I called on a Wednesday afternoon to inquire about a quote for a windshield replacement and Fred quickly picked up my call. He didn't pressure me into scheduling a service when giving me my quote, which was appreciated! He was able to schedule me in for the next day (other places had at least a four day wait, and the crack in my windshield was spreading due to the weather). Fred gave me a quote over the phone that was comparable to other places I reached out to and a time window of 12 to 2. He arrived during the window and before arriving, he sent me a text that he was 20 minutes away, which was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, he replaced my windshield in just 30 minutes. He gave me instructions on how to care for my new glass and gave me multiple payment options. I appreciate that he was able to meet me where I was and how quickly he replaced my windshield. I would highly recommend Rockville Auto Glass Replacement and Fred for any glass replacement needs. He is professional, timely, and friendly. Hopefully I won't have glass issues in the future but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Fred!

Nothing but good things to say about Fred. He's a one-man show and works out of his van. Man, does he deserve all these 5-star reviews! Called him at 10AM, he came to me at 4PM to replace my passenger side glass window. Communicated with me throughout the day about his ETA. He vacuumed up all the glass shards from inside the door as well as on the floor. Very thorough job and clearly an expert. Also very pleasant to talk to. I am sharing this review about Fred's positive attitude. We have recently bought a car from a dealer, found a small crack in the windshield. The dealership refused to take care of it or discuss the issue, so I posted a negative review. A few days later, the dealership got back to me in response to the review, and said they scheduled an appointment for Rockville Auto Glass Replacement to install a new windshield. However, they refused to pay for it after booking the appointment. During this whole process, Fred has been responsive and helpful in his communication with me. I learned that (sadly) it is usually not easy to work with a dealership on this kind of issues. Really appreciate the timely feedback from Fred, and will definitely consider his business for future needs!

My windshield cracked and had to be replaced. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and I was able to get my windshield replaced within a very short amount of time. They offer mobile service - which makes everything so convenient for me as I work from home and still was able to get the repair done on a workday. The windshield got replaced at my home on the driveway. This was my first time getting the windshield replaced and so I had a lot of questions and concerns both before and during the replacement. Fred (who replaced my windshield) was patient and answered all my questions. He’s very knowledgeable, very experienced, and the finished work is great. The cover to my car’s rear view mirror was hard to put back, and Fred really took the time to make sure that everything clicked into place. Overall it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend their service!

Fred has my enthusiastic recommendation following a windshield replacement two weeks ago. From the first call to the follow-up, he has been professional, courteous, kind, efficient and competent. We initially spoke by phone then exchanged texts to confirm everything. His quote was competitive and the work comes with a lifetime leak warranty. He and an assistant arrived on time, finished within an hour then left after giving clear instructions and explaining why they were important. It rained about a week later and the rain sensor wasn’t working. I texted him and called the next day. It turns out he had texted back immediately (which oddly showed up days later with a time stamp indicating it had been delivered two minutes after mine) and offered to come the next day to check. He arrived as promised, reattached the rain sensor, showed me what had happened and had me watch while he tested it. All done in 15 minutes, and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. It is nice to find businesses who work with integrity and value relationships, even more transactional ones like this. I would happily engage them again any time the opportunity arises.

I was visiting relatives for the weekend when a deer jump over my car and smashed my windshield. I was not familiar with any local services. I called them based on reviews and they stated they were 24 hr service company. It was a late Friday night and holiday weekend. They were understanding, not pushy, and straight forward. They had no problems replacing my window on a Holiday in the freezing cold. They called an hour prior to appointment, gave instructions, and were over half hour early. He was a very professional guy and explained everything in details before he proceeded to repair. He always gave me pros and cons for the options he proposed (My windshield chip was a bit tricky one which may have caused cracking). He eventually could repair the chip without causing any issue and price was just USD 65. No hidden price. He drove up to my house and took about less than 30 min to repair it. Fred was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient. The quote given was precise. He worked with me two times - once he delivered the auto glass on time however it was the wrong windshield (my mistake, he made his best effort with me to bring the correct glass over the phone beforehand). He explained to me the differences in functionality and price and asked me which I would like. I went with the slightly more expensive option (which wasn’t the much), and he ordered the glass, returning the next day once again on time. They’re amazing! I woke up to find my passenger side’s window on my 2016 civic had been broken in order for the thieves to steal the airbag in the steering wheel. As well as tested the surrounding components to ensure all possible affected areas were working properly. Their price at completion was more than reasonable. After the job was completed they cleaned up the surrounding area, as well as cleaned the interior of the car which was affected. I own a 2000 E Class Mercedes Benz. To my surprise, the back window went down and would not come back up. Shortly after, I was driving and a rock hit my window so I contacted this company right away (first thing that showed up for google search in my area). The service exceeded my expectations. These people knew what they were doing and they helped me with both issues at lower cost than expected, especially with what I considered a difficulty task considering the door is dented on the side where the window that would not go down. I strongly recommend their services for cracks. They even vacuumed the inside of my car a little to make sure there was not any glass.
