I had a great experience dealing with Christian Brothers Automotive! I originally went to them because they got good reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Everyone I spoke with was kind, personable and professional. They had a quick turnaround time on fixing my alignment, my battery and an oil change. They quoted me a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what I paid at the end! No hidden fees, no unexpected additions to the bill (like I’ve experienced in other shops), it was straightforward and honest. I noticed my truck was still drifting to the right, even after the alignment. I went back to ask about it, and they immediately jumped on it, diagnosed the issue and fixed it, with no extra charge! I’ve never recommended a mechanic before, but I’ve already convinced my wife, parents and a coworker to go here. I would recommend them to anyone I cared about (if I didn’t like you, I’d send you to another shop nearby). Thanks again to everyone in the shop!

I went here for the first time for a simple maintenance oil / filter change. The staff was professional about scheduling me ASAP & they come off as very reliable and caring. Just walking into the waiting room says a lot about the environment you're entrusting your investment at ~ the room is homey with its furnishings & the staff even bakes chocolate chip cookies fresh to add a personal touch while you wait on your vehicle. My oil change took a little longer than expected, but Brandon ended up giving me a small discount for it out of courtesy. I know my car will be well taken care of here by that genuine gesture I wouldn't have gotten from anywhere else. I'll be back..!

Needed a headlight bulb replaced. The part had to be ordered since it was not in stock. Before installing, they were sure to verify the price with me since it was a more expensive specialty bulb and let me know my options. They diagnosed and replaced the ECM in my Sequoia. I liked the courtesy from start to finish. I like the confidence I felt soon after dropping of my car, partly due to the prompt diagnosis and the no-pressure estimate both texted and emailed. I very much appreciated the communication and continued updates. I like that they kept up with Toyota on delivery of my needed part. I like that my car was ready at the perfect time for all the pieces of my calendar to fit together perfectly, tho I don’t know that I can give them all the credit for that; but it WAS ready much sooner than I could have hoped. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any automotive/mechanic business. I am from Florida, and I was in the area for a business trip. On my 5-hour drive here, I started noticing a loud noise as I accelerate at any speed (it just kept getting worse and almost shaking the entire car). I called Christian Brothers after searching online for a place to go, and they said they’d take a look first thing in the morning for me. Their team spent a few hours inspecting every single inch of my vehicle, and it turns out that a Florida PepBoys shop installed my air filter incorrectly after an oil change 2 days prior. Though they took it on multiple test drives, did a full inspection, fixed the issue, spoke with me thoroughly, offered me coffee / cookies in the most comfortable waiting room — they ended up charging me absolutely NOTHING to do all of that. I cannot be more grateful for how kind and thorough they were; they also emailed me a detailed report on my entire car with photos and explanations of things to fix in the short and long-term, and they insisted I didn’t need to pay them anything. They seem like very genuine people, and they relieved a large amount of stress from being so far from home with my car. I’m so thankful for them taking care of it so quickly and being so generous!

I purchased a new car, and had been a long time since going back to Christian Brothers. I had been putting off my light that signaled I needed maintenance on my 2017 Camry that had ~22,000 miles for an oil change for months as I don't drive much. I had been thinking about going to one of those "quick" oil change places but put off, and then I got a $10 off oil change from Christian Brothers.. recalled I used them with my old car.. and called them. I was on a TIGHT schedule that very day, and they squeezed me in at 11 am so I could get back to contractors at my home by 12:30. 1) They got me in very quickly, within 2 hours of my request "can we do today!" Wow 2) They wanted to do a multi point inspection on my car, and I stated I didn't have time as I was in a rush.. but they said, and delivered, that it would be done within the timeframe of the oil change. They did it! What "quicky" place can do that? 3) When they took my keys and took possession of my car, I saw them walk around my car to note damages... WOW! To ensure protection for both them and me (I do that when I get a rental car) 4) They took my phone number and texted me updates on progress, as I sat in front of their facility on a nice bench in the wonderful fall weather.. and texted when done 5) They reset my "engine warning" light that Toyota Camry has when oil change needed... as the previous oil change folks did not do 6) At the beginning, I said that I knew that I would "fail" on the multipoint inspection as I was headed home to fill my empty windshield washer fluid.. OMG! I got home to do such afterwards, and found they had filled it at no charge! Wow! What service 7) Hector and Philip were wonderful as to front desk and service! Kudos! They are great ambassadors for the business, and ensured that the $10 coupon that prompted me to do what was needed was honored 8) Brandon, the manager, was so responsive and another great ambassador for the business. 9) Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. Bottom line, it's been a while since I have serviced my car as such low mileage (~22k for a 2017). This local business is over the top as to service, value, etc. Looking forward to continue to be a loyal long term customer as my car ages as they are full service.

