The first time my windshield was replaced it was cracked during installation. They rescheduled and the second time they had the wrong sort at the appointment. I was told the tech would go back to the warehouse and get the correct part and give me a call back. I never heard back. I called again and set up another appointment. The tech just did the install and damaged my vehicle. The interior A pillar was cut with a Razer blade, my windshield wiper cowl was broken and hastily fixed with some super glue, and the cowl was never secured back with the bolts. * I just received a call from Lori, the Director of customer success who was very kind. She apologized and assured me they would make it right. I appreciate the quick response! ** NuVision went above and beyond to rectify the issues I had. They expedited replacement parts and installed them in a timely manner. Sometimes things happen and I was very pleased with their efforts. I would not hesitate to use NuVision again.

I went with NuVision to replace my windshield recently. Can you believe I had 2 rocks hit the windshield of my brand new Toyota 4runner within weeks of purchasing it!? The representative that I initially spoke with was very nice and empathetic. The representative that helped me set up the replacement with my insurance was efficient and made sure I fully understood the process and what to expect moving forward. Lastly, the install with technician Alan G was great as well. He came to my house for the install, was kind and very quick! After that, he handed me a check for $125 and I was all set. Will definitely use NuVision again 👍👍

I am very pleased with my service with NuVision Auto Glass! They returned my call on Friday and came out the very next morning to install my windshield by 9:30am. Juan C. did a great job assisting me with my issue. Literally took 20 minutes to install and done. I highly recommend this company. I just referred a family member to them as well. 👍

I Recently had my windshield replaced it was so easy to schedule an appointment and fast. The day of my appointment the technician (javier) who did the replacement was so nice and even get me tips like rolling down one of the windows about an inch just so the pressure would and the heat would not affect the windshield. I'd like to say I'm really happy with the service I received and I also noticed that the windshield was replaced it was the maid and model of my car which I had my windshield replaced before and it was just a cheap windshield but that wasn't the case Thank you!

Jesus Leon showed up sooner than expected. Unfortunately, it was raining so I had to arrange for him to work underneath the neighbors parking structure. He was patient and understanding. He worked very quickly and with precision. I was a little skeptical of going outside of my insurances recommended company, but it was worth it—and the added bonus of $100? I’d rehire Nu Vision and Jesus Leon without hesitation.
