I called this morning when my car wouldn't start. Within an hour the mechanics arrived. All the normal things were fine so they had to troubleshoot and they did figure it out. I had a tank of bad gas coupled with old spark plugs. They added gas treatment and replaced the plugs and got me on my way! Pleasant men who communicated well and knew what they were doing. I paid about what just the towing would have cost me. I highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible. These guys were real professionals and fixed the charging system problem on my 1985 Lincoln town car real fast and perfectly. Very reasonable rates. Called them the night before and they were here the next day.

(Edit) I used these guys to install a radiator I didn't have time to fix myself. Though I would consider their price point to be a bit high for the requested job I take into account that I live in a very rural area and can understand the raised price due to my area. My original review with them was not kind due to me coming home go my door being left open upon my arrival back home from work, but the owner was very fast to respond to my concerns and promised to repair any damages that have been caused by an animal. These are some real honest guys and definitely good to call in a pinch.

My starter on my Honda CR-V crapped out. It’s a complicated repair when it’s that, so it can be very expensive but they were incredibly helpful and honest throughout the process. Gave me a really good deal and advice for how to find the best deal on a new part. Also finished before the estimated time, and the engine turns over like a powerful charm now! The mechanic was super friendly and I will definitely use them again next time. THANK YOU!

Very helpful and professional. Unfortunately I made a bad purchase on a red 2001 Silverado. The mechanic was very thorough and explained well all the issues till we confirmed a blown head gasket. Regardless that it's a huge job and one better for a shop, I appreciated getting these answers and the pricing was definitely fair. If I have any smaller jobs come up while in Asheville I will definitely use them again.

I had just left valvoline after an oil change and coolant flush when I called this service. The valvoline service worker said my oil filter threads were warped and they put the old filter back on since they couldn't get the threads off to put on the new filter. They suggested a full service mechanic to fix it. I called and met the mechanic in the parking lot of an O’Riellys shop and he managed to get the threads off the old oil filter and replace it. He was very honest and upfront and helpful and I would absolutely recommend this service for anyone in need!

These people are truly wonderful and I'm so glad they exist. My Mercedes had a belt break and my car wouldn't budge from my drive way and the man came out and fixed it promptly for an amazing price that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership would have charged. I'll definitely keep using them if more repairs are ever needed. They seem pretty honest and reliable which is hard to find in today's society.

These guys are awesome, I’m in Asheville traveling for work and someone hit my car in the hotel parking lot and busted my radiator. A shop was wanting to charge me $600 just labor, I called Trent at Come to you Automotive and repair and he came out next day and replaced it in my hotel parking lot for half the price and half the time! I’m so glad they don’t try and overcharge people who are not local to the area! I will definitely use you guys again if I’m here!

I have an older pickup that won’t start. Wesley came out on time and did a full diagnostic. He was very friendly and professional and explained to me everything he was doing as he was doing it. He helped me reinstall parts that another mechanic had just left sitting outside my truck and he charged a very reasonable price. He figured out exactly what was wrong and although he didn’t have the means to fix my truck on-site (it needs a transmission shop) he referred me to shops in the area and gave me a ball park price so I know what to expect going in. Trent was a lifesaver today and even came out of their usual range of service to fix my van, at incredibly short notice. He diagnosed the surface problem and then discovered what had been causing a repeating issue and treated that, all while doing the magic trick of appearing totally relaxed but working very quickly. He knocked the crank shaft puller he had to buy off the price and the total charge felt more than fair. These guys really seem to know their stuff, they come to you, they're fast, fairly priced, and trustworthy. What more does anyone need? Did I mention fast? It is a miracle to not have to deal with a tow, and get same day service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was very satisfied with the service I have received. Trent was awesome, fair prices and reliable. Would recommend his service to any one. Definitely use him again if I need some more work done. Amazing Service!! I could not recommend Trent more for your next fix, whatever it may be. Very easy to chat with and set up a flexible time. Called the part in and he picked it up before arriving. HE DID THE WHOLE JOB IN THE RAIN. Talk about a champ!! He fully replaced the shock/strut assembly on my driver side wheel. There was significant rust but he took his time to make sure nothing was broken. Car is now repaired, back in full working order and the price was very reasonable. If you can’t move you car, give Trent a call. He’s your guy 👍

