I called the same day and she was able to see me that same afternoon. It was very quick probably less than 45 minutes. She gave some good advice of what not to do next time to prevent future cracks not only on the car that she repaired but for all cars. She was very friendly and I love her little dog. The repair also comes with lifetime warranty. It will NOT be perfect for some but she is correct, the factory seal is atleast still there which is a safety issue. I am very satisfied with Jody and Dale's work and she will give recommendations for places that will help you pass inspection.

Called and got a same day appointment, they took me in right on time and had me out in under an hour. They repaired a long crack in my windshield and it is almost invisible now, won’t bother me while driving at all. She even helped me call my insurance to get it covered properly. Came in with a small crack that went in multiple directions, in the bottom passenger corner of my windshield. Progressive wanted me to go to safelite and get a full replacement windshield for $430+, they would not pay a dime. Jody was able speak to progressive for me, get them to pay part of the cost of repair, and I only ended up with $30 out of pocket. A HUGE deal with a new baby on the way in 9 weeks! Best part is that the repair comes with a warranty and I can’t even see the crack anymore! Will certainly send plenty of clients their way. So thankful for their expertise and kindness.

This place has so many 5-stars for a reason. They do A1 work for an extremely affordable price. Every windshield replacement company will push you to replace, but why replace and break the factory seal when you can have it repaired! These guys are so good they fixed a nice long crack in my glass, and when some guy hit my car and totalled it a few months later the windshield and repair was still intact! These guys have fixed all our cars and can work on anything from Honda to Tesla to Ferrari, Benz, Rolls, Bentley etc.! Please come check these good people out. They are experts and have been doing this over 35 years!!!

Had a pebble hit my Toyota Sequoia's windshield this morning that caused a chip and growing crack. I called Jody's right away because I know they do great work (had fixed a chip in my son's car windshield a couple of years ago). I’ll start this review with a quick disclaimer: I am Jody’s daughter. I’ll do my best to make this review as unbiased as I can. Due to some recent trouble with her google account, the business’s many overwhelmingly positive reviews are no longer visible, so I feel compelled to fill in a few of the blanks for anyone who might be in search of a windshield repair company. My mom has been repairing windshields since well before I was born. (For 34 years, if my math is correct!) She and Dale are truly the best in the biz- real masters of their craft. They’re the most honest, hardest working people I’ve ever met, and they take a great deal of pride in a job well done. I promise that you’ll be very happy with the results. They have repaired my windshield twice, once on each of the 2 cars I’ve owned in my life (rocks love me!). Both repairs held up beautifully for years- they were expertly done and long-lasting. They did not spread or crack, and were nearly invisible from the driver’s side view. If, for some reason, you’re still on the fence, I should mention that my mom is incredibly personable and highly entertaining- you will not be bored! They also have two amazingly cute doggies- come for the windshield repair, stay for the pups!!

My experience at Jody’s was amazing. Earlier this morning before work a rock hit my windshield and I was stressed needless to say. Made an appointment and Jody told me to come in the same day. As soon as I pulled up they took me inside and began to work their magic. I had no idea what to expect but could tell they’ve been at it for awhile now. 100% professional giving me info on how to maintain my windshield as well as walking me through my insurance claim. I had a rock hit my windshield that I let sit for awhile until it became about a foot crack. The windshield now looks great and I can no longer see the crack that was running through it. I highly recommend this company they have a lifetime guarantee for their work. I’ll be coming back to them for sure.

You gotta go to Jody's! The short is I had to repair two vehicles with Jody's days apart. Found them in a Google search. Wife called up, told us to bring it on by while on the phone with them. Fixed in about 30 minutes. Fraction of the cost of leading competitor (they estimated about three times more without even seeing the damage!). Went home and discovered next day my son caught a rock chip in our other vehicle (teenager so you can guess whether he communicated it, smh). Anywho, two days later I'm back at Jody's! Beautiful work once again. Hard to tell it was ever damaged! They are now my go to for any windshield fixes. Hopefully, I won't need any for quite a while, but with two teenagers...

