This place is by far the best glass installation spot. Jeffrey was very helpful and nice. I got there at 3:00pm and left at 3:20pm (this was only cause there were no customers at the time, but nonetheless you will get quick and efficient services for great prices). They work really fast which is something I appreciate. I will recommend this to everybody I know. Would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Highly recommend. I live in DC and come visit family in Brooklyn. I called a couple of places for a quote a few days ahead to schedule a windshield replacement for my Lexus RX350. Platinum Auto Glass was by far the cheapest and the woman on the phone was very friendly. Came in this morning (Saturday) as soon as they opened and Jeff had me in and out in 40 min. Super friendly, fast and efficient.

Jeff the boss is such a wonderful guy, he truly cares about his customers and is very comforting. 10/10 recommend!! Prices are very reasonable.

Amazing customer service and reasonable price. I had a huge crack on my 2019 Honda Hrv window. They were able to get my part ready within an hour I called in. Went there and got it done within less than an hour. Hope I don't have to go back but if I need any car windows replacement in the future, I would definitely go back or recommend my friends.

Safelite blew me off twice, so Geico recommended this place. Super experience all around! Safelite said it would take 3 hours but Anthony's guys finished in less than half an hour. Thoroughly professional throughout. No more Safite for me ever again.

THIS SHOP IS AMAZING. Anthony is a great guy who goes above and beyond to help out the customer. NEVER USE SAFELITE, GO STRAIGHT TO THIS SHOP AND ASK FOR ANTHONY. Safelite pulled their classic move when they showed up to me saying they have the wrong glass, i called Anthony at Platinum and he got the glass within hours and replaced it in 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE.

Anthony has to be the most honest business owner I have ever encountered in my entire life. Had a cracked windshield on my leased Altima, was concerned regarding there being an issue replacing the windshield with an aftermarket part. Anthony literally had a quote for me for the aftermarket and OEM part within 5 mintues; he advised to go with the aftermarket part, and literally had the best prices available (mind you I was shopping around). Staff is extremely friendly and courteous, took care of us immediately after we pulled into the shop. They had us out of there within 15-20 minutes, with honestly some of the most professional work I've seen done to my cars. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, my only regret was not tipping more lol! It's honestly refreshing to be able to go to a repair shop and not feel like you're being hustled out of your money. Will recommend to anyone I know. Thanks a ton Anthony!

Although the repair took a few visits, this was because the troubleshooting involved was necessary to systematically figure out the problem and order the parts. The point is that Anthony kept me informed, answered my questions thoroughly and got the job done at a fair price.

These guys are the best! Their rates are very low and reasonable, i had my car windows replaced there while the other stores were charging $50 more for the same job. The best part was, they also have a coupon for computer repair when you mention you been to their website. I got 15% off for a professional virus removal for only $70! when bestbuy would've costed over $150. thank god i went to their website and asked for the coupon. it was well worth it, i almost threw the computer out too.

Prompt, Courteous, dedicated and respectful. I have a Mercedes Benz E 350 wagon 2006, needed front windshield replaced. Contacted the shop on Friday around noon explained the situation; the guy (Anthony) on the phone took my info, told me to call back in 10min. I called; he said that I can come in any time next Monday. I was in at 8:30am and out by 9:10am. It rained that day and I noticed that rain sensor didn’t work. I called Anthony right away. He asked me to come back. Next morning I was back. He tested the sensor, it didn’t help. He sent me to a place for celebration, that didn’t help either. Then he explained that sometimes the aftermarket glass is not sensitive enough and that perhaps we need to order the OEM shield. He contacted the insurance company (Geico) and had me approved for the OEM. Next Monday I had brand new OEM windshield. It rained that same afternoon 7.25.16, heavily, rain sensor worked just fine. I’m glad I went to them.
