I called around looking for an estimate for replacing my car emblems and they were able to do it same day. Omar told me to show up at a particular time and surprisingly when I arrived, he was able to get me in. Omar was excellent with explaining best and worst case price for the job. Fortunately, for me, I was able to get the best price. Happy I stopped by and I’ll definitely use them again!

Sending our car for repair to Bavarian Body Works was the best decision we could have made. They were professional, personable, courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented. They went above and beyond to ensure that we knew of our options, had the information needed to make the right decision for us, and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get us on their calendar, and then were even more satisfied with the time it took to have the repair completed. The owner even reached out to us about our experience! We have already referred two of our friends to use Bavarian Body Works and I will tell anyone willing to listen how great of a company they are. Of course we hope that we do not have to have body repair done on a car in the future, but if we do there is no doubt we are taking our car to Bavarian Motor Works.

Kelly was incredible! I had two issues I wanted corrected. The first was a side swipe where a lady hit my car and the second was my front bumper which had paint peeling off of it. Kelly listened to my concerns and wrote me several estimates for the bumper giving me multiple options for how I could try to tackle it. Kelly called me several times during the process to update me on where we were and to get my permission about the cost before making the repairs. She worked hard to secure the best parts for my repair. She got my car in and out of the shop quickly and was just an AMAZING provider of INCREDIBLE customer service. I think she could teach a MASTERCLASS on customer service. There's a reason she made it to where she is. She is THE BEST DAMN THING about Bavarian Body Works. I recommend all customers needing repair to FIND KELLY. She really cares about her customers and she made my week heck my month with how she treated me. Bavarian Body Works: Please treat Kelly to Dinner. I have told ALL my friends about my experience with her. Any time someone needs a repair I will be recommending them to see Kelly.

I used Bavarian for repair of my driver's side body after someone merged into me. They couldn't have been nicer, and were super responsive. They were able to take me in right away for a quote, were straightforward about timing and fitting me in and always so pleasant when I called for check ins and information (shout out to Ronneka and Blair!). And the work was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Bavarian did a great job on my car as I had a couple different issues I had to bring to them and both were taken care of. They had my car for longer than I was expecting, but made up for it by having such great customer service in Ronekka, at the front desk. She was kind and patient with me throughout the process and helped me communicate with Allstate and Statefarm for two pretty complicated claims. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a stress-free experience.

Had the absolute best experience with Bavarian! After being completely stressed from a minor cosmetic wreck to my brand new vehicle, Bavarian came to my rescue. Not only were they fair, but efficient. The location manager Hans ensured me that my car would look good as new, and he didn’t lie! I have a 2011 BMW 528i Wagon that I bought in 2020. It's suspension is very low leaving only about 8" of clearance from the road, curbs, etc. After hitting pieces of tread on the freeway, parking bumpers (initially after purchase till I learned to leave space) the front bumpers paint was cracked and peeling in some places and looked horrible. Finally the last tread I hit on the highway tore off my right fog light, underside rubber and disconnected my Park Distance Control system. So I called insurance and took it to Bavarian Body Works for the repair. I worked with Ronneka who was very nice, courteous and responsive throughout the whole process. I picked up my car a week ago, and was very pleased with the way it turned out! The only issue was the replaced fog lamp, which I noticed was fogged with condensation inside, which meant the seal was compromised. A week later, the fog is still there so I called Ronneka yesterday. Again, she was very helpful and professional again, and they have ordered a replacement which they'll take care of next week. I had a VERY good experience with Bavarian Body Works and Ronneka and highly recommend them!

The work they do is high quality, they managed to fix all the panels without buying new ones. Dropped it off on a Thursday and it was done the next Friday! I was expecting it to take weeks. They followed up with me via email which really helped calm my nerves, and they also vacuumed and gave my entire car a nice wash, wax, and polish (which I really appreciated). I would definitely recommend this shop!

