Was looking around for a reliable shop to replace the rims on my Model Y. Keeping the tires of the 19” Gemini’s but mount and balance on new set of rims. I luckily found this place. Super stand up dudes. The owner, Rafael took good care of me. They were quick and did a really clean job, rims look great and perfectly mounted. They even helped me pack up the old ones. Highly recommended spot. Won’t be going anywhere else.

There is a reason One Stop Auto has 5 Stars! Brought in my vehicle cause I had a nail in my run flat. Unfortunately I learned that a run flat cannot be repaired and thought I would have to buy a new tire. Rafael took a look and saw that the nail hadn't gone through. He pulled the nail out and one minute later I was on my way. Great, honest service! Thanks for saving me some money and not being ripped off by the dealer who would have just changed the tire!

This place is amazing!! We needed a new set of run stop flat tires to be special ordered, and the shop was able to get them in 2 days!! Without a doubt the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t even here for more than 3 minutes and got my tire replaced! After sitting at Costco for 3 1/2 hours just for them to say they were out of stock and a 5 business day wait. I called one stop and within 10 minutes of my call my tires were replaced! And for way cheaper than Costco! You can tell they take pride in their business.

I chose this auto shop based on reviews and proximity to my house and I’m glad I did. Had tires and brakes replaced two years ago after getting a lower quote than two other stations. Today I took my car back for a replacement headlight and a 60,000 mile check up. Rafael was honest when letting me know what he thought should be done and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of costly fluid flushes. He treated me like an old friend and offered future cabin filter replacements at no charge beyond the filter, something another shop would charge $45 to do. Fast, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service at a fair price. I’m a repeat customer for sure.

Rafael and his team were excellent - drove up with my car making a horrible noise and within seconds they had my car on the lift for inspection. Thankfully it was only a stick lodged underneath my car but Rafael and his team also checked my tire pressure and filled them up for me. All of this was free of charge and took under 10 minutes. Went in to get muffler checked because I noticed it was leaking more water than what I was used to seeing. They explained to me exactly what my out of state mechanic father of 40+ years exp had explained and recommended that I do not change anything because it honestly didn't need it free of charge. Honest, polite, and informative. No BS. Will use this shop for any auto issues that arise in the future. Very satisfied with my experience!

Awesome team! Rafael went above and beyond to find a match for the rest of my tires (all being only three months old). All searches were coming up out of stock due to supply chain issues following the pandemic. He kept searching and finally found one. The service here is so quick! I show up at 5:00 pm to get two tires and I leave by 5:30 with two new tires installed and old ones thrown away. Compared to Costco where it somehow takes them 2-3 hours, this is a much better option in my opinion. Very easy people to work with. I recommend one stop to all.

I had a tire going flat because of a nail, and I called One Stop to see if they had availability. They did, and I am so glad! They were fast, efficient, super nice, and the team worked in the pouring rain to replace my tire. Their price was comparable to Costco, which is nearby. We were about to leave to New York, until we ran over a curb and a tire slashed. Devastated and hopeless my brother was on his birthday, we prayed to receive a blessing from the skies. And it came. The men gave us the tools to replace our tires, and out of the kindness of their heart, also the services of “Super Carlitos.” We brought him to the scene, helped us insert the temporary tire, and drove us to the business. They gave us a brand new tire, sweets, and fairly priced. These kind men saved our trip and we’ll always be in their debt.

No frills or salespeople here. Drove right over and I was greeted by several people along with Rafael, the owner. I desperately needed 2 front tires, and they agreed. Nobody tried to upsell me to get the 2 other tires done. I was in and out in about 45 minutes even though 6 cars had pulled up to get worked on as well. The tires I got installed were USA manufactured. It came with a 2 year warranty if anything happens. The tires took about 25 minutes to be installed. I also got a full synthetic oil change and it took about 20 minutes to get done. While waiting Rafael checked on me few times asking if I would like any water, tea, or Gatorade. He also asked if I wanted to sit in an area with AC but it was a nice day and it was interesting watching the guys work on all the different cars. All the staff speak Spanish. Rafael and three other gentleman spoke English as well. This place is tiny and hidden behind the Liberty gas station. Overall great experience, genuine people, and reasonable prices.

Raphael is the best. Not another more knowledgeable tire guy I can think of. Certainly not another that is as helpful or cares as much about his clients. He even hooked me up with some great used tires for my girls playground project. Raphael and his crew continue to be consistently awesome. At the new location off Columbia Pike they have even more room and offer even more services . Complete car care. Just had a new set of tires at Raphaels recommendation(last ones he picked got me 60000 plus miles of amazing traction). Getting new brakes put on tomorrow. You won’t regret stopping by. You can wait all day at Costco and get shoddy service and time degraded tires or get a better price, better service, better tire in less time at One Stop on Columbia Pike.

I have been in VA for a little over a year now and one of my biggest issues was finding a mechanic that was trustworthy and reliable. A mechanic like the one I had in the past; not in it for the money, but to actually provide help where help is needed. I first went to One Stop Auto for a tire. Even with that service I shopped around a bit first. A shop I went to the owner brushed me off while sitting in his office saying well we’re busy now, so come back later. Busy I can understand, but the way you deliver information has such a huge impact on the energy you give off. He never even took the time to acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then I ended up at One Stop Auto, and let me tell you immediately my spirit took to this team; the energy was amazing! Everyone is kind, helpful, friendly and professional. Rafael and his team are now the only ones I take my vehicle to. They have worked and resolved three separate issues I’ve had with my vehicle within the last year I’ve been here. Simply outstanding. I had hit a curb and had a welt on my front tire the side of an orange. Rafael told me that because of the wear on the front tires, my best bet was to replace them both. He gave me the very best price possible. (and I know because I've purchased plenty of tires for this car, which eats them up) While waiting for the job to get done, we walked across the street for an ice cream cone. By the time we back, car was ready and one of Rafael's employees was polishing the back tires. Rafael told me he wanted the back tires to look as shiny and new on my car as the front ones did. This business is outstanding. You get extremely great service and quality products from an incredibly honest and hard-working proprietor. BONUS: My car had been making a miserable noise every time you turned on the AC. This has been going on for many, many months but the cost of fixing a blower motor had me in avoidance and I didn't even want to take it in. Rafael told me he'd take a look. HE FIXED IT! He told me it was a simple thing and that he just went ahead and fixed it for me. He showed me what to do in case the noise came back. Rafael spared me from a significant repair cost by making a simple fix and resolving my issue. He DID NOT CHARGE ME anything for this. I went into One Stop to resolve a tire issue, and Rafael also resolved an issue with the car that had been plaguing me for months! I have nothing but the highest regard for this business! I've been to One Stop three times now and I can confidently say they've completely earned my trust and recommendation Rafael and Johana are not only prompt, kind, and knowledgeable, they are also transparent and not just trying to make a quick buck. I brought in an inspection from a dealership that said my car needed over $700 in repairs. One Stop took a look and let me know that none of that work was needed- and didn't even charge me for the labor to look into it! I also got an oil change with them that was quick and far cheaper than chains like Jiffy Lube. Can't recommend this business enough!

