Brought a transmission from them at a great price but then we were bummed that didn’t work. I called spoke with Larry and he was helpful to get me options. I was hoping they just had another one and done. But no they didn’t I like how larry was very nice and trying to find a solution for us. Even though it didn’t work out I was happy larry issued us a refund. I know these are used parts and when don’t know if they will work out or not.

Excellent customer service! I called Johnson Auto for a car part and the employee was very polite and helpful. They had the part available and ready to pick up when ever I needed it. When I went in for the part, I didn't have to wait much time at all. Everyone I spoke with in the shop was very polite as well. The car parts weren't over priced and came with a 7 month warranty.

It was good dependable used auto parts they put it guarantee on them anyway the economy is sometimes you better off going there I bought an alternator 4 years ago and it's still going they want $269 and change at the auto parts store I got that same alternator for $50 from Johnson they have almost any kind of part they can save you a lot of money on your car repair is the way the economy is for everybody and they buy junk cars and pays very good for them different cars different prices of course 20 years of doing business they've been great to me

Truly incredible service. Pete the service manager is far and away the best customer facing person I’ve ever dealt in the car business and one of the best people I’ve dealt with in all of sales. Reasonable priced, front counter help kinda act to me they don't want to be there. Counter was dirty. Would be a 5 star if they cleaned up the counter and store front, and train the staff on how to act to public. Overall a good transaction through.

It was okay for being a local place but can't compare to the competition that's out there. As for pricing, knowledge and service, meh... Would be my description. Lastly please don't tell me what fits and doesn't fit my vehicle I've owned four of these in just the past few years so I'm very very knowledgeable. Lowering the price by $10 doesn't earn my business, especially after telling me the vehicle's been there nearly a month.

Almost every hard to find parts, even really expensive ones you can find here cheap. I just got a used starter for my truck for $50 and a seven month warranty. You can't beat that. They even have self service tires, most of them are brand names at cheap prices. Friendly service, and just a short drive. You can even scrap your vehicles there and they buy and sell car batteries! Go check them out.

Friendly, helpful,& knowledgeable staff, also 7 month warranty on used parts, I don't know or haven't ever found another used parts place that stands behind their used parts. It's a good feeling to know you're not wasting your money on something you probably didn't have or expect to spend that week if the part doesn't work.

Good folks to deal with although the Toyota Tacoma door that was rated "A" on it's condition, was actually lower rated as it had a really bad dent at the bottom. The dent was apparently done by a forklift while moving the truck.

When I need a car part this is where I go they parts may be used but they work like new!!! Back in 2015 * 2016 whoever the workers are were very very n I mean very sweet n helpful one even waited on me to arrive like a 1hr or so after closing because I was stuck in traffic when he could've just left or told me to come another day during business hours this meant so much to me i recommend them still to this day 2yrs later 😁
