Excellent service and excellent work. Had a really bad cracked windshield and called up Blue Chip Auto Glass. They helped with every step of the process. They made everything super easy. The longest part of it all, was just waiting for the glass to arrive. They got on it quick soon as it arrived and worked around my schedule. Couldn't have asked for better service from everyone at Blue Chip. They gave me info for after installation and everything. And with my luck, 5 days later, ended up with a small crack in my new windshield from a rock on the road. Called them up and they helped with the process to bring my car in to get it fixed. Luckily it was tiny and now I don't even see it anymore. Best service ever. Highly recommend these great folks.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve used them for three windshields over the years and the quality of glass and install is always top notch. New glass also comes with a free chip repair within a year. As someone who typically uses safelite for windshield chip repair I can say that my experience here was better. Mark at Blue Chip ordered the new glass and it was out of state so there was an understandable wait for the new windshield. When it came in Mark called me and let me know and scheduled the mobile service at my home. Carlos and Conner came to my house to replace the windshield on our Toyota Sequoia and did a great job. The Blue Chip service was punctual, professional, and friendly for the windshield replacement on our 2019 Tesla Model S - 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙨, 𝙜𝙪𝙮𝙨! I wish to make one suggestion to Kelly & Management - this is 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝟭) The service techs should bring clean towels or plastic sheeting or some covers for the seating in the vehicle when disassembling & reassembling the interior windshield hardware. The white leather seats in the Tesla were marred and discolored by the service tech's dirty jeans and/or some object(s) in their back pockets. That shouldn't happen and there should be no tools in the pockets of a service tech sitting inside a premium vehicle. 𝟮) The service techs should bring some sort of a soft container to temporarily store the disassembled interior windshield hardware and their tools. The clear-coated wood console cover in the Tesla was scratched by the service tech putting screws, dirty parts, and tools on the interior center console cover. That is inappropriate, not really considerate, and should never happen. We'd be most obliged, as I'm sure most others would as well, if Kelly & Management worked these suggestions into the service protocol for all future service calls for everyone.

From beginning to end this company was a pleasure to work with! John was professional and detailed in the handling of my order. He made sure that my insurance company didn't attempt to skimp on quality or cost for my 2020 F-150 windshield, which required specialized calibration and tint. John made extra calls and followed up with the Ford dealership to confirm original part replacement and my insurance company to confirm coverage of cost for these necessities. This isn't the first time I've used Blue Chip, it's the 4th and their service just gets better each time. I brought my Jeep and Infiniti here for work and still have those winshields with no chips or cracks! Use Blue Chip Auto Glass and you'll never again use Safelite's garbage low quality windshields that chip with the slightest hit of road debris! Pleased there's still a company in town that performs honest and quality work!

Yet another 5-star review. This is the second time Blue Chip has replaced my windshield (thanks I-17) and has additionally fixed multiple chips, including replacing my driver's side window. I can't say enough great things about their service. Kelly, the owner, worked on my car this time along with the guy with the pony tail, and they did a fabulous job in record time. And, Kelly gave me a brand new can of glass cleaner with a micro-fiber cloth just because. I also want to comment on their interior office where I waited. The waiting room was really nice and clean, beautifully decorated with a coffee bar and wifi, and their bathroom was SPOTLESS. And every time I deal with their staff when setting an initial appointment, they are so friendly and ALWAYS follow-up. Seriously, you will be hard pressed to find customer service, combined with this level of skill, elsewhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had my windshield replaced by Blue Chip using my insurance so I can’t comment on price, but the customer service and quality of work was second to none. Chris went above and beyond to help me coordinate the replacement with my insurance. The two gentlemen (I’m terrible with names or I’d throw them in here too) who came to do the install were very courteous and professional. My experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely call them again when I inevitably crack my windshield again.

If you have a Tesla, this is your place. I was referred by Tesla to use this shop and was blown away by how far they go to care for you and your car. They seemed more knowledgeable than a typical service center, and took the time to walk me through the process. And they even plugged my car in for a quick charge! 10/10 would recommend.

