Quality glass repair in queens / Brooklyn area. Been using their service almost 20 years . Never unhappy. Recently needed a passenger window for an older car and only touch of glass was able to supply it. 160 dollars cost and work done in a couple hours. Was able to drop off the car the prior day.. "Rob" which I believe is the owner was very polite and welcoming. I paid $150 for my glass to get fix. He took me right away, and did a great job. He does tenting for all vehicles makes and models. Also he is currently looking for someone he can hire to do the tent work. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you for your services. Hope this information was helpful for everyone!

Took my wife's mini van there cause she couldn't roll up her window. (I've there a couple of times in the past with my different vehicles) The problem was as simple as hitting a button. (Lol) he wouldn't take a dime. A real stand up guy!

Professionally done, no parking around which cost me a huge ticket, more than the repair, I had to go 3 times to find the window guy because he left early and came back late from memorial day weekend, and when we picked up the girl did not label our windows so we had to pick it out. They asked us to bring it back if it was the wrong window. But they clean the window on both sides and the repair was good.

I have a Mazda and the motor to my window stop working. They ordered the new motor for me. Then I got in to a car accident and I had to wait for my car to get fixed which took over a month. They still had my motor and fixed it. The fact that they waited so long and still fixed my window with out any additional cost was amazing. Grade A service

They service buses as well. Got there with E-450 with the diagonal window in the front broken. Rob custom cut and fit a brand new window in for me in 2 hours and it's better than it was before. Thanks again guys! Highly recommended

They are number one on quality of installation and on price. Mr Benny and his brother Sal professionals. On my Mercedes E350 2014 i changed windshield good price and you don’t have to pay $750 for reprogramming lane departure and rain sensor! Top recommended!

Amazing service, they have great customer skills and they work fast to get you in and out. Sandra is a asset to this place, she called my insurance to set everything up. They worked with my insurance(geico)to fix broken in glass, I payed nothing and they fixed both the glass for my Nissan Sentra 2019 with the tints that were on it.

I had a great experience at Touch of Glass! They only use the best quality glass to repair my car windshield. I got in, they gave me a quote and was able to replace my windshield right away. I had a leaking sunroof in my VW Tiguan and they were able to fix it. They cleaned the drains and seemed to work, however a few days later when it rained again and I was concerned that a bit of water was still coming in, I called them, took the car there and they worked hard until they found the problem. They fixed it with no extra charge for me. I would recommend this place.

They work fast. Price is good. A few weeks after getting my windows tinted they ass started to peel and i went back and got them all done again for free.

5-star shop ! They did 35% tint on my 2002 SLP Camaro....most other shops told me their guys won't be able to do the "teardrop" window in the back of my ride. Here the guy was more than confidend that his staff is up to the challenge, they did the work quite fast that day as well, I was in and out in under 2 hours, I waited in their customer lounge and sometimes outside. The tint they did has zero chips, air pockets or deformities...I'm very happy with the work they did !! Not to even mention that the quote I got a year ago was still standing 6 months ago, $160 for a car that has glass everywhere, I know people who tinted a tiny Civic & paid close to $300 elsewhere !! That speaks volumes more than anything....I usually spend extra to get the right part, this was one of the instances where cheaper was better :)

I just recently changed my windshield with another service, I was totally unsatisfied. There was a rattling sound with the windshield. I took my car there to get my windshield changed. The guys at Touch of Glass advised my to fix the problem without replacing the glass. The fixed the problem, without having to replace my glass. Great customer service, I have a new about glass place now

I went to Touch of Glass Saturday (3/19/16) to repair the windshield of my bmw x5 08. The ladies are the front desk were great! The owner (I believe his name Mike) is really good at making the customer feel at ease. The repair took less than 2 hours and looked great! I was really happy until I removed the tape! The dashboard had small broken pieces of glass on it my leather chairs had small pieces of glass on it. Not to mention my car smelled like cigarettes (I am an not a smoker and don't allow smoking in my car) The best part i removed the tape monday morning way past the 24 hour to find that the glass was cracked. I went back and Mike said he will replace the glass free of charge when i come back friday! I will update on friday!! Update - So Touch of Glass proved why they are the best in brooklyn! The glass was repaired and looks amazing Mika and his team did an amazing job! Not to mention the interior was spotless after the job! I would definitely recommend them!

2 years ago i have my windshield on my bmw replace. Along with tints on my front doors and visor the tint guy left behind marks and scratches on the tint . But didnt clean the glass well .
