I was referred to Asheville H&D to repair a dent caused by a fallen tree limb. Not knowing what to expect…I hoped that my car would look somewhat better than it did. To my surprise, the car was returned to me in factory condition! I am so excited and thrilled with the fantastic work they did. They also repaired some scratches on my bumper and once again, perfection! I highly recommend Asheville Hail and Dent!

I had a cracked rim on my friend's Corvette and Ben did an excellent job repairing this rim and getting me back on the road. Ben is the rim repair specialist and his work was exceptional. After the rim was repaired I drove the car 8 hours home without any problem. I am writing this several weeks after getting home and rim is as good as new. I spent several hours in the shop and watched Shyla (not sure I have his name spelled correctly) repair numerous dents in cars! He is an artist! I have been a "gearhead" all of my life and watching him do this was amazing. Thanks guys for being so gracious while the car was being repaired!

I used Asheville hail and dent repair to fix (3) aftermarket rims with scuffs and to remove a dent in my driver rear door on my ram 1500. Not only did they do the job in under 24hrs, but the work was extremely high quality. None of the rims look like they have been repaired and you would never know the door dent was there. Definitely would recommend this place; I will be using them in the future.

Shiloh and the rest of the team did a great job. All other body shops in the area had a 3 to 4 month waiting list, and would take around 2 weeks to fix a small dent with minor paint work needed. Asheville Hail and Dent Repair was able to get my car in their shop in a few days, and got my car done in just 4 days! They worked with my insurance and got me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to them for a minor or moderate accident. Only thing that they don't do is major accident repair that requires repairing frame damage.

I told them I need to be on my way by 3:20 (less than an hour); they had the job complete and I was on my way by 3:19. Amazing repair to the severe dent and paint chip on my car door. These guys are miracle workers when it comes to removing dents, scuffs and dings from vehicles! I was leaving early for the airport recently, backed & smacked right into my in-laws car which put a massive 8-inch dent into the back of my truck along with another smaller dent, while also damaging the chrome name plate (forget what it's called) for my Toyota. Picked it up today and there is ZERO evidence that I had ever had said accident. Great customer service, the quote they gave me is where the final cost come in (lower side of the range I was quoted), and I'm very pleased with the end results. Jordan and Shiloh's team are excellent at what they do!

Super great experience here!! The staff quoted me $100 for rust removal and ended up charging $25 because it was an easy removal. They could have easily charged me the full amount and I wouldn’t have known/complained but just shows ya they have good intentions. Would definitely return if I had any other problems and can be sure I wouldn’t be taken advantage of as a woman who knows little about cars lol. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a new-to-me 2018 Genesis G90, and it had 2 good-sized dents on the passenger side. I brought the car to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair, and boy, am I glad I did! Shiloh looked at the car, gave me a very fair price, and postponed eating his lunch to immediately get to work on my car. He took the right front passenger door off in about 2 minutes flat to gain access to a hard to reach dent behind the front wheel, and spent a good 45 minutes massaging the dent out of the sheet metal. I greatly appreciate his perfectionism, because when he was finished there was absolutely no evidence that it was ever dented. Although he did a great job repairing those 2 very evident dents on my car, when I got home and washed and polished it I noticed a couple of small, not-so-evident dents in the door skins that I had missed before. So I took my car back to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair, and Shiloh immediately popped those out as well. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me not to worry about it, and to just send some business his way. So here I am living up to my end of the bargain.... People of western NC - if you need dents removed, wheels repaired, or paint corrected, Asheville Hail and Dent is the place to go. The team there does great work at a great price, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I came in hoping to get the scratch out of my car. Unfortunately, the scratch is deeper than I though and the only way to properly fix it is to paint the whole door which is not an option for a 2 1/2 inch scratch (that would be crazy). I brought my car to Asheville Hail and Dent repair for two issues. Something hit the hood of my car while driving on the highway and left a dent and scuff. The other issue is I scraped my both wheels on the passenger side. Shiloh gave me an estimate on the spot. It was much much cheaper than the quote I got at my dealer's body shop. The work was completed in half the time they said it would be. They worked with my insurance company. And most of all the car looks GREAT!!!! They were great to work with, the work was spectacular and the price was good. Will definately use them again.