my sons car was randomly hit while sitting at a stop sign. there was extensive damage, however fortunately he was not hurt. it was a sunday and raining. the car was towed to Bavarian and just left in their lot with nothing other than a note saying please call. Hans and team followed immediately, dealing with insurance, complex issues due to part availability, covid restrictions and timing. This is the second time we have used Bavarian. The work is fantastic, the communication with us has been stellar, and the follow up is very professional and customer service A+. I hope I never need to use anyone again for an auto accident, but if it were to happen, the only place we would use in Atlanta is Bavarian. We give them our rate A+++ rating. Thank you. Overall, my experience was positive! They had my car for a little longer than I would have liked, but I understood parts coming in slowly and the vehicle was SEVERELY damage. Generally, my suv is running smooth and the previous damage is undetectable! Areas of improvement would be communication. There was miscommunication between my insurance company and the shop in getting the vehicle towed and then shaky communication in the beginning regarding updates. A highlight was how hard Keith, the mechanic/body repairman, worked to ensure that my vehicle did not have aftermarket parts and fought with the insurance to ensure that my vehicle remained under warranty. That level of care and effort made me trust the shop even more! I would recommend !

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in, all the way to the day I picked it up. They were very helpful in assisting me call the rental car agency and getting them to come pick me up, and they were very communicative with the rental car agency in regards to updates and such. They called me weekly with updates and were always so friendly. I was even able to leave my rental car with them after picking up my car because of their partnership. I am so upset . I went to this place for the good reviews and because they were certified to work on my car , however after getting it back i am not pleased. One of the door handles on my car that was scratched in the hit and run still has a scratch , the car came back with dirty finger prints and the worst is the car came back with silver car paint on the front bumper. Picked up my car yesterday 6/17 and will be taking it back Monday. UPDATE : spoke with Jose and took my car back in 6/21/22 and they got it fixed! very fast.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Let me start by saying that you will not find better customer service than what I experienced with BBW!!! Starting with Ronica at the front desk, that went out of her way to constantly hound the insurance company after they wouldn't respond to myself or the shop. And Kelly, who I believe is the shop manager, going out of her way to contact the rental car company and my insurance to make things right. The work on my car should have taken about 2 weeks but instead was a little longer than that. This was NO FAULT of the shop but because my insurance dropped the ball, and it took them a month to go back and forth with inspections and approvals of the work that needed to be done. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for part of my rental car because of this. Let me repeat, this was not the fault of BBW, it was the insurance company. This is the reason why Kelly with BBW is meeting with Geico and Enterprise to help get me a refund on what I had to pay. On top of that, 2 weeks after I had gotten my car back, my house sitter was driving my car and hit a curb to scratch my bumper and damage the work that I had just replaced. When I spoke to Kelly about this, she told me to just bring the car in and they would do what they could to fix it because she felt bad for me as I literally have had my car back for less than 2 weeks. You just don't see customer service like this these days. The work that was done on my car was to replace a front bumper, buff out knicks in my back bumper and replace the collar that goes around your gas tank hole and pull out a dent there where someone slammed their door into me. My car is a 2013 so matching paint to a car this old is usually impossible, but everything looks perfect! You can't tell that the bumper is newer than the rest of the car. Again, if you're trying to decide between this company and anyone else in the city, do yourself a favor and go with BBW. You will not be disappointed.

The service was great and the staff was very helpful. Even after Ford sent the wrap the mirror cap twice, the short guy (I don't remember his name) offered to come to my home and putting the on so I wouldn't have to go to the body shop. Andy called today and informed me that the correct cap had arrived, and another short guy (he only speaks Spanish) put the cap on and showed Andy how to do it as well. They did a great job.

Fortunately or unfortunately, this is the third time I have used Bavarian. The first two times were the result of my car being rear-ended. The third time involved my son's car where a driver hit him while making a left turn into his lane. Purchased a used Land Rover LR4 which had several large scratches down to primer on passenger side doors. Did my own research on how to repair, purchased kit with exact OEM paint match, and attempted to repaint door myself since the car was had 105K miles and was a gift to two 16 year old drivers. In other words, I wasn't seeking perfection. The final result looked like a drunk dude painted them in a barn with a can of black spray paint. As a result, I took the car to Bavarian Body Works, spoke with Hans who checked it out, chuckled with me at my effort, and gave me a reasonable quote in comparison to the quotes I received from two other shops. A little more than a week later they had completed the job and it turned out looking even better than expected and is very well blended into the front snd rear panels that were not repainted. Great place to do business. I brought my car up there to have them replace the headlight units. I provided the parts and they attempted to do the work but the parts I purchased didn’t fit correctly. They hardly charged me anything for the work and time that it took. They are even helping me find more affordable alternatives.