They replaced the windshield on my Tesla model 3 at my place of employment. They contacted me when they were enroute so I could prepare to meet them out at the parking lot. I did have to provide covered parking immediately after the installation due to the extreme temperatures in Arizona. I met them at the car upon arrival and within an hour the job was completed. After waiting 3 weeks for a schedule appointment, the Tesla Service Center informed me of a long delay. I could bring in my Model 3, but it would have to wait in a queue for a few days, which would leave me without a car. The Service rep recommended that I cancel the appointment and contact a third-party called Blue Chip Auto Glass, which gets regular shipments of Tesla glass. I asked about camera calibration and was told that the cameras on the Model 3/Y self-calibrate...no need to return to Tesla Service for calibration. After another week of waiting, Blue Chip sent two mobile service reps to where I park at work. I remotely unlocked the car for them, and they completed the windshield replacement in about 1.5 hours. I did check on them halfway through the replacement and chatted with them...super professional and nice guys. More importantly the windshield was installed perfectly with no stress distortions. So if you need to replace your Tesla windshield replaced, I highly recommend Blue Chip Auto Glass. They provide professional results without the long wait of Tesla Service!

Blue Chip Auto Glass did an excellent job of replacing the windshield of my Tesla Model 3. They were quick and efficient from the start, working the details with my insurance company and scheduling a convenient time and place for the repair...even graciously rescheduling my original appointment when a conflict arose. I really didn't have to do anything except drop the car off and pick it up when the repair was done. They took care of everything and called me several times to keep me informed about progress. Everyone I spoke with at Blue Chip was pleasant and seemed very capable. The quality of the work was noteworthy as well. The job was extremely well done. Even upon close inspection over several weeks, there's no visual indication that the windshield isn't the original...or, more importantly, that it isn't going to perform as well as the original. I've had absolutely no issues thus far. Honesty, I was uncertain and a bit uncomfortable about bringing my car to someplace other than the Tesla Service Center to be worked on, and while I hope I won't need to anytime soon, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Blue Chip in the future...or to recommend their services to friends and relatives. They even had Model 3 windshields in stock when I called -- an extra bonus that I strongly suspect saved me quite a bit of wait time.

For Months back I got my Windshield replaced and few weeks ago also repaired , even because of location and size of the crack repair seemed almost impossible , but Blue Chip Auto Glass was able to repair it. I needed to repair a small windshield chip and crack and got to Blue Chip Autoglass because it was one of the best online rated auto glass companies in Phoenix. I first sent an email asking for a quote and they replied providing at home or in the shop pricing. When arrived after a quick look they told me that the chip and crack were just in the limit, but they tried to do their best to fix it. When job was finished, they told me that everything was OK, that it could be fixed without issues and they told me that in case I was not satisfied or the crack gets bigger, they will refund me. They took the time to explain me in detail and answer several questions I did about glass repair and windshield replacement. After a few weeks of usage, I can say they did a great job. They have an excellent service, I fully recommend.

This is the third time I used Blue Chip for windshield repair. Had another wonderful experience. They accommodated me and scheduled me for an appointment at their shop. The whole process was very smooth. Kelly is a great guy! He filed my insurance and offered his personal vehicle as a loaner. However, I opted to wait in their brand new waiting room. My Honda CRV was completed in the estimated time and looks brand new! They also specialize in Tesla windshields and chip repair. He actually has original Tesla windshields in stock. So far so good following windshield replacement 👍 I had glass coverage through my insurance and the process was fairly quick. I was very impressed with the front of house staff and the cleanliness of place. Waiting area and even the restroom is above average. I went with BCAG because of their 5 star ratings and reviews. Yes I could've gone with one of these places that advertise rebates and cash, but you're lucky you get what they promise . Save yourself the frustration and come here 😎

I googled "best auto glass replacement in Phoenix" and up popped Blue Chip Auto Glass! I can honestly say, they are one in a million! Kelly and his staff are wonderful and go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done in a first class way! My car was a little more difficult with a forward facing camera and Kelly assured me that they would do a great job and they did! I also had a neighborhood gate sticker and a window shade on the inside of my windshield and everything was put back exactly as it was on the old glass! Also, pretty sure they washed my car! :) I did not expect the class of service I received from the nice ladies answering my calls to Kelly and the great guy that installed my glass...Laurence I think? Every single person was outstanding and I drove a good 30 minutes from my home to Blue Chip and I could have just gone to the dealer 5 miles away. I will always go back to Blue Chip and would recommend that anyone needing glass repair to go there as well! Great people, very caring and very interested in doing what you need. After looking around for a reputable windshield replacement company, I found others not really interested in my business (plus have been hearing bad stories about those cash-back places with poor installs). Since none of those companies followed-up I reached out to Blue Chip Auto Glass since they were nearby and from what I see it looks like they operate a very clean shop. I was able to get on site service and had two windshields replaced. On one of my vehicles, the technician pointed out where the previous window replacement company cut corners and caused damage/rust. They patched it for me so it wouldn't rust anymore and sealed/installed the windshield properly (they said I would notice a decrease in noise due to the previous work being bad which ended up being true). The honesty and professionalism of this company is great. Customer service is stellar. They might not be giving away money but they are giving you quality and service and to me that's worth more. Thanks Kelly C. and his team - wonderful work!