This place is absolutely fantastic. My car needs really big tires and most places don't have them in stock, so they usually need to be ordered and I would have to wait about 3-4 days. I called One Stop at 5pm on a Friday to see if they happen to have my tires. They told me they could have them in the shop and ready to be put on my car by noon the next day. I've never heard of a shop being able to get these kinds of tires in 12 hours, on the weekend nonetheless!! My tires were replaced with no hassle and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. NOVA community - THIS is the place to get your car fixed. As a young woman, I'm always hesitant to try a new mechanic, but this local shop makes me feel comfortable and provides quality service. They have given me a new set of tires for a fair price and had my car ready to go in under 45 minutes, cleaned a nest out of my air filter, replaced my oil, and flushed the coolant (all over the past year or so). They never tack on a charge (like the big dealerships do). I've always been so happy when picking up my car. We just moved into the area and had to get our car safety checked. The original place that did our check quoted some higher prices to get our fog lights replaced and headlights polished, the two things keeping us from passing the check. After a little online research we found One Stop Automotive had some good reviews, so went to talk with them. Rafael, the owner, greeted us as we stepped out of the car and sat down and went through various options with us. We really liked him and decided to try the place out. When I dropped the car off I decided to walk back to our place as it was pretty close by....Rafael offered me water and sunscreen, which I found to be super considerate. On (5/30) after poor service from a big name auto repair shop, I was looking for a shop that could repair my flat tire without being "sold" or lied too. Today (5/31) I had found One Stop Automotive and Tires online. I showed up as a walk in and was immediately greeted by the owner, Rafael. He listened and quickly pulled my car into an available bay. My flat was repaired by his team and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Not only was my flat repaired, but they had replaced my missing valve stem caps the previous shop had lost. Wow! Really people, you have to get your car serviced here this place may not look like much but they are honest and very well priced ...heck now-a-days when business are doing everything they can to make money ....this place stays true to there customers "OnStar" kept sending me warnings about a tire rotation and these people checked out every inch of my tires and all the fluids and gave me indication on what to look for in the nr future. I have now been taking my Audi and Volvo cars to Rafael, his daughter and the rest of their team for quite some time. It is very hard to find a shop that delivers at 100% every single time, but One Stop Auto is it! They are knowledgeable, honest and always willing to go the extra step to make sure you are pleased with their service. They also honor their warranties as once a new set of breaks they installed started making noises after a couple of months and no questions asked they replaced them at no cost. I visited this shop once about six months ago because I had a noticed a screw in my tire. Rafael took a look at it, let me know that because of the thick tread on my truck, it shouldn’t be hard to pull it out and it wouldn’t leak, so he pulled it out on the spot and he was absolutely right. I tried to pay him for his time, but he insisted it wasn’t need. Today, I was in the area and needed a simple oil change for my truck. Best. Car. Service. Ever. I’ve been working 70 hour weeks and my time to do anything is very limited. My job requires sometimes driving 35+ miles a day so when my check engine light came on I got super anxious. I called immediately and the manager, Joanna answered. She said by the time my shift ended they would be closed. They offered me an appointment in a few days. I thanked them and explained my situation and she said “hold on”. A few minutes later, Johana came back and said the mechanic Mr. Lee would stay until I got off. He ended up staying almost a hour after his shift ended to fix my car and the staff of the place stayed late as well. They were so kind, honest and didn't up charge me or try to sell me anything. I am SO happy I found this place. I popped a tire late Friday afternoon and gave One Stop a call based on the glowing reviews. Johana and Rafael were extremely accommodating even though it was late on a Friday and I had no appointment. Once I arrived they immediately met me outside and we started to investigate the conditions of my tires. Unlike other car places, I felt at ease when discussing options. We ordered 4 new tires, which were going to come the next day. In order to get me home safe that night, Rafael was open to putting a used tire on my car instead of the donut. Incredible!! I came back the next day, and they were having a mini grill-out and offered me free food. By the time I was fueled up, my car was ready to go. They even changed a brake light for free!!! This is one of the most reliable, trustworthy, dependable auto repair shops in the DMV. The location of the shop is ideal - about 100 yards down the road from the Air Force Memorial, right next to a bus stop serving the Columbia Pike 16 bus that links you to Pentagon City Metro. Rafael is a true professional. I have brought in my car (2004 BMW with 226K miles) three times to his shop over the past five years, and every time the experience has been exceptional. I have had my tires replaced, my window repaired, and my headlights polished so they could be brighter. When you bring the car, Rafael or his mechanics hear you explain the issue. Then they look-over your car with you there just to see if the issue is easy to understand. If the issue requires a new part, Rafael immediately gets on the phone to ask around different vendors for the part and within a few minutes, he offers several options for you to consider. If the issue is more complex, and you have to leave the car in the shop, Rafael will call you as soon as possible to explain what they found. He is honest and tells you exactly what is wrong with the car - no exaggerated doom and gloom, but not a rosy picture either if there is really something wrong. He tells you the truth and offers reasonable options on how to fix the problem. He will help you make a decision by explaining in his view, each consequence of each option. But once you give him guidance on how to proceed, that's it. His mechanics fix the vehicle ASAP. No issues, no judgments, no excuses. Just the truth. I highly recommend this shop for any and all repairs because you can rest assured that the diagnostics and options you get are based on honesty and the prices will be fair and reasonable. Every time I have left the shop with my car repaired, I have felt confident that I got a fair price and that the problem was resolved.

The new location is more central/accessible and closer to dc which is great for me so I'm giving them a much deserved second review -- I have tried a bunch of places for various jobs over the yrs but if there is one operator I will keep coming back to (thx to a more convenient location/consistently good service) it's these lovely folks for their friendly smiles (especially the boss's daughter), fast turnaround times, reasonable pricing, and work quality. This time one of my tires (they switched out the wheels for me a month ago) was losing air and it turned out to be a tire pressure monitor (BMW) which they fixed/tightened at no charge. For me 'trust' is a central issue when it comes to this line of work and these guys are clearly out to take care of their customers and grow their business and as an owner operator of a small real estate business I'm happy to do my part to help. The owner, who is lovely, also put me in touch with a colleague at an body shop in Old Town to realign my bumper which had come off on one side (had gotten snagged on one of those flexible parking poles) and needed to be reattached with the right tool which I didn't have. Granted it was a small 5 minute job but I'm guessing they didn't charge me because the referring party (one stop) appreciated my business. Thank you!

