Best mechanic experience I've had. Was having serious issues with my brakes after taking them to a Firestone (my mistake). Brought it in on a Tuesday morning - had everything fixed before 1PM. Staff was kind, quick, and did a great job on my car! Prices were extremely reasonable too for all the service I needed done. Will definitely be bringing my car back to them for any service needs in the future.

I needed a new strut for my front passenger tire, and a new starter. I recently just bought the car, and i make payments on it. I can't believe the work that it needs that they never mentioned. I am so impressed and thankful that this shop and the people that work there are amazing! I called yesterday morning with an urgent need for a tire. The individual on the phone was so professional and helpful and found me a tire within no time. I brought my car in a couple of hours later and they changed it out very quickly. They even rotated my damaged wheel to back from the front. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Called ahead for an estimate on brakes and rotors, but when I went in they gave me a different quote that was about $110 higher. I was taken aback for a moment, but the woman at the front desk was very kind and got to the bottom of it. Turns out the person who answered my call usually doesn't work up front and didn't include new hardware in the original quote. She then gave me a discount for the trouble, and I only paid $40 more than the original quote. I would go back again.

Took the car in for an oil change and inspection. They said the inspection would be $50 but I'd only pay it if I wanted any service provided by them (found during inspection, so not the oil change/pre-arranged work). They found nothing on my car with 120k miles except replacing my wipers which I didn't mention but were, indeed, poor and needed replacing. So even though they had every incentive to find some work to do (to cause the $50 inspection to be paid) they found nothing and my car still works great (with better wipers). To be clear, I was NOT charged for the $50 inspection since no work was found and performed. You can't put a price on honesty, but even if you could their prices will beat the local Toyota dealership every time. Win-win.

There is nothing more you can ask for from a Tire & Auto Professional Service Provider! They treat you like real people, never taking advantage and always fair and honest. On top of providing great customer service, they do great work and are always willing to go the extra mile. My husband and I will continue to drive the 30-minutes, past all other places for both general repairs and service to get to Holabird Tire & Auto.

5 stars all the way! I highly recommend this place. I woke up this morning to my car making abnormal thumping noises--I suspected it was a tire issue. I was pressed for time, called last minute and they were able to see and diagnose my car immediately. Their office is super clean and every employee I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgable. And most of all they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the work--clearly an honest business. It also looks like they offer all types of services from auto mechanic to car detailing. I will definitely be back.

Very professional and friendly as well. Great tires and rims. I had a stripped lug nut on my front right wheel that no lug nut strip kit would get off. Other auto places I called had no idea how to get the stuck lug nut off and Holabird broke it off and replaced the stud and lug nut with no problem. I highly recommend Holabird Tire and Auto for your vehicle needs.

Beyond fair pricing. Locally owned and operated. All the work they did for my 93 f150 would’ve probably broke the bank anywhere else.

I went to Holabird Tire for the first time to get new brakes installed. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. They were able to look at a previous summary of what my car needed from another shop, and even pointed out several things that were inaccurate in order to save me some money. I felt respected as a customer, and I immediately trusted that they weren’t out to rip me off or take my money. I also needed some new tires for low tread, and they were able to special order my tire size and have them delivered the next day. I was only in the shop for about an hour and a half and felt welcome and relaxed the whole time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. All in all great experience and I will continue to take my car there to get serviced.

This is by far the best auto shop I've ever been to. They are professional and they never try to take advantage of you. Even for minor problems such as air pressure or windshield wipers, they are quick and eager to help. The owner is hands on and the staff's customer service is exceptional. The lady at the front desk is very kind and knowledgeable. The service is done right the first time and doesn't take longer then it should. My job chooses this place for their fleet needs and when I had an issue with my personal vehicle the owner was more then happy to work with me to get it taken care of.
