Great place! Some jerk broke into my car, smashing a window that is apparently very hard to find unless you go to the dealership. These guys were not only able to get the window for me but installed it literally within a couple of hours and charged me a decent price. The dealership wanted $750, Master Auto charged me waaaay less. They did an awesome job, no scratches or damage to do my car whatsoever. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

Did a great job fixing my broken glass. Very quickly and same day. Only con was I noticed a few scratches on the car door after the window was installed so hopefully that won't cost me in the long run but I'm grateful it was handled so quickly and covered by my insurance.

By far the best auto repair shop I ever found!!! Taking my car to a mechanic was really frustrating because most of them acted like i just bother them as a woman don’t know anything about cars! The very first moment that I walked in to this shop I felt welcomed they are extremely professionals. they took their time to listened the problem and concerns about my car. After they repaired my SUV they even showed me the replaced parts and explained how each part works! Of curse it’s long waiting but definitely well worth it I even waited with my 3yrs old son who had fun there at their comfortable waiting area. THEY ARE THE BEST!

The WORKERS at Master Auto Glass is very PROFESSIONAL. I had my vehicle window broken a few weeks ago and decided to come here. They were on a first come first serve system. They accepted my insurance and my insurance accepted them. I was having issues with my insurance sending the invoice number because of they're system glitch. I had the invoice number from my insurance but because of the glitch Master Auto Glass didn't receive there's. The worker was so PROFESSIONAL and ON POINT, he approved the invoice by looking at my email my insurance sent me even when they didn't receive there's. He told me to put my information on a sheet of paper and sign as proof of acceptance which made my day. THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T KNOW THEY DO OTHER VEHICLE RELATED WORK. MY VEHICLE NEEDS SOME WORK DONE AND THEY WILL HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME COMING TO THEM ASAP.

Came here on with no appt after someone broke my back window. They gave me a very reasonable price! My window wouldn't go up or down prior to the window being broken and instead of them trying to charge me extra money or sending me on my way the younger guy jumped the window motor and was able to get my window in and rolled up. I would recommend, they were very helpful and reasonable. Cleaned all the glass out my vehicle and customer service was excellent. Even worked around my busy little bodies in the back seat.

I have a 2017 Cadillac XTS and my windshield needed replacement. Went thru my insurance State Farm who agreed to replace with Original OEM glass. Got contacted By Master Auto Glass and they ordered the glass from Cadillac and within two days they had the part and ready to install. I asked if i could bring the car in that day and I was able to do that. Drove to the shop and had the glass installed within one hour. Not only does it look good they were able to peel off my registration and inspection stickers without any discern-able damage. Put my ez pass and personal garage sticker back on as well. They did a wonderful job Highly recommend