They had quoted me about $105, and I called Jody and she was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment for a fraction of the cost. She handled the claim with my insurance directly and they covered most of the cost, so by the time I had anything due out of pocket it was less than $20. She and her husband were very professional and welcoming, made me right at home while the repair was completed and gave me upkeep tips for my windshield going forward. Before you go to one of those big windshield companies call here first. They repaired my windshield in a timely manner. When the repair was done the crack was barely noticable! Had a huge crack in my windshield and thought I needed it replaced and since my insurance didn’t cover it, was expecting to pay a lot of money. Did some research and thought I may just need the crack repaired instead. Called Jody’s and she gave me an estimate that made my jaw drop, it was so much lower than anywhere else. Service was great! I Called at 9 30 this morning and they fit me in at 11 to get my window fixed. They even contacted my insurance company for me. I had a crack that I had let go for a while because every place I called said they couldn't repair anything bigger than a dollar bill and quoted me upwards of $260 for a new windshield (money I did not have). Just left Jody’s repair and the experience was wonderful. I was in and out within an hour (a few people ahead of me, and I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment). Jody called Geico, and an easily 1.5 foot crack in my windshield only costed me $30 out of pocket. These guys are awesome! Had a crack almost 2 feet long and they repaired it on my lunch break in about half an hour! Insurance said it wasn't covered when I had called a few weeks earlier but Jody assured me they would and took care of it herself! You can barely see anything now and it looks great! Best place to come if you have a cracked windshield or marks caused by rocks, or pebbles or some other mishap. Way cheaper than "Safelite" and much more educational (As they explain, the reasons, precautions, and the so called politics with Auto glass installers who DON'T tell you that a simple "Repair" is all that is needed rather than a full window replacement.) Was cruising up I-664 on my way to work when basically a meteor was kicked into the passenger side by a speeding 18 wheeler in the left lane. Wack! Great way to start the work day. Jody was great and gave you lots of information regarding competitor companies. Safelite quoted me $401 to replace the whole thing (ridiculous). The window was not shattered beyond repair so I didn't feel it was necessary to replace the whole thing because it was "bigger than a dollar bill". Don't believe these companies. I came outside to go on lunch and the starburst turned into a foot and a half crack guessing from the intense heat we've been having. She quoted me $85 to fix it once she got to look at it, it was $95 still a great deal and I only paid $20 out of pocket because she works with your insurance. Huge weight off my shoulders especially since it happened between paydays. Her and her husband Dale are very knowledgeable and overall great people along with their super adorable dog. They were very welcoming and treated you like a long time family friend. They fixed me up in a timely manner and gave me some pointers on taking care of the repair before I left. Do call her after 9AM the day you would like an appointment (work can't be done if it's raining or snowing) and make sure to bring CASH. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends. Even left a card on a dudes cracked windshield ;) Thanks guys you're the best. Hopefully I don't get wacked again but with all this construction going on in the 7 cities who knows. I know where I'll go if I'm the lucky winner again :D

I always recommend Jody's when my friends need windshield repair and they're always so elated with her work. She fixed a LONG (we're talking like 26-inch) crack in my windshield years ago. I just KNEW it was irreparable, but she made it look almost like new again! The only trace of a crack ever being in the glass was the little remnant of dirt in the glass (and if you weren't looking for it you wouldn't even notice). It's dirt that was lodged deep inside the crack over time that she couldn't get out--which was my fault, because I waited over a month before getting it repaired thinking I'd have to replace the whole windshield. The longer you wait, the harder it is to get the dirt out of any cracks, so trust me: don't put it off, stop thinking about it, and quit searching--Jody is the best, so just go to her! She's nice, super affordable and does AMAZING work.

I am in the Navy and a rock hit the windshield of my Toyota Tundra while in route to my new duty station here in the Virginia area. At first, it was just a small crack that I thought would remain localized. I was definitely wrong. Being busy with the move, I put off looking into fixing the problem and it ended up running half way across my passenger side windshield. I contacted my insurance company and they said that I would have to get a new windshield due to its size and that they would cover the replacement but I would have to pay the deductible (mine is $500) which would be the price of a new windshield anyway. I just about bit the bullet and paid to get a new windshield for my truck but while looking on the Internet for a windshield shop, I saw Jody's Windshield Repair Shop. I gave them a call and they said they could fix the over 2 foot long running crack in my windshield no problem. They said they would have to look at the size/type of crack but would run under a hundred bucks. Decided to give them a chance and was absolutely thrilled with the result. It looks great and ended up only costing me 40 bucks after Jody called my insurance company. The total cost was $90 but insurance covered $50 of it. HIGHLY recommend them! Super nice couple and definitely experienced at windshield repair and windshield knowledge in general. 5+ Stars! Thanks again!

