Can’t say enough good things about this place. We from out of town going to Virginia Beach and our windshield got hit with a rock on the way causing a dent/chip large enough that the windshield needed to be replaced. While that circumstance sucked, the guys at Low Price Auto Glass certainly don’t. They were very pleasant to deal with (thanks so much Richard!) and treated us like locals and replaced the windshield at a great price in a few hours. Highly recommend these guys!

These folks are the best. My truck's windshield was shattered by a large rock on our way to Virginia Beach from Texas. Although the rock put a large dent along the frame of the window, they were able to straighten the frame and replace the window, at no extra charge. And they water-proofed the gash that the rock put in roof, again at no charge. All at a fair cost.

I broke the side window on my truck. I first got an estimate from safelite, and they wanted 400$ to repair and they couldn’t do it for a week. I called low price auto glass they said they could do it in the next hour for 190. I was worried about quality for such a low price, but when I got it back it was good as new. They also matched my previous tint on the window free of charge. I have consistently gone back to this business and highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Absolutely the best! I called them at closing yesterday but even though they were already closed they answered and told me to bring my vehicle the next morning and they would be done by 1. Not only did they knock the job out of the park but the were done early! In a day and age where people over promise and under deliver they killed and over delivered for sure. I was referred to Low Price Auto Glass by Bannister Nissan in Chesapeake. I originally went to Bannister Nissan because I had a leak in the seal around my windshield. I was hesitant to take their recommendation for fear that it would be pricey. I noticed their apt name and decided to try out Low Price Auto Glass anyway. I had a great experience. I arrived and one of their techs took a look at my windshield. He was really nice and knowledgeable. He not only showed me what the issue was after just 10 minutes he explained how I could fix it myself. After all that they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. When I first started talking with him he initially thought my windshield needed replacing completely. The price he quoted was very reasonable but thankfully that didn't end up being necessary. Overall I walked away knowing they had great prices, will look at your issue for free, and even explain how to fix something myself. I am very pleased and will definitely be going back when I have a bigger issue with either of my cars.

Nice quality work, the I'm guessing owner who dealt with me was pretty stand up guy. Prices were reasonable. 4/5 stars for quality speed and price (I called ahead and made sure they had my windshield and went at a weird time midweek). One complaint is minor but I'm not out here just throwing around 5 star ratings. The work was a bit messy, like it's clear they had some shavings/epoxy or plastic/rubber from the process that was on my dash and cab also on top of my steering wheel. Nothing overly terrible but I had gotten me truck detailed before and was caught off guard when I got it back...it wouldn't take much for their techs to run a microfiber cloth over the dashboard and possibly leave it cleaner than they found it.

Real Class Act!! That was probably one of the easiest experiences at a shop that I've had! I Broke My Window and called 5 minutes after it happened. They told me to bring it by and gave me a quote. I did ask my insurance rep. who the use for covered repairs. I was referred to a major company and was quoted over $700.00 for replacement. I contacted Low Price Auto Glass based purely on reviews (excellent), and was not disappointed. Total parts, labor and tax was $390. Customer service was pleasant and professional.

This place is a great business - period. Run by fine honest people who do good work at a very reasonable price. I went to them about a year ago because i thought my truck's back window was leaking. They took a look at it and let me know it was actually just a bad seal on my upper rear brake light assembly at the top of the cab. I was able to buy a new seal for $10 bucks and fix it myself. I know many auto repair places who would replace or "fix" the window even though it wasn't the actual problem and then charge an arm and a leg. I thought that was pretty awesome and showed their honesty. The other day I had a huge rock bounce up and crack my windshield on the highway. My insurance deductible was too pricey, and I decided to pay out of pocket. Safelite or other big name auto glass places wanted more than $500 to do the job. I'm glad i remembered Low Price Auto Glass. They had my windshield in stock, and charged less than half of what the big name shops wanted. They replaced my windshield in less than 2 hours. Great place! I highly recommend

Amazing team of professionals! I attempted to have my windshield repaired and when I was told that it was too far gone for repair, I was advised to come here and avoid Safelite. This was at 1pm on a Saturday and Richard, who answered the phone, was trying to count how many cars to associates he had left to see if he could get me in same day! How kind! I wasn’t going to be able to make it but brought it in today (the following Saturday) and they had my windshield replaced and everything recalibrated in less than 3 hours! The service was more than I could ever ask for — fast, friendly, trustworthy, above and beyond! While I hope to never need a windshield replaced again, I feel so much better knowing such a wonderful location is right around the corner! Thank you so, so much to this team!

