Thank you for the best and easiest experience yet. Both the night dispatcher and driver were very professional and gave amazing customer service. Both were very poliet. The driver even helped me clean out the parking spot I needed to have my vehicle placed in. I definitely recommend using this amazing company. The gentlemen who got my car out of a deep ditch were very professional, came up with a safe way to get it out that did not harm my car. Vulcan has and continues to be the only choice for a tow in town. Have utilized their services several times over the years. Yesterday I dove into the ditch to avoid a lady who pulled out in front. The weekend supervisor showed up withing 20 minutes, had me out, and even made me feel better about the slight damage to my vehicle. Prompt, professional, and friendly service when we need it most. Thanks boys, as much as I like ya I HOPE I don't need to call anytime soon!! :)

Would definitely recommend calling them, I am so happy with the service they provided. I had an emergency which needed an IMMEDIATE response and they were right on it! The men were professional, lowered my anxiety, and got the job done in a timely manner. Mine was an unusual situation involving a container on a trailer and they had the equipment to take care of the problem. These guys were great!

After being told No with no reason by another tow company, we asked for them to give us a more reliable recommendation (I had small kids in the car!) and atleast they knew the tow company that was indeed very reliable, prompt and overall great! For starters, I haven't had the best luck with any tow truck company. With that being said, I fairly enjoy talking to most people here a Vulcan towing, their fair and honest people. But there are some people that completely ruin the towing experience for everyone. AkA the party poopers. My most recent experience I have had with this tow yard happen because someone stole my integra and it got impounded for being Abandon at the baseball park by the cop shop. With this being said it's not their fault but APDs fault for not investigating a car I once built from the ground up while batteling stage 2 cancer. I was promised a phone call last money and it never happen, when I call back Wednesday I am greeted by a gentleman with the most Excellent customer service I have received from any company, I told him I was calling to get a hold of the *auction* lady. He insured that sue was out of the office for the day and will be back Monday. Because of it snowing and there were no actions going on at that point. I have since called her 5 times and got one return call back while at work. This lady is not rude but she's busy and I understand this. But the problem is talking to someone that just gives the vibe they want nothing to do with you. I am still in limbo with the car and hopefully next week I can just surprise show up in the morning. * your welcome for the long pointless rant, now I just wasted your time as well lolz.

I had to drive someone there to retrieve a car. The snow was cleared and the lot was clean. I had to go inside for a moment and the office and rest room were clean. The couple of people with whom I spoke were very pleasant, courteous, friendly, and professional. I was glad the person I had driven was able to take care of business and leave quickly.

2 of your drivers just almost drove me off the road on lake Otis, saw them turn onto 88th so presumably not going to tow anyone, 15mph over speed limit and riding me, please slow down especially on wet roads!

Unfortunately my truck broke down in anchorage ( i live in the valley) and most of the other towing companies did not have available equipment to haul a 3/4 tin pick up or larger. Some did not even seem interested in assisting. From the time they answered the phone they where pleasant and accommodating. The staff was very patient with me calling again and again as i tried to coordinate with the dealership. When the driver Manuel showed up he was friendly and professional and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Vulcan towing if you need a tow

My car broke down in the fred Meyers parking lot, so called a mechanic and they sent Vulcan towing; so grateful! They showed up right on time and we’re efficient and friendly as they helped me get my vehicle to the shop for repairs. Thank you guys so much! Hopefully I never need a tow again haha, but if I do I know who I’m calling!

My car was stuck in an awkward and worrisome situation. Another company I called had a three hour wait, and Vulcan arrived immediately. From the moment I called, throughout the tow, I was treated with professionalism and warmth. Instead of increasing my embarrassment, the person I spoke with on the phone and the tow operator, Kirk, were reassuring and supportive. On top of that, it was AMAZING to watch Kirk maneuver my car out of a tricky spot. I had to sign a damage waiver, but he went to great lengths to minimize damage that seemed inevitable. Their fee was 100% reasonable, especially considering the money they saved me in damages. I hope never to need a tow again, but, if I do, I'll definitely use Vulcan! I can't give them enough props and praise.

This company is awesome. After waiting 3 hrs for 24/7 towing to never show up or let me know they weren’t coming. I called Vulcan and they sent a driver out to me in 15 mins and the driver quickly changed my tire so I could head home. I will be using them in the future if I have any other problems in the future.Thank you.

I would recommend Vulcan to everyone I know. My car had to be towed from on base to the dealership and I had no issues. My car is mine and my families primary vehicle and Carlos from Vulcan really went out of his way to assist me. Auction Review: They 100% provide the service they say they will. Buyers need to know Vulcan Towing is providing service. They are not providing guarantee. If you are able to do smart research and are willing to take a risk you can get a great car at a great price. If you can’t do smart research you need to pay extra at a dealership. Jen and her awesome crew allow you to take any risk you as an adult want to. It isn’t on them if you make a bad choice.

Carlos had to drive out to MP74 on the New Seward, he was on time, and made sure my wife's vehicle was running and ok before she left. She ran over some road debris and blew out a tire. He inspected the underneath as well for an damage. Service was so good, I wanted to go out and get a flat tire myself just to be able to call for Carlos. ;)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today James towed my 40' Bluebird Bus. The entire ordeal was a nightmare, from pulling the bus out of a giant mud puddle to it not fitting where I wanted it. He even kept my 3 year old company while I frantically made phone calls to try and figure out where else to put out. When I couldn't get ahold of anyone he thought creatively and offered me a solution that worked better then my initial plan. Just when we thought it was over, the bus decided it didn't want to move anymore. Some how James pulled off a miracle and now my bus is sitting exactly where it needs to. He had the best attitude, was friendly and actually made the process funny. At the end he gave me a high five, as if I did anything other then sit in my warm car feeding my 3 year old candy for lunch while trying not to cry 😂😂😂 We have towed this bus with a competitor twice and now three times with Vulcan. The bus is never an easy tow, but this company makes all the difference