I had a 2 year old chip in the middle of my windshield along with a 1 day old chip/crack that was quickly getting larger. I was in and out of their garage (they work from their home) in about 45 minutes. They told me ahead of time the chip would still be visible because it was so old but it wouldn't cause any issues later on. All in all I would highly recommend them!!!

As many do, I waited to get my vehicle inspected until the end of the month to get it done. unfortunately my 1/2 dime sized chip spread when the temperature dropped. Great atmosphere. Caveat: Cash or checks (remember them?) Avg cost $80 . I had a 7 inch crack that doglegged to my driver side within 4 days, Safti-glass? Replacement. $206.00. Never happier with my choice.

So much cheaper than replacing the glass for my windshield and regardless of what they try to tell you, insurance will cover part of this with no deductible. It's actually safer to have your original windshield repaired than replaced. They warranty their service, they are extremely nice, and very customer oriented. AMAZING!!!!! I called 7 different windshield replacement companies & got a range of prices from $314-$160. That was to replace my whole windshield!! Instead I go to Jody's - her husband & herself are an AWESOME TEAM! They REPAIRED the crack in my windshield so it will pass inspection!! It is still visible (but thats because its over a year old), but at least it will pass inspection! I have a lifetime warranty on it if it spreads or needs fixed they will cover it! Also, since I have full coverage on my vehicle my insurance covered OVER HALF the cost! I paid $40 instead of HUNDREDS!!! I would recommend them to ANYONE who has a crack, running crack, star, etc in their glass!!

Jody, Dale and the team did exactly what they promised. They stopped the cracks around a large bullseye and worked around a previous botched repair attempt on a wire-filament Land Rover windshield. All my life, I had been told that you can only repair chips in windshields, and running cracks would require a full replacement. But when Jody's business came up in the search results, I figured it was worth a shot. They did a fantastic job with both cracks. You can still see both, but only if you're looking hard for them and know where to look. Even then, they look like a stand of spider web landed on it. On top of that that, they were quick and very friendly. I would definitely go back there, though obviously I hope I don't have the need.

I must share my cracked windshield experience with my local friends. Don't go to safelight they did a horrible job and it continued to run. Safelight said they couldn't repair a long crack. recommended I replace the windshield $500. went to Jody. no problem repairing crack only issue was fixing the bad job safelight did. guaranteed her work for life. It's been nearly three years since Jody fixed a massive crack in my windshield. It's still slightly visible, but that's really my vault for dragging my feet on the repair - I thought I was going to have to replace the entire windshield. If I could give them more stars I would!!! Safelife repaired a divot caused by a rock less than a month ago, and it turned in a 6ish inch crack yesterday. Call them and they said there was a 3% failure rate & I had to buy a new windshield - $528 for my 2014 Sonic. No thanks, found another shop that told me $325. Jody & Dale repaired the crack in under 45 minutes for $75. They are amazing people!! They explain everything to you, call your insurance for you and are honest people! Don't let corporate, high tier company's upsell you & push you around...call Jody's! There was one gentleman leaving as I came in and 2 more people behind me, all who refused to pay $$$$$ for a new windshield when theirs was repairable, with a lifetime warranty. Bring cash or check and relax knowing they aren't going to screw you over.

She repaired it and Dale did the rest and got me out of there after 30 minutes. Both are very friendly and funny and I love them. Jody also gave me a Hello Kitty phone sticker for my iPhone! Visited the shop this morning, and left a very happy customer! I was able to call Jody in advance and set up an appointment time to come in, and have my windshield looked at. Jody was able to repair what Safelite said they couldn't. Safelite wanted to charge me $350 for an entire replacement, and I walked out of Jody's shop paying $20 (AllState paid $59) for a repair. She guarantees her work, and is super friendly.