Refael, the shop owner and manager, is an honest, outstanding professional who serves his clients needs with the utmost care. I went to his shop today after a fraudulent state inspection at a Virginia Tire & Auto in Tysons, in which they purported to detect a steering issue which they subsequently quoted me $300 to "fix" in order to pass it. I had the car double-checked by Rafael, and he showed me how VT&A had intentionally loosened a steering bolt--endangering me and my family--in order to make a buck. Rafael had his team check everything to show no issue whatsoever, and simply tightened the bolt they had loosened, at a minimal charge. Needless to say, I'm suing VT&A, and will be going back to One Stop Automotive and Tires for every car need I may have going forward, and so should you. Highly recommended.

Looking at other reviews, I shouldn’t have been surprised by how great this place is! Came to here after having the same issue with an old Prius being “fixed” at two previous places and Rafael got is sorted first time round. He was brilliant! He took the time to explain exactly what he thought the issue was and how to fix it and never once was he trying to sell me or do extra work. I ended up asking him to replace a tire as well and while we waited he made sure I was comfortable, even inviting me and my dog inside to wait when it started raining. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any sort of car repair shop and will be coming back anytime anything is wrong!

As I was making my way home from work, my low tire pressure light came on. It said that my tire pressure was down to 6psi. I remembered that One Stop Automotive and Tires was just down the road and hoping that that I could make it. When I arrived, they were about to close down for the evening. The Manager, Rafael, came out to greet me. I told him that my back tire was basically flat. He said “no problem, we’ll get it fixed.” They proceeded to locate and pull out a drywall screw from my tire. They had the tire patched up and ready to go in 15 minutes. Rafael and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely saved me a lot of time waiting for a tow truck or even worse (broken down on the side of the road or replacing my tires). Update: My husband ran into a really bad pothole. A few hours after the car started making weird noises from the tire. I immediately thought of Raphael. I knew he wasn't going to be able to make repairs but at least he can make sure the tire was okay and maybe point me to the repair that needs to be made. In a matter of seconds of me getting to his shop he immediately knew what was wrong, repaired it within minutes even though it was not a part of the warranty on the tires I bought 3 weeks back and most importantly did not charge me a single cent. One Stop Automative has helped me at the last minute not just once, but twice, turning stressful situations around with their kindness and generosity. After hitting a pothole and getting a flat tire yesterday, I called AAA to help me put on my spare so that I could make it to One Stop Automotive for a replacement. Two hours later, I had my spare on but was nervous I wouldn't make it to One Stop Automotive in time since it was 6:45 pm and they close at 7:00 pm. I pulled into the parking lot 5 minutes before closing knowing I would most likely need to return the next day, but after finding out I don't live nearby, they kept the shop open and worked beyond closing time to replace my tire. In these unexpected moments of stress, searching for an auto body shop can be overwhelming, but I know that I can count on One Stop to help with any future car repairs or troubles! I recommend this tire shop! Rafael was very friendly and professional. Prices were good, service was excellent, and I was in and out of there very quickly. They have tires delivered three times a day, so you can be sure you won't be waiting long for your set of tires to arrive if you ask for something not in stock. My experience: I called around 9:30am on a Thursday about new tires for my 97 Camry. I told Rafael I was looking for something basic - a good deal - and he suggested a set of SumiTomos, which he offered for $300 (including installation, balancing, old tire removal, etc. Came out to $318 with tax.). He said he would order the tires and call me when they arrived, estimating they would arrive at noon. He called half an hour earlier than that, at 11:30, and I drove over. He had told me it would take around 45 minutes, so I brought some work to do while I waited. His estimate was accurate, and it took about 45 minutes. He replaced the tires and switched out my spare tire as I asked, and he made sure the spare (and jack, which I had left on the floor of the interior of the car) was nicely screwed into the trunk. I was home with new tires by 12:30! :) I was also pleased that as a young woman, I didn't get the usual nonsense from auto mechanics trying to up-sell or overcharge me because they assume I don't know anything about cars. Overall I was very happy with my experience at One Stop New & Used Tires.

I hit a pothole and ended up with a flat tire. Rafael's shop was the closest place, according to my phone, and I'm thankful my flat tire happened where it did. My flat happened at 11am and Rafael was able to find an exact match and have the new tire delivered, mounted on the rim and installed by 4pm that afternoon. Quite impressive for a place that is unable to have every tire stored somewhere on site. If it's not there, he can get it within a few hours. I normally never write reviews. That being said, One Stop New & Used Tires is totally deserving of all the praise that's already been heaped upon them. You just need one trip to them to understand how they could possibly have a 5 star rating over 300+ reviews. I went to New & Used Tires and had the pleasure of meeting Rafael, the owner, and his team. Not only are they available 7 days a week, until 7PM, but Rafael truly exemplified the type of customer service you hope to get when you're dealing with something as tricky as tires. I had gone in because after my last oil change with Midas, the technicians there overfilled every single one of my tires past the 40PSI that is rated on the tire sidewalls. One of them was at 57PSI when the owner's manual recommends 36PSI. This led to all sorts of issues with my car, from the alignment being off, to a bizarre wobble in the steering wheel. Rafael was able to diagnose the problem and recommend me great tires at a very reasonable price and turned the whole job around in a day. Small businesses like this really earn your support and I will be bringing my girlfriend's car soon. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with their tires.

I do not know much at all about cars and my hubby was out of the country. As someone from NJ who drove to visit a friend in DC, the last 15 min of my drive through DC to Arlington I heard something happen to my car when I hit a pothole Saturday morning we did research and decided to try out One Stop .... I read reviews and all. Family ran business (I come from many family businesses... I will always support best I can!) I was nervous being mid 20s female with something unknown about my car. When greeted by the owners Daughter I felt like I wouldnot be taken advantage of my lack of knowledge - putting it straight. We dropped my car off around 11am, got a call around 1pm with the diagnostics of what was wrong with my car .... Bare min fix was up there in $ but I knew I needed to get home to drive 3 plus hours on Sunday. I approved the fixes by 2pm and my car was ready for pick up by 6pm and they close on Saturday at 7pm They take credit cards and the owner walked me through in person what happened to my car (front struts and such) Very accommodating and flexible for their customers

