Yesterday I stopped in to have my tires inspected and the staff was amazing. Chris was my service agent and he was phenomenal. Very professional, very detailed, and most importantly very helpful. He not only explained to me what was going on with my tires in a way that I could understand but also provided key repairs and alternatives and made sure my tires were safe for me to return home. I would 100% recommend this Midas location and will be returning very very soon. Thank you Midas Northside Drive! 10/10

Collins took great care of me and my car and didn’t try taking advantage of me being a female and trying to sell me anything that my car didn’t really need! I was treated as if I was more than just another customer and getting that $. Explaining everything in depth and answering any questions I had. Stayed in touch with me through out the whole process with everything that was getting done on my car. He even helped me fill out financing paperwork, explaining the process and getting me financed. The customer service was excellent. Came in on a Saturday with brake and exhaust problems, and was able to get the brakes fixed and the exhaust parts ordered. Received a call immediately when the parts arrived and was able to get my car fixed the next day. Lorenzo and Collins have extremely good customer service, and Lorenzo was willing to ring me out even though I got there right at closing time. Would definitely trust them again with my car needs!

I went to Midas for a wheel alignment. The techs were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended a service that will prolong the life of my tires and they completed the service quickly. Very knowledgeable and transparent staff. Lorenzo and Collins were both very helpful throughout several maintenance and repair related issues I had, and with each they explained what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost beforehand. Oil change price was a bit above average but for anything else I would highly recommend, and will definitely go back.

The customer service was top notch (a rare thing nowadays) I rolled in T 3:30pm on a Friday without an appointment. They said they would have me out before they closed and they did. They gave me constant updates on progress and even walked me out to the garage to explain what was wrong and discuss my options. Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had getting an oil change. The service you receive here will be nothing less professional, friendly and honest. As a individual who does not know the most about cars, I do not have to worry about being lied to as the staff here do nothing but fair work. Collins, the store manager, was very thorough and HONEST about getting to the bottom of what was going on with my truck to make sure I wasn’t paying a bunch of money for problems I didn’t actually have. The quality of service you receive here is like no other. I have had a car in Atlanta, for about 2 years and I have only been to this shop. They tend to be quick with service and they always exceed my expectations. My car unexpectedly overheated a week ago and then it completely turned off on me. I came in and i informed them of what I had to work with and the worked with me and also threw in a few extras without charge. If you ever have any car problems I would definitely recommend Midas. Amazing service. Very trustworthy. They didn't try to upcharge me at all. I went here twice due to puncture tires. They always check to make sure the tire isn't repairable before trying to replace it. Would recommend!

Didn’t have an appointment but was hearing a sound from one of wheels that I needed immediate attending to. Although I had to wait a little, it was worth the relief when they instantly fixed the problem and sent me home with no charge. These guys are top notch. Great customer service all around from the initial phone call, to the entire service. The gentleman who answered the phone was the one who did my brakes. He showed me what level they were at and and said the drums were low but did not necessarily need to be replaced at that time. I appreciated the honesty knowing cars and got the new drums as they were almost there. I also had the lines flished and new rear pads. They threw in an oil change with synthetic while I waited. That saved a trip already scheduled. Thanks guys, I'll be back and will definitely recommend you guys.

Great location! It's conveniently located close to the Path that goes through Georgia Tech and Downtown Atlanta. So I was able to drop my car off and bike home. I have always had a fear of mechanics because of their shady reputation, and me never having a male in my circle to guide me, but that has since been a thought of the past for me. I started bringing my car to Collins, who is always very polite and professional, in March of 2020. I have not looked to any other place for service on my car since then. He always has me back in my car as fast as possible, and treats me like family on every visit. The most important aspect for me as a woman is the feeling I get when driving after work has been done, I always have a since of security knowing that he has worked on my car. The shop is clean and well organized. I would just like to give a great big thank you to Collins and all of the Midas staff on Northside drive. I plan to get a second form of transportation soon, and I look forward to have a shop I call home for my vehicle. THANK YOU ❤️

This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had in an auto shop. I went to another auto shop to get my oil changed and they informed me that it was absolutely necessary to change ALL my tires. They said the could do it for ~1300, which was way out of my price range. I immediately booked an appointment online at this location because they said they had my tires in stock. When I arrived, I met with Collins (the manager) who informed me they did NOT have my tires in stock. Nevertheless, he said he would call a few local shops to see if they had my tires. If they did, he would have them shipped over and put on my car that day. Unfortunately, no local stores had the tires I had requested online, but instead he put on a similar tire and matched the quote I was given online (I know he had to call his manager to get approval for this). He truly put the customer first. I will now be going here for all my auto needs. Thank you so much Collin!

The guys are totally amazing. I needed a simple fix on my muffler which Mercedes Benz was charging $750. These guys pulled my SUV in took 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. The shop is really clean and comfortable for waiting on your vehicle. Will only use them in the future.

