I’ve used this location a few times. The crew is consistently welcoming and honest. I recently took my vehicle in for a brake inspection due to a squealing noise when braking. The brake tech couldn’t easily told me the brake pads were bad due to the noise and charged me for an unnecessary repair. Instead he was honest and explained the cause of the noise. While this repair is outside of their service options it was pleasant to know that I wasn’t taken advantage of.

I pulled up when I noticed there wasn't a line this morning. They had me in and out in 22 minutes, just like they said they would. Fluids were topped off, car was vacuumed, and he held the door for me when I got back in the car. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!!!

I jumped the gun over a misunderstanding, Alden the GM had a rough start to the day and I jumped the gun. As a proper Alaskan business man we talked through the misunderstanding with mutual understanding. I thought this would hurt our relations but if anything this made me mire loyal to Jiffy Lube. Thank you Alden, and MY BAD BRO! Hope the day went way better and my apologies for starting the day being "that guy". I hate "that guy" too, and l'll own up to it.

We were looking everywhere for someone to work on our RV - an oil change and to check our engine. Couldn’t find anyone in town that could/would do it. UNTIL we contacted Jiffy Lube. I went here yesterday just for an oil & filter change, and they ended up vacuuming my floors, putting windshield wiper fluid in my car (when it was definitely empty) & they filled my tires up, too. Their great service really made my day after I had a bad one. 10/10!!

I appreciate that they always answer the phone promptly and extremely helpful. Wait times may be long for service but you can tell the entire crew is working as fast as possible to get the job done. Great customer service goes a long way.

Designed to be fast and hassle-free, this Jiffy Lube on Tudor Road goes above and beyond with outs customer service. They provide a good overview of your vehicle and offer all kinds of add-on services that ultimately keep you on the road longer. Some folks dislike the upselling, but I’ve always felt like it was a no-pressure setting that goes above and beyond. Joe is the manager (I think) and he’s really great.

I went to these guys back in September-ish for an oil change, and they did an inspection on my vehicle. In the process, they let me know my front and back brake systems were badly worn. I didn't go back to them to replace the brakes, because they were simple enough to do myself, but in the subsequent months there were many cases in which I thought to myself "Thank goodness I replaced my brake pads and adjusted my back rotors". They may not have done the service themselves, but the heads up they gave me that I had the problem has likely saved my life. Thanks for looking out for me!

If you need work on your car other than an Oil change.. This is the place to go. Ask for Fred, he's an awesome mechanic and is very good at his job. Especially at handling more mechanical issues. Javier, Joe, and some other names I didn't get all do a great job. Just make sure you get their early for more detailed mechanical things that need to be done. And they deserve not only the acknowledgement but a raise too!

I have been coming here last 3 years for my vehicles. They are always very helpful and honest. Once I had a flat tire and stopped by when they were closing and they still helped me fill it up so I could get home and told me to come back in the morning and he could have me to work on time. I came back the next morning and he was there waiting to repair the tire. Always a pleasure coming here. Guy in charge always explains what they are doing to your vehicle and never tries to get you to replace things you don’t need.

Oil change, very nice staff, found back light out, but when new one didn't work removed and referred me to mechanic as was a fuse issue. No charge for this. Nice waiting room with free coffee

What fluids are considered courtesy? Today you're losing a star because I'm still sitting at your location in my because you didn't find it a need to tell me that they didn't have my filter. Also I told them to do the $89 oil change and they did the $109 instead. I did pay for it and it's been an half and forty-five minutes and counting. I'm still sitting here. I just had to ask the guy if they were going to take off the fee for coolant since I was communicated with. He said he would find out.

The service stations are a great choice to get your oil changed and any other minor services like light bulb changes and new air filters, Etc. I recommend them for these services without question. Even when they are busy, they see you quickly and will make sure your place in line is respected and make sure that you have all of the services that you have requested. They also go through any recommended checks or Services based on the manufacturer's recommendations. And they seem to be honest about what's needed immediately and what could be done at subsequent visits if money is an issue

Had front and rear differential oil changed and brake fluid flush. Service was done in fair amount of time especially since there was a wait of about 45 minutes to get into a bay. Staff was friendly.

I was shown amazing customer service by Denton and the crew here. After not driving my truck for a while this winter, I noticed that it was leaking a little bit of oil from the oil filter housing. I took it in, they got it in immediately and even though it had been months since my last oil change (which was at this Jiffy Lube), completely took care of it, went out of their way to find and solve the problem for free, helped me understand the process, and were very kind. You literally could not ask for better customer service in this scenario.

My tire had a slow leak and only an hour to get it fixed in-between clients today. The mechanics met me at the garage door, got me in immediately and fixed it on the spot. Waiting area had wi-Fi, coffee and was well kept. Great location and service.

I would strongly recommend going to this jiffy lube, not only is the staff so sweet. The management is impeccable. I went in for a tire change, not only did they get me in a timely manner. They also walked me out to my car. unfortunately the next day, I had a flat tire. So I called Jiffy lube, and explained that I was just in yesterday and my tire is now flat. The manager helped me put the donut on my car, and go me into the shop that day to repair my tire. Luckily, it was just a nail in my tire. This is a smoothly run Jiffy lube, and you can really tell the staff respects their boss. I really felt like I could trust the work they did on my vehicle. They also give a military discount!

The service was great, but I got a quote over the phone, I stated that I had a 6 cylender car when I got there the price had changed, he said that was for a 4 cylender, also he said I could get a 10% discount, he gave me a 5% , make sure you have some way to witness the quotes over the phone!!!!