I have never seen a business yet to have a perfect 5.0 score with this much reviewers! But after getting my tires changed and waiting a week before posting this review to make sure, I now understand why. The shop is a small humble place, clean and organized. It is right behind a gas station/garage so you may need to look closely to find this Gem of a place. I can always tell if someone is just trying to be nice because it is their job, but after speaking to Rafael (even over the phone) that is not the case with him and I'm sure you will agree once you experience the great service from him and his team. He has immediately treated me like a friend and not just as a customer. I got 4 tires replaced and had asked if it was also possible to check on my brakes since the wheels will be off to see if it needs replacement. Rafael has gladly done so. I happen to know a little bit about cars and I can say that he does provide an honest opinion and recommendation not just try to up sell. My tires were replaced in a very timely manner! Fast service and very reasonable price! My vehicle has been driving nicely with its new shoes!!! Unfortunately, the shop only provides tire service but Rafael will gladly refer you to others he trusts who has the expertise to service your vehicle's needs if you so choose. I will definitely get his referrals when it comes time to service my car. Best shop in the DMV area! I can't say enough good things about this shop. My Jeep started smoking in the middle of a shopping center parking lot and a gentleman was kind enough to reccommend One Stop Automotive and Tires. I got my car towed there in the evening and Rafael (the owner) called me as soon as it got dropped off. First thing the following morning he had a detailed description of everything that needed to be repaired, he broke it down in terms of pricing and assured me that he would be replacing everything with OEM parts only. When I picked up my car (the same day) he explained all the work that was done and showed me the parts that were repaired. My car is running better than ever!! I had two nails in my tire and Raphael took me in the same day I called, looked over the tire and let me know I did not need to get a new tire ( as was stated through Volkswagon who insisted I needed to get all 4 new tires because ONE tire had nails in it!) I pulled into this shop after I noticed a nail in my tire.. they came up to my door to ask me of my requested service before I could even park and turn off the car. Best place to go for any tire related work, i was on vacation in DC/VA from NY and got one tire flat, i went to couple of places and found finally a shop recommended by one mechanic, I went to shop in the morning on Saturday, and saw Rafael, he and his co-worker was extremely helpful and did the best service i ever had. He found a used tire that matches with my existing tire within reasonable price, also he checked the pressure in all tires. Service was prompt, no wait time, even without an appointment. One of my tires was leaking air and constantly had low tire pressure so I decided to bring my car into One Stop New & Used Tires last Friday morning without calling ahead. As soon as I pulled up to the shop, Rafael was more than happy to help. He immediately reviewed my tires and knew that they had been run down and old (I knew he wasn't trying to trick me because my car's tires have been suspect since I got it - it's a used car) so I needed to get them replaced. He brought me inside to tell me my options along with quotes and his personal suggestion but never once tried to make me do anything I didn't want to do then explained the process. The prices are much better than Merchants and BJ's Wholesale considering the quality of the tires. I had to go to work down the street and Rafael even offered to give me a ride, but I respectfully declined the offer since it was walking distance. When I picked up the car, his staff not only put clean wheels on my car, they cleaned my rims! They looked flawless! Rafael said that my rims were too beautiful to be dirty. Rafael and his staff genuinely cares for his customers and values integrity. Definitely a relief from many other auto places who just want to take all of your money. I truly appreciate his service and will recommend him to everyone!

Recently had my car serviced at a toyota dealership which was free. They informed me there was a nail in my tire which would cost about $295 to replace include parts and labor. In a rush I asked them to switch the spare until I did some research. I started looking around worried I would have such a big expense coming up. Found a tire cheaper online and started calling local tire shops on how much it would cost to replace if I brought it in. I eventually was concerned about the nail since I didn’t see it myself. I called over to One Stop automotive and they told me to come in so they could check it out before purchasing. I’m so happy I went in, because Rafael is such an amazing, awesome, honest and caring person. He straight up looked at the issue and said I didn’t even need to replace the tire. He patched it up and charged me $25. I honestly found a person who was super honest and genuine and I’ll never do business anywhere else for my tires. This place is legit! Raphael the owner was very nice and super knowledgeable. Upon being told my car's tire size, he recommended the same type and brand of tire I had picked after several hours of research online. He gave me a fair price and was able to install all four tires in 30 minutes. If you're going there, be aware it's hard to spot from the road. It's behind the Liberty gas station so pull in there and then continue to the back.

I love this place!!! We got a full set of tires here late last year. We shopped around a lot and this was the best combo of low price and high quality we found. Then yesterday our tire pressure warning light came on. The front right tire was low so we filled it. Today the light came on again. So I called Raphael and he said to come on in. Sure enough there was a massive screw in the tire, probably from all the construction around. They took care of it in no time and patched it for a very reasonable price. He brought me water while I waited and couldn’t have been more professional or pleasant.

Took a set of wheels and tires that another shop was unable to get to hold air. Not a lot of shops want to work with these kinds of tires (285/30-19 and 335/25-20 low-profile, run-flats), but this shop was able to do a phenomenal job of getting all of the tires seated and holding air. They also did a fantastic job of shining up the wheels and showing me everything they did. Great folks and will definitely use them in the future!

Rafael and his team were amazing. I went in after popping a tire in the morning, and they quickly replaced it for me. He also replaced my other back tire, I hadn't realized how low the tread had gotten. Don't worry about getting swindled here...I had some cosmetic damage on another tire he very easily could have told me was necessary to replace, but instead he was honest. I also went in just an hour before close, and they were more than happy to help me, in a timely manner. Very pain free experience.

I tried to get my tire fixed elsewhere but other places wouldn't plug it because it's a run flat tire. They wanted me to buy a new one instead. I took it to One Stop and Rafael fixed it no problem. These guys are great. I’ve been here twice from my bf’s recommendation. He said they’ll take care of me and he was right! They are able to assess what is wrong with your tires quickly and able to replace it if they have your tires on hand. Fortunately for me, they did. They give you the best price compared to what other places were offering. Second time I came by, I had a leak in my tire sensor valve and their manager was able to help me get a new one which saved me a lot of money. They’re located right behind the gas station and it’s tight in the back but they help you navigate around it.

If you want the best in customer service, go see Rafael (owner/manager). He will go the "extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied. I needed four new all-terrain tires, had done a good bit of research on tire brands and specific models. I compared prices from the big tire retailers and discount on-line sources, and went with Rafael because he could get almost any tire I wanted, he would get me in and out at my convenience, and he offered a competitive price. His shop is spotless and he treats your car like his own. Look for the guacamole green building behind the filling station on Glebe just North of Rt 50, and right before the Mr. Wash car wash.

