Called many locations to get my driver side window replaced and all appointments were 2 weeks out and 400$. Called The Windshield shop and they got me in same day and done by the time I got off work. They went above and beyond and was way more affordable than other places. Definitely recommend!

They did an amazing job on my windshield! But the front desk lady was kind of harsh and rude to me.. I told her over the phone when I scheduled my appointment that I would be waiting in the waiting room and she said that’s fine. When I asked her during my appointment if where I parked my car was fine she said “yes, are you waiting?! You need to tell me that you were waiting, I thought someone was picking you up!” When she knew I was sitting back there in the waiting room. The way she talks to customers is very unprofessional. The guys did great on my windshield though!

The little lady I spoke to on the phone was an absolute sweetheart and was really willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I was dealing with a specific windshield for a 73-87 Chevy K5 Blazer and I had part numbers that had been superseded. She took the time to help me and to get me exactly what I needed and even was willing to pre-order it for me. I highly recommend this business to anybody who needs a windshield. As an automotive shop owner I can honestly say that this business is customer service is outstanding!

Fast and friendly. Had a small crack in windshield from rock hitting it after a vehicle in front of me ran over sand and small rock gravel off Seneca last friday. Got me in and serviced the same day for way less cost than elsewhere. I'm satisfied with the service and fees. They were very reasonable and did good work. If this happens again or to someone I know I'll refer them here.

I had been released last evening from St Francis after surgery and my husband and I spent the night in a nice motel where our backseat window was broken out by vandals. The manager of our motel recommended The Windshield Shop-West. They worked us in because we are from out of town and 3 hours from home. They got us done early, excellent service and a great price. Friendly people and they saved us alot of money with my car. Only issue I had was the communication time of it being done my other half called and the guy just got the paperwork in hand we told them on our way. As we were just getting in town they called us to see if we were coming. Even after my other half told the guy we were. Besides that I'd go back for any glass issue. We were a walk in it was done quick and the warranty is nice too.

I got a very good deal on one windshield and the rear window w/ defrost on my jeep, compared to SAFELITE with only rear window glass for same price as both glass at the Windshield shop. I drive everyday and Wichita traffic can be murdered on my windshield. In fact this is a 3rd windshield I put in my vehicle in the last 2 years. The windshield shop is efficient courteous and delivers a good product with the best price in town. I used a national chain for my 1st windshield replacement and although their work was good their price was prohibitive. By using this local shop II get the same quality at a much better price and the benefit of shopping locally

The price wasn't bad at all! The people were friendly and the place was very "home-y". I had an appointment early in the morning and when I got there, the employees were not even there yet. That was a little downer. So I ended up having to wait about 30 minutes for them to arrive to replace my windshield. About 30 minutes later, they started working on my windshield and I was so surprised at how fast they put it on. I think it only took them about 45 minutes, an hour max! And I was expecting to be there for a good 2 hours. So I was really happy about the labor time. All in all, it wasn't a bad place. The people were friendly, the place was nice, the timing wasn't too bad and the price was pretty good!

I got my windshield for $139+tax on my '94 Honda Accord. Pretty cheap considering I figured it'd be like $100 more than that. They told me it would take about 2 hours. In 1 hour it was in and it looks amazing and I'm VERY satisfied. I'd recommend them to anybody!! Thanks!!

I am so happy with the service here. Not only did they get my car in within a few hours of my call, they did an excellent job on replacing my window. They cleaned up all the broken glass from my interior and left it looking like new. They also repaired my window for HALF the price of a competitors bid. They replaced the front windshield glass and rear window seal on my truck, the guy behind the desk took the time to explain why the back window was leaking and how they would repair it, and what to expect in the short term and long term after the repairs. This was on a Saturday and although they seemed to have a lot going on, my truck was still done in a very reasonable amount of time in spite of the fact they had to get a windshield from the other side of town (the glass they had in stock was apparently damaged). I had a very good experience with these guys and would use them again.

Price to replace window regulator was very reasonable. Appointment was scheduled and work was performed in a timely manner. However I subsequently had to return due to a rattle in the door. Door was cheerfully reinspected however rattle could not be resolved. Ultimately had to have another shop inspect and resolve the rattle. This causes me to question the thoroughness and overall competence of the shop.

I had my windshield in my 2008 Wrangler Unlimited and the windshield in my wife's 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe replaced about 3 month ago by a guy recommend to her. We noticed both started leaking within the first month. You could push on the inside of the windshield on both vehicles and it would move almost half an inch. I honestly didn't think the guy sealed the windshields when he installed them. I took my Jeep to The Windshield Shop and they sent a installer to my wife's work and we had our windshields replaced Professionally! They told us whoever put the windshields in sealed them but didn't scuff the glass before installing them and used cheap China glass. Basically the molding was all that was holding my wife's windshield in. Could of turned into a really bad situation. Especially since she travels often for her job. These guys were very Knowledgeable and very Professional and very Polite! I mean Extremely Polite! Thanks for your Service! We definitely found a Shop where we will be returning customers! Thanks!

The work was done fast. They quoted a price of 139.00 and when it was done the price was 159.00. You need to watch what they quit you. They also don't clean the window after the work was done.

HUGE thank you to The Windshield Shop for getting a new windshield installed in the foxbody and giving it a good seal. I don’t know what deaf, dumb and blind person installed the previous one but I have 100% faith in this new one! Hopefully it puts an end to my soaked floor board problem. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced a brand new windshield and I gotta say it’s a pretty magical sight to see lmao.