This is the second time I've used Bavarian and both experiences have been outstanding and extremely professional. My "new" 2004 Mercedes looks brand new! This time around I had some additional body work down that was not covered by a collision. I worked with Jose and he was real helpful in explaining in person all the estimates and came up with ways I could save money on the additional work. Ebony was also great in communicating the status of my work order. All in all I would highly recommend this in-town, West Midtown location for your car's body work!

I have a series of scratches on my passenger side doors, and they gave me two options. One was to have the whole door repainted for over a thousands dollars, and the other was to sand away 90% of it for ~$100. I picked the latter and they were able to take me the following day. After doing what they said it turned out that only ~30% of the scratch was removed, and they were kind enough not to charge me since it did not get rid of as much of the scratch as they initially said. Very kind and professional!

I had a magnificent experience going through Bavarian Body works. I am one of those people who are very picky on everything, I would park my car a mile away so no one parks next to my car. From the moment, I set up my appointment for the estimation to this point everything has been perfect. Excellent customer service from Ebony who went above and beyond to make sure there was no inconvenience to me in any step of this procedure. When I was dropping off my car, I called the rental company to come and pick me up from the location but the customer service agent said they do not have any car available now. I was surprised, I told them I have a reservation, after 15 minutes I wasn’t going anywhere with them. She took the liberty to re-do my reservation and get me a rental from somewhere else. They did an excellent body work on my car. They completed the work on my car in two day instead of taking a week. For a second I was think is this possible. They did a clean and brilliant job on my vehicle. I am glad I went through Bavaerian and I will be going to them in the future. The only bad experience I had was they were booked for a week; I would not blame them for it. With outstanding customer service and perfect body work they are in demand. They make up for that waiting period with the quick turnaround work on vehicle.

I have been having an issue with a leaky sunroof on my vehicle. Even after visiting a sunroof specialist, there is still occasionally water getting into my vehicle. I called Hans at Bavarian Body Works to see if he could check the seals on my sunroof and windshield to find the issue. Customer service was responsive, timely and the location is very convenient in west Midtown. I would definitely go back here!! This is the second vehicle that I have brought to Hans for repairs.

I damaged the rear bumper on my 2005 Toyota Avalon backing out of my driveway. Bavarian did a super job. They replaced the bumper, matched the paint perfectly and made my car look brand new. They took care of all the insurance paperwork which made things very easy. They also arranged for a rental car. They drove me to the car rental agency and helped with all the paperwork there. When I picked up my car, they handled the rental return too. For me, the experience could not have been better. The technicians did a great job on my car and the customer service personnel were super. They handled everything!! I can't recommend Bararian high enough. A great company!!

First of all, the initial interaction/customer service was/is great (I'm currently sitting in their lobby). I had to bring my vehicle back for a very minor check. My insurance and the persons at fault (State Farm) sucked, but Bavarian was very accommodating during the process keeping me in the loop of everything going on. Bavarian was just awesome, they fixed up my car like it was brand new! The girls at the front desk made paperwork so easy, and I really appreciated that they called me every 2-3 times a week to keep me updated on the repair status. There was even a slight mix-up regarding the insurance deductible payment and Lakeshia at the front desk handled that perfectly. I'm hoping I don't have to need repairs again in the near future, but if ever I do, I shall look no further!

