So very grateful for Firestone being open on Sundays! I was traveling and started experiencing tire issues late on Saturday night on 9/10/2022. I ended up staying overnight in Albuquerque and visited this Firestone store on Sunday morning. Josiah was able to assist me with replacing two tires that were experiencing severe cupping and get me back on the road quickly for the rest of my journey back home. Josiah was great and professional and even test drove my car with me afterwards to ensure all my issues were resolved!

They were professional and reasonably priced for the car battery I had replaced. They handled an unexpected warning light quickly and without cost to me. Kyle made the whole experience of getting my car serviced almost pleasurable, no one likes going to the mechanic.

Best experience! I came in as a walk in after running over something on the highway that flew off another car tearing my skid plate practically off my M3. Trell who was on his way out was so helpful, friendly, accommodating, and just overall a pleasant individual. He got my car up right away, took care of the issue quickly and sent me on my way all within less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location and the excellent customer service they deliver. Although they were unable to fix my cars AC they did everything else I needed done. They were very nice and informative. I would definately recommend this location. On my latest visit they are under new management-I liked the new manager and Sam, the gal that helped me. They were quick and let me know what else needed to be done-saving me an extra trip.

Well we weren't real thrilled with Firestone after doing business with them for over 25 years. They left my car thier all day until closing time, then quoted the wrong price off by almost two hundred higher. But safety first. Didn't get home until about 9:00pm. I know they can do better!!! Maybe it was an off day? Tires are nice though.

I absolutely love this place and the employees here. I got a hole in my tire like 20 mins before they close. I had called all the other tire shops in that are in that area and none of them would help me because it was to late. I had to drive on my flate when I called them them who ever answered the phone was helping other ppl and I got very frustrated and started to cry he was very understanding and even gave me a discount for applying for their credit card even tho I wasn't approved. I would differently go back if I have any other car issues

When you walk into any auto care facility you always wonder, what are they going to stick me with? Not here, I've been very happy with the level of experience and customer service that I've received on more then a number of occasions. Everyone from the front desk to the shop floor has treated me with respect and a friendly demeanor. They have always answered all of my questions and suggested fixes before charging me after the fact. I would say honesty and quality are their best policies!

They have always been the most helpful store near me. I have called two other stores and received rude and insensitive treatment just on the phone so I would not go there. This location is always friendly and informative. They are super busy but it’s worth waiting if you need any auto service.

Full synthetic oil change on my Lexus and had a nail in my tire $148 ridiculous what's the tech put on Shield cover for my undercarriage several screws missing and instead of him making it right he said that's the way I found it but Firestone always has changed my oil lack of concern way too expensive wouldn't recommend

Thank you, Firestone for being open on Sundays when most people need to get tires fixed or replaced! Josiah was incredibly professional and attentive. I walked in and my flat tire was fixed within 20 minutes. Great price, great service. I will be back when I need new tires in the spring.

Firestone on Menaul and Louisiana - Wow, the staff here are exceptional! My sister took her vehicle here after a blowout coming in from Las Cruces. She needed four tires, and one rim was dented. The job was going to take about 3 hours on 8/14/21 and I picked her up so she wouldn't have to wait. We picked vehicle up the following day. I was very pleased at the level of customer service and professionalism the entire crew presented! Everyone was empathetic of my sister's situation and really helped relieve stress and brought a feeling of relief and reassurance that was needed and welcomed. I am a customer at two different Firestone locations, which are always satisfactory; but the culture at Menaul/Louisiana location should be modeled, because the staff genuinely cares and are motivated and willing to assist customers with a smile and that extra something that really makes it a pleasure for the customer - Thank You Firestone crew working on 8/14 and 8/15/2021 - you're the BEST!!!

These guys are great! They quoted me $600 less then the dealership for a repair I needed. I like to get screws in my tires and they are always super quick to fix the tires. Yesterday they had me in an out in a little over half an hour when they said it would take 45 to an hour. They're always super friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be using them for my future car needs.

I made an appointment for 11 got here at 10:30 and there were no trucks on the rack. Then they put a truck in front of mine that requires grinding off and spot welding something. 11:38 and I have an appointment at discount tire at 12:30. I understand busy but an appointment is an appointment. I'm trying to get a steel erection business off the ground and I don't have time for this type of business. Ok 12:40 and I'm a lot happier turns out a little patience goes a long way. Ran to drop off my other tire came back and they were waiting for me to get my truck done. Then Tell even hooked me up and is having the tighten up some bolts for me at a steal. Great guys highly recommend them.

Very fast service on fixing a flat tire on my Jeep. They even took the spare off, put the new tire on, and put the spare away properly too. UPDATE 9-17-2021 -- the Jeep needed another flat tire repaired, and even though it was only 45 minutes before closing, and they were busy, they still got me in to fix the flat saving me a tremendous amount of trouble and time. I really appreciate the effort the team makes at this location. They actually care about customer service.

