My husband and I are on a cross country road trip and having car issues. One of the technicians looked under the hood and realized the problem was an easy fix. Josh fixed the car in 5 minutes FOR FREE. He even let us know that the parts we bought were no good and should return them to the store for a full refund. Top notch customer service! This will be our car shop whenever we're in the ATL area. Extremely friendly and professional.

Wonderful experience. My truck {2001 F150) rotor bolt came out and destroyed the inside of my wheel well at 5 pm. I called roadside assistance and they came. While I waited I called CB and they were great. Tow truck dropped off the truck and CB had an after hours drop box. I dropped off the keys. They called the next day with an estimate, which was very reasonable. I had to go out of town and they allowed me to pay online and pick up the truck after hours. I essentially had a major breakdown and never even met anyone in person. So efficient, effective, and affordable. I appreciate companies who embrace the changing times of tech. They did a great job and worked with my schedule. Also, they are military friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. As a female, I am always afraid of being taken advantage of regarding cars. They made me feel safe, heard, and like they were looking out for me. The office is clean and welcoming. The office workers were professional, kind, friendly, and they listened to me and helped me understand. The inspection report included pictures to show me the situation. Their recommendations were framed in a way that I did not feel pressured to spend money prematurely. I was able to pay online or via text because I wasn’t going to make it back before they closed. I am happy to say they have a new loyal customer. Back story: My car was running “loud”. That was the best I could tell them. I took it to a place down the street and they told me I needed 4 new tires and probably a new suspension system. Since that didn’t make sense to me, a friend recommended Christian Brothers. They saw me that afternoon, took a drive with me to hear the noise I was describing. He explained what he thought it was and why that would happen. Once they got it on the rack, they said they couldn’t confirm with 100% confidence what it was, so they didn’t want to tell me it would absolutely fix the problem. He said I was safe driving it for a while. But since I’m in the road a lot, I asked them to fix what they thought was the problem. I paid online/via text and picked up my car after hours. The loud noise is gone and problem resolved. Thank you! Will absolutely be back next time I have car issues.

Christian Brothers Sandy Springs is my go-to auto repair store for one main reason. Not the pricing, because I think their pricing is standard and not the cheapest around, but because of the service. They are a customer first shop, which I find to not always be the case in this industry. I walked in without an appointment, dropped my car off, and it was ready by mid-day. A job that other shops said would take 3-4 days for the same price. I was given a ride home by one of the employees too, which was really nice. I highly recommend this team and location.

I first heard about the shop from my coworker who has been having a tough time with medical concerns. She told me how the men here helped her get her car back up when her son overfilled the oil under the hood. When I decided to get an oil change before work I knew they would be the top of my list. Very Professional, Very Helpful, Very Assisting! After running 30 minutes I was able to get in and get a ride to work after so I wouldn’t have to wait on a Uber and be late. My 2nd time with this company, first time at the Sandy Springs location, the front office is very welcoming and festive for the holidays, coffee and all that one would need while waiting, staff very kind.. I am giving them 4 star, because the staff talking amongst themselves about other customers and also personal issues, were too loud, and constant. I and another customer had to wait outside in a cold and rainy day to get some piece & quiet during our 1 hour wait. my car was serviced well though!

I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to auto maintenance. Christian Brothers was very good to work with. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Work started on time and I was able to wait for my oil change. They also assisted with an annoying issue with my windshield washer system that was quickly resolved. I will be going back.

Had to search for a new mechanic after the one I had been going to for 20 years retired. I had a lot of bad experiences at 'quick oil changes' and Magic mikes. Fortunately I found this place. I've been here 3 times and everytime had been satisfactory. They have a courtesy shuttle, a complementary snack bar and will do a quick diagnosis of your car for free.

My blinker had stopped working due to the bulb being blown. I called, got an appointment, and they had me in and out and back home in less than 15 min! No charge for this service. I would have paid $20 at Pep Boys and had worse service. I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful. God bless!

Great customer service and if you live near by you can get a ride home. And pickup when your car is done. If you have to wait Free Wifi, fresh baked cookies and coffee. My favorite of the waiting room is the comfortable sofa's. Best waiting room hands down.

