This place was a blessing it was recommended to me by my insurance. Unfortunately my rear tailgate window spontaneously combusted twice. After calling to get a replacement through my insurance I called them up and they took care of me. The guys are knowledgeable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time with OEM glass. I am very happy with the results. Joe took care of it all and it was one less thing to worry about. Thanks guys.

A rock unfortunately left a huge lateral crack across the lower third of the front windshield on my 2004 Acura MDX. The team at 2 Hour Auto Glass was truly amazing as they were able to accommodate me for a last-minute appointment. Barry and his brother were extremely friendly and courteous over the phone and in their office. The service was speedy and painless. Their lifetime warranty also gave me added reassurance. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who needs their auto glass replaced at a reasonable price!

Great place! I'm so picky about details, but Barry showed his professionalism, explained everything answered all my questions, ordered OEM glass from Toyota, and even showed me all bills(I didn't ask) that the glass is original! Done job in 50 minutes! Highly recommend this place. The only thing that I didn't like after the job was done some dirty dust left on the dashboard but it's not a big problem. Awesome, fast, friendly service. Barry and his team took care of us quickly and exactly within the timeframe they said they would. Our passenger side window was vandalized, brought in the car around 11 AM, had a back by 2 PM, just like they said. They also cleaned the inside of the car at no charge before returning it. Needed my rear window replaced so I had a rear window appointment with Safelite... Had a feeling I shouldn't have went to them because of all the reviews.. I got there bright and early for my appointment which was made days in advance. They said we emailed you yesterday about your windshield and how it has to be custom ordered from Nissan and of course more money. Decided to go with my gut and call Joe and he had a rear window waiting for me. Without an appointment. If your close by or want to make the trip it will be worth it. Straight forward with the price quick and easy job was out in about 1 hour. Waiting room to sit. Very friendly

Best price - I got a quote from the company that advertises on tv and they wanted 3x as much! And super fast - I called at 1pm, brought the car in at 3 and was done by 5. Everyone was friendly, techs on up. A neighbor said her insurance company referred her there, and another said her garage in the area sent her there. Absolutely Fantastic!!! As I was about to travel home to NYC from Vermont, I noticed a crack in my windshield (probably from a pebble) which quickly lengthened. I checked my insurance company website which directed me to Safelite. Couldn't reach them by phone (no number provided) and they didn't respond to my email so I went to the store. They told me that they did not have the windshield in stock and that I would have to come back later in the week. I told them that I was driving to NY that day and all that they had to say was try a Safelite in NYC. They were also rude and not at all service friendly. When I told my wife about my Safelite interaction she checked reviews and told me that they were mostly terrible and then after searching the internet and calling the insurance company she landed on 2 Hour Auto Glass, which has stellar reviews on Google. We called. The owner, Barry, picked up and could not have been more helpful. We had an appointment for 8:00am the next morning...he had the windshield in stock...he arranged it so that our insurance paid him directly so that we were not out the cash pending reimbursement...the windshield was replaced and I was out of the shop in 45 minutes...the people who did the work were friendly and helpful...and more. You get the point...if you have any issues with your auto glass, GO TO 2 HOUR AUTO GLASS. You will be very happy that you did. And...I loved Barry...great guy.

Where do I begin? So happy to have been referred here by my cousin. Barry has been around for decades and been doing top notch work since. I had to replace my rear hatch windshield and I didn’t want to wait days since it was raining the next day. Called Barry and he took me in right then. He had me in and out within an hour as promised. A week after I had noticed a very slight creaking noise. I’m very picky when it comes to noises. Barry was extremely understanding and made sure customer satisfaction was his priority. He had his men look at it right away and fixed it. I was amazed at how sincere and humble he truly is. Where else can you find a shop owner who will literally get off of his seat in his office to walk to your car to make sure it’s done right? A shop like this is rare nowadays and this level of customer satisfaction is unbeatable. The reviews speak for themselves and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs glass repairs.