I’ve been going to these guys for years. It’s time to write a great review for all the excellent prices and service I have received. They are a small family owned business and they work very hard to retain their customers. Before you go I recommend you get quotes from other tire stores so you can see for yourself that they do have the lowest prices. Yes they have a small store space that doesn’t have the big show room or waiting room but to me that shows that their focus is low cost passed on to their customers. They do not nickel and dime you with add on cost like other stores. They have some big brand names in tires and can get them if they don’t have them in stock but they focus on brand names that don’t have huge advertising mark ups. Price, reliability and warranty is important to me. I have bought Hercules tires from them before and they have lasted far beyond their mileage ratings. They are much cheaper than the big name brands I have bought elsewhere. Look them up online. They are US made with good reviews. After 8 years, today its time to replace them after I ran over a nail. By the way they easily fix nail damage as long as it’s not near the side of the tire. Well I pulled in and was greeted By Mr Rafael as any longtime customer would like. I was immediately given a great price on Hercules replacement and as they started taking off the old tires they realized that they only had two tires of my size in stock. Rafael immediately apologized and told me he would put on the next tire upgrade at no extra cost to me since he had already promised me that price. He said it was the right thing to do for his customer and that a happy returning customer was more important than charging me for the upgraded tire! This recommendation speaks for itself. Went to a Goodyear shop to have a tire repaired. They visually looked at it and said it can't be fixed but, were more than happy to try and sell me a $230 new replacement tire. Looked up One Stop and Rafael hooked me up. Tire fixed no problem in about 15min. ($20 plus a nice tip) and holding its air pressure great. Rafael and his team are great. He was helpful when I stopped by and ordered my tires to come in the next day. When I arrived the service was fast and he was super nice. He did it for the extremely reasonable price we had agreed upon. When I came to pick it up he was putting my spare tire back into my trunk. I was confused at first but he told me that not only did he put on all 4 new tires, he got the doughnut out of the trunk, cleaned it, put air in it, and put it back in. I just thought that was so thorough and so kind of him-- he absolutely did not have to do that but he did. He also cleaned all my hubcaps and even cleaned the wheel part on the donut. After doing a little research, I called with a specific tire in mind. Raphael explained that they did not have that tire the day of my call but could have it by the next day. Not only did he offer quick service by offering to get that tire in the next day, but he also had my best interest in mind. Picked up a bolt in a tire that has many miles left before needing replacement, but was advised by a national chain tire store that it would need to be replaced. I decided to seek a second opinion, Googled “best tire repair center in Arlington “ and “One Stop Automotive and Tire” popped up as the only 5-star shop. And there’s a very good reason - they are terrific. Rafael, the manager, thought it would require a replacement tire as well, but an hour before closing time, was willing to visualize the damage and determine if it could be safely patched. That would cost $60 - but if a patch wouldn't work, that fee would be applied to a new tire. While his team worked on the tire, they visually checked all the other tires and filled each to its proper inflation setting. 30 minutes later my original tire was carefully inspected, patched (shown to me), thoroughly water tested and remounted. Every now and then you find a company where employees obviously enjoy what they do and provide a professional service of the highest quality. “One Stop” is just such a place. Highest possible recommendation. (Note: “One Stop” sits behind the Liberty Gas Station at 67 North Glebe. Easiest way to find it is take Arlington Blvd to the North Glebe exit and “One Stop” is in the first block on your right.)

After reading the reviews, I went to Rafael on my lunch hour to see if he could fix my left front tire which had a bolt completely through the top of the tread. What a helpful and nice guy! He didn't try to up sell me into new tires, patched the tire immediately, and had me on my way. I was back at work (from downtown DC) in just under an hour. Would recommend if you need a quick fix, or even a new set of tires. Not fancy, but great customer service and fair prices.

In a world where big businesses dominate and increase costs on consumers, Raphael and his team are a personification of the good that comes from small businesses in America. Upon driving up on a doughnut, i was immediately directed where to park and within minutes my replaced tire was mounted and on the car. The team proceeded to check all the tire pressures (including the doughnut) and had me on my way in less than ten minutes. A week later, i had another flat on a different tire, and i knew exactly where to go. I called around to 5 places for quotes, and Raphael gave me the greatest range of options and explained a bit about the different tires. The prices he quoted were very competitive, but it was his friendliness and professionalism that had me calling him back after talking to some other places. I had never had to purchase new tires for my car before, so I was overwhelmed by how many tire options there are. I'm so glad I found One Stop Automotive. I called to inquire about if they had a particular tire (that I had looked up on Consumer Reports) - I spoke with Joanna and she was so knowledgeable and transparent. She took her time with me on the phone to provide me with my options and provide pricing. They didn't have the particular tire I wanted in stock, but she said they could order it for me and that it would be in the next morning. I dropped my car off that evening so I wouldn't have to go before work the next day, and Joanna left me a voicemail before 10am to let me know that not only were my tires in, they were on my car and it was ready to go. I also spoke with Rafael, Joanna's father and the owner of the shop, when I dropped my car off and picked it up. He was equally as great. These guys are GREAT! I was getting into my car and noticed a screw in my brand new tire. I pulled in, these guys were immediately helpful, they told me my options to fix and let me decide with no pressure. Once they went to fix it they noticed the screw never punctured my tire and let me know that it didn’t need to be fixed!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I came in with a leaking front tire at about 6pm after work (it was dark and cold, and I think they were about to close at 7pm.) I went here based on other Yelp reviews and will definitely be back! I had a slow leak in my tire. Rafael looked at all of my tires first and showed me the wear on them. He advised that I replace my tires because mine were very old. He showed me the date-2011! I liked that he could give reasons why they were worn, and not just make something up. When I told him that I wasn't in a great financial spot to do that, he was more than happy to assess the problem tire. He and his team spent 20 minutes checking it out. While they couldn't find anything specific, they tightened the air nozzle. They also put air in my other tires. He did not charge me, as he couldn't find a specific issue. I really appreciated his honesty. He answered my questions about the different new tires that he could sell next time, and warranty info as well. It is so hard to find honest car people who will not just take your money! I told him I will be back in a few weeks to get the new tires.