I went there about a yr ago and I never can forget what they did for me. 2 kids on our way to school and my car was leaking oil. I had no money. Single mom having some hard times. Something told me to drive to this place. They fixed my car free of charge. Took 15 min. Not a big job but to me it was very huge. I'm not saying go there this is what they do for everyone. I consider myself pretty handy and do almost all of my own work when it comes to vehicles. I had a pretty technical issue that required technology specific to the Dodge Charger I was working on. The staff at Christian Brothers from the first person I spoke to until paying the bill, was knowledgeable and honest. Most shops get away with being deceptive and overcharging and I can attest that anyone on the fence or in need of a good shop should trust Christian Brothers. Their facility was extremely clean, their staff is professional, their pricing was very fair and the work was done in a timely manner. You can’t really ask for anything else.

I don't know where to start! Best decision I ever made by going here. From the honesty, compassion, knowledge, and assistance I received from the staff was the best customer service I've ever experienced. The honesty is what made me feel at home. I spoke with Josh about what I am going through and what a Hyundai dealership was going to charge me for the repairs of my vehicle (over 2 grand)! So josh and his team looked at my issue and ran some information. Turns out what was wrong with my truck was a recall problem and I shouldn't have to pay a dime!!! What a relief it was for me to hear that, as I am a single mom and times are tough these days. Josh even went Above And Beyond to help me find the reimbursement form online from the dealership website, along with helping me out with so many other things, the list goes on!!! The employee I spoke with told me just to head over and they’d squeeze me in. What a blessing having this Christian Brothers in my area! As a widow, I do not have to worry that I might be "fleeced" as is all too common in car repair shops. Christian Brothers fixes only what the problem is. They pinpoint the disrepair and thru pictures educate the customer, refusing to "fix" what is not in disrepair. Once I had a scraping noise coming from my back tires. When I brought my car in, they showed me how my front brakes were shot and maintained that my back brakes were fine. After the repair, it was a short while, and I heard the scraping noise in the back again, They told me to bring the car right back. They checked further and concluded that the rust on the back rotors was making the scraping noise, still insisting that the back brakes were fine and had plenty of wear left on them. So they ground the rust off the back rotors for me as I waited - no charge, of course 😁 They DO stand behind their quality work with guarantees. 😁 It's been over a year and all brakes continue to function beautifully!! Thank you Christian Brothers for a business with true integrity!!

We took my girlfriend's car in due to a thumping noise while driving. We spoke with Randy who could have easily taken the car in and charged a diagnosis fee just to tell us it was a tire issue. Instead he hopped in the car with us and took it for a quick drive to confirm his suspicion. He was right and saved us a couple hundred dollars. Had a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with EVAP problems, fuel tank problems, and cam sensor issues. Had to split my repair to two visits due to money issues on my part. Super solid repairs, only took em a day each visit. They're super nice and professional with my monetary restrictions and getting the work done on a way that suited my needs. Loved the electronic diagnostics sent right to my phone. Also appreciated the play by play breakdowns of the diagnostic, and estimate. And got text message updates every step of the way. The price of the work was a -little- high, but for the quality of work and professionalism, I truly do not care. Amazing value for the safety of mind that everything was fixed. After repairs, I could immediately tell my SUV ran better. No more stalling or fueling issues. I'll not only use them in the future, but recommend them as well. Huge props to the people I worked with at the front desk for being informative and willing to work around my financial issues. <3!

Cool people professional & informative. They fixed my car in a timely manner & also allowed me to leave my car up there a extra day W/O charging me docking fees because I wasn’t able to drive two cars back. They also picked me up hassle free. My only issue was that I felt like I spoke with them prior to coming in about a Diagnostic fee being that that money should go towards the cost of the repair if I choose to get it fixed @ that time which every place I’ve taken my car to(Dealership mostly) or other prominent places such as them does that. So with that being said I felt like he gave me the ok that it would because it’s no other reason I would’ve drove way across town to have them specifically do my repairs but that wasn’t the case when it was time to pay but it is what it is the price was reasonable & the car is running fine. He also said I could bring it back if I have any problems & no extra fees would be charged so that smooth things over with me.

