They were very friendly over the phone. When Ed came to my house to replace my windshield he was very polite and paid full attention to detail. Glad I had them do my windshield. I would definitely recommend them for all glass repair and replacement jobs.

I didn't actually have the chips in my windshield repaired but I will definitely be calling for an appointment if I see any more chips. The owner, Ed, came out to my house to repair after I called to make an appointment. He advised that the chips were just surface chips and would not spread. Highly recommend this company because by doing this, I have trust and confidence in calling them for any repairs. They could have just filled the chips unnecessarily and charged me but they're honest people. Will be referring friends and family if they need windshield repair services!

I was given great customer service throughout the entire process, Novas Glass was sure to leave voicemails and happy to meet me at my work or home. The two gentlemen who replaced my window gave me all the information I needed to take care of my windshield and detailed the inside of my car before they finished. With unbeatable prices I would recommend almost anyone in the Kansas area to this company!

The quality of service was good and done in a timely fashion. However, the company did not cash my check until 5 months later. This is partially my fault for not tracking the check and canceling it after a month.