I had a bad regulator to my 2001 Tahoe and Andy who I assume is the owner explained to me the issue and in a way I can understand. He then in minutes contacted other places to find the cheapest part for my vehicle and even though they were busy and it was going to be a 2 hour wait he extended the use of his own vehicle to my wife and I so we can go about our day until the repairs were completed which was 20 minutes earlier than promised. The quality of professionalism and customer from Andy and his entire staff is second to no one. I am highly recommending this place of business to anyone. Great business! So a rock hit my window (again). So I called my insurance company and they sent a certain company to my home to fix it (4 days afterward, heck my car sat through a hurricane lol). The so called company cracked my window beyond repair within 5 mins of arriving. Ok sooo there I was .... said company wants to charge me 375.47 for window and 175 for labor (WHAT?). Needless to say I call Low Price Auto Glass and he was GREAT! I cant say how thankful I am to them. 225 dollars later I have a brand new window that was exactly like my other one !!! He was Very professional, it was installed the next morning and ready an hour and half later! Highly recommend!

Someone broke into my car, threw a rock through my front passenger side window. After calling multiple body shops/auto repair centers in the area including Safelite for an estimate I kept getting quotes ranging $350-450!!! Ridiculous... Low Price Auto Glass called me back within 24 hours with a quote <$200, told me to bring it in that day, and replaced the window and vacuumed out most of the glass inside the door all within 1.5 hours. AMAZING. They don't price gouge like the others. They are fast and efficient and very reasonably priced.

First let me say this would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the way I was treated today. I got a new windshield installed on my 2005 Subaru Forester XT on Saturday. It turned out great and I was extremely happy with the customer service. The older gentleman who I can only assume is the owner was very active in giving all of us waiting estimates on when the car would be going in to the shop and where we were in the cue. I waited for almost 3hrs to have the windshield installed but it was worth it. My car is equipped with windshield wiper defrosters and after further inspection of the new windshield I couldn’t see where there were defroster strips. On my factory windshield they were OBVIOUS. I decided to swing back by the shop today to have them double checked it. My exact words to the same older gentleman were “I’m not sure but I think you may have installed the wrong windshield that doesn’t have the defroster, but I wanted to have you double check”. We walked outside and he instantly started talking about how I embarrassed him and his business and why would he ever install he wrong windshield and he never would have told me to bring it in if he didn’t have the correct product and so on...the entire time he is trying to just walk away from me and is not friendly at all. He pointed out the defroster strips that you can barely see in the lower black section and I instantly apologized and thanked him for showing me all while he was still talking about how I have somehow embarrassed him. I was literally planning on giving them a 5 star review and was about to schedule a time to have $650 worth of window tinting done but I will happily find a different shop that prides themselves on customer service and never makes a customer feel uncomfortable for wanting to confirm he was given the correct product. Again they did a good job and everything turned out great but you should never treat a customer the way I was treated especially when I never once said they were in the wrong and never got upset the entire time.

Inwas VERY please with the customer service from beginning to end! Low Price Auto Glass was recommended by VW Delearship, I called immediately, was offered a next day appointment on the spot. I came early as they recommended, I was out in 1 hour, given instructions regarding the Glass repair with Lifetime warranty verbally and in writing. The best part is that they drove me to get breakfast and picked me up! I was going to catch a Lyft, they instead offered door to door service, knowing I was a transplant from the Peninsula! I came to find this business after Geico referred me to another one of their "preferred' vendors. The other vendor was unable to accommodate me as I have a classic vehicle, which has a discontinued glass availability. After searching for other piece of replacement class for 4 months, I was quite disappointed when the owner told me the glass I had purchased was incomplete and unusable. I have a Jeep Wrangler so replacing windshields is pretty much an annual event. In the past I have always used SafeLite. Today I had my windshield replaced by Low Price Auto Glass and I will never go anywhere else from now on. This was my second time using their shop. These guys are amazing. I live 40 min away and i will still travel the distance to their shop. The service was extremely short notice as someone had vandalized my car. I called for a qoute, they had the exact glass in and it was even tinted like my original glass. I showed up and the were super busy but they got me in and out so quickly. They even vacuumed the broken glass in the back seat. I purchased a 2010 Mercedes benz about three months ago then a rock shattered my winshield on the highway.great luck after contacting the dealer for replacement the dealer "Charles barker" preowned, referred me to Low price autoglass. After calling several other glass companies for price comparison I found this company to be at least 30% cheaper then the closest competitor. with the dealers recommendation I scheduled a mobile installation. Lowprice autoglass showed up on time at my job installed my new winshield in less than a hour. the installer was the most professional technician ive ever experienced, I was a little nervous about this procedure since this was my first winshield experience and I just bought this car. After talking to the technician "Louis" I was completely comfortable. The winshield was installed with no problems in less then a hour and looked better than new! AWSOME!!!!!!
