Keith and the service providers at Meineke saved our vacation! We had to make an emergency stop due to our radiator hose breaking off mid drive on the highway. We were lucky enough to choose to get our car towed there. Not only did they look at it right away for us, they went out of their way to go get the part for us that our car needed. It was exceptional service and made a stressful situation not feel overwhelming. The pricing was fair and the outcome was great! I would highly recommend this business for any auto repair/maintenance needs. And if we ever have car trouble in Baltimore again we know where to go!

The vibe was pleasant so as I walked in. Went to get an oil change and was given an inspection of other things that needed to be done. The nice guy at the desk walked me through what he recommended me to do first. Made an appointment for the following week and started the checklist of things to get done. They are knowledgeable and I felt an instant trust. I recommend this place!

The guy who worked only truck was forty looking and when he finished all my lights were on on the dashboard that were not on when o arrived he left dirt smudges all in my truck I have a 2016 highlander that I take over good care of another tech came and said the lights were already on and he had a hard time starting my truck which is not true. I have been going to this location for years but I will not be returning poor service

I went to this Meineke location around 8 am for an oil change and an engine diagnostic. Sue was perfectly professional and so was the entire team. I waited for about two hours as they checked out my vehicle, but they didn't find anything wrong with it so I was only charged for the oil change. Absolutely wonderful people, would recommend them to anybody.

This past Monday, I got on the highway to head home to DC and my car did not feel right; it would not comfortably drive over 40 mph. I pulled over, looked up a repair shop, called to make sure I could drop it off (it was close to closing time), and then called a tow truck to drop it off. The next morning, Sue took care of me and my car. She found out that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced which she took care of for a very reasonable price. She also found a missing cap that needed to be replaced in order for me to drive safely. I need radiator work done soon so will definitely return to this shop to get that work done. I feel like their prices are very fair and it was nice to work with another woman in a male dominated field.

We had our tire go completely flat on our way to upstate NY with 7 hours still to go. Every where was unable to take us to plug or replace it until we called here. Sue did her best to fit us in right away and got a new tire sent over ASAP. It took some time given the last minute request and the fact that it was a holiday weekend. The have always provided good service for the three vehicles I’ve brought to them. Even though I moved out I’d the area, I still come back to this store because I am comfortable with them. My van made a scraping noise when I turned left. I had it at another place but they couldn’t find what was wrong. So I took it to Meinike and they quickly found the problem. It was my backing plate. They fixed it for me and they didn’t even charge me. The woman at the desk, Sue, is great. I’ll be sure to take my van back for any future repairs. I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

Great service came in for oil change and they looked over my entire car to let me know of things that need repair now also in the near future. They also give you an estimate of how much everything will cost . The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait time is long even if u make an appointment but again they do go the extra mile to inspect your car free of charge so it more good then bad . Will continue to use them .

Went for oil change today! Lady at the front was very friendly and quick! Guy came out to get my car and he was very polite and promised to be done quicker then the estimated wait time. They're Fair And accurate with Your car issue They Don't B.S about vehicle maintenance you don't need so they're Very Reliable for me they check my Vehicle and did the pre-treated solution to locate the problem without charging me a dime. On the other hand, when I called Midas and explained my situation they advise me it's gonna be a $50 upfront charge for them to look into my vehicle for possible problem

Great place, Shawn personally walked me around my car and explained the problems with the braking system, telling what problems could wait a little longer to fix and which ones needed immediate attention. It helped out a lot.I will definitely come back and get the rest of the work done here. Shawn even did a courtesy inspection of my steering components that i recently had replaced at no extra charge. Awesome, highly recommend.

After several unsuccessful phone calls and several attempts by other shops trying to take me, I finally did a Google search & gave these guys a call. I went there because I lost my brakes in my 2000 Mercury Cougar. The right rear hose was rusted through and had blown out. The left rear was almost as bad. I had them quote me about $500 to replace both lines because they had to drop the fuel tank. When I picked up my car, the bill was about $350. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Came in with a catastrophe, my exhaust pipe (welded by Meineke in Brooklyn) fell on the way to the airport. Was about to miss my flight, but thanks to the wonderful staff, who understood how BAD my situation was, my pipe was re-welded and I MADE MY FLIGHT!!!! Dude, they closed at 6pm, mmmk? I called around 3pm with a very recently COMPLETELY blown out front passenger tire. I show up late at 5:40pm, late as all hell and they STILL hooked me up and fixed my tire. Head mechanic Shawn is the friggin man, letting me what was going on and everything. They considered I WAS NOT from the area, and did not want to see me stuck out in Patapsco Avenue. Extremely commendable service, and worth the value from not just labor and repairs but CUSTOMER SERVICE professionally expressed and exercised.

So i gave them a 3 star because i had a appointment at 11 in the morning dropped my car off 10 minutes before 11 the lady that made my appointment the day before asked could i leave my car with them i asked how long was it going to take she said 45 minutes to a hour i didn’t get my car back until almost 2 in the afternoon she said it was because ppl was bringing they car in at the last minute but what i was trying to ask her why would they push my appointment back for someone that was just doing a walk in and didn’t make a appointment and if they was late showing up to they appointment why couldn’t they wait

The work is pretty good and consistent with all the other at Meineke's that I have visited the customer service is great and the service is awesome my only complaint is the location of the shop there are no other businesses that you can go to while you are waiting to have your car fixed you can walk 10 to 15 minutes up the service road to a Burger King and subpar shopping center but other than that you are pretty much stuck at this location