I came home between xmas and new years to find my car window smashed (the day before I had to drive all the way up to upstate NY in snow!) and insurance said they wouldn’t even cover it. Woke up Thursday morning to my back windshield smashed completely. I contacted 2 Hour Auti Glass and made an appointment. I was on my lunch break from the MTA. Had a little crack in my windshield, Geico send out safelite to repair but actually cracked it more and ending up needing a replacement, but Geico won’t pay for my OEM windshield , had a bad time arguing with them back and forth ,and finally found Barry and he got me approved!!!!!! Amazed and impressed how quick he got everything approved & replaced within 24 hours !!! Definitely worth the commute and would refer to anyone who needs to get their glass work done !

I was leaving work and my rear window was broken! I called a few places and they all said they’ll need a few days to order the window, and they gave the same prices as these guys did. I spoke with the two brothers and they got that window in less than an hour. It took them about 40 minutes to install it. They took me the same day, no wait. It cost me $325, $225 for the window and $100 for labor, plus I tipped the worker $20 (total $345). The other places I called, quoted me the same price. About $200 for the window and $100 for labor. They prefer cash but they accept credit too. These guys are quick, efficient and they did a great job. I’m ecstatic that they’re close to my office and they came up first on my Google search. If anything like this ever happens again, I’m definitely going to them. Highly recommend.

Yelp only allows 5 stars but I give 2 Hour Auto Glass 10 stars! A rock fell from the sky and cracked my windshield. My insurance company recommended an auto shop within my area. I called immediately but it was already towards the end of the day. Luckily, I caught Barry heading out the door. One would typically think Im told to "call back during business hours". WRONG. Barry was extremely kind and accommodating. He started the replacement process then and there, kept in contact with me the entire duration, and followed up as soon as the part came in. The day usually vanishes with two small children and I missed a couple calls from the shop. Barry made communicating convenient by texting. I texted back at 11PM thinking he'll answer me in the morning. Again, WRONG. I received a text back shortly letting me know the part is ready to install and to come in first thing in the morning. I brought my car in and it was ready within an hour! I can not thank Barry and 2 Hour Auto Glass enough for making this experience easy, smooth, and stress-free. I would recommend them 100%!

Amazingly fast and courteous service. My car's rear windshield shattered out of nowhere (probably due to the cold/heat cycles we're going through in NY), so I brought it here for replacement. Joe was very courteous, handled all the insurance related stuff, and gave me an hour and a half wait time to pick up my car. I got a call within 40 minutes that the car was done and ready for pickup! It's a GEICO preferred shop, so if you have GEICO, definitely go here; They'll take good care of you! If you have glass coverage, you don't have to pay any deductible. The installers were very nice and went the extra mile to clean up any residue that was left on the car body because of the tape I had put on temporarily. Definitely recommend!

Awesome service! I come to joe and the guys whenever I get a new car to get my tints done. Fernando is a master with the tints and ensures you’re satisfied before you leave. They use Suntek Carbon Tints which are high quality films (none of that garbage purplish s**t). I highly recommend them they’re amazing at replacing glass as well they replaced one of my Hino Commercial trucks front glass (Tough Job But Nothing For Them) I had 35% done in the front and 20% in the back came out amazing. During a short trip to Washington DC, someone broke into our rental car by breaking a window panel. We needed to drop family members off in Brooklyn later that evening, but had other plans already booked the next day in New Jersey, so besides being upset about the vandalism itself, the timing couldn't have been worse. We called a couple of different places on our drive to Brooklyn, and were given a couple of quotes that seemed high and 2 Hour Auto Glass's seemed the most reasonable. The next day, I brought the car in and Barry already seemed to have the glass on hand and after some shuffling around of the existing cars from the work area, the install itself felt like it only took 15 minutes or so. I couldn't imagine a smoother experience and did not have to make any changes to our travel plans thanks to Barry and 2 Hour Auto Glass. Highly recommended!