They were very welcoming and not at all bothered by the interruption to the work that they were involved in when I pulled in. Since my car is almost 10 years old, I really didn't want to put a lot of money into it. I called and the owner, Shiloh, told me that I could text him photos and he could give me an estimate. I was referred to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair by my auto dealership when a large piece of casing around one of my car's front lights popped off. The auto dealership mechanics didn't know how to fix the problem. I drove straight to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair, showing up without an appointment and the guys were busy with other jobs. They were super helpful and friendly and briefly stopped their other work to see if they could get the piece to snap back into the front of my car. They worked on it for about ten-fifteen minutes and had it all back together, very secure, good as new. They wouldn't take any money for their time even though I really pressed them. They were extremely nice, very professional, and it was a great experience. I will DEFINITELY use them again for any future dent repairs. They were competent, professional and I really felt taken care of. Great shop; great guys. As a local resident of Asheville, I really liked this garage.

I went through 2 Hail storms and 3 tornadoes going through Hayes Kansas in late May. My new Hyundai Palisade sustained nearly 8K in damage with over 150 Hail dents. Fantastic experience. My mom and I both brought our cars by the shop the morning of June 2, 2021, no appointment, and they got to us on the spot and buffed out some wicked scratches on her car at a very reasonable price. My car was left for a headlight job. They called me same day and informed me I had supplied the wrong part, so they put my old headlight back in for me and gave me great advise on what to do next. Happened to smack a curb on my way into work yesterday, scraping the rims on the right side of my car pretty much all the way around. Looked up wheel repair and found Asheville Hail and Dent repair. Called and they got me in the next morning. The wheel was repaired the same day. The results are great, you can’t tell anything happened to it. Jordan was super friendly and personable. I'm at a total loss for words. I'm beyond impressed!! My truck was keyed/vandalized & I have a lease I have to turn in or buy outright in less than a month. I thought a portion of the damage could be repaired well enough to avoid being charged at the time of my turn in & avoid using my insurance. For a little under half what my $500 deductible not including my insurance rate going up my truck looks better than if it would have been repainted. The only other words I can think of is "These guys performed a miracle!!!". Very professional & friendly as well. Instead of hitting me with a $3500 paint job & being greedy they fixed my truck for under $250!! If that's not honest and a total class act then I don't know what is. I used Asheville Hail and Dent Repair just an hour or so ago, for the very first time. They were referred to me by Mobile Detail Masters (a car detailing service). I was EXTREMELY impressed with AHDR. Shiloh (the owner) worked on a small dent on my car; in about 30 minutes, he fixed it perfectly. I can see no suggestion, from any angle, that a dent ever existed. That man is an artist! The location was easy to find, they took me in right away, and the entire staff was social, pleasant and welcoming. Although I hope not to need dent repair assistance again any time soon, I will certainly use AHDR again as my very first choice..

Over the weekend, I discovered a dent in front of the driver door that caused the door not to open properly. Shiloh the owner got me right in, popped a softball sized dent out of my fender that went across two creases, even threw in a freebie and buffed out a little ding on my door. Our company vehicle was in the shop recently and I was driving my personal car for a couple of days. Leaving a customer's home I managed to back into a low stone wall and put a bowling ball sized dent into the corner of my back bumper. I went by Asheville Dent to get an estimate. Jordan told me to back the car in the shop so he could take a look. Within 10 minutes he had the dent popped out and you couldn't tell anything had happened. While we were on vacation in Brevard, my truck's bed passenger panel got dented when my truck slid off an embankment into a small tree. I was afraid that PDR wouldn't be able to fix it as it was a pretty substantial dent. I sent Shiloh some photos and he was able to get me in the same day. 5-6 hours later, the repair was finished and it looked great. I was very happy with the work and I was able to work while I waited in the shop (free Wifi). Best work in town! Shiloh backed a large truck into the trunk of my Honda Civic and smashed it up pretty good. The truck was so large he probably needed a CDL to be driving it. More light, brilliant in its shine, encompassed the area surrounding the man as he strode effortlessly forth towards my waiting vehicle. "With this light I can see all dents," he bellowed. The dents ceased to ever have existed. Completely and utterly gone. He fixed dents that I didnt even know were there, until they weren't. Suddenly I could see clearly again.
