I needed a new windshield on my rental truck before I had to turn it in. I usually use my insurance when I rent a car, but with my deductible being so high and experiencing a crack in the windshield that would cost less than the deductible, I will from this point on add on their insurance. But that is a topic for another review. I went in to ask for the windshield, the lady at the front desk came out and assessed the windshield and told me that I would be able to come in the next day to have it replaced! Nice! The next day, I arrived when they opened at 8am. Another lady at the counter informed me that the windshield would be arriving at 9:30am. No problem for me since they could fit me in the schedule the next day. It was about 2 hours after that when they were finished. All of the ladies that work behind the desk were professional. If you need any auto glass work done, come here instead of the other place where you know the jingle. The service will be quicker and prices cheaper.

I was gonna go through Safelite Auto for a new windshield for my Nissan Cargo Van and they told me it was gonna cost $1,000 through the insurance but they had to order it since it wasn’t in stock. I then went on vacation, came back and the windshield was still on order. So I decided to go on Google Maps and I just happened to find Auto Glass Now. I stopped in and got an estimate. I’m happy I did because a new windshield with labor only costed me $330! Not only was it cheaper than Safelite Auto but they got me a new windshield on the same day within 3 hours! I was mind blown! Also, the lady and man at the front desk were friendly and professional and the tech’s definitely know what they’re doing. Great job! Thank you! Highly recommend! 👏🏻

I've been coming to this business for years. I love that they can work quickly and when it's going to be a while they are upfront about it instead of just having you waiting around. There's the drop off option that I like as well. They call you to make sure you know when it's complete if you decide to use the drop off option or sit outside option. You can also sit inside. My car was recently vandalized and they were able to order my replacement window by lunch and have it installed not too long after. I will continue to use this business, you should too.

What a great customer service and outstanding performance, I drove all the way from North Dakota, and here I had a crack on my windshield, the lady upfront “Alexia” helped me, got me in and within seven minutes, my windshield crack all disappeared, and clean as a whistle. Even the technician from the shop, he was so confident he told me you won’t even notice it. It will be a slash like a bug on your windshield, and he was right.!! Highly recommended.

My appointment with another glass repair company... Well let's just say they didn't fix my vehicle... the tech from the OTHER company that came out to do the replacement told me that the glass on the vehicle was tempered glass and he couldn't replace it bc he only came out with laminate glass, but it clearly stated on the other windows that they were all laminate. He left without replacing it. I called Auto Glass Now bc I wanted my glass fixed.. I was frustrated with the lack of knowledge the other company had. I spoke to Chris on the phone from Auto Glass Now who ensured me that the only glass that was out in the market was the laminate glass and he could have it fixed the next day. I booked the appointment and came went in the next day. I was greeted by Alexis. From the time they took my keys till the time I got them back.... 20 mins. Had another vehicle that needed glass replacement and Alexis was able to work with the insurance company to get that glass ordered in for the next day. They even vacuumed up the entire interior. Awesome work and awesome customer service by everyone. Would recommend and will be recommending them to anyone else who needs their glass repaired or replaced on their vehicles. Thank you!

Thought I needed to replace my back glass on an old car. The technician advised against replacement since the newer glasses don't come with the trim /gasket which I was afraid had dry rotted and would cause a leak. He checked and said the glass wasn't loose! What an honest place! I would HIGHLY recommend this business that has great integrity! So thankful for his honesty! They were more interested in doing the right thing than making money at my expense!

First off I would like to say:WOW. I called on 23Aug2018. They quoted me the best price for replacing my windshield. They even said that they would price match if I found any place cheaper. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I got an afternoon appointment the next day for 2pm. I arrived a little bit early at around 140pm. The man was very welcoming and had great customer service. Got me checked in and said that it would take about an hour or an hour and a half. By 207pm, my car was already done. I was shocked! I paid my exact quotes price ($150 to replace my windshield that had none of the extra sensor features). I am amazed by this company and their customer service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will return again in the future if I ever have to!

Had my windshield replaced, and it took less than an hour. Due to the glass shortage it may take a while for them to get the window you need (in my experience a few days, but other vehicles may take longer), but when they say they can do it at a given time, they mean that time. My car was taken into the bay exactly when my appointment was scheduled. Unfortunately, you really only notice the quality of your windshield replacement if it is bad: your new windshield working just like the factory-installed one isn't something you notice, it leaking is something you will. So places like this don't get much positive feedback. I have not had any problems with their work and do not expect any, and look forward to completely forgetting it was done.