I love Blue Chip Auto Glass! Our windshield got cracked while driving on the freeway on our 1 year old Altima. I didn't want to trust just anyone to do the job right, because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. I chose Blue Chip Auto Glass based on their outstanding reviews, and I'm glad I did! Their customer service is outstanding, the owner is awesome, and their techs are the best I've seen. The same day ours was done I noticed a neighbor across the street had another company out for one of theirs. Unlike Blue Chip Auto Glass, which is so good they were an hour ahead of schedule, the neighbors technician got turned away because he was over three hours late. I was told it would take about 45 min to complete, stepped out to see how things were going after 30 and they had just finished. Not only are they quick, they're fricken awesome! It looked like it did the day I drove it home, perfect! If I ever need more auto glass replaced in the future, Blue Chip Auto Glass is the only company I'll use. If you drive a Tesla, you know replacing the windshield through them takes weeks if not months. Luckily, I heard Blue Chip Auto maintains a stock of Tesla windshields (in fact. I think this is who Tesla calls in my market) so they are able to help right away. I spoke with Kelly who was likely the most helpful human being I've worked with all year. He walked me through the process, worked with my insurance provider, and scheduled my replacement within two days. By Tesla, I was told to wait six weeks. Kelly called once the insurance company had approved the cost and even provided me with a loaner car to use for the few hours it took to replace the windshield. Because of how fast, efficient, and courteous Kelly at Blue Chip is, I will likely always go to them first with any windshields going forward while raving about them to friends. Well, another 5-Star job was completed on my car today by Carlos and Jason! This is my third job they have done on my car, but this time, my entire windshield had to be replaced. Carlos and Jason had this replaced within an hour...they also cleaned the window with window cleaner, and they gave me instructions for the next 24 hours, with the reasons WHY. Blue Chip sets the bar for customer service! From the beginning, I had many questions because I was providing my own glass for the install and Kelly answered all of them promptly and professionally. Freddie and Carlos came out right when scheduled and had the back glass and windshield replaced in just over an hour. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and meticulous they were with the install. They used quality materials and were happy to answer any questions I had. At the end of the install, they charged me even less than the already fair price I was quoted because the back glass install went more smoothly than expected. Exceptional service by Kelly (owner & tech)! They take the time to do it correctly. There is a final step that makes the repair site feel smooth to the touch & results in a better cosmetic appearance. That last step is sometimes skipped by some companies/techs. (I had a few old chip repairs that felt rough & they explained that that final step apparently had not been done.) In addition to repairing my new chip, they completed that final step on several of my old repairs @ N/C & they all do feel smooth now & all look better! I highly recommend this shop.

I made an appointment for 1 small chip in my windshield and they found a second one that was not cracked but the glass was chipped. They cleaned that second one out and filled it in for free. Both original chip and other one came out perfectly clear and not visible at all. It didn’t take long and they were all super professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. It speaks volumes for a company that I don’t see any advertising and relies on word of mouth referrals. This is an excellent business, much better than safelite!

Not something I usually feel about auto repair shops, but this place is amazing. I went for a few chips in my windshield. The repair was fast and well done. It was pretty much the best price (I called around) and it came with a warranty. The waiting room/office was GREAT... modern, impeccably clean, nice and cool, had free Wifi, a TV and a fancy pants coffee machine. The guy running it was really nice too. Personable, professional and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. A+ all around.