I've actually got work done here 3 separate times. The first was after the NYPD smashed 1 of my rear windows out, these guys had my car fixed up and all the smashed glass clean out and the car returned to me within 2 hours of me calling to ask for quote. Second and third, I got my tints done here. Got 55% the first time and since it wasn't dark enough for my liking and had a bit of residue from the tint job on the bottom of my rear windshield. So when I called about having the tints redone to 20% and to fix the residue issue, they gave me a decent sized discount to get it done. Barry is pretty cool and easy to reach, I don't like the other guy who works there very much lol.

I would like to say THANK YOU to Barry and Chris for getting my windshield fix in 3 hrs today when I called this morning. I got a crack in windshield and was recommended by my auto insurance to use Safelite. However, appointment was made to come and they called me this morning if I could go over there instead. Therefore, I went there and then they said I need to change the whole windshield. To cut is short, I am not impressed the people over there. No parking place and the people in the front desk was not nice and with attitude as if i am stupid. I did mad an appointment to come back next week. But I am not comfortable and I do not like the way I was being treated so I googled and found 2 hr auto glass. I called and Barry was so professional and nice on the phone and confirmed that they had my part and asked me to come over. Barry and the entire 2 Hour Auto Glass team are *the best.* I would give them 10 stars if I could. My window was seriously shattered by some sidewalk construction adjacent to where I’d parked. A few days after I discovered this, I was meant to take a road trip to see friends—my first such trip after the brutal covid year. And now it was now in jeopardy thanks to said window. Barry called Volkswagen multiple times a day to put pressure on them to deliver the replacement glass as fast as possible so that I could still take my trip. He was a true advocate, and I took much comfort in knowing he was doing everything he possibly could. Thank goodness, he was able to get the window early on the morning I was meant to leave. So I was my car was broken into on a Sunday morning and I realized at 12:20. After waiting for the police to arrive and locating window repair places I came across 2 Hour Glass Auto. My front windshield had been replaced a few years ago and probably not the best job because the rubber strip holding in the window began to detach from the window. It was flapping when I drove, a dangerous situation. Barry had his guys help me right away. They assessed the situation - it could be repaired without a new window - and then they stripped away the old rubber, cleaned the area and repaired it. This was fast and at a very reasonable cost. I was very relieved and grateful that they could take care of this so quickly.

Oh my goodness, Barry and Joe were AMAZING. The BEST. EVER. I went to my car at 6:30 this morning to find my side window shattered and a brick in my car. Insurance didn’t cover glass. Called safelite, their earliest appt was in two weeks and I was quoted at $500 after tax and fees. Called at least five other places who either wanted the same money or they couldn’t get to it in the next week or both. At maybe 9:00AM I called 2 hour. Joe asked me the year, make, and model, and said “I’ll have the glass by 11.” And quoted me at roughly half the safelite price. I thought he meant May 11 at first, but meant 11AM… TODAY. He took a $50 credit card deposit over the phone, I paid the rest on arrival, and I’m writing this review with my mind blown in my car outside their shop with a perfectly installed side window and no glass ANYWHERE in my car. I mean, there was glass everywhere. They didn’t have to vacuum. I’m so grateful. Honest. Fast. Inexpensive. Transparent. It was so easy that I thought it might be a scam because everything went so smoothly, but nope… just a business run by Joe and Barry who are apparently two guys who know what the hell they’re doing. If I ever have glass problems with my car, I’m coming back here.

My car rear window was smashed. I called this place and Barry requested a small deposit to place the window order. I had the option of buying a new or used window. Since my car is older, a used one was fine. Barry was kind enough to offer me parking at his lot until the window gets put on. However, I declined, simply because I needed my car to get back home since I'm not from Brooklyn. The next morning, I received a call stating that the glass was delivered and to bring in my car. On a Saturday, I discovered that a nick on the windshield of my Subaru Forester had turned into a full blown crack across the middle after snow and ice got in it during the most recent nor'easter. My car rear window was broke during the night. I woke up and called them at 8am. I spoke with Joe who told me they could have my car ready by 11am. After doing the police reports etc. I arrived by 10:15am. I was told my car would be ready with in an hour. At 11:24am I received the call that my car was ready. I also got a new 35% tint for my front driver and passenger window for $99. Talk about a deal. My insurance covered the repair but even if it was out of pocket it would have only cost me about $299. Go here and they will get you right.