These guys are the most hardworking, accommodating, friendly mechanics you will find in NOVA! I came on Saturday, on Labor Day weekend, for a tire rotation and they immediately rotated the tires within 15 minutes. I will definitely come back whenever my car needs servicing. I got a flat tire on the freeway today and I'm forever grateful that One Stop New & Used Tires was nearby! Rafael was so kind and considerate. First he gave an estimate of the cost to fix everything. High quality products and work. Then he said all 4 tires would be replaced in just an hour. He helped me and my baby inside to the waiting area, where a friendly lady worker offered me a chocolate chip cookie. (How could she know I didn't eat breakfast and have been craving chocolate chip cookies all day??) Just as promised, not a minute more than an hour later, Rafael brought the car back to me and helped me get my baby's stroller in the trunk. A true gentleman, Rafael is also very professional and I will trust him with any of my future car needs. I felt entirely comfortable the whole hour I was there. My experience with Rafael was so great! I called prior to coming in to see if they had the tire that I needed. He checked to be sure they had the right size and told me to come on in. He was so friendly and welcoming. I popped my tired so I had a spare on and the old tire in my trunk. He didn't have me take the old tire out myself- instead he told me he would take care of it and even offered to have me stay in the car while he was doing the work. He showed me the tire he was going to put on and explained the process to me. It only took about 10 minutes and he even put my spare back in my car where it belonged after putting the right amount of air in it. I also have a crack in my windshield and he called a friend of his for me to get a price. I moved here from across the country, so it is so refreshing and important to have someone in the area that is friendly, personable, helpful, and trustworthy to service my vehicle. Thank you!!!

We were just finishing up at Arlington National Cemetery when our car wouldn't start. With the help of kind strangers, we jumped our car and called the nearest autocare center (we lucked out!). Rafael was incredible. I noticed my tire was very flat, and his shop was closest. It was raining out, so he told me to stay in my car while he lifted it and checked the tire. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced and it is an unusual brand. He quoted me a price that was expensive but reasonable, but by the time I came in to have it installed, he'd found it for much less. Then, and it was raining again so he told me to stay in the car, it took him no time to do the installation. Finally he insisted on shining the other tires so they matched the new one. He goes far above what's needed and provides great service at good prices. His garage is a little hard to find, but I highly recommend this business.

Five stars at a tire/auto place I thought? No way. Boy was I was wrong. As soon as I showed up Rafael and his friendly employees went straight to work taking care of everything. This was one of the best automotive repair experiences I've ever had. I took my car to One Stop to have the brakes looked at. The dealer told me I had calipers that were sticking and grinding down my brakes faster than usual and quoted me well over $1000 to have them repaired. Rafael and his team looked at the brakes and were able to not only replace the pads and rotors but loosen up the calipers so that they did not stick, instead of completely replacing them like the dealer wanted to do. They did all of this work for under $1000, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars if I had gone to the dealer -- they even threw in a line flush free of charge! Not only was it high quality work at an amazing price, but Rafael and Johana are just about the nicest people you will ever meet. Rafael showed me exactly what was wrong with my brakes and what they were going to do to fix it. He even offered to give me a ride home and when I told him I would walk, he provided me with a bottle of water since it was hot outside! When I went to pick up my car, Johana sanitized it, brought it around to the front of the shop, and turned on the A/C since it was another hot day. They look to help however they can and do so with a smile! Finally, they are extremely efficient with their work. I brought my vehicle in around 3:30pm and they had the work done by 6:30pm. I cannot recommend One Stop enough based on their value, friendliness, quality of work, and efficiency. I will certainly be taking my vehicle to them for future repairs and service.

Like everyone says, Rafael is the MAN! I had a tire on my car slowly losing air. I was not sure what was wrong, and my tires are only a year old so I was hoping I didn't have have to replace. I called Rafael after finding him on Yelp. He said come in and he would find out what's wrong and take care of it. Pulled up to the shop with no wait. Within literally 2 mins he had my tire off and found a nail. He pulled it out, patched it up, fixed the air pressure on all my tires. We were there honestly 10-15 mins tops. I loved going here to get my tire taken care of and I would go back to them for any needs i have with my tires. Rafael was more understanding and empathetic than anyone else I spoke to on the phone, he was more concerned with getting me taken care of than making money off of me. I went to him for a new rim, that he sold to me for less than half of what Four Mile Run Used Tires was willing to sell it to me for. I had a flat tire a couple weeks after and got quick and painless service from him at a great, affordable price. I bought new Michelin Defender tires, two years ago. The company that sold me the tires did not put new valve stems on. The tire light came on, I tried adding air and discovered dry rotted stems. Outstanding service, Unbelievable speed, amazing value - best experience with a business I've ever had. My GF had a blowout and had the car towed here while I was at work. She knows nothing about cars. I told her over the phone to ask for deals on a set of 4 new tires, and to call me back so I could let her know what to go with. Without calling me back, she paid for the tires, and I was furious thinking they took advantage of a girl who didn't know prices. This wasn't the case. Rafael gave her 4 brand new BF-Goodrich advantages for $20/tire cheaper than the cheapest price I could find anywhere on the internet, w a 65K mile warranty. They polished the wheels and put tire shine on them. The car looked incredible when she brought it home. They even fixed some damage on the front end that had been hanging down for years without anybody asking them to. Fast forward 4 days - I am driving the car and notice the rear passenger tire goes flat. So of course I'm thinking 'Oh great... I got tires from scam artists.' I put enough air in the tire to get it over to their shop. When I pull up, Rafael tells me and my GF to stay inside the car in the A/C as it was almost 100 degrees out that day. He told me to kick back and relax and that they would take care of everything, no charge. I counted 8 staff members working, they started working on the car immediately like a NASCAR pit crew, everyone on the team had a role and they knew how to do it well. I was absolutely amazed that they had the old tire off and the brand new one on before I knew it. Nobody was smoking cigarettes while others worked, you could tell they all take pride in their craft. Last time I took my car to get four new tires, it was at a Firestone. I waited in the lobby for 6 hours before they finished, taking up my entire day. So you can imagine my surprise when I pull up to a shop that treats me and my old Toyota Avalon like I'm some sort of a Ferrari owner. They dropped what they were doing and focused entirely on my problem, like it was a family emergency to them, and had me out of there in 5 minutes. I have never been so impressed by a group of people that love what they do and treat you like family when you pull in the lot. They don't take breaks, they don't stop until you are back on the road. If you want to stay in your car and have everything done for you and be out and on the road in minutes... these are your guys. I've never seen a combination of customer service and skill in one small business, and they earned a lifelong customer here. Wasn't surprised when I logged on to see the highest google rating I've ever seen with a 4.9. These guys are the real deal.