Really friendly staff, efficient and done in a timely manner. If you live close by they offer you a ride home and back to pick up your car - which is really nice. They also gave me a courtesy inspection just to let me know other issues with my car - but did NOT pressure me into spending more money or getting more work done, which I loved. A lot of other shops try to scare you into spending more money. Also, I didn’t feel rushed or neglected. They gave me a thorough report and topped off the coolant, gave me a great quote of recommended services, and also provided a courtesy shuttle so I could drop of my car. Great customer service! Called ahead to ask if they could align my car with an aftermarket camber kit. They agreed that it was no problem and for a very good price. I called a few other places that did not want to touch the car. After I installed the kit, brought the car in misaligned by quite a bit, but their team aligned it within spec and also set it to minimize tire wear. I picked up the car late afternoon and left. I wasn't positive, but after driving a few miles home, I thought the car pulled to the left. It didn't make sense as I looked at the "after" alignment measurements and all looked very good. I called them right back as I planned to go in the next day to have it looked at again. I was expecting some resistance on the call but they were VERY polite and welcomed me back to check. I drove more the next day and all was good. I think the car pulled to the left on some slanted roads which would make sense. It's now been several days and car has been driving straight and feels smooth. Thank you Christian Brothers!

I’ve been to Christian Brother’s twice since I moved to the area. The first time I called I told the man over the phone that I had a leak in my tire. Instead of telling me to come in he drove to my apartment complex to check my tire himself. After he checked, I was told that I’d need a patch. Then he filled it up with enough air to get me to the shop and without any charge they patched my tire. I had picked up a nail. I also had my oil changed and the guys did a complimentary tire rotation. They quickly gave me a detailed, reasonable quote on a few other things my car requires service on. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Dealing with cars can be intimidating for anyone, but especially being a woman who knows nothing about it. I never felt pressured to spend everything in my bank to fix things and I appreciated being respectfully informed on what needed to be done to my car. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another shop. The people in the office greeted me kindly and warmly when I came in. They were expecting me for the appointment I set. The waiting area was very nice, clean, and comfy. I would give them six stars if I could. Having just moved and dreading to a new auto service center, I stumbled upon Christian Brothers through yelp. I took an older car in first as the guinea pig. Super friendly staff. Offered me a ride. Figured out the problem and quickly fixed it at a very reasonable price. I took our other car in the next day for an oil change. I don’t know what they did, but the car rides and sounds better than when I dropped it off, and the oil change was on special for half price! I couldn’t be happier with Christian Brothers. These guys are awesome! Customer Service was on point with making me feel comfortable while I waited for them to take a look at my car. Marcus sat down with me and explained some concerns regarding my brakes and had a quote ready to go for me. He also told me about their free check ups when they do oil changes. I originally came in because my AC wouldn't blow any air, they looked at it and it turns out it wasn't plugged in! They didn't charge me for plugging it back in and gave me helpful feedback. Christian Brothers was a world class experience. My regular mechanic was booked up and couldn’t take me in. I called up at Christian Brothers and they fit me into their busy morning. I only went for an oil change and the level of customer service is second to none. I waited for maybe a half an hour and while I was there they offered freshly baked cookies and other refreshments. Great Pricing, Honest work, Great Turnaround Time, Great Customer service.My name is Jason Gilmore, andI have a 2016 Nissan Sentra.These cars are known for CVT transmission problems.. I searched high and low for a good shop to replace it, and couldn't find any mechanic that would charge under $4k , parts and labor with more than a 12k mile warranty. I eventually stumbled upon Christian Brothers who quoted me $2990 for parts and labor w/ 36k mile warranty, which is even beyond what Regal Nissan would cover! ..So I took my vehicle to them. Shortly after the repair, the engine light came on..Needless to say, I was upset because they were telling me they would have to charge me to examine why the engine light was on.. I was irate, because I did not want to spend more money being that I thought the engine light came on as a result of the transmission repair.. The owner Rusty Tweedy assessed the problem with superior customer service.. He did not match my anger, even though I was highly upset. . He told me to bring my vehicle back on Monday morning May 3rd and he would waive the fee..I did so, and when I arrived that Monday he gave me a complimentary ride to my home, while my vehicle was being repaired...If you are looking for the best hands down mechanic shop in Ga, check out these guys.. I promise you wont be sorry!!