They repaired two windshield nicks on my car. The office staff were very courteous. Even though they were rather busy, the repair only took 45 minutes. The location is easy to find, but there is a lack of parking space. First impressions mean a lot: the office interior and customer service area are a bit grubby. The office staff could have been more professionally dressed. Still, the work they did on my windshield was great and it didn't take long for them to do it. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a windshield replaced for a 2014 Mustang V6. The cost was $305 without the Mustang logo on the windshield. I got there at 1:45 pm for my 2pm appointment. My car was ready by 320pm. I drove off and noticed that my rear view mirror was shaking. I had to take it back and they fixed it right away. They told me that the guy who worked on it did not know about a spring lock on the mirror. I spent an hour of my time coming back to the shop to fix the issue due to traffic.

The gentleman who came out was unbelievably sweet and communicated well. (Working from home ) he cleaned up and advised me to get new wipers before I scratch the my windshield. The company saved me a solid $200 safe lite wanted to charge a good $300 plus dollars for them to do it that didn't include install or disposal fee for an 04 jeep. Nothing fancy. I have recommended the services to quite a few of my friends for their wonderful services and prices

Best experience I've had getting anything done to my car. Polite, professional, and quick. They did my windshield replacement for $40 to $70 less than any of the other glass shops in the area. I only sat for about 20 minutes before they pulled my car back. The windshield was replaced and car was ready to go within an hour. On top of that, they did NOT make a mess in my car, or improperly reattach my rear view mirror like Binswanger did. I will go here for any auto glass needs from now on.

Great experience with this place. I called around 12pm to get a quote, which was very reasonably priced (about $170 after taxes for a front windshield replacement on a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 truck). They were able to fit me in at 2:30pm the same day. Once I showed up, it only took about an hour and a half from start to finish, and that was woth multiple other people waiting. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly, courteous and helpful. The work appeared smooth and high quality. If I ever (unfortunately) need another replacement, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Made the appointment on Saturday to fix my back windshield in less than 5 minutes with an exact price for payment, hassle free. (Monte was great!) Called once I realized replacing the glass on my side mirror was harder than I thought. The lady asked for year, make, and model, and said I could come in right now. That didn’t work for my schedule so I told her tomorrow at 8am and we agreed. I get there, check in, sit down. The only glass they had was too big for my car. So they weren’t able to fix anything. For one, they should’ve asked for a VIN number since they know it’s different parts for the same car. Waste of time. But customer service was great.

Decent price quoted, service went rather quickly. No problems with the actual installation, however I noticed some carelessness on their part. My dashboard was covered in a thin layer of glass dust, as well as my floor mats. I also noticed a large scratch very close to where the windshield was installed. It is not readily noticeable at first glance, however it is a very deep 4 inch gash. I will always know that damage is there and it will always annoy me.

Fast, reliable, and best prices I've seen around the area. One minor issue I experienced was when I picked up my 2002 GMC Sierra my rear view mirror, which has a digital compass, wasn't working. Being pressed for time I called them and had told them about the issue. They said they would take a look at the issue and fix it and that it would be covered under their warranty. Personally I don't have time to drop off my vehicle for someone else to do the repairs so I simply looked at it myself. one of the wires had been cut, most likely when they were using their razors to cut through the seal to pull off the old windshield. Took me on my own about 5 minutes to fix but it was comforting to know the shop had me covered had it been something more.

This is the best and cheapest place to get a windshield in the area. You might think cheaper means that they do shoddy work but these guys and gals do top notch work. Have been dealing with this company for a few years. Great customer service and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed to replace my driver side window and was quoted $475 by others including the dealership of Toyota. They found one for me for $200 install. Doesn't get any better than that.

Had to get work on my passenger's side window done on Black Friday. After Safelite erroneously allowed me to set an appointment for that day after being booked all week I was desperately searching for places to get it done ASAP and someone recommended Auto Glass Now. Auto Glass Now was ready to take me that day, did the work in 45 minutes and for $75 less than Safelite was charging. I do still have the warranty papers as the window feels much lighter than the solid stock windows that came with the car but all in all it was a great experience dealing with them and I will be back if I run into more glass misfortune.