Trent was the kindest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with! He made an agreement, to give us a hell of a good deal, on repair costs (and this was before he even had seen the car, or diagnosed it.) His mechanic was right on time, came to us, at our house. So we didn’t have to wast money and bother with towing the car to their shop! That was so awesome, cause I didn’t even know there was a mobile mechanic in our area..extremely convenient! Anyway, our car ended up not being able to be repaired. I mean, the mechanic I’m sure was capable of repairing it, but long story short...what we thought was just a fuel pump or something, ended up being an issue with the engine. The entire engine is completely locked up, and would need a new one. And since a new engine costs a whole lot more, than the parts we were hoping we’d be getting, we decided it’s not even worth the money to put into the car anymore. And although we decided to not repair it, the mechanic still spent over an hour at our house, while it was raining even...diagnosing the car. And he didn’t even charge us anything, for his time spent here. So I thought that was very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, in the future! Thanks again, Trent, for trying to be so kind to help us out with the repair costs, and please tell your mechanic we said thank you again, for his time, as well! Y’all are good people! Saved your number, in case we ever need you guys again! 😊

My battery had died which activated my car’s security system. Everything locked up tight. I contacted We Come to You mobile service. The man that I spoke was professional and we set up for the next day. They were prompt on their arrival time and even called ahead. My cars problems were corrected in less than 15 minutes. TRIPLE AAA+++++ Customer service and communication. i texted on Sunday morning at eight in the morning, by noon, the part i needed was ordered and a person was coming out the next day with the part to fix my car. The price quoted to start with was what the price was. They continued excellent communication through out the entire time, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM MORE! THEY WERE GREAT! They came out twice to help with my 1977 RV I have been remodeling. I would like to add that I am a woman of color and was alone in the house both times he came out. Normally I am not comfortable in situations like these, but not once did I feel threatened, talked down to, or mansplained about anything. It took him 3 hrs to fix the beyond broken and rusted brakes fixed, and taking apart the steering wheel pump and putting it back together. It started pouring on him and he did not quit. He did not leave until everything was taken care of. I would not have been able to get the RV fixed if he hadn't done what he did. He was very professional, even funny! If you were considering using them, I extremely recommend.

I was in town on vacation. Somewhere along the way on our 400 Mile drive our Forester started leaking a significant amount of oil. I called on a Sunday morning and they scheduled me for right away Monday morning. Wes was my technician. He was awesome, just a genuinely friendly guy. He diagnosed the issue really quickly and showed me exactly what was going on. He fixed it quickly and even cleaned up the excess oil on the bottom of my car. He even told me a few things to look out for that our common problems with my specific car. Overall a great experience. I just wish we had Wes and Come to You Automotive in my home town.

I had my car randomly quit out on me one night after I had driven it to the store, so I called Come to You Automotive Repair the next morning in order to get someone out to look at it. I had originally agreed to a meeting time of around 3:30 PM, without thinking about the fact that I had driven my wifes car to work that day and needed to be LEAVING that area around that time in order to pick her up from work. I let the owner know of the situation, and he said he'd try to get someone out there as soon as possible. They ended up having a cancellation, and were able to get out to me within 2-3 hours after I had called. The gentleman that I worked with (although I can not for the life of me remember his name) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and had very quickly figured out what the problem most likely was, but still made sure to go all the way down the list of possibilities to be 100% sure. Not only did he diagnose it on the spot, he helped me get it push started and running, so I could get it back to my house, as well as giving me a ride back up the road to the store I had been stuck at, in order to pick up my wifes car. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable employees, would definitely recommend to anyone needing to get any work done.