They are always wonderful. Very helpful, very nice, and extremely professional. They are usually booked solid with appointments, so it can be hard to get them to look at your car. But when I had a problem and drove over there, they came right out to look at my car and see if they could help me out. They all seem to know what they're talking about and are even pretty good at explaining it to you. Highly recommend if you have car trouble.

Christian Brothers is AMAZING!! Absolutely 5 stars!!! They looked at every system on my car and provided me a detailed report (including pics) of what was wrong. They even rated the repairs based on what had to be done NOWand what I could wait and do later…Have you ever heard this ?! Plus, they were all so Nice including the GM Brandon and Tony the service writer whom kept me well informed on progress. When I came for pickup, Hector kindly pulled my car up as close as possible because it was raining.(He did not have to do that). The owner even said hello as he was walking out! Not sure what to point out. Everything was very nice. Brandon and other associates were all very respectful. There was no confusion. Communication was transparent. A few additional and small issues that I conveyed over phone were also taken care of without any hesitation. The initial estimate was over $3500. They explained that they were able to save a few of parts of the car. So, the final estimate reduced to about $2600. I would have possibly made it even a little cheaper if I would have gone to somewhere else. But, I decided to go with them finally because they were straightforward and transparent from the very beginning. They sent me email attaching pictures of all the problems in my car with clear explanations. No other shop so far sent me pictures in email explaining everything so clearly -- not even the dealers.

They where nice I don’t like the fact that we discuss something over the phone and when I come in person it was a different issue. I call and ask how much to install a hybrid battery on my car they said $96.96 ( to make sound good instead of a $100. I guess) I when in today they told it was just the 12 Voltage battery they where saying Which is crazy because to install the small battery is going to cost more then the battery. Christian brothers??? I ask them since I told here can they towed it back when clear I know what battery we talk about. Yesterday l> Added NO EXtrea benefit >

As usual, Christian Brothers did a great job, providing us with details not only on the condition of the car, which was excellent, but also on maintenance items which were past due or due soon. Had a hell of a time trying to get some 02 sensors in my car replaced before coming here. After one place was unable to fix it that was closer to my house and being told to go the the dealership, an then being quoted by the dealership a 1500 dollar repair cost i called around to shops farther out and requested some quotes. I spoke with Kevin over the phone who got back to me with a reasonable quote quite quickly. He had a very wide knowledge of the specifics of who makes parts for Honda and their shop had a vendor so he was able to get ahold of the exact part numbers that was needed to fix my vehicle as Honda’s only take Honda parts. The quote given was very reasonable. After fixing the vehicle the check engine light came back on which was odd. Brought it right back in and he reset it for me and when it came on again he scheduled me to come back in to get it diagnosed as my new parts were under warranty. I brought the car back in and they did a complete diagnostic check and went through each of my wires for 2 hours and ended up finding one that had been cut behind some insulation. Not sure which of the previous 2 places had done it. They fixed it before the end of day and the car has been running smoothly since. End cost was a little under 800 dollars for all replacement parts and repairs. 700 dollars saved. Kevin kept me updated through email and phone on each step of the repairs and was wonderfully helpful and reassuring. Won’t be taking my car to anyplace else. Highly recommend.