This place is amazing. They replaced our forward sunroof part on our Model 3 within 2 hours today. After struggling to explain to our car insurance and Safelite, we didn't get an answer if it was covered. I called Tesla and they directed us to Blue Chip for all window care! After one call with them, my car insurance accepted it under my glass coverage. They called me and had me in within two days. It looks brand new like it did when we picked up the car. Personal service. Their personal touch makes the difference. I was struggling to get my claim filled correctly, but once I called Blue Chip, Taylor went to battle and called my insurance for me. She stayed on the line with them for at least an hour. She made it so much easier for me. And when I got there they sat me down, gave me a water bottle and the remote, and made me feel at home. I contacted Blue Chip to install a new windshield on my 2000 Nissan Sentra. A previous installer (not Blue Chip) scratched the paint along the pinch weld and didn't apply primer over it, and it rusted, causing a leak at the top of the windshield during the last rain. I had to remove the windshield, sand down the rust, re-prime and paint, and did some research on windshield companies before settling on Blue Chip to put in the new windshield. I was able to get an appointment less than 48 hours from my call and two technicians came out to do the install correctly. I won't be using any other company for my glass needs in the future.

WOW! Blue Chip Auto Glass was a true life saver. We travelled to Arizona for our boys baseball tournament from California. On our way to their game a rock hit our window and left a very bad chip. Absolutely the BEST!!! Usually great customer service is all I need to be sold on a company but these guys are literally leaps and bounds above any one else. They use the best equipment, products and techs. The owner is always there and doesn't sit in a back office somewhere. When the windshield (yes it was OEM) was replaced, given the current situation, the owner came out to completely sanitize any surfaced touched during the process. I would drive across state to go here! Don't trust anyone else with your safety.....even if they try to get you with those "we'll give you $200" gimmicks. In case you didn't know, companies that do that means they cut quality, and corners, to give you that check.

We had a ceiling glass panel for our falcon wing door replaced throigh USAA at this location. The office girls were so helpful in navigating USAA thrligh the unfamiliar process of Tesla vehicles. USAA said they would only pay $200 because they consider it a moon roof. Blue Chip got them to cover all of it except my deductible. There was a bit of a miss scheduling with setting it up to instal at my house then getting a call that morning that this part isn't possible to do on site. The mobil service was the main reason I had chosen them over a closer location. But it was already approved and they had the part in stock so I drove the hour there and waited the 1.5-2 hours for my car to be done. I had someone meet me and we went to lunch at in and out and grocery shopping at trader joes so waiting wasn't a big deal. The entire process was pretty smooth. The car looks amazing! They even vacuumed my kids cheerios. 😄 And what I appreciated most was that they all wore masks appropriately when interacting with me. Which has been hard to find recently. Highly recommend them! I can see why the Tesla service shop recommends them!

Driving down the freeway and got a quarter size spider crack from a rock. I have a Tesla Model 3 and understand there are some complexities in replacing the windshield. After doing some research in the Tesla forums I read about Blue Chip Auto. Being in Phoenix I called them to make an appointment to fix the crack or at least stop it from cracking further. They said I was free to come in immediately. While on the phone the receptionist asked what car needed repair and told her a Tesla. She said there was NO charge with fixing the glass. I pulled in and 30 minutes later the crack was fixed and was barely visible. NO CHARGE! They also have a relationship with Tesla to replace windshields on all their models. My experience with this company was unbelievable. They were so responsive. I filled out the online request for a quote, got an email within 10min. I called and spoke with the office. We conference called with my insurance company (State Farm), and had an appt. set up for the next day. Of course a window of 3-5pm, but I got a call around 2pm that they could be there an hour early. The guys were waiting outside my house when I got home at 2:50 and they were done by 3:20. OEM glass and perfect install. There are very few companies that are this pleasant to work with anymore glad to see some people still take pride in their work.

The appointment was from 8AM-12PM and he came on time at 8AM. Overall, the windshield and customer service was phenomenal. The price was also affordable as well which was $247 (total pricw) compared to Safelite which was about $287-307 (not including tax).

Hands down BEST EVER!!! Freddy repaired a HUGE pit and cracks in my windshield to where you couldn't even see anything more than a tiny spot that looked like a water spot. Compare that to an equal crack a different company fixed from another time, and there's no comparison! They also replaced my side window on another occasion and customer service is 5 Star always. They do a lot of work in Tesla's which are quite complicated with cameras built into the windshield so there's a lot of tech involved to set it up correctly.