Collins took great care of us after Budget rent a car failed us. Budget refused to repair the tire with their road side assistance and only put on the emergency time. I called Collins letting him know we were stranded in ATL and could not head back to Augusta on a emergency tire. Collins requested we come by and he will fit us into his full schedule. Best experience ever!!! Picture this: hundreds of miles from home, on a very long road trip, and boom, your car over heats and when you pop the hood, there's antifreeze EVERYWHERE! And it's a Saturday at 3:50pm. Feeling lost, and relying on Google, I called, explained the situation and they said to bring it right over! One hour later, all is fixed and ready to go!!!! I’m a transplant to Atlanta from Los Angeles (where finding a good mechanic/service place is truly tough). I read a lot of reviews. This place was a head above the rest in reviews. Their bad reviews sounded insignificant often to do with the person complaining. I don’t expect perfection. I expect sanity integrity ability consistency decency. This place lived up to all positive reviews. I won’t look elsewhere. I was treated so well. Greeted well treated, respectfully, though I’m extremely respectful myself. Really nice guys. Other customers liked them as well. Other customers were obvious return customers. Easy calm and positive atmosphere. No one seemed worried about what things were going to cost and what might be pulled last minute. I listened to the way they spoke to every customer. They treated them the same and no surprises no disappointing faces on anyone. It was actually the best oil change experience I think I’ve ever had LOL! I was offered a coupon. I didn’t have to ask for one. Great experience and QT was next-door so I filled up for gas! It is definitely the right place for servicing, especially if you’re located in Midtown. Btw I drive a BMW five series sedan and needs to be treated prpoerly/correctly and it was. Just throwing that in there for those of you with European cars, peace!

This business was an amazing experience. I came in and found out I needed all of my breaks and new rotors done, which was really expensive. Collins was very helpful and I am truly grateful. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the repairs to me; walking me out to my car, physically showing me, pointing and explaining- letting me know I wasn't getting played. I will be coming here from now on. You also get a warranty on your breaks for as long as you have the car when you get them done here. This is an establishment full of good people.

So, I had an incident 4 months ago where a driver backed into me which resulted in my AC condenser and radiator become compromised. The guys at Midas replaced both and everything was fine. 4 months later I ran over a random object on 75 which just so happened to puncture both the ac condenser and radiator. Collins was kind enough to help me out by taking $600 off the radiator and $200 off the ac condenser.

My car battery died at work, so had it jumped and drove to Midas. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was on a very tight schedule, so they ran a diagnostic test & needed the battery replaced. They told me it would be another hour to have the work done. When I told them I was on a tight schedule, they went out of the way to run and pick up the part and got me out in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again if I have any more car issues!

Last we my family and I drove from Connecticut to Atlanta. The car was making a noise which turned out to be a loose brake caliper. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon at 3:00. These guys are awesome! Extremely trustworthy and more than fair. Car trouble is just the worst and these guys made it as easy as car trouble can be. I noticed my engine was too hot on the way home from work, didn't want to chance it and got a tow to this shop. The next morning they were right on it, identified the problem, and then ran pressure tests all afternoon to be sure there were no other issues, they even test drove it for me to be sure I wouldn't be leaving and still have a problem. I picked it up within the same day and was in and out and five minutes. I can't recommend these guys enough, will definitely always be my first stop.

This is a great place to go if you need your car fixed. I had an issue with my brakes and I was told it would take 2 hours. I had my oil changed today and they were great. Lorenzo and Mario did an amazing job with the car that requires the fancy synthetic oil. They were professional and did exactly what they said why do with the car. In fact, they even finished early, as I came in during a busy time, and I expected to wait a bit longer; but, they finished a bit earlier completing the oil change. So, all in all, I would defiantly recommend them. They were very professional and my car is now happy with new oil.

Great service and very trustworthy. I will be bringing my car back next time. I came in with a flat tire. I had assumed the tire had been punctured and asked them to replace it with a new one. They fixed my car the same day, and informed me that the tire was actually in good condition, it had simply been moved off of the rim, letting the air out. Since Midas is an Auto Repair chain and not a repair shop with an independent owner, the labor cost is higher than what I would prefer to spend. But the guys down at this particular Midas in Northside Drive know their stuff. I've been there 3 times now and so far I've been very satisfied with their service. Other places will charge you upwards of $100 just to diagnose your car and even then they won't know what's wrong with your vehicles. Not these guys here in this particular Midas. You tell them the problem, they'll know immediately what's up with you car even before it's been looked at. Really appreciate it guys!

I just stopped to get air because they will put air in your tire for free. I went by quick trip and it seems that their machine is always broken because some person does not know what they're doing or people just leave and never tell the person inside. Tim, the manager of this store, is always so kind and helpful. He has never overcharged me, never recommended a service I don't need, and shows me exactly what needs to get fixed and why. I am a little car savvy and have changed my own break pads, oil, tires, fluids and more, so he often lets me know things that need to be repaired that I can do on my own, and doesn't try to get me to pay for them. Great, HONEST car service I came in needing a diagnostic on my steering wheel locking up. The shop I went to I was scared that I would be talked into buying things I didnt need or geared towards being up sold on extra work. As a person who lacks a PhD in cars, or bare even a GED, one of my biggest concerns with auto shops is being squeezed for extra work or having quotes tossed around taking advantage of my ignorance. Their mechanic John was extremely thorough with his inspection, cutting no corners, and their front desk man Lorenzo was exceptionally easy to talk with and understand his explanations. Not only did the mechanic give me detailed information on what was needed. I also received consultation on ways to LOWER the bill that the shop wouldnt be able to officially do. This not only helped get me in the direction of an ultimate solution, but it impressed me so much to write this review and definitely consider future work being done by this excellent staff.
