They were much better than Safelite took my car to Safelite they damaged my regulator they put a window in that broke at Safelite Skies had me in within a day and done by 5:00 p.m. definitely would recommend them to anybody that needed

Starbright Auto Glass is the best! Ed Beck and his top notch crew did an outstanding job with my windshield replacement and camera recalibration. They explained everything upfront about things you might not be aware of like the calibration process if you have any kind of camera system on your windshield. I would recommend Starbright auto glass to anyone. I live in PA and it’s worth the short drive to Claymont DE. Ed also works hard with insurance companies to get your windshield replaced for less or in my case zero dollars!

I’ve had one of the best experiences ever today utilizing this Gem of a Business. Yesterday, I noticed a small crack in the front windshield of my 21 Audi Q7, so I initially called Safelite due to familiarity of seeing/hearing their advertisements on tv/radio, and was told that I would have to spend $130 to have my windshield repaired. I decided to shop around a little before I committed to that price, and boy am I so glad that I did. I called Starbright and obtained some great Information. I was informed that my Insurance would cover the cost of my windshield repair. (Something that I did not know at the time, and also something that Safelite failed to inform). Starbright made the process so painless & easy. They were really with me every step of the way in submitting the windshield repair claim with my Insurance. They have some of the Best Customer Service that I’ve ever experienced!! They definitely turned my “yesterday frown” into a “today smile”. I highly recommend them if you are ever in need of a Windshield Repair or Replacement. Thanks Starbright!!

I had an appointment with Safelite, but did a google search and called them. Atula gave me a better deal and was courteous, so I gave them a try. Ed and Atula did a great job, were professional and transparent. My only critique is that they need to put up a sign out front on Philadelphia Pike, so folks will know they are there. I highly recommend them and wish them success as they build their business!

Great service friendly fast and personable I had a repair done saved me from a full windshield replacement and it was completely covered by my insurance !! There's a before photo and after it looks like a tiny scratch but it's completely sealed. So happy they're are so close to PA.

I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend!! Both my husband and I had our windshields replaced the same week. I called for an estimate and we were able to get an appointment the very next day. The service was quick and our installer was thorough making sure we understand every step. After my install actually less then 24 hours later I was unlucky enough to have a rock hit my newly installed windshield and needed a repair 😩. I contacted the shop and was immediately scheduled to have it fixed. All ready to go into the shop I was surprised to learn someone would actually come to my home in New Jersey to fix my windshield saving me a trip across the bridge 🥳. The total repair took less than 20 minutes. Atula (I’m sure I’m spelling his name wrong) contacted my insurance and I had no out of pocket expense. AND I even learned that my insurance will be able to cover my replacement so I will be fully reimbursed for my original expense. While I hope I never need a windshield replacement again you guys are definitely saved in my phone to use again if needed. Thank you for everything YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! ✨

They are just awesome. Both owners Atula and Edward are great! They took their time to explain every single step. Ashamed to me I had no gas to drive my car and Atula help me out to make sure they can check the Calibration were on point driving my vehicle? So the put some gas on it. The leave my car smelling good and clean. I will definitely go back in case I needed. BTW ladies Edward is really handsome!! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Super knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person. Came to our house on the same day to repair a chip on our windshield within hours of the chip happening! Price was certainly more than reasonable, and has a lifetime transferable warranty. Wow - I don’t wish this sort of repair on anyone, but I’d recommend these folks to do it if needed.

I needed help getting my back window replaced because little kids on the block were tossing rocks and shattered my glass unexpectedly. I called the following morning hoping that I could get help and was surprised to learn about the free mobile service, and the quick and efficient service I receive. Atula helped to squeeze me in when he could hear my voice and see how much I really was in need of immediate assistance even though appointments were booked up for the day; I really really appreciated it so very much. I drove from North Carolina up to NY to visit family. There's a huge truck infront of me carring dirt or something and a rock flew off and almost broke my windshield, I had to stop in South new jersey to get it replaced before I could drive any further. I Googled the best auto glass place near by and this was the first to pop up. I get to the location and this fit guy helps me out and he said he can fix this in no time for an awesome price.
