#1 Auto Shop in the Nation. THE VERY BEST MONTANA HAS TO OFFER. These guys are the real deal!!! Could not ask for better service, price, all the reasons you read reviews that is who I am talking to this shop is what you dream of let alone want. I mean they are the type of service I wish there was more of because they truly do honorable business. I mean that wholeheartedly!! As you can see I had a gang of things needing fixed. I towed my car to this shop when it finally gave out they went through it with a fine tooth comb and got me back on the road. Worth every penny. This place is awesome. My son's car was having issues with multiple dash lights coming on. The normal place I go too was unavailable and the recommeded 1Stop Automotive. Chris was very helpful and got the car in right away for a diagnostic. It turned out to be a bad oil pressure sensor. He kept me informed through the entire process and they were able to repair the vehicle quickly. Highly recommend their services!

Alternator wasn’t charging my battery, changed my alternator and it still wasn’t charging, this is the first time I’ve been stumped to where I’ve actually brought my car into a shop! They fit me in the day after calling, gave me a ride back to work and had it fixed before I was off work!!! Now that’s service!!! High recommendation for this shop, great service!

I had a great experience at 1 stop automotive. They got me in within a week due to some shaking I had while driving, I thought I just needed an alignment. 1-stop went above and beyond and looked over everything!! They found out the shaking was due to my tires cupping. They also discovered I needed a new battery. They kept in contact throughout the day about what was going on with my pickup. They sent me a full report with pictures included so I could see exactly what they were talking about. They had the alignment done, battery replaced and got me two different quotes for new tires all in a timely manner. I will be using 1-stop as a repeat customer from here on out. I left there 100% trusting the team here with all of my vehicle repair needs! And they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Thank you Cindy, Erik and team for doing such a great job!

I came to this shop on a recommendation. I am from out of town and needed repair on a complicated vehicle. I read all of the reviews and sure enough they were true to their word. Eric, the shop owner, did the work himself to my van, fixed the issue and tested a few other things to make sure everything was in proper working order. I HIGHLY recommend this service shop. 100%. I will be back when I need work again.

Very nice people, fair price on the work. Truck got a 100k service with a water pump, full set of spark plugs, and some other little stuff in march. I dont drive my truck much as its really not nessicary but on my first real trip from billings to denver in may i noticed a miss in the truck. Got around to putting my scanner on it, and #6 misfired 78 times between billings and shepherd, about 15 miles, another 50+ on the way home. My scanner said no injector faults, bought a coil pack on the way home, figured these things happen. Went outside to install the new coil pack and noticed that the boot on the old coil wasnt on all the way. Weird. Removed the boot to see the conductor that delivers power from the coil to the spark plug was jammed into the side of the boot and not making contact with the powered pad on the bottom of the coil. I feel this should have been caught on the test drive or maybe the tech should have been more careful after reassembling the coil. Ill probably take the truck back if it needs major service but i dont like having to double check work i paid a professional to do.

This is the only place you need to stop at for all your vehicle needs! From oil changes to transmission replacements and anything in between! Live in Western NY, but came to Billings for my Nephews wedding. As we were coming into Billings, the transmission on our car went. Eric and his boys got the car on a Monday, ordered the transmission, which was an oddball, got it in on Tuesday from Seattle, had the car back on Wednesday. We left Billings on Thursday to come back to NY, and had no problems. Thank you very much Eric. Was very appreciated.

Last week, I went to this business out of recommendations from family and friends. They were able to plug my car in to a computer (I think ) . And shortly tell me the price and what was wrong. I was able to schedule an appointment for five days later so I could continue to work. I dropped off my car today and had it back the same day. That’s all I wanted. To me you get what you pay for. These men did an excellent job on replacing my Cadillac converter I have zero complaints in the job or the price. I will be back if and when I need service again. I personally enjoy the whole simplicity of it. It was super easy with zero stress. Thank you.