They are honest people. They arent afraid to say they aren't sure what the problem is if they aren't sure. And they will tell you what it will take to figure it out and the costs up front. I have never had work done there that I didn't authorize, and never received a bill for an amount I hadn't already been told about ahead of time. They do good work the first time and it is really important to them that their customers are completely satisfied with the work they do. Rusty was really awesome with getting my car fixed. My car was giving me problems, I brought my car in at 9:30am without an appointment and my car was fixed by 1:00pm. It was awesome. The only issue I had was that I was unaware that the $99 I paid for the diagnostic fee didn’t go towards the repairs. At other shops, the diagnostic fee goes towards the repairs. But as a woman and not aware of car repairs quoting, I forgot to ask and since I didn’t ask, I lost out in $99. Although the discount I received was great, I could’ve saved more money if the diagnostic fee went towards the repairs. Overall, my experience was good and I would go to them again if I know what the issue is ahead of time.

There was no pressure to do any additional work on my car, and they fixed the minor things that needed it while doing my inspection. Awesome Experience. I been hearing about this company for a couple of years thru the Radio Station the Fish here in GA. Had herd great things and when they finally opened a shop near me I was happy and just recently had the chance to bring my car for some weird tire and brakes problems. I was nervous because I had no idea what was wrong we are in the holiday season and I said please let them be good as people say they are and let them be reasonable in their price and service. Just when I thought the art of customer service was lost!! This place is absolutely incredible!! I stopped in with no appt to get an oil change and to have my tires checked. I was given a ride to work. I received a text thanking me for coming in and that they would notify me when it was ready, which they did. I received an addt’l text letting me know that a request I had couldn’t be performed and why. When I picked up the car, everything was explained. My car was pulled to the front door, it was running and had a nice cold bottle of water waiting for me with a thank you note. Very friendly service. Got to the root cause of my vehicle not starting up, and educated me on the process. The test was $60, but it covered three tests, which included my battery. My battery was corroded and I never knew. Going through all those drive thru oil change places, they never shared that information with me. I had a lot of questions, and they did a great job answering them all with lots of patience (sometimes I can ask the same questions because I'm trying to understand) with me. I first went to Christian Brothers only because they are close to where I live. This shop is truly the Chick-fil-A of auto repairs. The office area is so nice and clean and they even have cookies for the customers. They also have christian music playing just like Chick-fil-A. I took my sons O2 Chevy Silverado with 250,000 miles it to get some maintenance services done. They have this product called BG, for cooling systems, brake flushes, power steering flushes transmission flushes fuel system clean, Ethanol clean, engine restore and many others for maintenance. While nobody ever "wants" to go to a body shop, and I hope I have to as little as possible, this is still my regular place. Alex is my go-to guy - he does a great job. Their waiting area is nice, and they even have a Courtesy Shuttle that will take you home or to work if your car is going to take a long time. First of all, when I walked in I thought I was walking into a doctors office. I’ve never seen an automotive shop look so clean, I thought I was in the wrong place! I went in for a check engine light on my 2005 G35, which Infiniti’s only solution was to start changing sensors to try and ‘narrow’ the problem down, which would have been time consuming and cost way more than I wanted to spend. I spoke to Saul, a tremendous employee with great customer service skills, he knew exactly what was wrong and went out of his way to fix my baby in the same day and for like a tenth of what I would have paid at Infiniti! This place is the best and I would recommend to anyone with car trouble as the whole staff is ASE certified, they use the newest and greatest equipment, and what other automotive shop offers a shuttle to and from work while your car is being worked on? Definitely a 5/5 and I will be back!

These gentlemen have always conducted themselves in a respectful manner when explaining problems to either my wife or myself.