They remembered my dad and they remembered the vehicle . They even found a special deal for my mom because she is on a fixed income , and that helps her out a lot . Jason the store manager was great, I was towing heavy equipment a few months ago passing thrue Albuquerque 20 minutes before closing time and he stayed late to help me stay on schedule and went out of his way to get the tires I needed from a different location after hours. You hardly see that type of commitment anymore from any store. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone's tire needs.

My low tire pressure indicators were going off, but all the gas stations I stopped at had errors with their air stations. I was unsure where to go. Luckily stopped at this location and asked if they would be able to air up my tires. They were helpful and got my tires aired up quickly. Great service and professional. Thank you!

I had a massive amount of things done at a previous visit and it turned out there were a few things done incorrectly. To be fair it was a whole laundry list and things slip through the cracks. I went back to check and the store manager, Jason, helped me right away and got things fixed. Not only that he demonstrated a sense of urgency and was apologetic about the whole thing. It definitely made me feel a lot better having spent so much the first time around. Great customer service all around, even with the small errors that happened the first time. Very thankful!

I would like to recognise this Firestone. So I did not actually get a service from them as an appointment or anything. But my truck broke down across the road. On the off chance that maybe they could help I went across the road to ask. I wasn't really expecting them to be able to have somebody on hand to help me, but I was really amazed that they were able to help me right away. They walked across the road with a battery charging kit and helped me recharge my battery so I can get to an autozone. The customer service at this Firestone was excellent I definitely recommend them.Thank you Firestone.

I’ve taken my cars here, since I purchased my first car (10+ years). They price match, have wonderful customer service. Jason always takes good care of us even before he became the manager. They have cozy seats to watch tv, water readily available, Keurig coffee where you can make a fresh cup, and if I have my kiddos with me, we walk over to the mall while we wait. Also the road side extras I purchased on my tires are honored at other firestone locations if I’m out of town. Suuuuuper helpful for real.

Stopped here for a slow leak. Spoke to them on the phone from Amarillo and they said they could help us (we had a slow leak on our RV tire which required a special jack) When we arrived we were told they didn't have enough workers to help us. They were nice enough to get us over to another location.

They picked up the phone and drove to were I was and pick up my blown out tire, replace it and drove me back to my car and put it on. I live in a community, in part, of elderly people. There is nothing more frustrating for older folks then to have car trouble as they are so limited to what they can accomplish themselves. On numerous occasions I have referred them to this local Firestone in our area. Without fail, every time I've helped one of our elderly take their car here its been nearly closing time. But every time the guys are more then willing to help out even going beyond business hours. All I can say is Mike the manager and his crew are all about customer service and I will continue come here and refer as many people as I know. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

Staff friendly and polite. However, this place is service driven and tries to talk you into things that are not necessarily needed. I turn wrenches for a living... found they were trying to sell me same parts from last visit...which i had replaced after last visit??? (Less than a year prior). ..when i questioned it they tried to give me some bs explanation of why there tech recommended parts....and of course offered me a great discount if i let them do repairs? Out of the four items they said needed replacing, i only found one to be bad...luckily i changed it myself. But being from the tech industry and knowing ABQs ways- none of this surprises me...most service people/companies in this town are sub par....at best....so for all who don't turn wrenches..get a second opinion...lol-

We were having a little bit of trouble with our AC system while on a long road trip. After a shop in Roswell tried to scam us into a massive, near-total (and totally unnecessary!) AC system overall for $1000+, we drove to ABQ instead and gave this shop a try. We dropped the car off a little after noon, and were back on the road by 5:00 for less than $400 including the diagnostic fee. The real problem? A melted relay, some fried wires, and the freon was a little on the low side. We regularly use Firestone shops, and while they aren't necessarily the cheapest places to get work done, we've never been scammed by one either!

I have taken my truck in twice because of a small vapor leak that is causing my truck to fail its emissions test. My service engine light just came on again for the third time. They didn't charge me for my second visit, and better not charge me for my third. I just want my truck fixed!

They handle oil changes, brakes and tires for both my vehicles and I am very happy with them. Having free life time tire maintenance and alignment at every Firestone all over the country give me the connience when on road trips. However, they may not have good mechanics all the time. So basic machanical works on your vehicle is ok.

We were traveling from Denver to Phoenix on a weekend and when we pulled into Albuquerque we were experiencing some issues with our Jeep. I have had nothing but good service here. One of the guys here a couple years back took time out of his day to drive around with me to listen for a sound in my car because I thought something was wrong. When they didn’t have a part in stock to complete a job they ordered it and had it delivered within an hour. When people ask me where they should go to get an alignment, oil change or what ever first place I say is “Firestone on Menaul”.