I have a mechanical background and their work is always top notch and completed very quickly and efficiently, even major things are typically done within 1-2 business days and usually same day. The office is always spotless and nice and feels very professional if that is important to you, but I think it reflects on the overall business as well. It is such a refreshing experience to work with them compared to all of the other mechanics I have had experience with. Their prices are more than fair and they are always very honest and straightforward with you on what needs to be done. So nice not to be jerked around and be able to trust them to treat you right.Anyone that complains about "slightly higher prices" is forgetting the fact that they use really high quality, new parts instead of god knows what, and there are no hidden BS fees or charges on the bill that drive the price up. Because they get it right the first time and dont mess around with you, I find it saves a ton of money overall. Everything is itemized and explained by the mechanic performing the service. I cannot recommend them enough, my family has been going there for at least 5 or 6 years and they have become the only repair shop I will use as long as I live in Atlanta.

We were new to this area and decided to try out Christian brothers based on their reviews and we weren't disappointed. Like another reviewer said, they are trustworthy and their costumer service is excellent. We took in our car for the big 60k checkup and unlike the dealer they only replaced what was needed. If we had taken it to our Mercedes dealer it would have easily been 2k where they probably would have replaced everything, instead we got charged $500 for the oil change and things that needed to be changed. Another awesome thing is we had the air filter changed several months ago due to bad mildew smell and the smell wouldn't go away so I took my car in again and they changed out the filter again free of charge and checked everything to make sure it was ok. We definitely recommend this place!

I got my tire repaired at a local shop who wanted 120 for an alignment they said I needed. I decided to take it to christian bros because it was a little cheaper. They gave me a call back after checking it out saying it was an unnecessary service and that everything looked perfectly fine. They could have easily done an "alignment " and I would have been none the wiser. Speaks alot about integrity and exactly what you would expect about the brand.

I really can't say enough about this place. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at an automotive shop. Honest work at a fair price and the only place I'll go from now on. I will say, yes the reviews are amazing because this place is just as amazing as you are reading. Not only did they return my jeep to fully functioning, but better than it ran before. In the beginning, my estimate was a large sum as my jeep is old and needed the work, and Was going to take almost a week. This matched what a few other places were saying also; however, they treated my jeep as if it was a personal vehicle. I loved everything from the friendliness and freshly baked cookies offers at 7 o'clock in the morning, to the simplicity of the explanation of what was done to and with my vehicle. They said that they can not charge diagnostic fee because they did not use equipments even though they did spend time and began the diagnostic process. Kevin is an incredible guy. He is very knowledgable and super accommodating. The best quality of the entire Christian Brothers team is their honesty. They'll share recommendations, but they won't push any work that you'd like to delay or turn down. The crew works extremely quickly, our vehicles are always ready within just a few days, even when undergoing serious repairs. They take the initial inspection very seriously, it's an incredibly thorough inspections that runs through tons of points on the vehicle and includes a urgency rating of the recommended repairs. The management team is extremely flexible, always willing to add or subtract items from the initial work order and they always wait for approval before moving forward with any repairs. If you ask for someone directly and they are unavailable, they typically call back within just a few minutes. Everyone has a smile and are just plain friendly. It's refreshing for an industry that doesn't typically ma intain t hese standards. We have been customers for years and have no plans of changing that, as long as the aforementioned qualities are maintained. We recommend friends to Christian Brothers all of the time. I took my '02 Trans Am in to Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) because I needed a power steering fluid flush due to the fluid reservoir filler cap had worn out and would no longer seal. As a result, the power steering fluid was extremely contaminated with water. CBA found the REAL problem. Not only did the filler cap need replacing, but the power steering cooler leaked allowing radiator coolant to mix with the power steering fluid. Both systems needed flushing. That really impressed me that they took the extra time to fully investigate and determine the root of the problem. It also showed me they truly care about me and my car, and they take their reputation seriously. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to Christian Brothers Automotive in the future for all my vehicles' needs. Their shop is big and clean, the service is friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and their prices are a good value. Besides, the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are free!

Wow!!!!!!!!! What a refreshing experience! The serpentine belt came off my Ram 1500 and after several phone calls, I decided to try these guys. Kevin, the service manager, got me in right away and Jason put the belt that looked just fine to all of us back on after checking things over.
