire light turned on because a tire was low and I realized, that I don’t know how to do this basic car maintenance that I should probably know how to do at my age. The service employees gave me a tire gauge to take home and taught me how to check the air and release air from the tire. I was grateful not to be made to feel silly for not knowing this simple task and they were kind and welcoming. I will definitely be buying my tires from this company moving forward.
