They came to me and during the installation, they found something the last person had messed up on. I thought it was great that they let me know. I have a 2018 Toyota RAV4 and my windshield was basically cracked in half across the middle. I worked with Gary and JR today and they were so professional and kind. Gary was so informative the entire process, I inquired about their services on Tuesday and we set up a time for Friday morning. I was originally going to use Safelite and was going to pay $900!! But my mom told me about DMV auto glass repair and they saved me $500!! I will be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs their help!

Contact originally made as an inquiry through the website at about 0700 12/21/21Tuesday morning. Within 5 minutes of the company opening hours I received an email as to answer my inquiry. I did my homework, read the reviews and decided to have them replace my windshield. I was called by Gary, we talked for a few minutes and set up a next morning appointment. On 12/22/21 Gary called to tell me when he was arriving within the appointment time. Once he and his associate arrived, I was very professionally and warmly greeted. He told me the entire process and made sure I didn't have any questions. Within 45 minutes my windshield was replaced. It was well done and they took special care to make sure they didn't leave any trash or other markings. Once completed, Gary then called me again to tell me he was finished. He gave me a receipt, I paid him for services rendered and we parted ways. I would absolutely recommend DMV Auto for any glass replacement needs. And I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had my car vandalized and needed a new windshield. My insurance uses Safelite who by the way has monopolized the business, but had no appointments for 2 weeks. I called around on my own and was referred to DMV. Gary was extremely helpful polite professional and was able to squeeze me in. He was unable to install my windshield due to rain and came on his day off to complete the job. I highly recommend him and his company THANKS GARY!!

This was such a fantastic business! I just discovered my car was broken into this morning - my window was completely shattered. This business answered my call, quickly gave a time estimate and was able to arrive same day. Within only a few hours, my car was installed with a new window! Additionally, they did a complimentary vacuuming service which cleared out all of the glass in my car. The price I paid was also much cheaper than safelite or other services would have charged. He even took a trip to a nearby Autozone to help complete the repair and was still done in a short span of time. I wish I can give this guy 10 stars. Called them around 12 PM had my window replaced by 3 PM. I Called two companies before calling Gary, he was the only one who offered same day service came within 2 hours job was done in less then one hour cleaned after himself did a quality job very professional. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who is in need to replace their car window.

After doing a bit of research for the best price and reviews in the area I chose this company. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Gary came the next day to replace my windshield and was done within an hour or less. My original windshield came with a few cosmetic details on it. Gary came with the exact replacement of my original windshield along with 2 other cost effective options. I thought that was very nice and speaks to his high level of customer service for him to not only bring what I requested but also bring options. I hope I don't have to replace my windshield or any other windows on my car, but if that should occur I will definitely be giving Gary a call.

When he encountered evidence that my windshield had been replaced before (Used car, so we were unaware) and there was damage to a retaining bracket, he brought me out so I could see the previous work done. Appreciate his transparency, his straight-forward approach, and his positive attitude. And the price was great too! Highly recommend and will definitely call him again if we ever have need of any more auto glass repair. 5. Shiny. Stars.