As others have mentioned, Rafael is all about customer service and is prices is great. I called looking for a used Michelin to use as a full size spare for my wife's SUV. Rafael had the exact model and size down to the load index in stock. The price he quoted out the door (tire, mounted on my wheel, tax, etc) was less than two other local shops I called and even less then if I had mail-ordered a tire and taken it somewhere to be mounted. I arrived at the shop around 5:30 pm. He and his guys were working on a couple of other cars/tires, but he greeted as soon as I walked into the garage and got me out in about 20 minutes. I stopped at "One Stop New & Used Tires" today, since not everyone was open during the extended holiday break. The shop is tucked in the back of a gas station off of Glebe. Don't let this gem hide on you though, the level of service was absolutely fantastic! I rolled into the shop with a flat tire caused by a nail. I watched the whole process of repair and was out of there in 15 minutes. I really felt comfortable doing business with Rafael. A diamond in the rough in Arlington! On two different incidents, both before long road trips, the always friendly staff led by Rafael, helped me out with tire issues. First was simply needing air. Second was replacing a needle in a tire that was releasing air out of the blue. They were quick, friendly, and at little to no cost. I have made a point of also buying my gas out front at the Liberty station. If you ever have an issue with tires, or need to update your VA inspection, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely top-notch! Not only is the One Stop Automotive team fast and responsive, they are some of the nicest folks you would hope to meet - all this while providing excellent value. I can echo the experiences of the previous reviewers. I came in close to closing time on a Tuesday with a curbed tire in almost un-drivable condition, hoping to set up a time the next day for service. Instead, they were willing to take care of my issue right then and there, while patiently walking me through my tire options and the best path forward despite the late hour. Most to their credit, they identified a scrape to the rim under the hubcap which I thought would need repair as a cosmetic issue which would in no way impact its integrity or driveability. They could have easily had me pay (happily) for additional work I didn't need, but instead carefully explained what was and wasn't necessary, demonstrating the type of integrity which seems harder and harder to find these days. Five+ stars in my book.

I was skeptical when I saw all the five star ratings. I thought to myself that all of these can't be legitimate and that perhaps some were fake. I had a blowout and needed to replace a tire on my Benz suv. I needed an expensive 20 inch tire to replace the one I lost. You will note Rafael is mentioned in almost all of the reviews. There is good reason for this. He was professional and accommodating. He told me my schedule was his schedule. He found a cost effective solution for me and had me in and out fast. My tire blew out on a Sunday morning and the next day it was replaced. I can't thank him and his workers enough. Don't be skeptical, this place is the real deal.

Not only did they talk me out of buying a more expensive tire that was rated for less mileage and save me $250, they inspected my tire for free when we thought there was a bearing problem. I've been needing new tires for some time now, and in typical fashion waited until one blew late Saturday night to take it seriously. I rely heavily on my car throughout the week so come Sunday morning I was frantically looking for a shop that was open. I came across Rafael's shop and called hoping to get someone. Not only were they open, but once I explained what tires I was looking for Rafael said he had them and I could come in right away. Literally 1 hour later after dropping my car off and walking the mile back to my place, Rafael called me to say the car was ready with 4 brand new tires. When I went to pickup my car, Rafael took the time to show me the wear patterns on my old tires and recommended a few other things I should get done to the car. Now this is the place where most mechanic shops might try and up-sell me to purchase parts or get additional work done there. Not Rafael. He told me he would call around and help me find the parts on wholesale - which he did. Then he actually suggested a place where I could go that would not charge me an arm and a leg for the actual work that needed to be done. The price is amazing! Coming in on a Sunday and looking for immediate service, I was expecting to pay out of the nose. However Rafael didn't. He actually said that his policy is to do good work at a fair price no matter any other factors. Rafael took the time to talk me through everything I needed to know about the new tires and suggested some things I might want to get done with my car in the future. He even polished my rims. I would highly recommend Rafael to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality work all at an extremely fair price!

I drove from Richmond to visit the Arlington National Cemetery, and my military ID fell into the gap of my emergency break in my 2020 Wrangler. I called three Jeep dealerships with service centers and none were able to assist me. On a whim, I called One Stop and spoke to Rafael (the owner) who told me to stop by so they could see what they could do. Prior to this I spent about an hour in the Arlington parking lot reading the experiences of similar Jeep owners who had to either order new credit/debit cards or have their entire console removed in order to reach their fallen items. I was totally prepared to be at One Stop for a while, but Rafael and the others were able to retrieve my ID within 5 minutes. They charged nothing and it was such a great experience, especially after being told by Jeep that I would have to wait a week or two to swing by the service centers. Replacing a military ID is a pain, and I am so glad that I was able to find One Stop. Awesome experience all around. Thanks guys!

I've never had a more pleasant automative service experience in my entire life! I'm always weary of mechanics and auto pros, but Rafael has proved to me there ARE good guys out there! My tire went flat three times this week, I wasn't sure why, and after the blizzard it was buried 8 feet deep so I surely wasn't going anywhere. Once the snow started to melt I still wasn't able to get my car out, as the tire was super flat at that point, to get it to a shop. I wasn't sure what to do. I called AAA and all the lines were busy. I called Mr. Tire, Costco, and a few other shops, all could not guarantee same day help, quoted high prices, and required I either come early the next day or keep the car at the shop overnight. From the first moment on the phone with Rafael I could instantly tell he was the right man for the job. He had such a pleasant attitude, told me I was a priority, and that he would help me out immediately. Truly, the best part of the experience was his positive energy and incredible customer service. At his suggestion I came to the shop using my roommate's car, he gave me an air pump to take home and inflate my flat tire as well as a shovel to clear any remaining snow in my car's way. Once I got my car over to his place (which took less than 15 minutes because he is convenient located less than a mile away) he diagnosed the problem within 1 minute- a big nail suck in the tire. He didn't try to up-sell me and charge me for a new tire. Instead, he patched it up and sent me on my way. He also told me I could take care of the extremely reasonable $10 charge whenever he saw me next. I am no longer stranded without my car and forced to take Ubers to work everyday. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, RAFAEL! You are humble, fair, resourceful, and very hardworking- all very admirable traits. I never leave reviews online but these days it’s really hard to find a place that you can trust to take your car. The people who work here really care about what they do and the people they serve. I came in to check on my tires (mind you, the Hyundai dealer from Frederick MD had just done a full service on my car 2 weeks beforehand) because I felt my car wobbling as I drive. Rafael, the manager of Automotive & Tires, took a look at it and did a test drive on my car. He helped me for at least 20-30 mins. He found that my axle was broken!! On top of that I was missing a lugnut. My dealer from MD should have known this because they literally had to replace my fan but didn’t bother to mention anything to me. I had been driving my car with a broken axle for a couple weeks and at the time I had already put at least 100 miles on it within that timeframe. Needless to say I felt this place saved me from a potentially really bad car accident. The greatest thing about this place was that they didn’t even charge me ANYTHING! They were happy to help me out. Other places need to learn the service they give here. Would give them more stars if I could!