I called on Thursday morning to inquire about having brake pads and rotors replaced on my son's car, a problem that required immediate attention. I could have performed the repair myself, but live seven hours away and was planning a trip two weeks later and wasn't up for the drive again so soon. I searched the internet for the Black Mountain/Asheville area and found Come to You Repair. Having used a similar service locally, with satisfactory results. I explained the problem with the car and was told that an appointment was available for the very next morning. I was told which parts to order, and at which auto parts store. These items, I paid in advance and had held for the repair technician to pick up the following morning on the way to my son's work location. The repair cost was paid in cash upon completion of the job. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. It is very reassuring, as a parent, to know that this service exists and that they can be trusted to do such fine work in such an expeditious manner. If I were able to give them a higher rating, I certainly would.

My car and truck both was broke down at my home so I Googled mechanics that would come here.I saw *Come To You* auto mechanics and set up an appointment.Wesley was the man who came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot.He was here on time,very polite and explained everything in detail that needed to be done and even explained what caused it.It was alot less expensive than I had expected.So being very happy with his price I called back to get another appointment to have my truck worked on.Its good to actually see what's being done and him having everything with him to fix the issues.If you need mechanic work done I highly recommend this company !!! We noticed a leak last night coming from the bottom of our engine. We didn’t know whether it was oil or coolant. We called Trent last night and left a message. He called back within 15 minutes and said he’d have somebody come take a look the next morning, which was Saturday, by 9:30. Wesley showed up and did a quick diagnosis and found the issue right away. He went off to AutoZone to pick up the part and coolant and finished the job up by 12:30p. We are extremely satisfied with Wesley and the overall service of Come To You auto repair. Would highly recommend. We were in from out of town when our car started acting up (decreased acceleration, burning smell, choppy driving). I called them in the evening and they came to our AirBnB first thing in the morning. They quoted me their service fee on the phone and stuck to it. The mechanic drove me to the local auto parts shop so I could pick what quality I wanted to buy (pay for). All-in-all he had everything identified and fixed within an hour. Even if I wasn't an out-of-towner I would go with this company whenever an issue came up.

This was the 2nd time I’ve called (Trent.) He communicates very clearly what the issue is and quickly resolved my problem both times! I’ve tried other on call mechanics, they couldn’t get it started and it still cost $50. Stuck hopelessly in a parking lot on a freezing and darkening evening, I was once again wondering why my car kept cutting out, refusing to start without being towed to a mechanic. I had a breakdown and was told that it was probably the alternator. I called Come to You Automotive and scheduled next day service. My alternator was weak and it was replaced. I broke down again the next day, had it towed to VW dealership. They told me it was the battery (even though I had a brand new one). They switched that out. The next day, it broke down again. It was towed back to the dealership. This time, they said it was the alternator (new one was installed by Wesley with Come to You). They were quoting me $2k. I had it towed back to my house and called Come to You. He had Wesley come out ASAP and he determined it was neither the alternator or battery! A fuse was blown that connected the alternator to the electrical that was pumping power to the battery. Unfortunately the part needed is only made by VW for this car. But Wesley made a temporary wire bridge to get me charged up, and going. He followed me to the dealership, got out and physically showed the technician exactly what was wrong. He saved me a ton on money. Thank you and will use for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend.

He diagnosed and fixed a broken coil, bled the brakes, jumped the battery, installed new spark plug wires, and all wires on the engine block. AMAZING and the kind of service that is so Rare these days. I got out of a Dr appt in River Arts district and my car was dead. Due to the Dr. appointment ( Bell's Palsy) I was short on patience and brain function. I started a google search and thankfully found Come to You. The call was answered immediately and it turns out that there was a tech less than 5 min away that was rerouted to come help me. To complicate matters more I did not have my wallet and told him so.