Debris on the freeway took out half of my bumper one night. I called Bavarian and Omar Figueroa was able to get me a very detailed quote the very next day, I was always receiving updates on the parts and the work being done, and I got my car back in even better shape then before since Omar and the shopped check the rest of the car for any details that I may have missed that needed fixing. Truly professional work, I know everyone is in good hands here.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Bavarian Body Works. The work they performed looks great! It was done in the time they promised. And everyone I dealt with had a very helpful attitude. The final price also came in $250 lower than the original estimate because of a couple parts they were able to salvage. The work was done at a price that was $2,700 below what the dealership estimated to do the same work. I recommend Bavarian highly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise. (Which hopefully won't be necessary.)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The whole team at Bavarian Collision is absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alphonso Royals Jr., and let me tell you, this man cares and takes pride in what he does. I had a terrible, taped up front light and bumper. My once beautiful Mazda looked a mess. Here’s my first experience working with them: Before going to Bavarian, I previously went to a certified auto body shot that gave me an estimate of $3,000, if not more. They also told me it would take about two weeks, if not longer. Then, on a Friday, I came in unannounced to Bavarian Collision Imports with no appointment. Alphonso was already busy with other customers, nevertheless, he saw me and gave me an estimate of about $1,350 within an hour! He was super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. On Monday, he already had my car’s parts in. On the same day, I took my car in to get my paint matched, which took all of two seconds. On Wednesday, literally two days later, he asks for me to drop my car off in the morning. I kid you not, I got to pick my car back up on the exact same day I dropped it off, that is how fast they were. My car was also washed and detailed and it looked immaculate! I’ll also note, Alphonso took the time to personally text me pictures of the progress throughout my entire experience. Alphonso’s communication was top notch. He even knocked down the already great price for parts they did not end up using. I’ve been to other auto body shops, and this one is my most favorite, no comparison. They are the best in the game. If you need your car taken care of in any way, they are the people to go to

Bavarian provided excellent service from start to finish. The insurance company made a mistake in my rental car, but Ebony helped me work a pickup/drop off situation with the rental company. After my car was completed, Bavarian detailed my car and hide it shinning bright. After picking up my car, I realized I left a pair of shoes in the trunk of the rental. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't make it back. Lakeisha retrieved them from the car and kept them behind the desk for me until I could make it back there. Excellent service all the way around. I highly recommend that you choose this body shop.

My wife's Subaru got dinged up on the front bumper, someone else's fault. This is, I think, the only authorized Subaru body shop (outside the dealers) in Atlanta. Regardless, she had a great experience there. People were nice. And the final product on the bumper was first class. Seriously, I checked it out with a fine toothed comb, and it was perfect. So, you want my critique? The email system that updates customers was off. We had an email notification that the bumper was going in for painting on Friday, only to find out that it actually was completed on that same day, and could have been picked up. We did not find that out until Sunday. So, not sure how the notification system works, but it could use a tweak. Still, I would go back here again in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying these guys are great. My Silverado got totaled out of town and I found these guys based on their google reviews. Long story short, turns out my insurance company dropped the ball and never sent a claims adjuster to check out the damage. While Bavarian had my vehicle I checked in with them weekly, and never had an issue getting updates. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my truck and found a couple issues with the initial claim summary my insurance company provided. I took that info to my insurance company and they totaled it out the next day. Best part of my experience was these guys took my toolbox out of the truck, all my personal possessions, and even my light bar and held it for about 10 days until I could pick it up. These guys will have my business as long as I am in the Atlanta area without a doubt. Great service!!

Over the past decade or so, I've used Bavarian for repairing various vehicles for at least a half dozen wrecks in our family cars (none our fault, thankfully....knock on wood!). Bavarian always handles the insurance completely, including any diminished value checks and they have your rental cars delivered and picked up too. Completely painless experience. Lakeishia handled everything this last time and was quite awesome, she calls every couple days and leaves a detailed voice mail describing the state of your car (disassembly, paint, alignment, etc.) and estimated time to completion. I am extremely picky so I read all the reviews before I made a decision to hire these guys. There were a couple of low reviews but when you dig into them they are silly. A foot print was left on their floor mat or an out of towner traveling through town did not get the repair completed as fast or at the cost that they would have liked. Nothing of substance to make me not want to give them a shot, and I am glad I did. The front staff is incredible (especially Lakisha - hope I got the name and spelling right). They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I received a call or text every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to update me on the status of my vehicle. I was fully informed throughout the process and never left in the dark. When I first dropped off my vehicle I was introduced to Chase Stephens. Not sure what his title is, but he basically oversaw all the repairs on my 4 runner that was involved in a pretty severe front end wreck. In that 1st meeting he went over the damages with me and explained how the process would work from start to finish. The repairs were completed on time and Bavarian worked directly with my insurance company (USAA) for payment. Upon picking up the vehicle Chase met with me and reviewed all the repairs and reviewed their guarantees on repair work and paint. To top that off the front staff coordinated with Enterprise to have my rental car picked up at their shop, which made it such an easy exchange (it was Friday night at 6:00 and I did not want to have to take the rental car back across town). I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this was a 5 Star experience. Thank you Bavarian for turning a very bad situation into a great experience!