Yes folks, this place is as great as the ratings exemplify. It does exist. And Raphael (the owner), Joanna (his daughter), and the rest of the crew are just that amazing! This is the only place my husband and I will take our vehicles for tires. We initially found One Stop Automotive & Tires on a cold Winter day a couple of years ago when the hubby found a nail in his tire. (Mind you, he has 21" premium tires and they're not cheap, so he was a bit concerned about having to replace it.) But Raphael took care of it; his team patched up the tire (something that Audi does not do), and we were out of their shop in less than 30 minutes. The tire is still good. Fast forward to the present: As a pulled out of my garage yesterday, I discovered I had a flat tire. Once I had the "donut" put on, I headed straight to Raphael's shop. Unfortunately, I had to have my tire replaced because it was damaged. But Raphael was very open and honest about my options, and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything unnecessary. (I ended up buying a new set anyway because it was almost time to get them replaced. He gave me a great deal on Continentals; they're not cheap!) This place is a gem, not only for their trusted, quality service, but their unmatched customer service. I highly recommend One Stop Automotive & Tires without reservations. I only wish they were a full-service auto shop. Perhaps in the future... :)

I have had multiple fantastic experiences with these guys - I originally came in for a destroyed tire, and ended up going with a new set of tires from them at a reasonable price. About a year later, I had a flat tire (nail - not their tires' fault) and AAA put on my spare for me - they were very friendly, had it fixed in just a few minutes for a fantastic price, and as I was heading out I asked them if they had any idea why my car'd been making noises ever since the AAA guy had put on my spare. They spent significant time troubleshooting it over the course of several days and apparently when AAA dropped my car after jacking it up, he'd bent the dust cover for that wheel. They fixed it and refused to charge me. Will definitely be back next time I need anything tire-related.

As a young female I'm always concerned about getting screwed over by auto shops. This place NEVER does that. Most recently, my car's battery died down the road and the sweet owner of this location offered to come and jump my car so I could get to their shop. Luckily I was able to get a jump, then I made my way to their location. They tested my alternator, battery and determined my battery was bad and replaced it for a very reasonable cost. I've used this shop multiple times and they've always been absolutely phenomenal.

I had a leaky tire for months, constantly worrying about how low it was getting (no gauge or warning light on my dash), but dreading going back to the place that put the tires on for me less than a year ago--it was far away, they were dismissive and rude, and I knew they wouldn't listen when I explained why it was their fault it had a problem. Excellent Customer Care when dealing with this business! Very fast installation! Raphael and his team of professionals are extremely honest and fair with prices. After troubleshooting each individual TPMS sensor he then showed me the process so I could get an idea of what I was up against. I had slow leaks from other shops not cleaning the rims and tires--he cleaned and re-weighted my tires (all) for no charge. He then helped me get proper TPMS sensors for my type of vehicle (I was using GM brands on a Nissan) and installed them which cleared my dash 'TPMS low' indicator light. This was a huge relief for my peace of mind and I saved considerable ca$h by using Rapahel's shop instead of my dealership or another place. Every other place was going to charge me for diagnostics where Raphael's goal was to get me back on the road (safely) as quickly as possible. He did diagnostics for free. He had no strange fees and was straight up on all prices. I was also having brake noises that his mechanic was able to troubleshoot on the spot. Pretty much anything I told him wasn't working on the vehicle (electrics, brakes, or evap system, check engine light etc.) Raphael had a way to fix it or knew someone reputable to get the job done. My front brakes are awesome now and my tire pressures and tire balances are perfect without any slow leaks. This is a great place, I'm a customer for life!

Bad luck with tires in 2017 however without this misfortune would have never met Rafael and found a gem of a business in ARL! Totally professional and honest! Feb 8, 2017. DC potholes tore a small hole on my commuter car tire and One Stop inspected and had to replace the tire since it was on inner wall. Gave a good price and explained hazard warranty and even helped file a claim with tirerack (where I originally purchased tires 18 months ago) March 22. Before leaving for business trip the next day (driving south), noticed tire pressure low on back left (same side as replaced tire previous month) and thought it could have been because of potholes. Rafael and team visually inspected, put in water tub for leaks and Rafael even inspected it himself a 2nd time to be extra sure and thorough. No leak or holes and had his guys put tire back on and fill it matching pressure of other 3. No charge even though it took about 30 min of their time. Totally honest!! March 26. Returned from trip and took family to visit grandparents in MD (in family SUV). Tire pressure alert came on so filled with air at local gas station. On way home to ARL pressure kept decreasing so pulled into One Stop before it closed. They squeezed me in, found 2 nails!! And replaced tire with a used one for a good price. When the other 3 are due for replacement at end of summer, will definitely return to this shop!! So hard to find honest, independent small businesses nowadays. Rafael was not there this Sunday (his day off) but thanks for running an honest business!

Trust everything people say about this place - GREAT SERVICE. I went after getting a flat. I thought I would have to replace the whole tire; in fact, if you went to a dealership they might say that to make $$$ off you. However, the guy here was great and was like "man you just need to get a small patch" and he patched it right up. In and out in maybe 10 minutes, and he replaced the tire too (took him 5 mins but took me like 30 mins to change a tire LOL). Overall, recommend strongly that you go here first before trying to go somewhere else. THEY ARE ALSO 24 HOURS!!

Rafael at one stop new and used tires has helped me out repeatedly. Today, I took a truck that has a slow tire leak to him, and he tracked the leak down to a poorly installed aftermarket pressure monitor sensor. The guys who had installed this sensor not only put the wrong one in, but they overtightened one of my lug nuts, and ground down the stud so that I wouldn't notice! Rafael pointed all this out to me, and charged a quarter of what the other shop did... I had the best experience in this place. I found my car with a flat tire and didn't have any spare tire. I first thought I could drive to the shop but it was impossible. So a friend of mine gave me a ride to the shop thinking I could just buy a tire and fix it later even though I don't know how to fix a tire but at least I would have have it with me.I don't know anything about cars and wheels so I didn't bring the wheel/spare with me. Raphael asked me to bringt it in order for him to change the tire but I told him I don't know how to do it... I was desperate. So he did something very nice, he lent me his air tank to bring to my car, put air in my tire and drive to the shop before the air goes away. He trusted me and did that for me. My friend dropped me off to my car with the air tank and it worked, I could drive to the shop. I told him I will get rid of my old car in 2 months so I would like him to fix my tire in the cheapest way. So he didn't try to sell me a new or even used tire, he just fixed mine very well and charged me for almost nothing..... he helped me to save a looot of money. Raphael is so nice, helpful and honest. Simply amazing place. Owner is there every day of the week and was flexible with prices (making it one of the cheapest deals in the area!). The icing on the cake: when we pulled away he flagged us down and informed us that a brake light was out. He then ran into his shop, grabbed a bulb, and replaced it free of charge. Stand up owner, I wish there were more like him. One point of interest though: This place is hard to see from the road since they cannot post a sign out front. Just look for the gas station on the corner and pull around back!