Great price, mediocre quality. I've had both my front and rear windshield of my Nissan Xterra replaced by Auto Glass now. In both instances, Auto Glass now was cheaper than their competitors, so I decided to give them a chance. (Mar 2017) My rear window was broken when I backed into my mailbox. The point of pressure shattered half the window, leaving broken glass in the rear of my suv. I figured this wasn’t totally unusual, and thought Auto Glass Now would help assist with the clean-up of the broken glass. The glass was replaced and looked great, but I continued to find glass for months—it was falling out of the door both inside and outside of the car. In addition, the lock no longer functioned due to glass being stuck in the mechanism. Also, I purposefully schedule the first appointment of the day and was told the process would take an hour. Two hours later and I'm finally rolling out the door... (Late 2017) When a rock hit my front windshield and cracked it, I called Auto Glass Now to address the issue with the rear windshield repair not meeting my standards as well as get a quote on the front windshield replacement. Auto Glass Now apologized, and offered to clean out the glass and lower the quote on my front windshield. Of course, I wanted to give them a second chance so I found myself returning to them for the repair. Once again, my windshield was replaced with no apparent issues. I was informed the glass was cleaned out and the technician corrected the issue with the lock mechanism. Because the repair took an hour longer than expected (notice a recurring theme here), I was running late for work and just left. However, after leaving, I discovered that 1.) The glass was still not cleaned out from the initial rear window replacement. 2.) The lock did NOT function at all (in other words, they lied about fixing it.) and 3.) My front windshield squeaked. I thought the 3rd issue was just as the glass settled into place, however, it is now months later and the issue remains. It does not leak, however, I have a feeling it was not properly placed. I have had my windshield repaid by Safelite in the past and not experienced these issues. And after returning in an attempt to address the lack of quality in the repairs, I am still not impressed. You can bet that was the last time I gave Auto Glass Now a chance. Final story: You get what you pay for.

Total install time was well less than an hour. Inspection sticker reattached to new windshield and no mess left from installation.

They are great at installing windshields, fixing broken electric and manual windows. An installing rearview mirrors and rear windows. Sometimes you may have to wait for the work to be completed if they are under staffed but if all of their employees are there you may have an hour or a hour and a half for the work to be completed.

Had Auto Glass Now of Virginia Beach replace back sliding window in my Tacoma. When my mechanic noticed damage on three of the corners where paint was gouged and a dent was there. I took it to Chris the manger he took one look and called Fischer Auto Body to see if he could get damaged fixed right away. I came to Auto Glass Now Virginia Beach to get my window replaced last year in August after someone broke into my car. At the time the customer service was awesome and the wait time was quick, but the next year in May (now), my window just randomly went off of track and stop going up and down, but the motor was still energized. I took it to the dealership, Toyota Priority, where they informed me that they opened my door panel and the glass just dropped. They also found old broken glass at the bottom of the door where the person who fixed it before didn’t clean. Priority Toyota let us know that someone installed the window improperly and had rigged the repair. I called Auto Glass Now right away and a woman picked up the phone letting me know that Auto Glass Now don’t save customers information in their system. My wife then called the next day and a guy picked up and stated that he had found our information in their system and to bring the car in. Although our name was in the system, they told us that because we didn’t have a receipt to send to corporate for parts, they wouldn’t be able fix it. After taking a look at everything, they were able replace the window without charge.

Addendum 2/27/23 to my previous review: I must take some of the "glow" off my previous glowing review. Yesterday I discovered that the back seat was full of glass shards from the window replacement. I cut my finger as I was trying to remove them. The technician failed to clean up the mess after he installed the new window. This is an unacceptable safety violation. I will be taking at least one star of my review. Yesterday morning 2/14/23 I had a side window of my Volvo V70 station wagon replaced at the Auto Glass Now shop located at 5737 Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. There was a QR code on the counter that I could have scanned to give my comments, but I failed to do so, so I am writing this now. I am pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of your staff in that office, from the girl who answers the phone and schedules the appointments to every worker there. I was treated with friendly smiles and a kind and accommodating demeanor from everyone I came in contact with. I was in the shop three times, and got the same courteous, friendly treatment every time. First, I went to see if they could replace the broken back window on the driver's side, and they informed me politely, after searching their database, that unfortunately I would have to go to the Volvo dealership to order the glass, which I did. After a week or so, when the glass came in, I made my second trip to AGN, but they politely informed me that the window trim did not come with it. They said they could try to use the old trim, but that it might get broken in the removal process, and apologetically suggested I go back to the dealer for it. I didn't mind the extra effort, because their manner was so friendly and matter-of-fact. About two weeks later, after I was able to pick up the trim at the Volvo dealer, I was able to take it right over to AGN, and they installed the glass while I waited. Their work was quick and professional and more than satisfactory. They did not use the clips that came with the trim, so I was able to take them back to the dealer and get almost $15 back. Thank you, Auto Glass Now, for your fine and friendly service. I will recommend you to my friends and family. And I should mention that the installation at AGN cost was almost one-fourth of what the Volvo dealership would have charged. Thanks Again!