Back in 2012, I was referred to the team at Bavarian by someone I'd been on a date with - interestingly enough. At that time, my 2012 Altima had been returned to Classic Collision 5 times due to incredibly poor workmanship on a minor, $1,500 fender-bender. 5 times. After complaining to my insurance company, they allowed me to take the car anywhere I wanted, since the work was lifetime guaranteed through Nationwide - this is how I ended up at Bavarian. Not only did they fix the car properly the FIRST time, they were willing to explain to me specifically what Classic Collision had failed with - but THEN informed me that my entire car was covered in overspray, which they handled without me even asking. I was sold. Immediately. I should also mention (and I know a lot of people "say" this, but...just believe me) that I am absurdly particular and anal about my vehicles. If a panel doesn't line up the way it should - I will notice. If the gap with said panel is too wide or too narrow - I will notice. If a headlight's angle of projection is off at all - I will notice. If the "orange peel" in the paint hasn't dried the way it should have or there are air bubbles after it's dried - I promise you - I will notice. Even the slightest things I've come across from my many, many visits (I'm a magnet for being hit in Atlanta - no joke - I've been side-swiped twice in the past 7 months) with Bavarian, Anders (one of the owners) has never even given me attitude or told me how ridiculous I was being. Well. Not to my face. :-) Lakeisha, who's been with the team for years, works in the front and is always incredibly courteous and sweet. Ebony, a newer team member but works with Lakeisha, has been incredibly prompt and communicative while my car has been with them the last week and a half. 4 cars later and there's never any question as to where my cars will be going for repair. I am actually picking up my 2016 Accord in less than an hour (from one of the aforementioned side-swipes) and I have absolutely no question or concern about whether it will be done properly. Absolutely recommended! A++++++++++++++++!!!

Our car was in an accident on I-85 and towed from the scene by A-Tow. Getting the vehicle from them proved very difficult, but Anders, Lakeshia and Natasha at Bavarian worked with us and escalated at A-Tow to get our car back. Bavarian assessed the damage and did a thorough estimate for our insurer. Unfortunately, the required repairs were extensive enough that our insurance totaled the car instead. My Mercedes E350 2014 front right windows was smashed by a robber 2 weeks ago. After Chamblee Police finished the report I drove the car to RBM of Atlanta. My insurance State Farm thought that RBM's Estimate was very high and they offered me a list of designated shops to choose from. I took my Jetta in because it had a mysterious leak that caused epic amounts of water to come into the car when it rained. The car was fixed in about 20 minutes by clearing the debris out of the sunroof drains (I live under a tree). I wasn't even charged! Above and beyond. I've brought my 328i in 3 times for 3 completely different reasons. Each time the work that was done was perfect cosmetically, structurally and efficiently. The most recent time (today) that I brought my car in was for a lighting upgrade. This originally was supposed to be short 45 minute project (according to my own online research not their original quote.) But when I brought the car in I found out my research was wrong. - And it was. This was not an up-sell by the shop. I preordered lighting from an independent after market supplier and didnt consult with Bavarian BW's first. I ended up purchasing lighting that though was marketed as the correct lighting, it didnt end up being so when I received it. - Long story short (too late I know) Anders Ryden used his creativity and expertise to modify the lighting that I ordered to make it fit and operate perfectly. He personally spent triple the amount of time originally quoted and didnt charge me for the extra time. Note: I was actually in the shop with him over half the time conversing while I watched as he expertly came up with an alternate solution. This saved me a ton of time and money returning the lighting I ordered , waiting on a replacement to be sent, and then having to reschedule another visit to the shop. - My time to me that was extremely hard to come by and valuable. in conclusion Bavarian Body Works, their team and Anders have consistently given outstanding quality work and have gone out of their way to give extra personal detail to make me happy. If you are looking for fast, quickly done surface work this is not the place for you. However if you want better than when it was made, superior, and detail work this IS the place for you! My chk in with Lakesha was flawless, my appraisal with Anders was spot on and professional, and my q&a's at pickup with Kari were enlightening. Can you tell I had a very good experience?!? When I have to have work done again ( living in Atl, you can bet on another visit!) I will be bringing whatever I'm driving back here.