Barry and his crew pulled off a miracle!! I woke up in the morning and went to load my car with camping gear for the weekend, I was leaving in a couple hours. My car had been vandalized over night, the entire back window was broken out. I was desperate to fix the window so I could leave ASAP and not have to cancel my weekend plans. First I called the dealership, then I tried Safelite. Both never got back to me. I was close to tears thinking I’d have to cancel my weekend. But Barry and crew came through and saved the day!! Barry went above and beyond to replace my front winshield. Without asking he ordered a new certified Subaru window, to align/calibrate with eyesight cameras. They followed all COVID protocols and were done in little over an hour. They worked directly with Geico to have the claim approved. They did an incredible job, and I am so grateful for their help! Geico recomended Safelight, and the first appointment two weeks out plus their reviews are terrible. Furthermore the local Subaru repair shops would not replace a window or did not work with Geico.

I wanted to post a quick review on my experience in the store. I had a bad scuff mark on my passenger side front window of my 2013 Toyota Corolla and I wanted to do something about it. I googled glass places and this place came up on the near the top of the search. I called and I spoke to Barry. He was super nice and asked me to come right down, which I did about a 1/2 hour later. Once I got there, he looked at it, pulled out some compound, got rid of it. I was stunned when h said that he wouldn't charge me for it.. which I thought was extremely kind. I then asked if he tinted windows, which he did. Because there was a car ahead of me, I did have to wait a bit, but that's totally fine, because during that time, I got to talk to Barry and I got to know him on a more personal level. What I found, was that he is not only a great guy, but honest and very professional. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get their windows tinted, or have their windows replaced, go to this place. You won't be sorry you did.

Our car window was broken in a smash-and-grab on Friday evening. I called the Big Auto Glass Chain and all their shops had closed at 3 on Friday, with no weekend hours. Made a reservation for Monday, for a very high price. On Saturday I started looking around, got a recommendation for Barry at 2-Hour. He told us to come right in, gave me good directions, was a great guy, as was his mechanic, and had us out of there in about half an hour. PLUS the price was $150 less than the big guys. Over the 2015 winter someone recklessly shattered the windshield of my friends car I was taking care of. I called up the crew of Two Hour Auto Glass, and they were very helpful and willing to get the job done! They gave me a great price for the front windshield of the 2008 honda which needed fixing. Someone broke into my car early in the morning. I spent half the morning trying to find someone who was 1. Open (on a Sunday) and 2. Had the glass on deck (as opposed to having to order it). It’s SUNDAY morning on LABOR DAY weekend and I am in a panic because my Driver Side window was broken over night and I need the car to get to work. I call almost a dozen places and get what I expected; they are not open till Tuesday. I call 2 Hour Auto Glass, Barry answers, he says come on down we are open and have the glass. From there I have one of the most incredible “auto shop” experiences in my 20 years of driving and having to get stuff fixed. I meet Chris, who is the technician that installs the new window and he is really nice and helpful. I meet Barry, who greets me by saying “hey come in I am making us coffee”. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone because so often you go to these places and you are ready for short answers and a bad attitude while waiting for the “there's a problem” shoe to drop. Not here. Barry and Chris and by extension 2 Hour Auto Glass are incredible. This is the first time I have ever written a Google review but its the least I could do to pay them back for being there on a holiday weekend.

They done great job to replace windshield but I see lot of new scratches on top of the hood. Mine is full-size SUV, means it is high body frame. I understand the work is harder than smaller cars but they should cover it with blanket or something.

My car has been getting vandelized on a regularly. Why???? I don't know. Anyway, this time they decied to broke one of my side back windows. A co-worker told me about the area that would have good people that would be able to replace the glass. So I started out on my scearch. I stop by a small garage on Third Ave. in Brookyln. The Mechanic there told me to continue down to 19th St. and that Auto Glass was the cheapest and the best. I found it and Joe helped me. My window was repaired and my car cleaned up within 30 mins. I was impressed! The price was right and they were fast. You can't ask for anything more. They Are The Best!
